Job Locations and Reviews
On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a clogged shower drain. I wrote up estimates to perform work and received approval. I ran my cable and pulled back hair. I ran water to confirm that the shower was draining properly after running my cable. The shower drain is now draining properly and the customer is satisfied. Perform draining clearing on tub or shower drain trap. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line clearing. No warranty on drain clearing.
Installed interlock kit for generator inlet
Customer had a leak by the water heater a wanted us to take a look at. Upon arrival after some research realized that PRV was leaking and the T&P as well. Came back and installed a new 25AUB watts PRV, provided a new gas 50 gallon water heater, replaced all necessary piper with new copper and fittings, installed a pan, new gas connections, a new expansion tank secured to the wall and a ION 6 on the system. Everything was properly tested after installation no issues! Thank you for choosing and trusting TE with your plumbing needs!
We were called out to move a 240 wall mounted air-conditioning unit receptacle due to the cord of the air conditioner not being able to reach where we previously installed on our last visit.
Blake worked very hard to figure out where the mysterious leak was coming from. And he gave me options on how to take care of it.
Set my expectations and delivered.
Replacing compressor, adding wet switch, replaced both capacitors, contactor and terminal harness for compressor. Recovered all refrigerant, removed failed compressor, and terminal kit, contactor and capacitor. Replaced compressor with OEM replacement along with filter dryer. Pressure tested equipment in varying stages. First at 300psi then again at 400. System passed both pressure tests. Removed nitrogen from system used to pressure tested equipment and pulled vacuum down to 271 microns on full system. Performed decay test with a passing result. Added factory charge of 10lbs back into system and started. Cleaned condenser coil. System started very well and ran without issue while dialing charge back in to factory standards. Added and tested wet switch, flushed and pumped drain line and sealed evap coil. System operating well with 20 degree delta t at the time of leaving. Did advise customer it would take roughly an hour per degree to catch back up to the set temperatures.
Brand new wire for AC unit replaced 40 amp breaker with 45 amp breaker
Today we were going out here because Dee noticed water behind the toilet that she suspect is leaking after we did a pool and reset back in May. I was inspecting the toilets and pulling it out and noticed that the water is still leaking from the wall. I did more of an investigation of cutting out that wall worthy waterline is coming through the slab to feed to the toilet and noticed that water is continuously leaking and a pinhole leak is underneath the slab. I explained that the type of piping they have (upondor) is not a good type of material and have issues on pinhole leak developments. My recommendations is to re-pipe the house with new piping that has stronger integrity than the open door does and replace their main line from the meter to the house with a new shut off valve and water heater. They agreed that’s the route that you want to go with and we are scheduled with them on Monday.
Replaced switch in closet
Returned today to install three Blue-Tube UV air purification systems, one in each air handler, and install refrigerant locking caps on the outdoor units. All three Blue-Tube systems were installed, tested, and verified to be operating properly. Refrigerant locking caps were installed on all accessible service ports as a courtesy. One locking cap for the upstairs condenser is still needed due to being short one locking cap. We will install the remaining locking cap during our return visit for the scheduled inspection. All systems were tested following installation and are operating properly at the time of departure. Thank you for choosing TE Certified. If you were happy with today’s service leave a review and share your experience with my service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Inspection for the electrical safety and proper army core design of the dock.
For this job we installed a customer supplied level 2 Ev charger.
Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with him regarding their issue. Customer showed me inside and to the main level guest bathroom. Customer states the toilet clog and they were not able to get it clear with a plunger. I ran other fixtures in the bathroom and confirmed that this issue is isolated to the toilet. Presented customer with options to clear the toilet with a closet auger and after getting signature approval I began work. Made multiple passes with closet auger and cleared soft blockage. Flushed toilet several times with and without toilet paper and it did not clog again. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied.
