Arrived on site for no cool call. Checked in with customer and also checked thermostat for power and functionality. Found thermostat to be off no power. Went into attic and started to check furnace, noticed the wet switch had tripped. Took out of pan, dried off sensors and used hand towels to dry off drip pan. As soon as that was done, the system turned on, went outside and checked pressures to make sure everything was OK. Pressures are fine for being 81° inside and 80° outside got out mighty pump, pumped both drain lines to ensure no blockages. On the upstairs unit drain line, there was a blockage mighty pump was able to get it out and all the water I poured in plus some came out. System is up and running at this time.

On this job we completed the following work; - Re-devices of the entire electrical system. This included replacing & re-terminating all connections with outlets and switches throughout the home. - Running a dedicated circuit for the Smoke/ Carbon detectors and installed Devices in required locations. - Replace original fan fixtures with new customer provided fixtures. - Removed old panel boxes and removed old wiring. - Swapped light bulbs in various locations - Labeled the panel We performed a thorough walkthroughs with the customer and signed for 100% satisfaction. We then received payment via check & card.

Troubleshoot shoot on kitchen receptacle not working, we replaced all GFCIs.

Removed 40 gallon water heater located in the garage, replaced with a 50 gallon and all code upgrades. Filled the tank and ignited. Tested with no leaks.

Replace existing living room ceiling fan with customer supplied ceiling fan and 12 inch down rod

Installed new customer supplied faucet. Removed garbage disposal and installed new basket strainer on right side only along with necessary drain fittings. Ran water and tested both sides of the double sink.

Includes providing and installing complete electrical service for municipal power entry system. Customer called about water pressure issue on hose spigots in front yard. TE arrived and assessed water pressure to spigots.

Kitchen outlets and stove not working

Customer supplied water heater install in basement mechanical room.

Installed new QO panel and surge protector. Installed 2 ground rods and jumped the PRV. Installed a new AC disconnect

Replace Outlet

Repaired 1 1/2 tub drain for freestanding tub. Filled tub all the way to the overflow and tested to ensure no more leaks are present.

Installed moen 1222-B s/l cartridge for the tub filler and replaced the expansion tank. Also, as a courtesy did a leak repaired were the female adapter split at the expansion tank . Please note: On the master tub there was a pin hole in the tub surface front left side tub,Turned off water supply, drained house and water heater, installed new 90 and female adapter along with the replacement expansion tank, and cartridge for the tub filler. Pressurized system, purged air out of fixtures, tested fixtures, charged/pumped expansion to 70 psi house pressure at 65psi. Tested fixtures, cleaned up, no leaks.

Troubleshooting

Upon arrival customer stated that now that unit was fixed and producing more water that condensation pump was not working properly and pushing water out. Customers stated that when he would move pump a little it would begin pumping. Did full evaluation of system, tested condensation pump and found that drain tube nor drain line was clogged, condensation pump is having intermittent issues, recommended new condensation pump and having it hard wired into system. Customer approved to have done today and signed up 1 system for Homecare maintenance plan. Tested pump several times and everything is draining properly to the outside and unit is cooling.

Performed a duct replace and a condenser coil cleaning. Replaced an 8ft metal duct and put new 12” flex duct r8. Cleaned the condenser coil. Tested system in cooling and heating. Delta T is 4 degreees cooler than last time and liquid pressure lowered to a healthier range as well.
