We came out today to complete the following work: We wired in installed (2) dedicated 20 amp circuit in the basement/crawlspace for the two sump pumps. We also supplied and installed (2) 20 amp Siemens duel function breakers. After installation I tested the safety feature of the breakers to ensure they are working. On the back porch we wired in a new location GFCI device with a new bubble cover for the fridge. I made the homeowner aware that GFCI devices can create a nuisance trip when plugged into a fridge. In the living room we wired in and installed a new quad outlet for the projector and future sound equipment. We also installed an MC cable along the top of the beam and securing it down to a new box and receptacle for the projector screen. We supplied and installed a 15 amp plug on duel function breaker for that circuit as wel. We assembled and installed the the projector and screen as a courtesy for the repeat customers.

Upon arrival, I met with the homeowner regarding a gas leak issue that has been present since the recent installation of the gas cooktop. After inspection, it was determined that the leak is located below the shut off valve on the existing yellow flexible gas service line supplying the appliance. With the homeowner's permission, we accessed the basement ceiling to trace the gas line and determine its routing and length. During the investigation, two sections of the ceiling were opened. The homeowner declined any additional ceiling openings beyond these two access points. Our findings indicate that the yellow flexible gas line runs approximately 45 feet from the cooktop location to the first visible connection at the main black iron gas line. The last observed section of the gas line was near the water heater, where it drops into the wall cavity. Due to limited visibility and the homeowner's decision not to allow further ceiling access, we cannot confirm whether additional connections

NO cool on the upstairs system. System is flat on Freon (410a), leaking at the evaporator coil and suction line, dual capacitor weak, condenser coil dirty, blower wheel dirty. Ac system is 18 years old and furnace older than that (original tot he house - no label). No service valve port on the suction line. Due to the condition and age of the system, the best option would be to upgrade the system. Sent estimates for potential repairs (not recommend). Also, set a lead to quote upgrading for today after 3 pm. We should credit back 98,00 spent today, if customer replace the system with us.

No cool 2017 Goodman 3 ton single stage zoned ac. Found failed dual capacitor on outdoor unit. System doesn’t have drain line safety. Spoke about system not being designed for zoning. Customer decided to replace capacitor at this time. Replaced capacitor and tested system.

For this job, I completed a troubleshoot for a tripping AFCI breaker. I inspected all the boxes on the circuit and found a ground wire that had been broken due to touching the hot screw on a switch. I completed a continuity test on all the wires and did not find anything touching. The customer claimed that the circuit would trip every few minutes. I bypassed the switches in the box and waited to see if it would trip for me. While waiting, I replaced a switch with a dimer in the master closet. After that, I replaced the switch that was damaged. We troubleshot light fixtures, not working in the living room and kitchen

Installed 9 new location landscape up lights along the front of the home, 5 on the left side and 4 on the right.

Arrived on site to troubleshoot several issues throughout the home and fix grounding system installed by a previous technician. We installed new #2 ground wire to the prv. This wire is rated for 400 amps which is what this system is. We also installed the grounding wiring to the outdoor disconnect. This wire is supposed to go to the first means of disconnect which is outside the home. We also installed a new intersystem bond for this. We discussed several quotes with the homeowner. Today’s work is covered under our warranty. We will install new wafer lights in basement kitchen area and basement laundry area. We will install GFCI protection for the entire basement as required. We will replace an outdoor outlet with a new weather rated outlet and new bubble cover. We will fix thhn wire that is just ran inside the home. This wire can only be installed through conduit. We will install GFCI protection for all required areas of the home. We will do this by installing GFCI breakers. We will r

Arrived on site for the installation of a smart doorbell camera and floodlight security cameras. The smart doorbell camera was available and was successfully installed, tested, and confirmed to be operating properly. The floodlight security cameras had not yet arrived and have been ordered. A return visit will be scheduled once the equipment is received to complete the remaining camera installations.

Today I came out due to system not working. System is a Rheem furnace located in attic servicing whole home. Upon arrival thermostat was turned off. I turned system on, called for cool and only indoor unit came on. The ECM condenser fan motor was bad as it would come on for a split second and then stop. I checked for continuity and no power was transferring from any of the wires. I also found the blower wheel and condenser coils to be impacted with debris. After going over all option, Curtis has agreed to replace motor. Motor is covered under manufacture warranty. Motor has been replaced and I let system run for about half hour to check refrigerant pressures and temperature splits. System is operational and cooling at time of departure. Replaced incorrectly installed main in crawlspace to troubleshoot pressure issue. Pressure had a drop of 10 psi before the PRV. This is an acceptable drop. Once tested on the back of the home, we found that the pressure was dropping close to 25 psi. This is an indication of an obstruction in the PRV. Replacement of valve was declined at this time. Could not increase the pressure due to the age of the PRV. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

This option is to replace main electrical panel in Cherokee county, we will also add 2 dedicated 20 amp circuits (1) to far wall in basement- difficult run, (1) to garage wall on back side. This will help alleviate shared circuits from basement finish. We will install a 54 space panel with all dual functions, homeowner wants to do battery smokes, advised that we may need to hardwire per inspector, and install a whole home surge. Grounding needs to be updated, two ground rods installed by meter, prv is in unfishied space by garage wall

Today we came out for second level system not keeping up 2016 icp with 2004 Lennox single stage furnace. While I was in the attic I observed minimal flood protection will attach note and estimates. Cycled equipment from thermostat and checked all operations found system low on refrigerant. Performed complimentary electronic leak search found leaks in evaporator coil. Emailed owner band aid repair option and scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating for tomorrow morning 8-10am arrival window. Cleaned condenser coil and adjusted charge checked operations and left equipment operational. I will also note that system is mismatch have a Lennox furnace, aircoaire condenser and ICP coil. With system leaking refrigerant compressor has been compromised.

Today I came out to replace bad blower motor. New motor is in and working properly. System is cooling and working at time of departure.

For this job came out and replaced existing water heater with customers approval, installed 12 year warranty water heater. Also ran a new t&p line for heater because existing one was ran in pex. Tested and checked for leaks and conducted a super clean up.

Full system replacement with all new zoning for main floor and basement of home.

Arrived on site for a diagnostic to help explain why the system struggles to keep up with cooling demands, they mentioned that they have had the system topped off with refrigerant before but today the system seemed properly charged and we collected 18 degree temp splits. I did discovered the duct design was very poor, filter cabinet was open and pulling in 115 degree air and mixing with return air and the condenser coil was very heavily impacted. We discussed our findings and explained how the issue may be due to a few discrepancies. We changed the filter as well to help the system breathe better. It’s a single stage system with 2 zones, which is poor application for efficient and cooling capacity. They decided to tackle a condenser coil cleaning and joined Homecare to continue to have the system looked at. System is cooling well and is keeping the home 73 degrees on a hot day in the mid 90s. System is operational despite so,e design flaws. Call complete.

We troubleshot outlets in the kitchen, not working and found that they were miswired. We rewired them and everything is working correctly.
