Job Locations and Reviews
Customer had us out today because her system was not cooling. Upon arrival customer stated she had a company out several times, they replaced the evaporator coil because company stated it was leaking, and she has had the company out 2 more times after that to fill it up with refrigerant. Upon inspection found that the system was freezing up. Delta T was only 5 degrees. Upon checking pressures, discovered that pressures were low, indicating there is still a leak in the system. Preformed leak search, leak detector did not go off on the outdoor unit but went off in multiple places on the indoor unit. Recommended doing a nitrogen leak search to narrow down where the leak is located. Customer wanted to wait on the leak search and call home warranty company to see if they will do a leak search and or repairs.
Removed toilet and lav vanity in the hall bath, used 3/8” stop caps and plugged the drains, put the vanity and toilet in the bedroom to the right

Hot water heater causing lights to flicker
Called out for a couple of issues observed no issue with toilet and washer box draining appropriately after testing at this time, thanks for choosing TE certified.
Came out for no cool call on 2021 Heil AC/80% Furnace with 3 zones. Upon arrival customer let me know she has 2 downstairs tstats set to heat and upstairs to cool. Let her know zone system's can only either all heat or all cool, not both simultaneously. Customer now aware she can change temps but all 3 tstats must be set to heat or cool together. She let me know also tstat keeps shutting off after running for a bit then cycle repeats. Inspected system and found multiple issues. Firstly this is a 3ton system with three 10" supply ducts then one 8" and three 10" returns (also 10"bypass). With bypass closed and all 3 zones calling this is still not sufficient airflow, let alone for only 1 or 2 zones. Other main issue is she has single-stage heat and AC with 3 zones. With current ductwork this will never work properly. Recommend upgrading to variable speed equipment for proper zone control and balancing. Also found 10" bypass damper stuck closed.
