Installation of new breaker, circuitry, and hot tub disconnect panel. Complete main area redevice (main floor living room, main floor hallway, main floor dining room, main floor foyer area)
Perform one system diagnostic or main level unit. Found indoor unit operational and pushing air. However, air was not cold. Upon inspection of the outdoor unit found compressor not operating. Well attaching hoses found no refrigerant coming out of the lines. While checking the compressor found the compressor was in internal lockout and overheated. The temperature for the compressor at the time of lockout was 134° and climbing. Once I cool down the compressor to below 75° and powered the system compressor was operational for a total of three minutes before the compressor went out again on internal lockout. Due to the age of the system type a failure would recommend replacing the system however we are able to repair the system as well. The blower wheel and the condenser coil is also dirty. The bare minimum would be to replace the compressor and refrigerant however without the proper cleanings there would be more issues in the future. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think
Cleared blockage in main floor master shower drain with tub gun
Tenant called in for service. We visually inspected the system with the tenant and found an extremely dirty filter for upstairs unit which could have caused freezing. Informed him they should be changing filters every three months. Also showed him where the other filters are for the main and basement systems. Customer approved diagnostic and we completely checked indoor and outdoor. Found many issues with airflow that include lack of return and supply ductwork. The drain line has no slope and should be reran with the correct pitch. Contactor is pitted, lack of flood protections installed, and tons of buildup of dust/dirt in returns.
All new switches outlets, and plates in master bathroom with one dimmer and update breaker to a safety breaker
Customer stated that the first floor bathroom sink supply lines had been leaking recently, so she shut the valves off to prevent further leaking. During today’s inspection, the home water pressure was tested and measured at 65 psi, which is within the normal operating range. The home also has a 32 year-old water eater that is still functioning at this time, however, due to his age, its remaining lifespan is unknown. The customer is not interested in replacing the unit at this time Per the customers request, we replaced the supply lines only. After installation, the system was turned back on and tested for leaks, and everything is working properly at this time.
Clear blockage Customer was experiencing a blockage in the tub on the 2nd floor. Upon arrival I tested for a mainline issue and after running water in the other fixtures only the tub was being affected. I tested the rest of the bathroom groups to ensure we have proper flow. I ran cable machine to attempt to clear blockage and we were successful. I tested the tub for backups and we restored proper flow. We are leaving estimates to replace three toilets.

- EVAPORATOR COIL IS LEAKING REFRIGERANT. - COIL OUTSIDE DIRTY & COULD USE CLEANING. - NO WET SWITCH IN PAN FOR BEST FLOOD PROTECTION & BRING UP TO TE STANDARDS. - ADD UV-C LIGHT TO KEEP COIL CLEAN, SANITIZE AIR, & PREVENT BIOLOGICAL GROWTH.
For this job, we worked on providing and installing three dedicated 20 amp 120 V circuits. The first circuit was installed in the electrical panel room right under panel for the security system. before the security system was plugged into another outlet in the room that was also connected to a few other outlets in the break room, which kept tripping from overloading. that way security system can be on its own, and not ever shut off if anything else was to ever trip again. The other two circuits were installed in the break room for future use of space heaters. Last time we came out, they were connecting multiple space heaters on one circuit in the break room so as I explained to the staff, now they have two dedicated circuits where they can run a space heater on each, without having to overload the existing circuit, which is there for extra use.
Very thorough and professional. Would definitely recommend Demarco for plumbing needs
For this job, it was inquired of me to replace the spindle on a Kohler flush tower… the defective item was replaced for leaks and no leaks were found. Our client water pressure is 50 psi. I had a great conversation with our customer. It was an awesome visit.
Will certainly recommend TE Electric along with John Moran & Cody, top notch.
Terrance did an excellent job so far.
Marshall was very nice and did a great job of explaining what he was doing. One of his suggestions works great on an inconvenient light switch. New technology I didn't even know about. Would request him next time.
Everyone I interacted with at TE was professional, customer-oriented, and honest. Mauricio and Chris—the two electricians who helped rewire my kitchen—did a phenomenal job. They walked me through the entire process, consulted with me on key decisions, and were genuinely great to work with. Mauricio is the kind of guy you could sit down and have a beer with. Together, he and Chris are true professionals who make TE look great and serve as fantastic ambassadors for the company. I was very impressed
Great service!
Hire these guys!!!!
On time, quick repair, friendly
Dalton was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable
Excellent service
Professional and here is why: clear communication, on time arrival every day, happily wore shoe covers, very calm, pleasant, and no stress demeanor when approached with various questions regarding the invoice and project, and worked very efficiently.
Devon would not give up on our 1983 house with crazy electrical work that had been done so long ago. He was determined to figure it all out and I had complete confidence in him. Devon is a professional with amazing knowledge.
Devon was superior in every way, just what we have come to expect from TE.
Jose was very professional!
Terence was very professional, explained everything clearly and very knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend him.
We have used TE services for electric issues few times. They are usually prompt to respond and we had same day service which was good. But Their charges when the work is complete always SO MUCH HIGHER than estimated! I called for outdoor lighting not turning on as usual, so I called them and service estimates was $800. When the work was completed, he said that it is $998! Last month, I called them for fire detector making noise, They end up whole house smoke detectors electrically connected costing $3800! I might have to search for more reliable electricians when it comes for final charges.
I was impressed with the professional and conscientious service provided by Marshall and his colleague. They took the time to find the best solution and implement it accordingly.
Great technician's service and advice on the related issues to fix. Price/cost is extremely high, but outside of Mario Galvan's control
Devon was patient with my questions and thorough with his answers. You can tell he loves his work and I thank him for working hard to fix our electrical issues.
Great Service! I was on a short time frame that day and these guys made sure I was able to leave on time! They worked very hard to finish timely and the new water works and looks great!
Javier and Alex performed an excellent job! I will ask for them again if and when the need arises.
Thank you for the excellent service.
one of the temperature sensors had a bad battery...what should have happened was the tech should have went and purchased one to make it work, but didnt. I was told I needed to go to the store and buy one. I already paid a lot of money and this I considered poor customer service
Anthony was very professional and helpful in explaining and diagnosing the problem.
Jason and Cody are extremely knowledgeable. They helped us explore different options and were candid about what needed to be fixed or improved in order for our goals to be met. With their advice, I believe we have a good plan for an efficient and safe solution.
