For this job, the customer showed us a leak in the ceiling of the laundry room. We cut Sheetrock in the ceiling, and found that the leak was coming from the snug offs under the kitchen sink. The customer stated also that the guest bathroom toilet was making a loud noise as well. We checked the pressure, and thermal expansion tank in the home. The pressure was good, but an aged Prv. The expansion tank was failed. We gave options, and the customer opted to go with option 1 we replaced the 10 year old water heater, pressure regulator, installed a new toilet, and replaced all three shut offs under the kitchen sink. Work was performed, and tested. Once done we cleaned up. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Pulled master bathroom toilet to clear mainline blockage. Had septic company clean their septic tank but was still experiencing mainline backup affecting 2 bathroom groups.

Customer called us out for a slow draining kitchen sink. On inspection there was not a current clog but the extension arm was holding water and spilling over. Customers faucet was also very slow I recommended replacing it but customer did not want to at this time. Customers bath also was draining when they didn’t want it to. The drain plug was missing the gasket and the drain itself was chipped, I recommended having the drain shoe replaced. Customer did not want to have this done today. For the kitchen sink I recommended cleaning out the p trap. Customer agreed and I removed the trap and arm extension cleaning both and finding a plastic knife in the p trap. I put everything back together and tested the sink for any leaks. Customer also had signs of a leak in basement but it did not look like it was coming from any water lines.

Diagnostic The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Capacitor only Performed diagnostic on 1997 payne heat pump. System is in very poor condition. Upon arrival outdoor unit was not running. Found capacitor to be a complete failure. Added a tip capacitor and did get compressor and fan to run tested pressure and pressure is OK in the system. temperature is decent. This system is very much showing its age and very poor condition. Any anywhere repair today will simply be a Band-Aid to try to get just a little more time out of the system. Any type of major failure on the system warrants a replacement. It is simply well past its service life. There is no cost to get a replacement quote. We have financing options as low as 0% interest. Payment plans as low as around $125 a month. Cash discounts and is always fast professional installation. We could have someone out tomorrow to talk to you if you’d like to explore this option. Today’s repair comes with no warranty. Eve

Austin was right on time and wasted no time breeding what he would be doing. Austin and his helper were very polite and trustworthy, so much so I left to attend a meeting with no worries of them being in my home. The work looks great and operates even better. Austin took the time to explain how to operate the new thermostat and all of the features of my new system. I always chose TE and will continue to do so any time I need HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical. Hopefully I won’t need you guys for a while but when I do, I know the work will be excellent and my appointment will be soon.

The guys came out and quoted a job with a great explanation of why and what they would be doing. They were very friendly and personable which made me feel comfortable and that is something you rarely get when hiring someone for any services. Cory and his helper were very knowledgeable and educated me on the ins and outs of residential plumbing from installation to system operations. They educated me on how to make adjustments to my system as well as how to bring my self installed water heater up to code for my area. I will be using them again and I will ask to have Cory come back. Absolutely trust his knowledge and his copper work is down right beautiful.
