We were very satisfied with the performance of James Durbin, and his assistant/trainee Jeremiah, during the period of 4 days which started with an emergency call to TE Certified on a Saturday afternoon. James was very thorough in diagnosing the problems related to faulty circuits in our main electrical distribution panel. The new panel replacement installation and rewiring took over 2 days. During the process of troubleshooting and installation, James explained every stage of the work, he made us feel comfortable with his expertise and that he was looking after our safety.

During my visit, a new 50 gallon natural gas water heater was installed with a new expansion tank and sediment trap. The old PRV and gate valve was also replaced with a new ball valve and dual chamber PRV. A 1/4 turn valve was added for the humidifier as well as a steel braided supply line. Considering there were limited options for installing the T&P line, a p-trap and hub drain were added. This water heater also received an anode rod upgrade that extended the manufacturer warranty to 10 years.
