Performed diagnostic on Goodman heat pump with two zones, upon arrival customer stated unit is blowing heat and last tech told him he needed a part, explained I would have to perform diagnostic to see what’s goin on, customer approved, checked both tststs, cycled to ac mode, inspected air handler in attic, noticed unit has no cap over secondary spout on primary drain pan , recommend ss2 switch to prevent water issues, checked filter, blower, upon touching suction line, was hot to touch, checked zone board, found o wire not attached, checked across board for voltage, getting 24v from c to o, hooked up o wire, went to outdoor unit , found o wire disconnected at outdoor unit as well, hooked up wire and reversing valve shifted, checked temp split, switched tstst back to heat mode, unit still running in ac mode, checked voltage at zone board, still getting 24v from c to o, removed o wire from terminal, unit switched to heat, failed zone board, getting constant 24v to o terminal, recommend r

Today’s we arrived I found a defective breaker in the electrical panel that we replaced. We also found a receptacle in the upstairs bedroom that had burned wires on it. The receptacle itself was still working properly, but it had about 50 years of age on it so Mrs. Walker decided to go ahead and replace that one. We also found a receipt in the kitchen area when we were doing the troubleshoot that was older and Mrs. Walker also decided to replace it. Troubleshoot fee, customer is going to contact a tankless electric plumbing company to see if they can repair

No cooling call, upon arrival customer stated that nothing was running, checked air handler and found that 5 amp fuse was popped, found short at thermostat wire rubbing on Lineset, also found that there was 2 drain pans underneat system, float switch was bypassed, float switch is not working properly, recommended getting new drain pan installed underneath air handler as well as a drain repair and flood protection devices, quoted drain pan, flood protection and drain repair to fix slope on drain line, customer understands that drain pan needs to be replaced with bigger pan and that until drain pan is added underneath system TE will not be responsible for any water damage that may occur, after finding short in system checked amp draw of compressor and found that compressor is overamping, recommended hardstart kit for system to help lower amp draw on startup, condenser coil is dirty p, blower wheel is also dirty, system is also low on refrigerant, recommended leak search, with all of the

Replaced the leaking t&p on the water heater in the garage, watched the meter for 15 mins with no change, checked pressure and water heater temp, no leaks at this time.

Send camera down cleanout and met with a ton of grease and pipe is completely compromised. I couldn’t get more than a couple feet from the cleanout. Recommended replacement after cabinets are removed up to 5 feet of piping and reassess.
