Verified customers concern of the toilet repeatedly running when not flushed, found the top of the tower flush valve seal to be bubbling up in a way that was causing the rubber not to seal and allowing small amounts of water to pass through, which was causing the toilet to run Located a replacement seal at the local supply house and installed the concern was gone after replacement of flush valve seal while I was here customer asked me to look at their garbage disposal. I attempted to reset and break free the garbage disposal. I was unable to do so customer informed me that they intend to sell the house sooner that they do not use the garbage disposal and that they would like the most economical option possible so we installed the half horsepower badger five tested for functionality and leaks after installed. None were found at this time.

Found compressor overheated, cooled it down, gave options for bandaids to make sure unit doesn’t struggle through the summer. Homeowner was interested in the HomeCare. Signed her up today.

Troubleshoot on tripping circuit, replaced faulty breaker with newer generation

Removed and reset toilet in master bathroom that was continuously leaking overtime. Issue was caused by a flange that was set too low below the finished floor. Installed extension flange and raised about the finished floor and bolted to subflooring to secure. Installed new wax ring and reset toilet with caulk seal around the base.

Customer had a blockage on the left side of the sink that was causing the sink not to drain, after diagnose that I saw that the dishwasher wasn’t draining as well due to the left side of the sink being clogged up, so we ended up, trying to reset the disposal and have to reset the disposal. I got metal out of the disposal that caused the blades to seize up and caused a blockage to develop after removing the metal and un jamming the blades the sink is working properly with no backups or leaks present

-replace damaged breaker -redo all connections properly

Install ceiling fan

-install 5 wafer lights for kitchen and living room -run wire for new lights over dining table -demo old light fixtures and boxes for new lights -install safety breakers for circuits -install new rated fan box and wiring for ceiling fan at 18’ -assemble and install ceiling fan -run wire for ceiling fan in center of living room

Performed no cool diagnostic. Found dirty blower wheel, dirty filter. No Te flood protection. Dirty condenser coil. Improper wiring in airhandler. Customer chose bare minimum. Rewired airhandler and everything else is working properly. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Troubleshoot dishwasher breaking tripping -replace bad breaker for dishwasher in main panel

Performed a whole home inspection, provided quotes for repairs, One of the panel has severe burning and parts of the bus have melted, recommended replacing panel as soon as possible, see picture for detail finding.

We replaced a ceiling fan, remade the splices in the junction box, and resecured the fan box with proper mounting screws

Replace ceiling fan in master bedroom, secure fan box with proper mounting screws, and Rewire splice.

Mount two 50 TVs with outlets. The second tv was damaged had to take down and repackage to be returned. Will return when new tv arrives.

System had 2 pressure reducing valves installed which was causing pressure imbalance in the system. Affected plumbing fixtures in the master bathroom were causing significant pressure loss and temperature fluctuations. After removing inside pressure reducing valves, was able to test 70 PSI at the home and tested all bathroom groups to determine that temperature was staying consistent to every fixture, and no more pressure fluctuating was present.

Installed new temperature and pressure relief lines and brought up to code. Ran new T&p line for 3rd tankless water heater.

Replace all smoke detectors throughout home with smoke/carbon combos

I was called out to Julie & Jon’s house for a Homecare maintenance. They have lived here for about 7 years and had the systems installed when they moved in so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered the main system has an older style of flue piping which is no longer up to current code, it doesn’t have a flood pan or safety, the airflow is very poor but we need to verify the sizing of the system first, the ac is missing it’s locking caps, the ac and wheel need cleaned, and there is some biological growth in the system, on the master system it is also missing its flood pan & safety, the flue pipe doesn’t have proper slope and is leaking, the combustion air isn’t piped and is pulling from the local air, the uv bulb is supposed to be replaced yearly, the wheel and ac need cleaned, the ac is missing its locking caps, the whip wire is improper, and the heat exchanger is significantly rusted and so are the burners. The system looks to be registered correctly b

Supply & Install 30A 4 wire circuit for the dryer & 50A 4w circuit for the stove. This includes supplying and installing the four prong appliance chords to each appliance.

Replacement of all existing
