Tech completed a service call, tech noticed drain line isn’t pitched properly, drain line allowing water to back up into primary drain pan. Pull toilet and run camera from flange for diagnostic purposes of why toilet will occasionally gurgle Sewer line doesn’t present any obvious issues other than a large build up on the sides of the pipe itself which could be causing partial blockages, the use of endure should help alleviate the issues.

Customer called us out to look at and diagnose a garbage disposal. Tried unjamming and resetting with no success. Offered customer replacement options. Customer wanted 1/2 badger installed. Tested very throughly. Customer satisfied.

Customer had confusion operating Rheem communicating thermostat. Reset schedule for main and upper levels. Replaced two Model 501 media filters. Systems are currently working.

Performed 1 system diagnostic for zoned whole home system. Found failed blower, failed run cap, failed dual cap, dirty blower, failed control board. Unit is 19 years old and out of warranty. Also is R22 recommended replacement due to age and cost of repairs

Could not locate pressure regulator inside home or inside flower bed. Suggest installing pressure reducing valve after water meter underground.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the hvac system for second floor is not cooling properly. After complete troubleshooting I found system is in poor maintenance conditions the filter rack door is missing and the system was pulling hot air from the attic into the system gas furnace is 2008 model about 17 years old the ac unit 3 ton capacity is 2011 model About 14 years old condenser unit coil is highly impacted and creates Airflow restrictions plus check refrigerant charge levels are low that’s Indication of refrigerant leak recommend nitrogen leak test no safety to prevent water damage. By homeowner request add 2 pounds of refrigerant R 410a. ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY ON REFRIGERANT. SYSTEM ALREADY PAST LIFE EXPECTANCY FROM MANUFACTURE I RECOMMEND TO UPGRADE COMPLETE SYSTEM. HOMEOWNER IS AWARE OF THE CONDITIONS OF THE EQUIPMENT AND HE DECLINED ANY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR REPLACEMENT. After final inspection system Is working at this moment. Thanks for choosing Te certif

I worked on running dedicated circuit for back porch outlet, installed device and bubble cover. Replaced damaged back porch weather resistant outlet w/ bubble cover. Replaced 2 customer provided floor receptacles outlets. And rewired and corrected outlet in garage under warranty.

Arrived perform inspection found system not cooling properly due to very low refrigerant level 34 psi. System has a refrigerant leak. Unit is R 22 over 25 years old. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Upon arrival I spoke with the customer of an issue where the lights in the guestroom bath were flickering after changing to LED 4 inch wafer style lighting. Due to the age of the house, I told the customer that it was most likely a dimmer compatibility issue. After opening the cover on the dimmers, I found that both dimmers were For incandescent operation. The customer agreed to have both of them changed out, and I proceeded with the word. After identifying the circuit, I turned off and fixed multiple small wiring, practice errors like a crimp on the neutral and poorly bonded ground. After fixing everything in the box, I installed the new switches and after taping Mounted them to the wall. I returned power to the circuit and tested pairing finding everything working perfectly I adjusted the dimming setting on the dimmers for the low trim out. TESTED SYSTEM NOT COOLING FOR MAIN LEVEL. FOUND BLOWER MOTOR FAILED. ALSO FOUND OUTDOOR STARTING COMPONENTS DAMAGED FROM A SNAKE INSIDE UNIT. CONDENSER COIL & BLOWER WHEEL ARE VERY DIRTY. DRAIN LINE IS NOT PITCHED WELL AT ALL & COULD USE A COND. PUMP. ALSO SUSPAR FLOOD PROTECTIONS INSTALLED. UNIT COULD ALSO BENEET FROM ECOBEE THERMOSTAT UPGRADE & INSTALLING AIR CLEANER/PURIFIER.

Completed system observation by the time of arrival client mentioned that the system would not maintain temperature during the hot time after performing diagnostic, found that the compressor is not able to maintain the pressure making loud knocking noise. Also indoor blower motor not changing speed. System has two zone thermostats compressor, blower motor and TXV will have to be replace

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Completed service repairs or main unit replaced contactor in outdoor dual capacitor. AC is charged with R 22 refrigerant indoor unit is a stand-up pilot 28 years old plus with a damaged heat exchanger.

Upon arrival customer stated that system was not cooling properly for home. Stated she just turned power back on after two months of it being off and was getting ready to renovate the home. After inspection of system found that unit had a failed outdoor capacitor. Was at 0 for both the fan and compressor, checked ore into system and checked windings of compressor and fan motor and found they both have failed as well. Condenser coils were very dirty, and outdoor contactor very pitted. Checked indoor air handler found that blower wheel and evaporator coil are dirty. There is no drain pan underneath system and no flood protection. Customer advised me that since unit has been installed for 9 years there has been no maintenance done for equipment. Highly recommend updating system due to cost and efficiency of system. Gave customer estimate for repairs. Customer wants to speak with install supervisor before moving forward with any repairs at this time. System currently not working at this t

Replaced main shut off valve, PRV, expansion tank, and rebuilt master bathtub faucet with new cartridges. Ran water and tested all work for proper operations.
