Koi was very professional and friendly. Expert service was provided and quickly.

Jason did a great job but ran out of time on a Thursday evening. He was off of work so he planned to be back on Monday. That evening, we found that some breakers started flipping in part of our house and wouldn’t stay on leaving some in our house with no electricity in part of the house. I called first thing Friday morning and the best they could do is schedule someone to come look at it between 3:00 and 6:00. They finally arrived at 4:40 but admitted that it was too late in the day to be able to actually fix anything. So, ultimately, TE left their customer in worse shape than before and then expected them to just wait four days for them to come out and actually help. I contacted another electrician who could come to my house on the weekend and cancelled all cervices with TE.

Jason did a great job of installing our new HVAC system and making sure that it worked efficiently. He went over the use of the system with us and made sure that if we had any questions to call the office after they left. He was a good partner in working with the two other teams assigned to our project led by Austin and Matthew

Exceeded all expectations! Wayne was professional, friendly, highly experienced & kept job site clean at all times! From the super easy scheduling to the install…fantastic job & highly recommend! Only negative-we did have sticker shock when we were given a quote once he arrived T house, as it exceeded our budget by nearly triple! Still proceeded but would recommend giving a ballpark estimate price range prior to showing up at job. Wish every contractor had the pride and talents that Wayne had!!

Luis was extremely professional and did a great job with installing a Tesla charger in my garage. He cleaned up the area after he finished working and it was honestly cleaner when he left than when he arrived. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work.

I had numerous issues that needed addressing. Mauricio listened to each of my concerns as well as walking through each of my concerns. Mauricio was able explain to me each area that was a problem and give me an estimate with three different options for one of the situations. After completing what needed to be done we did another walk thru so he could show me each area that had been addressed and asked me if I had any questions. Very thorough and detailed. I would highly recommend TE Electrical and Mauricio as well.

These guys were great - explained everything and worked until everything was done, including cleanup and instruction after the install.

I have dealt with a number of plumbers in my time and these guys are good. The job was much more than they expected, but they kept at it and we’re working hard. Always polite and willing to explain things as they went along. Will be recommending them to my friends.
