Upon arrival, I spoke to the customer issue of where the downstairs area was experiencing a loss of power. I investigated first by opening the panel and checking all of the breakers. All of the breakers were feeding voltage properly. Because of this, I alerted the customer that they would need to be a troubleshooting fee and that I would need to open some of the devices in the house to find where the issue was occurring from. I found one receptacle that seemed to be the first in the chain that did not have power. After opening the receptacle, I found that that been stabbed in the back previously by the installing contractor And poorly installed, as it was not shimmed properly, causing the outlet to move when being used. I alerted the customer to this issue, and after testing to ensure that the chain could be re-combined, I proceeded with the work after approval. I removed the old receptacle and any burnt wiring And still had enough wire to be able to make a pigtail. I pigtail both the

Technician completed 2 full system inspections, tested heat and cooling at thermostats. Replaced customer’s provided filters 14x20x1 upstairs and 16x25x1 downstairs. Both systems Freon levels are showing below systems ratings/low Freon R-22 refrigerant is phased out by the government. Lots of repairs are also needed at both systems. I explained to customer about our system repair vs system replacement options, customer wants to talk it over with spouse before making any decisions at this time. Please see via email for repair estimates, pictures and invoice copy. Thanks for choosing TE Certified if you liked your technician service today don’t hesitate to leave a 5 star review!

Homeowner had us out today because the system isn’t cooling properly. Upon arrival we noticed that the system is off and the homeowner told us that he’s been hearing a weird buzzing noise from the outdoor unit. We recently installed a new thermostat and contactor 2 months ago. We noticed lots of ants on the contacts prevent the contactor from fully closing. We also tested 30/5 capacitor and it was out of range reading 20mfd. Homeowner approved to have capacitor replaced and we replaced contactor under warranty. We checked refrigerant pressures which were slightly low and the system uses R22 refrigerant. Informed homeowner and recommend to look at replacing system before refrigerant completely leaks out
The message from the office on the schedule change was spoken very fast and was hard to understand. Please slow down, so people can understand the message; it's not a fire drill.

Replaced full system for whole house located in garage

For this job we installed a new flood light in the back yard.
Adrian was very efficient and knowledgeable.
They were very helpful, and explained the process to me.
Five stars for the electricians. Three and two stars for office customer service via text and email without the ability to speak to a human, ask questions and get more clarification prior to the job. The on-line scheduling tool did not account properly for the amount of time or align with the quotes thus only half the work was performed. Thus lower score for convenience.
Marco was very professional, worked quickly and gave me updates on what he was doing and what needed to be done. He provided me with pictures and a rational for the work so I was confident in the work he suggested. I’d use them again when an issue arises.
Keep up the fine work!!
I am thrilled with the Supreme communication TE delivers. Charlotte reached out to confirm his ETA. He clearly knew how to install a Woodbridge bidet. He was very informed about this product, even though TE didn't sell it. Charley was a delight to work with. I couldn't be happier to have a job done RIGHT!
Excellent service is an understatement. I wanted to have bathroom outlets for a bidet. My panel was full & below code for my county. Nolan was superior in explaining the work, itemizing expenses & setting a time frame for start and completion. He scored on all levels!

Kyle went above and beyond to get our job done. We had some hurdles along the way but he overcame them. Including returning at 9:15 at night. Great experience from a great young man.
Michael and his assistant were very knowledgeable in their craft! Very impressive as I’ve had other electricians come in here and scratched her head about some of the issues I had. The TE electricians fixed all my issues in a very short amount of time at a very reasonable rate. I’m so happy🙂🙂🙂👋👋👋 I would definitely recommend both of them to anyone needing a certified Electrician 😀
