I performed a troubleshoot on a light that stopped working and a circuit that would trip anytime two appliances were used. The switch for the master bathroom toilet light was broken and arcing. The circuit for the basement kitchen had multiple appliances that pull 12-14 amps plugged into the one circuit. They ran a 12/2 homerun out to the devices but put it onto a 15 amp breaker. I did an amp clamp reading and with the microwave and air fryer on they pull 26 amps. I replaced the breaker for a dual function 20, tested the appliances together, and everything ran and held perfectly fine. We replaced the switch for the bathroom light as well as replaced the breaker for a dual function 20 in the basement. He has another outlet that’s on the basement countertop that’s on a separate circuit so I recommended if they continue having issues to plug it into that one to help share the load. I also left an estimate to install a new sub panel and a new dedicated circuit to the microwave.

TE Certified come out today due to a high pitched noise coming from the shower located in the Son’s bathroom. The technicians ran some diagnostic tests and found the cartridge was not sealing all the way and would leak if the handle was left at a certain position The technicians also tested the Thermal expansion tank and discovered it had failed which was causing the high pitched noise. Th technicians recommended the customer have the expansion tank and cartridge replaced to restore proper function to both devices. The customer agreed to the estimate presented and the technicians performed the work previously quoted. After the work was completed the technicians restored water to the home, purged the system of air and collected payment.
Added 8inch return duct to help balance return duct work and stop whistle noise coming through vents. Started system customer stated master bedroom supply vent is still a little noisy, repair did help quiet some. Advised customer our next step would be adding a manual damper to master bedroom vent to help reduce noise and air flow to vent. Customer approve to have done. Will schedule for Thursday 2-5. System is working and cooling at this time.

Performed leak search in garage ceiling area. Ran tub shower for 30 min. Sprayed shower around a little no leaks, also ran Lavatory and mstr shower tried to manufacture leak. Nothing happpened. The leak/stain area is not n the seam were they joined (2) sheets of Sheetrock together and it is in an unconditioned room/space. I believe it is collecting moisture and causing a look like leak affect due to age and type of material to join Sheetrock together. You are able to see in (2) other areas in garage showing the same signs. Also, reconnected upper deck patio hosebibb. After turned on noticed break in pipe above patio deck. Repaired as a courtesy and turned water back on tested fixture no leaks.

Troubleshoot on outlets not working in garage, separated neutrals in panel
Performed a diagnostic for one system that services the main floor. Found indoor unit with no flood protection, improper drain line pitch, rusted evap coil, dirty blower, r6 duct runs, duct work not sealed, compressor failed, pitted contactor, and failed duel capacitor. Left estimate for retrofit however timeline for parts is unknown and over 9k with no warranty. Due to the age of the system and type of failures as well as refrigerant type recommend joining homecare and replacing system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Koi & Jay performed a pre-home purchase inspection of all the AC / Furnace which was extremely thorough! They were professional, courteous, and took the time to do it right! Highly recommend Kip & TE Certified!!

€23 gas water heater replaced because the house is up for sale. New heater has been installed and tested for leaks and no leaks have been found. Clients water pressure is 70 PS. I did recommend to the client that the PRV be replaced because I think it is malfunction. She wants to hold off on the replacement. And client is aware that a louver door is needed for her mechanical room, even though she has moving air through the drop ceiling. Our client is very satisfied with the surface that was provided today.
Very helpful - good work - very pleasant!!
Arrived to the appointment for a second opinion. Found no leaks on the evaporator. Went outside and put my gauges on has 0 psi on suction side. Liquid line was rising. Turned system off immediately. Found king valve on suction side seated all the way down. Opened the king valve on suction line and system started to level out in pressures. Compressor was hot in touch. Cooled down compressor and took an amp draw. The compressor amps were rising each second. The immediate repair is the compressor then we can further diagnose to see if there is any problems with the metering device (TXV) that was condemned by another company. Left a quote for each repair cost. The evaporator and TXV will take 2-3 days to arrive after signature on estimate. Also left a quote for a free estimate on a new system. Collected signatures and collected payment in today’s visit.
Today we came out to repair the master bathroom faucet. The customer had purchased replacement cartridges because the left side of the faucet was dripping. Before beginning the repair, we tested the homes water pressure, which was holding at 65 PSI, indicating that excessive water pressure was not causing the leak. We replaced both the hot and cold cartridges, restored the water, and tested the faucet for proper operation. The faucet is no longer leaking and is working properly at this time. The customer is satisfied with todays service.
Electrical Check-up. Includes checking of all major electrical components. Reason for today’s appointment was because inspector wanted to confirm that the sub panel does have a four wire system instead of a three wire system and is up to code. FINDINGS: customer is selling home, inspector required an electrician to confirm if the sub panel required a 4 wire system. Upon doing the electrical inspection we can confirm that there is a 4 wire feeder going from the main panel to the subpanel. Sub panel does have two hots, ground and a neutral, we checked voltage and connections at both panels and everything is working correctly.

Steve did a wonderful job today replacing my seized up outdoor faucets and indoor piping while also adding shutoff valves. As with his previous work, including replacing a water heater, he left my basement cleaner and more organized than before he came. Excellent job.
Tech Justin Zburlea was professional, courteous, and explained everything he was doing in terms we understood. He advised us of his ETA and on time. Parked his truck on road instead of driveway and wore shoe covers upon entering home. He was so kind and thoughtful and an asset to your company. Please thank him for a job well done and a pleasure to meet. We have finally found our permanent plumber for any other jobs that might come up in the future. You won’t be disappointed hiring this company and requesting Justin.
Austin was my main electrician and he spent 4 hours diagnosing my electrical problems, showing me and explaining the issues, and then giving me 4 options of service. I choose to have a complete new circuit panel installed to replace my over 30 year old one along with a total home surge protector, new interconnected smoke/carbon monoxide alarms as well as other items to allow me to feel that all the safety issues were taken care of.
