The technician came on time and they were willing to work with me as I didn’t purchase the faucet ahead of time.
Removed and replaced existing kitchen faucet with customer supplied faucet. Tested and checked for leaks , conducted super clean up.
Complete safety inspection and replaced expired smoke detectors
I performed a three system home care. This is considered the first home care inspection for HVAC equipment. The upstairs condenser coil was severely dirty thoroughly cleaned coil. There was no wet switch on none of the units added wet switches. Customer wanted a new thermostat for main level. Replaced thermostat. The filters were the following 16 x 25 x 4 main level 16 x 25 x 4 upstairs 16 x 20x1 downstairs. The basement unit is a 2000 model appears to be a little low on refrigerant compressor has wear. The temperature difference on the basement unit was only 10° . Compressor has a noticeable noise has some internal failure. Gave customer a 5% additional discount for military service. Thanks so much for being a new TE customer.
Run new circuit for frizzer
Did a great job on my hot water heater. Explained everything to me about installation and after installation instructions
Came out today to install a new 50 gallon water heater. Drained down existing heater and removed from system. Moved heater over roughly 3-4 feet to accommodate for upsizing the system to a 50 gallon heater to meet fhr requirements. New heater was installed in a pan with a water alarm. Extended gas line over roughly 3 feet and installed new gas fittings, valve and gas whip. Installed new expansion tank mounted to a bracket mounted to the structure of the home. Extended the hot and cold water lines over and connected new water heater to the system with new piping, shut off valve and fittings. Ran new flue piping connecting to the existing common vent. Furnace flue pipe doesn’t have proper clearance downstream of the water heater. Advised customer that if it is brought up in the inspection any repairs required are not included in my scope of work for this job. All flue piping for the water heater maintains a proper clearance. Air space is conditioned. Ran new t&p line. All work was tested
Very professional, Wayne did a thorough job and answered all questions. Would definitely recommend.
Performed 2 system homecare maintenance today. Filters were clean and did not require replacement today so I left extras. Drain lines have been flushed and are clear at this time. Drain for UL was buried and is now exposed from the ground. ML dual capacitor is below tolerance and client approved replacing it today testing all systems operational parameters to be with in range at this time. ML system does not have adequate flood protection and client will address this when the system is ready for replacement.
Our drain department came out last week due to the left side of the kitchen sink gurgling and bubbling when the right side of the sink was used. They referred a plumbing technician as they were unsure whether or not the issues was related to a stoppage. We were told by the customer that the drainage under the kitchen sink, as well as the studor vent was replaced about three months ago by another contractor. We were also told that the drain was snaked by that contractor. Upon investigation, we believed that this was in fact a drain stoppage. I used a flex shaft drain machine, entered through the upper sanitary tee under the stack and made two passes, going to roughly 25’. We then tested the kitchen sink drain several times, and there is no longer any bubbling or gurgling. We did however, pull out some type of spring with our drain machine. It’s possible that this is part of the previous contractor’s sewer cable. If the blockage return, it may be necessary for us to open the ceiling
Upon arrival homeowner explained to me that they may have a leak somewhere on the plumbing system due to their bill being higher than usual. Performed a whole home gas spot leak search. Checked all exposed gas fittings on the inside of the home as well as the outside. Everything was fine on the inside. On the outside by the meter I did locate a fitting that was leaking. This repair was covered under warranty. There was another leak on the gas system for the pool heater. Proper repair was made for that leak as well. Did locate gas leak on the gas company side of the meter as well. Gas company came out and made their repair. After completing the work we pressurized the system and checked for leaks and proper function. Re-started tankless water heater. Thank you for choosing
Customer had a toilet that wasn’t flushing due to wipes, so I gave them an option to run a toilet auger to clear the line and have to run to my eye I was able to clear the toilet blockage and after testing the toilet is flowing properly with no backups
Replace fan box inside the upstairs
Arrived on site and originally came to repipe kitchen and laundry room , because customer stated they had a few pinhole leaks recently in different areas of the house . Ultimately, customer decided to move forward with a whole house Repipe and just take care of the issue long term . In addition we installed a whole house filtration system(HALO 5). We repiped all fixtures in the home as well as installing an expansion tank for the heater , repiping the heater , and installing a new shut off and PRV. House pressure was set to 65psi.
