Homeowner had us out today because they noticed a water leak in the ceiling from the HVAC unit. Upon arrival we noticed that there is a five-year-old carrier heat pump in the attic. We noticed that the emergency drain pan was full of water. We proceeded to clear out the drain and noticed that both outdoor units were dirty and needed to be cleaned. We also noticed that the 45/5 capacitor was out of range and reading 36 and 2.8. Homeowner approved to have capacitor replaced in both AC units cleaned

Came out for leaking cpvc pipe gave estimate customer agreed cut out cpvc pipe replaced with Pex tested no leaks at this time bit hot clogged with sand and pebbles. Came out flushed line and replaced emergency stop on hot side in hall bathroom tested everything seems to be working properly at this time.

Check home inspection done by home inspector, and create quotes Leaving a quote for immediate stuff seen by home inspector and leaving a quote for code update updates. Two outlets in kitchen and in dining room were noted as not working, I found a GFI on the right side of the sink, turned it on, and it controlled the outlets on that counter and the dining room outlets. Outlets are working as intended. Foyer light, outside sconces and light in kitchen dining area are not working and will require troubleshooting. Missing switch in master bedroom upstairs Burnt outlet in master bedroom upstairs needs to be replaced Smoke detectors are out of date and one is missing

For this job, I worked on troubleshooting the fan in the family room the fan in the young man’s bedroom and an exhaust fan in the bathroom. I found the switches had failed and replaced the switches. I noticed some code updates and some safety issues and gave quotes.
