Cleared blockage in main level hallway bathroom sinks

Replace Gerber tub shower faucet valve. Technician will cut drywall and/or tile to access tub shower valve in wall. Technician will install new Delta shower valve with chrome trim. Water will be turned off to home and water pressure will be tested upon completion of work. Technician installed trim as best as possible without the tile wall. Customer to repair tile around shower valve and contact us if necessary to reinstall trim. Technician also unjammed garbage disposal as a courtesy.

Install code compliant ice maker box in kitchen behind fridge. Existing plastic line failed and flooded area.

Tesla install

Installed a new bathroom outlet for an electric towel rack. We came off the existing light in the toilet room, installed a new box, and installed a new outlet. We also installed a new dual function breaker for this circuit. We replaced the damaged keyless fixture in the basement with a new pull chain keyless

Install new ceiling fans outside

Installed a new outlet, replaced an outlet, and replaced some switches.

Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on both systems (upstairs and main floor). Tested both heating and cooling from the thermostat. Tested electrical components and refrigerant pressures. Inspected the cleanliness of the system. Replaced 1” filters. Reported all findings to the customer. A free quote to replace the basement furnace. Homecare maintenance plan for both systems. Includes 10% off repairs.

2x 2017 carrier/comfortmaker

Replaced filters. Cleaned drains and installed clean out in drain. Cleaned flame sensor and inducer port. Checked all operations. Odors are completely gone now.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Today I came to the home of Keith Lambertson to replace existing CH panel that was full with no adequate breaker space and had some loose breakers in it with a new 42 space QO panel. Also at the home had outlets on the front of the house for Christmas lights installed a long with replacing all existing GFI’s around the exterior. Replace a light by the garage. Replace some existing lights in the stairwell from the basement to the main floor. Add smoke detector/carbon monoxide Detectors throughout the whole home. Add a Luton Casetta switch from basement to main floor stairwell. Troubleshoot and restore power to an outlet and GFI, that had become disconnected at some point.

Rewire basement

3 system Homecare. All filters recently replaced, left extra filters near systems for future filter changes. Upstairs system not cooling efficiently, will need to return to make repairs under warranty for evaporator coil.

Repaired a light that was customer installed and installed a new dimmer.

Replace toilet in powder room

I removed both the ceiling fans located in the dining room and discovered that both fans were indeed on UL approved Fam rated boxes. I assembled and installed the ceiling fans at each location. I removed the dimmer and speed control switch for the 3g box (center switch and left switch) that is located in the dining room and supplied and installed two new 3 way toggle switches. I told the homeowner to keep the switches in the positions they are in and just use the remotes. The receivers are built into the fan and each remote is already preprogrammed to each fan through the manufacturer. I tested each fan for the light and motor and both are working with no wobble. I showed the homeowner the completed job and he was happy with the results along with making sure I was cleaned up to his satisfaction. The panel and sub-panel are located the basement off the gym in a utility closet. The min panel is an old Murray Split Buss panel with type GE breakers inside and those breakers are not list

Changed 2 16x25x1 filters, checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, inspected heat exchangers, cleared inducer ports, cleaned flame sensors, tested hot surface and spark igniter, took delta Ts, cleared drain lines, tested safety switches, checked all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, checked refrigerant pressures, and monitored systems operations. Due to upstairs furnace reaching 30 years old and the main floor a/c equipment reaching 22 years old and use of r22 replace of those systems are highly recommended before big repairs/upgrades are made to the equipment.