Completed a full HomeCare inspection on both Trane systems serving the home. At the time of today’s visit, both systems were operating in heating and cooling modes. The equipment is approximately 8 years old (2018) and 12 years old (2014). While both systems are currently running, several installation, airflow, safety, and maintenance concerns were documented during the inspection. Photos and measurements were taken to document system condition and recommendations. System #1 – Second Floor Trane System (2018) The system was operational at the time of inspection. During evaluation, several installation and performance concerns were identified that can affect airflow, efficiency, equipment longevity, and system protection. Findings included: * Drain pan protection only covers the evaporator coil area rather than the full system. * Inadequate flood protection. * No indoor air quality treatment installed. * Elevated static pressure readings indicating airflow restriction. * Conde
Able to access attic. Determined that the dryer vent is not venting properly through the roof. Roofer recommended. Thank you for choosing TE certified!
Great service
Need to return for inspection
For this call, homeowner had us come out to reinspect the tankless that was inspected by another company previously and wanted a second opinion as the home was having temperature fluctuations issues where hot water would run for a few minutes then it would get cold. Upon inspection, we found that the company previously already got the replacement internal check valve for the Navien. After our diagnosis, we confirmed the check valve was indeed the issue and gave estimates to replace and flush the tankless while we were here. Homeowner agreed and work with started. Also included with the system flush, we installed a drain down and a spring check to the recirculating line to allow for future maintenance. As a courtesy we, attempted to tighten down the master handle in the shower as it was loose. After flushing the tankless, and installing the new internal check, we ran water throughout the home and confirmed the water stayed hot after several minutes of running water. No leaks hand everyt
Upon arrival spoke with customer about a water spot on his kitchen ceiling. Mild discoloration along the seam but no moisture upon contact. Performed a leak search and cut out a small section of drywall roughly 6x6 inches above the kitchen island. Found the vent pipe for the dryer with signs of condensation dripping from the vent 90 that goes through the floor to the dryer inlet. Recommend to have the dryer vent cleaned out and if leak persists have company that performs dryer vent repairs replace a section of the vent pipe going through the floor. Did not observe any leaks or drips from any of the other plumbing in the ceiling.
Mobile link replacement on Generac 26Kw standby generator

**Heating & Cooling System Inspection Summary** Technician completed a comprehensive inspection of two HVAC systems serving the home. Both systems are **Lennox split-system air conditioners with gas furnaces**, with equipment dating approximately from **2016**. System performance, airflow, electrical components, indoor air quality, and drain safety were evaluated. ### System #1 Findings Inspection found several maintenance and reliability concerns that are affecting overall system condition: * Dirty blower wheel * Dirty outdoor condenser coil * Blower capacitor testing out of manufacturer tolerance * Missing standard condensate overflow protection * Dirty air filter * Refrigerant readings were within an acceptable operating range at the time of inspection * Static pressure measured approximately **0.48" WC**, indicating airflow restrictions likely related to the dirty filter and blower assembly ### System #2 Findings Inspection found similar concerns on the second system: * Dirt
Upon arrival spoke to customer about a loud hammering in the plumbing system when the rear hose bib was turned on. Checked water pressure and thermal expansion tank. Both were functioning as they should and had been replaced in 2022. Added strapping to the hose bib line to eliminate loose piping but that didn’t rectify the issue. Advised customer that I could not guarantee replacing the hose bib would rectify the issue but I believe that’s where we start as the hammering is isolated to when the hose bib is actuated. Replaced rear hose bib and added a vacuum breaker. Insulated piping, added valve tag and sealed around hose bib. Throughly tested hose bib actuating the valve in different positions and was not able to trigger any hammering. If any hammering persists we will have to further diagnose the issue but as of now it seems to be rectified.
Joaquin was very pleasant to work with and installed two electrical outlets quickly and without any mess. He also checked our circuit breaker and gave us an option to install a new breaker or not overload the circuit.
