Replaced hose spigot outside of the garage. The water supply to the utility sink was tied into the hose spigot line using a steel tee. I replaced the tee and added a water stop to make the sink serviceable. I replaced all three sink stoppers upstairs and replaced a lift and turn stopper in the hall bath tub. Install new pressure reducing valve Watts 3/4 (PRV). Shut off supply at main water service, drain down water in down, cut out existing area, install new 3/4" pressure reducing valve, secure all piping. Set new PRV to 65psi. After installing I pressurized the system, bleed the air, and checked for leaks and proper function. Everything is working the way it should be.

Replaced master bathroom toilet with a Kholer Highline pressure assist toilet. I removed and disposed of the old toilet and installed the new toilet with new closet bolts, china caps, wax ring and supply line. Tested toilet throughly.

Install new pressure reducing valve Watts 3/4 (PRV). Shut off supply at main water service, drain down water in down, cut out existing area, install new 3/4" pressure reducing valve, secure all piping. Set new PRV to 65psi. Install new 3/4" water valve. Shut off water supply and drain down water in home, cut out existing area and prepare piping for new connections, install new ball valve, connect pipe lines, pressurize system, test and clean up work area. After installation I pressurized the system, bleed the air, and tested for proper function and leaks. Everything is working as it should. Recommend adding an ion 6 water conditioner to the water heater to protect it from lime scale build up or adding a whole home filtration system to protect the whole plumbing system. (Customers have the option to sign and accept the quotes through email to get on the schedule) thank you for choosing te certified!

Installation includes: new water heater, new thermal expansion tank, new gas whip, new sediment trap, new shut off valve for water heater isolation, new water heater pan and any necessary vent work required within 2 feet Includes removal and disposal of old water heater This is for a 6 year warranty water heater This install includes a specialty short model water heater that is currently installed and will need to be replaced with the same model due to existing pipe and vent rough in locations
