For this job the customer stated that the water pressure to the home was 100 psi. Further inspection of the home showed high pressure due to a failed pressure regulator and expansion tank. Piping in the crawlspace also showed signs of corrosion which I showed to the customer. The customer agreed to replace the pressure regulator, expansion tank as well as redoing some of the piping in the immediate area. Water was shut off to the home and the old regulator and expansion tank was removed and replaced with new. Water was turned back on to the home and pressure was adjusted to 55 psi. All work was thoroughly tested for leaks and proper function.

Troubleshoot no power

This job I did a troubleshoot, a re-device, replaced breaker and replaced outdoor gfci and bubble cover. Everything was tested and is working properly.

Salah called us out to his home because one of his rental houses has an issue with the breaker tripping for his water heater. He had another company replace the elements and thermostat and the breaker tripped once after that. With that being said I preformed a troubleshoot for the electrical components After testing the wire for continuity, and testing the insulation on the wire there were no issues with the wire. After I was able to get the water heater to turn on I tested for amperage and everything came back good. We replaced the breaker to eliminate it being an issue.

Service call one system. The customer had stated when I arrived that a warranty company had been adding refrigerant. I tested refrigerant and it did look to be low. After further investigation found that the insulation in blower had came loose . Repaired insulation unit returned to normal. Removed refrigerant that the other company installed. Customer signed up for home care and I did everything will be good until fall .

Repaired broken section of main line. Tested under pressure for 15 mins. No leaks.

This job we conducted lead detection services original technician Corey Strickland. During our investigation, we discovered the leak in the middle of the yard about 36 inches to the right of the tree line and about 30 feet off the front right hand corner of the home location has been marked with flags

Tyler called us out to his home because he had issues with his laundry room light not working. Today we did a ballast bypass for the laundry room light. Tyler also went with our recommendation for a whole home surge protector.

Upon arrival, I met with the owner. The toilet in the hallway bathroom recently clogged. Nothing else affected. They attempted plunging and augering with no affect. I tested and confirmed the issue is isolated to the toilet. I first attempted augering but could not get through the toilet. I then removed the toilet and augered in reverse. I was able to remove a toy. I augered again to confirm the toilet was clear. Cleaned and inspected the flange, set a new wax ring, closet bolts and supply line. I reset the toilet, tested and confirmed no leaks or errors at this time.
