No cooling call for both systems, upon arrival nothing was coming on for both systems, checked front unit and found that 3 amp fuse was popped, replaced fuse also inspected all low voltage wires, checked contactor, did not find any shorts inside of system, Freon levels look good, blower wheel is dirty, recommended cleaning blower wheel, customer stated that he did have someone come out and replace the thermostat for the front unit that is likely the cause of fuse popping, recommended flood protection to prevent any water damage that may occur due to a clogged drain, back unit had a bad thermostat, replaced thermostat, also found that system was overcharged going out in high pressure, recovered about 5 lbs of R410A refrigerant to get subcooling and superheat correct, blower wheel is also dirty, system also does not have any flood protection installed, meaning there is nothing to shut the system off if the drain line ever clogs up emergency drain pan will overflow and cause water to leak

Replace water service line from water meter to the house by trenching. Will replace with new 1” black PEX and rebuild connection water meter. Inside home at penetration, cut wood panel wall and Repwlce main water shut off valve and pressure regulator valve. Install a 14x14” access panel over prv and main shut off. TE Certified is not responsible for repairs to wood panel wall. Install a new 50 gallon Rheem gas water heater with a 6 year tank warranty in basement. Installation: Installed new water heater, T&P line, expansion tank, PRV and water service line. Installed a courtesy shut off valve at the meter and covered with a 6” valve box. Insured all connections were done properly and tested for leaks. Set house pressure to 65 psi. Back filled trench and tamped as neccessary. Covered with straw when tampering was complete.

Call arrival customer stated that they were having a pressure drop after fixture was ran for a second. After inspection, I found that the PRV had failed with a pressure of 86 psi on the house. I gave options to replace the PRV customer wanted the most cost-efficient PRV so I gave him a Zen Wilkins. Customer is very happy now that his fixtures are running correctly.

We replaced the existing panel along with installing be vv a interconnected smoke detector system, a whole home surge protector and a proper ground system to include a ground bridge

Upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t cooling, stated she had refrigerate added a few weeks ago and unit still not cooling, checked tstst, cycled to ac mode, unit started up, air coming from vents, went to crawlspace to inspect unit, can’t fit all the way in crawlspace, will need a smaller person crawl space is small and tight, was able to reach filter, recommend correct size filter 16x20x4, unit has a 16x20x1, upon checking outdoor unit found not running, found disconnect flipped to off mode, turned on breaker and unit started up, let unit run for 10min, checked pressures and temp split, unit is cooling properly at time, explained to customer unit not showing low on r410, explained we can still perform leak search if she wanted it to verify, customer stated she will call when ready to move forward, also recommended homecare, left brochure with customer, unit is running at time with no issues

Customer has the rear hose bib dripping constantly, upon inspection noticed a couple other issues as well and provided options to repair and replace. Isolated the rear hose bib with the ball valve in the water heater closet

Performed diagnostic on Goodman heat pump with two zones, upon arrival customer stated unit is blowing heat and last tech told him he needed a part, explained I would have to perform diagnostic to see what’s goin on, customer approved, checked both tststs, cycled to ac mode, inspected air handler in attic, noticed unit has no cap over secondary spout on primary drain pan , recommend ss2 switch to prevent water issues, checked filter, blower, upon touching suction line, was hot to touch, checked zone board, found o wire not attached, checked across board for voltage, getting 24v from c to o, hooked up o wire, went to outdoor unit , found o wire disconnected at outdoor unit as well, hooked up wire and reversing valve shifted, checked temp split, switched tstst back to heat mode, unit still running in ac mode, checked voltage at zone board, still getting 24v from c to o, removed o wire from terminal, unit switched to heat, failed zone board, getting constant 24v to o terminal, recommend r

Called out for clogged toilet, customer decided to purchase a toilet for replacement. Removed old toilet and installed new customer supplied toilet. New toilet has been installed properly and is functioning as it should. Toilet drain is clear and flowing. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!!
