Replaced undersized 12 year old water heater with new 50 gallon natural gas heater. New heater included all new copper water lines through wall, shutoff valve, expansion tank with strap, water heater pan, new gas sediment trap, gas line and shutoff. Also installed grundfos hot water recirculating pump on heater and comfort valve installed below master bath sink. Water pressure to home reading 40 psi, went a head and replaced prv as well and set to 65 psi. Lastly replaced old leaking washer box with new.

Replaced thermal expansion tank. Because of poor cellular service, the payment processing app timed out. Customer's banking app shows a charge. But TE's system doesn't not show that we charged them. If the charge doesn't process in a few days then TE will reach out to the customer to charge her card.

More importantly, it was fast and price was reasonable. It was detected the issue lied with the power company, he called the company and they showed up 2 hrs later.