HomeCare Inspection Summary Performed a comprehensive HomeCare inspection on one Trane split-system HVAC system serving the home. The system consists of a 100,000 BTU Trane gas furnace and a 3.5-ton Trane outdoor unit, both manufactured in 2021. At the time of today’s visit, the system was operating properly in both heating and cooling modes. The air filter was replaced during the inspection with a 20” x 25” x 5” media filter. During the inspection, several maintenance and reliability concerns were documented. The indoor evaporator coil has accumulated biological growth and debris buildup, which can reduce system cleanliness and airflow performance over time. The outdoor condenser coil is impacted with debris and would benefit from a thorough cleaning. The outdoor run capacitor has fallen below its manufacturer tolerance range, indicating a weakening electrical component that may affect system reliability and startup performance. The humidifier was found to have a bypass conne
Wire and install new outlets
No cool on the only system in the house (two zones). Filter was very dirty , system low on Freon and dual capacitor weak (reading 42 on a 45 microfarad). Two zones with bypass installed. Dampers and zoning is working properly. Replaced filter (16/25/4) and added Freon , to bring pressures back to normal. Customer will hold on in the capacitor at this time. Float switch and in line switch installed. The drain line is clear. No other issue at this visit. System is working properly in heating and cooling mode.
Great service. Tech very good. Gave us some options and explained each.
Upon arrival spoke with customer about two toilets that were running. Evaluated the system. Water heater had a failed thermal expansion tank. Rebuilt both toilets with new fill valves, flappers and supply lines. Also replaced both handles. Customer had a concern about the wax seal on the main level toilet. Pulled toilet and the tile was laid over the flange and the flange was about an inch below the finished floor. Cut riser to flange in basement, ran new pipe up, chipped mortar around sub floor, built up distance from sub floor to finished floor with Oatey spacers, set new flange, mounted toilet and installed new bolts/caps. Turned water back on to home and throughly tested all work. Flushed both toilets roughly 10 times. No leaking was observed. Will return Monday to install new water heater.

Nate was a pleasure. He was friendly, professional and informative. Explained all situations thoroughly and did not try to up sell any services. Light installation went flawlessly.
We have had a few services with TE Certified now and each time has been a great experience. Prices are reasonable, and service is fast and professional.
Could I have hung 4 ceiling fans and added another outlet to my kitchen island myself? Yes, but having TE do the work meant it was done quickly and cleanly and I didn’t have multiple trips to Home Depot. The price seemed reasonable but I didn’t shop around and I’ve not hired anyone for these things in years. I’m glad I used your company as the work is done, it was done well and my home is all the better for it.
Very Professional and Did a great job . We are grateful and thankful for the great job he did!
I called and was able to schedule an estimate for the same day. They arrived on time, provided the estimate and completed the work in an hour. The quoted price was much lower than other bids I had received.
Every TE Certified Tech for Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC that we have met have all been kind, courteous, knowledgeable and did an excellent job! Pricing cost may seem high, but you get what you pay for and peace of mind knowing job is done correctly!
Our insurance company wanted me to hire a plumber to find the source of our slow leak in the kitchen. The dispatcher worked hard to help me with my schedule to find same day service since I had standing water. I was grateful for that. The plumbers found the leaking from my refrigerator helping me to get immediate mitigation started. I’m very impressed with the company and the plumbers that they sent.
Terrific!
I just bought a 4 year old house and you would think everything would be alright. Well, there are issues and I am thankful that Rusty found things I wasn't aware of. Obviously the previous owners didn't use TE Certified. I used them at my last house and was always very happy with the service.
Great job. Friendly, had all the parts and fixed the issue on Saturday before I have to go out of town. Will be using this company from now on.
Agustin and his associate Alex arrived exactly on schedule to perform hardware remodeling and replacement work in our main bath. All the work was completed beautifully in the timeframe quoted. We cannot say enough about how friendly, efficient and knowledgeable Agustin was to work with. We can be a bit picky about design features but this project was a breeze. Agustin totally understood the hardware design we were looking for. He researched, found lovely coordinating hardware for each of the three installation sights. In addition , both gentlemen were so very careful to protect the property as they moved through the project. This was a really excellent experience.
Everything from a seasonal check to the seasonal maintenance needs and extended coil. Cleaning has been outstanding.
Excellent service
Agustin addressed our issue with expert knowledge and efficiency. The experience was seemless. He was knowledgeable and experienced with this problem and worked with us so efficiently to make decisions required to proceed with the necessary repairs. We need to add that his friendly persona makes him a joy to work with.
Jr Dean was here for my annual plumbing inspection. While he was doing that, he discovered that a toilet was loose, which it had been for a long time. He was able to fix the problem that no other plumber could fix in 11 years!
Caleb was here for my annual plumbing inspection. While he was doing that, he discovered that a toilet was loose, which it had been for a long time. He was able to fix the problem that no other plumber could fix in 11 years!