No Cool - Upstairs Both the outdoor fan motor and the dual capacitor has failed. The blower wheel is dirty and needs to be cleaned. The system has an improper settlement trap, and it lacks proper flood protection. Due to the fact, I was unable to test the equipment to see if other issues are exist I strongly recommend getting a quote for a replacement before making any repairs. The system is R 22 and the age cannot be determined at this time. Therefore it may be a good time to look into options. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
We came out to the home after a leak was reported at the T&P valve on the existing tankless water heater. We performed a thorough evaluation and completed the recommended repairs, including replacing the PRV, installing a new T&P relief valve on the tankless unit and replacing the expansion tank. The expansion tank was re-piped correctly after being previously installed on the hot water line. After completing all repairs, we repressurized and tested the plumbing system. Everything is now working properly with no leaks detected. We cleaned the work area and removed all debris before leaving. The customer was advised that the existing tankless water heater is about 14 years old and would benefit from routine maintenance to help extend its life and reduce the likelihood of future issues. We also recommended installing a leak alarm beneath the unit for early warning in case of future leaks. If any other plumbing issues arise, the customer is encouraged to reach out.
10 years parts warranty
Today I came out to install a new TXV on the upstairs system. I removed the failed TXV and installed the new one. After the installation, I pressure-tested the system with nitrogen to verify there were no refrigerant leaks. Once the system passed the leak test, I pulled a vacuum down to 400 microns, and the vacuum held, confirming the system was dry and leak-free. I then charged the system according to the manufacturer’s specifications, including the additional refrigerant required for the line set. After charging, I tested the system and verified proper operation. The system is now cooling properly with no refrigerant leaks or other issues at this time. Customer is happy.
Cut up/break concrete where water leak is marked. Dig down to find water line and replaced section where pipe is leaking. Test and backfill, pour concrete back and clean up work area.
Customers garbage disposal was jammed was physically able to see the keys that were jamming it inside of the garbage disposal. I was able to remove with a pair of needle nose pliers after a little persistence. Afterwards cleaned out the garbage disposal and checked to make sure that the disposal teeth were in good condition, which they were. Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs
Came out to troubleshoot the basement lighting issues and found a failed GFCI outlet on the back porch. Provided a quote to replace the GFCI outlet. Also identified an outdated Challenger electrical panel and provided a quote for panel replacement. Customer will consider the recommended repairs. Tested the system, and all currently functioning circuits are operating properly at the time of service.
Check valve for sewage ejector was leaking. We replaced the check valve combo for the ejector pump. All work was thoroughly tested upon completion. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Impressive professionalism from this young man. I guess he grew up in an electrician family which explains how he knew so much and was able to be very efficient at his job. Highly recommend!!!
Running a 50 amp sauna circuit from the main electrical panel in the basement to the side of the home and install a disconnect for the sauna to be hooked up to.
Technician replaced thermal expansion tank and rerouted copper lines to the water heater. Location of the expansion tank was moved due to difficulty to access and is now mounted and strapped for support. Shower cartridge was also replaced on tub valve.
Replaced one of the fans on the back porch
No cool on the only system in the house due to a compressor burnt wire , connected on top of the contactor. Fam condenser motor wire was burnt as well. Fixed wires and system works. Checked amperage on motor and compressor, filter, drain line, furnace, temperature differential and visual inspection. System is cooling but compressor and fan motor are working with high amperage, and it can affect the performance of the system and can burn the capacitor (has happened before couple times, according to the customer). System is 16 years old and on its last legs. Due to the be and condition of the system, the best option would be to up the system, and bring savings, comfort and efficiency back to the house. Customer declined any quote at this time. System is working at this visit, but it can go have more issues, specially on hotter days. Also recommend to sign up for maintenance plan. Customer declined that, as well.
No Cool - Upstairs System Breaker for the air handler was on, but not passing power to the indoor while the breaker for the heat pump was off. I reset both breakers and the system came on and it’s cooling properly at this time. The condenser coil could use a cleaning. The equipment flood protection could be upgraded to include a drain line and a wet switch pan safety. The system and the condition space could benefit from some indoor air quality enhancement. Otherwise all is working well at this time.
