Arrived at the house for multiple tasked to be done, we troubleshoot 3 switches in kitchen and basement, said switches were broken and malfunctioning, we replaced all three switches with new ones, also troubleshoot landscape lighting, one of the lights had a loose socket which we tightened, the other lights were installed in the eve of the home, these are wired through the gutters which go up to three story high, we weren’t able to locate the problem wiring is located inside of gutters.

Tech came back to perform authorized work. Tech added SS2 to upstairs system, SS1 to downstairs system. Added wet switches to both systems and wired in series as intended. Replaced both thermostats for EcoBee pros and verified operations. Showed customer how to use thermostats. Replaced 40/5 capacitor and changed 70/10 to turbo 200X capacitor. Verified operations. Systems are operational. Smart sensor for upstairs thermostat had a dead watch battery and could not connect on site. Customer will replace battery and reconnect. Replaced American Standard faucet cartridges in right side sink of master bathroom as well as replaced toilet in the basement with a new Kohler

Today we took a look at the guest bathroom toilet that has an active leak After inspection, I found the tank-to-bowl assembly has failed due to improper installation I removed the tank from the bowl and replaced both tank bolts and gaskets I also replaced the 3” American Standard tank-to-bowl flush gasket Reinstalled the tank and checked for leaks. All is well

For this job, we worked on doing a home electrical safety inspection and went over and left a safety check list with the homeowners. We also installed wiring and boxes for 2 new lights in a bathroom.

Today at the Laurion home, I was taken to the hall bathroom to move pipes for the vanity. Customer shower drain was slow draining due to hair , and then I gave a option to run my drain cable , so I removed all hair and build up making the drain back up and after testing the drain works perfectly with no back ups

Our client reached out to us in reference to having an under the cabinet icemaker installed. Client accepted a quote when work began. This unit is installed and tested for leaks in the leak. Our client is satisfied.

For this job, I Ranger leak detection service for Mr. Ryan Kim discovered the leak between the courtesy valve box and the tie in for the irrigation system. The courtesy valve box is flooding as well as the box for the main shut off for the irrigation.

Replace the flapper in the downstairs main toilet with the correct flapper in order to stop toilet from running found vacuum breakers were bad on both sides of the house. Customer allowed me to change out both vacuum breakers as well as fix the toilet.

Customer had a large leak coming from meter box used stick pump in order to pump out meter box and try to pinpoint location of the leak could not do so had to dig around meter box to remove mud and exposed piping upon examination found water leaking from union on the county side Snug the union in the leak has stopped monitored the meter for around 20 minutes with no movement and informed the customer of the repair reburied and replaced sod left mud removed from meter box out and instructed customer they should fill it with some gravel

Came in today because customer mentioned that there was no heat for the main floor. When testing system found electrical components have failed including circuit board and inducer motor. System is 15 years old so proceed to give customer options of repairs or upgrading the system.
