Upon arrival gained access to the home via the realtor. Customer was having water leaking from his water heater. Water heater was from 2010. Gave options. Removed old heater. Installed new 50 gallon water heater in a pan with a water alarm. Installed new gas valve, whip and fittings. Installed new copper piping with a new valve and expansion tank mounted to the structure of the home. All piping was insulated, valve tag was added and bonded clamps were added. Heater was lit and was set to 120 degrees. All work was tested for functionality and leaks. Air was bled from the home.

Complete the following work to correct the sump pump wiring: At the panel remove the Romex coming in to opening of the SER cable and move it to another location and install a connector. Supply and install a new BR 20 amp GFCI breaker. In the crawl space remove the box on the pipe and re route the 12/2 by drilling through the floor joists and installing a box. Install conduit on the brick exterior wall inside the crawlspace and install a new 12/2 UF cable from the box around to the back of the home. In the back of the home near the A/C unit install a protective conduit sleeved into the crawlspace and install a new bell box. Dig a trench over to the sump pumps alarm and outlet and lay in the trench a new 1/2 PVC conduit and provide fittings as needed. Install new thwn wiring from the house, into the conduit and over to the outlet on the post. Provide and install a new outdoor rated duplex outlet. We installed both the alarm circuit and the pump circuit into the same conduit go

For this job, the customer stated they had leak issues under the kitchen sink. The customer also had high water pressure to the home 85 psi. The customer opted to replace the kitchen faucet, and the water and drain lines under the kitchen sink as well as installing a new PRV with shut off. On the visit I noticed the water heaters vent was disconnected, I put the vent back on, but the existing heater is piped into the chimney. I left an option to install a power vent in the basement area near an outlet. The customer is wanting to move forward with this at a future date.

No cool on the min level system, due to. Bad compressor. Compressor is tripping the breaker and shorted to grown. Lao tested compressor with megaohmeter and it states as bad . Dual capacitor is going weak (reading 43 on a 45 microfarad). Will sent estimate to replace compressor on Monday (supply house is closed at this time). System is 5 years old and possible under parts warranty. Need to replace compressor, in order to do a complete diagnostic on the system.

.Our leak detection team was able to locate in the middle of the yard. Paul decided to have a new waterline installed using our bore method to avoid cut through the yard . We ran the new waterline from the meter, through the foundation, and into the basement using soft copper. We also connected back into the irrigation line, and also installed a shut off valve . Inside of the house after the penetration, we Installed a new pressure regulator valve, and set house pressure to 65 psi.

Estimate to replace 10 year old water heater with a 6 year warranty Rheem water heater. Includes the water heater shutoff valves as well as 2 other nearby shutoff valves, and run two new relief lines (one for each water heater) to the exterior of the home. We will have to cut Sheetrock to run these relief lines. We do not repair Sheetrock. Performed work as per estimate. We also performed a spot repair on a 3/4 copper pipe in the basement ceiling through Sheetrock that had already been opened before our arrival.

Arrived on site to install new Ethernet cable for living room tv. I came from the switch in the main floor closet. I cut two holes in the Sheetrock in the basement for access. I tested the wires and they are working as they should.

Homeowner inquired about leak in basement. After further diagnosis, technician found that penetration was leaking from the outside. After accepting the work, technician started to dig and found that penetration line was about 6 feet deep. For technician to reseal penetration, he would have to remove more landscape and dig a deeper hole in the surrounding area to be able to reach it. Technician Performed this work and resealed penetration, which was confirmed to be leaking because of a broken seal. Technician used Hydro cement, tar and 6 mm polyethylene vapor barrier to seal penetration from elements. Technician resealed interior penetration as well.

Met with homeowner upon arrival they expressed an issue with a clogged toilet, we took sometime to diagnose the issue we came to a conclusion it was a single fixture clog. We then gave the customer options to perform the work that was needed. The customer signed off on auguring the toilet and we grabbed material to being work. We attempted to auger the toilet but were unsuccessful. We moved to plan B and pulled the toilet and retrieved an air freshener bottle. We then reset the toilet back checked for leaks and did a super clean up. The customer is happy at this time. Perform draining clearing on toilet. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line clearing. No warranty on drain clearing Pull and reset toilet to manually remove blockage

We replaced the customers 3 handle shower valve with a customer supplied gerber shower valve. We also replaced the customers fill valve in the master bath toilet. Will be returning next Friday to do a full rebuild.

Buyers Inspection

Upon arrival spoke with customer about a hose bib that was spraying when turned on. Gave options. Customer didn’t want to cut drywall and replace the hose bib at this time so I tightened the packing to get the hose bib. Bib is no longer leaking. If the hose bib starts leaking again the customer will have to have it replaced.

Today I installed a customer supplied EV charger on a new 60 amp circuit in the garage

Customer called us up to install a new garbage disposal for their new sink in the kitchen. On arrival customer also said she wanted to have an air switch installed and a faucet. I quoted to install all three and change the position of the drain stack to accommodate the new sink. Customer agreed. I installed the faucet and the sensory attachments for it. I then cut out the stack and repositioned it to fit the new set up. I then installed the air switch and garbage disposal. Tested everything for any leaks or malfunctions and cleaned up throughly.

Replace gfci outlets

Arrived on site to look at garage GFCI not working. This outlet co trolls the outlets in the garage as well as the garage door outlets. I tested the GFCI outlet and it was working properly. Due to the age of the device, I recommended replacing the GFCI outlet. I replaced the GFCI outlet in the garage. I provided and installed a new GFCI outlet and ensured all connections are tight I provided and installed a new surge protector at the main electrical panel. This sits flush with the Sheetrock and is tied into the dryer circuit. The surge protector comes with a lifetime/$75,000 warranty through the manufacturer. Everything is working upon departure.

Completed annual Homecare plumbing inspection. Installed china caps on both toilets. Removed gas line for the outdoor grill. Completed removed all piping and the grill itself. Capped the branch line at the water heater. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Full system

Chemically cleaned both condenser coils today. The UL system could not be tied into the low voltage for the condensate pump that is shared with the ML system. The UL drain in the tic will require being rerouted to the plumbing stack to avoid any flooding if the ML condensate pump were to ever fail. The Ml furnace control board was replaced today and is operating properly at this time. The flue pipe for the ML furnace and the water heater was not able to be ungraded due to the existing B vent that runs through the house to the attic and roof. The pipe was originally installed backwards when the house was built in 1986. This is the main reason the flue gasses are backdrafting through the water heater. In order to rectify this for safety concerns the entire flue system requires replacement with all new B vent from water heater and furnace to the roof. We will schedule an Install manager to quote this repair work.
