Spring AC Maintenance

TE Certified HomeCare Maintenance Plan Terms & Conditions

The TE Certified HomeCare Plan includes three annual visits. One spring HVAC check, one fall HVAC check, and one annual electrical safety check. This plan may be canceled at any time with 30 days written notice. Previous monthly payments may not be prorated or refunded if canceled by the customer. Spring maintenance is performed between January 1st – April 15th. Fall maintenance is performed in the fall between September 1st – December 31st. All routine maintenance is performed during normal business hours Monday - Friday and must be scheduled at least five business days in advance. Inspections performed outside these dates are subject to additional fees. Regular maintenance extends the life of your equipment but is not a guarantee against failure or malfunction, except for parts or equipment installed by TE Certified Heating & Cooling and covered by our warranty. An adult over the age of 18 must be present during the maintenance visit, and the equipment must be accessible. Evaporator coil cleaning is not included in this agreement. Drain cleaning is included but limited to normal debris and dirt. Clogs or damaged drain lines are not included in this agreement. Payment for this plan is due in full at the beginning of the agreement and then at each twelve-month renewal. Payment for renewal is due no more than 30 days after the end of the twelve-month period. Non-payment of renewal will suspend this agreement and end any extended warranty coverage. Continuous maintenance of your equipment under the HomeCare plan is vital to maintaining your HVAC system and is required to preserve your extended warranty status.
