For this job I replaced a quite check valve and ball valve on the pump can in basement, I also replaced the lid on the tank to have a proper seal. I changed all visible piping to pressure rated piping as well and I used pressure rated fittings to make the connections. I also installed a water hammer arrestor underneath the kitchen sink serving the dishwasher. I capped off 2 gas lines that were also required by the inspector during the home inspection. As a courtesy I also repaired the pop up assembly in the main floor guest bathroom. I tested and left all work areas clean.

Arrived on site to troubleshoot basketball goal outlet and back yard pool light. Upon inspection, I noticed the basketball goal outlet has power. It is damaged and disconnected from the conduit supplying power. It’s recommended to repair this. For the pool light, I couldn’t trace the wire underground to see where the wire has become disconnected. I recommend either replacing the wire or having us trace the wire to see where the wire is disconnected. I also discussed some other options for upgrading the lighting by the basketball goal. The home owner is going to look over the options before making a decision.

For this job we installed (4) quad outlets in the basement office area. Installed a new dedicated circuit for the basement microwave. Added an outlet for the coffee maker and installed (5) more outlets in the far room of the basement on a circuit that was already existing. We installed a GFCI device for the microwave circuit. We also completed the QC visit for the 26kw that we had previously installed. Completed a full transfer test and everything functions as it should.
