For this job, I did leak detection service for original technician. Mark throughout my investigation on discovered leak underneath the slab, unable to determine the actual location of the lake due to the fact that there is LVP manufactured floor throughout the home everywhere, except for the kitchen and the master bathroom, however, I did listen in the area as I was able to did not discover the leak in those areas. I spoke with the homeowner and she advised me that she was not interested in a spot repair anyways and that The re-pipe option seems to be the route she wants to go. I will call Mark and let him know before I leave the site.

No cooling call, upon arrival customer stated that AC system was constantly running and would never reach temperature, upon inspecting outdoor unit we found that unit had bad dual capacitor, replaced 40/5 mfd capacitor, tested system operation, checked refrigerant levels and found that system was a little low on refrigerant unit will likely need about a pound of R410A refrigerant, contactor is pitted, there is also no flood protection installed, recommended replacing system due to age of AC being 15 years old, lifespan of a system is about 10-15 years old, delta T temperature drop looks good, washed condenser coil, all units and electrical components are working properly ay this time, since system does not have any flood protection TE will not be responsible for any water damage that may occur due to there not being flood protection installed, customer is aware of other issues with system.

Tightening down tank to bowl screw causing small leak. Leaving quotes for future toilet replacement , clearing slow draining sink. Customer called us out because she was experiencing a leak in her bathroom in the bottom floor. The leak was coming from a tank to bowl bolt. The internals of the toilet were replaced a short time ago. I tied it down bolt and leak did not appear again. Although toilet internals are new it is still giving a slow flush. Leaving estimates for future to replacements. Also leaving an estimate for clearing a blockage in master bathroom sink. Thank you for choosing TE certified

Came out for HVAC Inspection on 2018 Carrier Heat Pump with 2 zones. Verified zone board, dampers and thermostats all operational. Changed out 16x20x1 filter. Cleared condensate line and ensured draining properly. Verified all cooling and heating operations, system working properly. Recommended signing up for our membership as well as outdoor coil cleaning, TE Standard Flood Protection, and Blue-Tube UV Light. Customer approved membership for today. Counting today as first HVAC Home Care System Check. Will consider other recommendations for future date. Left brochure, inspection report, and quotes via email

Called out for toilet in the master bathroom leaking gave estimate to do a major rebuild. Customer agreed removed everything out of the tank and installed new bolts. Fill valve ,flapper ,overflow tube ,handle , gaskets and supply tested no leaks at this time and working properly.

Called out for water heater pilot light out gave estimate to relight the pilot and re-pipe the shut off going to the water heater where it’s leaking. Customer agreed removed piping going to the main shut off for the water heater and relocated the expansion tank to mount on the wall re-lit the pilot and installed vacuum breaker on right side hose bib as a courtesy tested no leaks working properly at this time
