Job Locations and Reviews
Replace piston for main floor system, 3 1/2 ton AC with a 4 ton coil. Added a bi flow liquid line dryer, recover all the refrigerant in the system, pressure tested the system for 30 minutes, vacuum pumped the system till 500 microns, and added new 410A refrigerant, about 10 pounds. System is now running up to manufacturing specification. Thank you for using TE certified.

Homeowner inquired about toilet, possibly leaking. After further diagnosis technician found that tank bolts were loose. Technician tighten tank bolts and leak subsided. Homeowner will reach out to technician if issue persist.
Great Service, On time!
Upon arrival, I met with the owner. She recently found water on the ground floor around the dining area and found the half bath had overflowed from the toilet. In testing, they found the toilet would bubble when water was ran upstairs. There is a foundation and tap cleanout in the front yard. Both were dry when I arrived. I ran water to test and found a blockage outside, between the two cleanouts. Due to access, I ran my cable upstream from the tap cleanout and cleared the blockage. Ran water from inside to test for flow. We have a supervisor scheduled for Monday morning to inspect the sewer and evaluate the condition of the system. Use large drain machine to clear line from the exterior accessible cleanout, and locate source of drain issue with sewer camera. Includes drain machine and inspection camera (no additional fee). Does not include digging, replacing lines, or repairs. Cleared lines may clog again without a permanent repair.
Technician replaced pilot assembly, and burner chamber gasket. Check the test for leaks and functionality. Everything is working as intended.
Knowledgeable, arrived on time
Installed 2 wireless cameras and replaced a video doorbell. The cameras and doorbell were successfully connected to homeowners app and adjusted to their liking.
PVC drain line condensation created a water spot on the subfloor that penetrated onto the drywall in the primary bedroom. Insulated PVC drain in the attic and installed flood protection. Clean the condenser coil for the upstairs system as well. Completed home care inspection, inspections while on the visit today. Both systems are heating and cooling properly at this time.
For today’s service, we performed a troubleshoot of where the water that flooded in the dining room area was coming from. After testing the shower upstairs to see if water was leaking from the tub toilet or vanity found that there are no leaks coming from them. What I did discover was the toilet on the main floor was backing up and leaking from the toilet and overflowing onto the floor of the home. There is a a massive back up somewhere and the lines that is causing to back up and need to have drain tech specialist with a camera to find where the clog is happening. We have them on the schedule for tomorrow of an arrival window time of 11 to 2.
Customer noticed water coming from the ground near the mulch bed at the front of the house. We dug a trench in the mulch bed to locate the pipe. We determined that the leak was coming from under the sidewalk. We found a second leak at the water meter where the meter nipple attached to the blue poly water line. We decided that replacing the entire line was more effective and less destructive to the property. Bored a new water service line from the water meter to the garage. Removed a 2 foot square of concrete to the left of the water heater to gain access to the bore. Replaced the PRV and main shutoff valve to make connecting to the water distribution system simpler and more serviceable. We backfilled our hole and poured new concrete. The water pipe is sleeved through the floor to prevent damage from direct contact with the concrete.
