I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge base that Marco demonstrated to us in regard to our electrical issue. He presented options and didn’t use high pressure tactics that I find not appropriate. I highly recommend Marco and his company as a viable option.

Incredible service and fast communication. I had inquired about an EV charger installation for my home and we were able to schedule a day for a quote. Work started immediately started in the following two days. Jason, the main technician, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He was very transparent about the costs and what needed to be done. He even gave me multiple options for certain installs I could consider if the prices were too high. He answered every single question I had with patience and sincerity. Jason was very friendly and was about to explain things in a very understandable way. I would love to work with him again in the future. Jason and his assistant technicians DJ and Javier were also very courteous and careful with my home. With inspections and walkthroughs, all three men were very vigilant with wearing shoe covers. When opening doors and cabinets, they were gentle with closing. When I requested they help me close the door to the basement since I was afraid my cat would be in the way, they remembered every single time. The whole crew was very thorough in checking for problems with any breakers (I had to upgrade my old breaker board in order to accept the Tesla Wall Connector). The installations of all eight new smoke detectors were flawless and look very flush with my home. No messy cuts or damages to the walls or ceilings. I would very much recommend TE Certified Electricians.

Emanuel and his co-worker showed up on time and worked hard all day to install my AC. They were incredibly thoughtful and respectful of me and my home. They took the time to help me download the app that I can use to run the AC and were happy to stay until I felt comfortable using the new app AND the new thermostat.

Jose always takes the time to thoroughly explain the process and work he will be doing. Today was no exception. Throughout the final stage of my electrical project, Jose took the time to make sure I understood what we were doing and how everything was going to work. I am more than satisfied with the project and am so grateful for the time that Jose invested in making sure the work was done to perfection. I am really impressed with this company, their communication, their technicians and their customer service!

Charley and Jordan did an amazing job today on multiple projects. They were respectful and professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They constantly checked in asking if I had any questions or concerns and made me feel very comfortable with anything I wanted to know more about. I couldn’t be happier with their work and customer service and will most definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Carlos arrived timely, kept me abreast of his work and left everything neat and clean. He was able to answer all of my questions and I’d ask for him in the future.
