First, I want to thank TE for letting me know about a cancellation and giving me the opportunity to have someone come out today rather than waiting until Monday. That alone was greatly appreciated! My technician, Dalton, was absolutely amazing! From the initial consultation through the entire service, he was incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain what he was seeing, what could be causing the issue, what needed to be done, and why. I also had A LOT of questions, and Dalton was extremely patient with me. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was asking too much. He answered every question I had, explained things clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything throughout the process. What stood out to me most was the combination of his professionalism, knowledge, patience, kindness, and attention to detail. You can tell when someone genuinely takes pride in the work they do, and that was evident from start to finish. Dalton truly exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing service. If I ever need plumbing work in my home again, I will specifically be requesting him. Customer stated that her water bill had increased over the past month, upon arrival homeowner showed me to 2 toilets making noises, checked over everything else in the home and with the homeowners approval, did a minor rebuild on 2 toilets, also the customer let me know that the disposal was jammed, removed disposal and removed a kitchen utensil from disposal reset it and put back and tested the disposal.

Love the way my sheetrock was cut neatly, the installation was perfect & a cover provided to cover total area where sheetrock was cut. So, l dont have to cut sh eetrock next time when repairs needs to he done Then, the shower head is nice. After completing the job, the whole work area was clean & neat. Love it. U bet.

Arrived on site. Homeowner approved to replace two handle shower valve with new single handle shower valve. Replacing shower valve due to shower valve is not allowing enough water to be pushed through to showerhead. Removed existing price fixture to handle shower valve. Installed new renovation plate and install installed new delta shower valve. Connect to existing copper piping. No leaks at this time.

On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a mainline clog. I ran the sink to test and the toilet started to gurgle. I wrote up estimates to perform work and received approval. I pulled the toilet and ran my cable approximately 70 ft and was able to clear the clog. I pulled back a bunch of wipes on my cable. I ran water in different fixtures to confirm restoration of flow. I reset the toilet back with a new wax ring and flushed several times. I also did a super clean up and poured the first dose of endure down the shower drain. The homeowner is now happy and satisfied at this time with the work performed. Shut off water supply to fixture, remove all fluid from fixture, remove china caps and bolts from fixture, pull water closet from base, clean flange and inspect for damage, perform drain clearing operation using specialty drain clearing equipment specifically designed for task, set new wax gasket on flange, new bolts and new supply. No cooling call, upon arrival customer stated that thermostats did not have power, found a little bit of water inside of drain pan, drain line was clogged causing water to back up into emergency pan, cleared drain line, tested condensation pump, subcooling is a little low however system is cooling properly at this time, checked delta T temperature drop, found bad 45/5 capacitor, customer agreed to replace capacitor, replaced capacitor and tested system operation, unit also does not have secondary transformer installed for zone board, there is also no UV protection installed, recommended UV lights to help with biological growth inside of air handlerall units and electrical components are working properly at this time.
