Customer had 17 yr old water heater in the attic. Wanted to be proactive and get it replaced before any issues. Replaced with a 6 yr warranty tank, new thermal expansion tank, new shut off, and added a hot water recirculating pump. Also replaced prv and main shut off valve. Tested all work for proper function. Return today to install hub drain system for condensation line for the upstairs hvac. Also can new drain line over to the hub drain. Also well working I noticed I water leak on main line right after it coming g into the home. With customer approval I cut out the leaking pvc female adapter and installed a pvc to copper adapter. After letting the joint set I turn water to the home back. Issues have been resolved thanks for choosing TE Certified.

Met with customer and spoke with them regarding their issue. Customer showed us inside and upstairs to their laundry room. Customer’s stated the valve in the washer box is leaking and they have two slow draining lavatory sinks. We confirmed the slow draining sinks and the washer box is leaking from the cold side valve. Valve is not fully shutting off and water is bleeding through the shutoff. We presented the customer with options to replace the laundry box valves and clear both sink drains. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. Shut off water to home at the meter and drained house down. Removed drywall underneath the washer box and cut PEX waterlines. Removed old valves. Installed new quarter turn PEX shutoff valves with hammer arrestors. Reconnected PEX waterlines and crimped all connections. Removed sink drains and cleaned them thoroughly. Returned water to home and bled all air from the lines. Checked thoroughly for leaks. No leaks. Reconnected washer

Added flood protection and cleaned condenser coil. Tested equipment to ensure function. Flushed drain to ensure it is clear. Low ambient outdoor temps did not allow for long run time of ac.

Called out to address a leak in the kitchen ceiling. Upon homeowner showed me to the affected area. Homeowner also advised me that the only time that the leak occurred was when using the bathtub right above the affected area. Advise the homeowner that I would need to cut open the ceiling in order to begin diagnosing what could be leaking. Homeowner agreed and work with started. Begin by cutting a hole in the kitchen ceiling in order to access the plumbing to find the potential leak. After running the top of stairs found that water because to leak only when the tub is full of water and begins to leak new to the tub shoe gasket being failed. Give the homeowner a price for replacement of the tub shoe. Homeowner agreed and tub shoe was replaced with a new gasket. Once work was complete tested for leaks. Fill the tub up. Mostly fall in order to test the tub shoe. No leaks. Advised homeowner to leave the hole in the ceiling for a few days to make sure that no other leaks reoccur. Thank you

Replaced breaker to upstairs office that went bad

This option is to replace main electrical panel and install a new service to home, this new service will be 200 amps to provide ample power to all future and current projects, basement is open access to run needed lines. Meter is in a good location. Prv is to the left if facing panel. All inspections passed

Install electrical circuit for mini split

Called out to inspect a flange that was too low. After inspecting gave the homeowner an option to replace or to add a flange extension kit in order to raise the flange up to the proper height for toilet installation. Homeowner agreed for installment of the flange extension kit. Installed the flange extension kit at the homeowners request. Homeowner will be installing the toilet himself. Inspection completed on main floor system. 2009 Trane. Noticed system to have a failed high-pressure switch on the outdoor unit, as well as being low on refrigerant. Upon further discussion, the decision was made to discuss something more efficient. Project manager is scheduled to visit today. Main floor system currently not operational. Removed vacuum breaker from hosebib per customer request.

Customer wanted maintenance performed. 4 year old carrier gas 95% furnace and ac. Cleaned flame sensor, checked system in heating and cooling. Verified all proper operations of equipment. Flushed drain line, checked refrigerant levels, and check3d electrical components and safeties. Checked operations of April air fresh air damper. Found system lacks any flood protection and ac is starting to get dirty. Customer approved repairs for tomorrow as she has to get to hospital to be with mother now. Follow up scheduled for tomorrow for repairs.

Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with her regarding their issue. Customer showed us inside and to the main level kitchen. Customer states disposal is not working and stopped working about a week ago. Disposal is humming but blades are not turning. We confirmed there is also a lot of food stuck inside the disposal. Customer also states disposal side of sink drains a little slow. We presented the customer with options to replace or unjam the disposal along with a bottle of Endure. Customer agreed to unjam disposal and after getting signature approval we began work. Removed food clog inside disposal and used disposal wrench to unjam. Ran hot water to flush out any remaining debris. Disposal is functioning properly at this time. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied. Unable to inspect water heater or main shutoff at this time. Customer’s daughter was asleep and we did not want to disturb anyone.

Replaced leaking water heater with new Rheem 10 year warranty 50 gallon electric water heater. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.

Inspected the system that the customer heard displaying a loud banging sound outside. Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection. Relocated the UV light from the return plenum to the supply plenum.

Customer had a whole home back up after the clearing we did yesterday. I recommended pulling the toilet and clearing the blockage, then having a sewer supervisor out to check the line. Customer agreed. I ended up running the cable from the outside clean out into the house and successfully cleared the blockage. I then pulled the toilet for the camera to go through and to verify the line was clear. I left toilet pulled for sewer supervisor.

Today I came out to perform the work that was quoted. I tested both systems, both systems are operating as designed now with no issues. Customer is happy.

Upon arrival, I met with the owner. They showed me the downstairs bathroom. The shower has not drained well since the home was built but it recently completely stopped draining and is holding about 2” of water. I tested and confirmed nothing else is affected. I ran my flex shaft down the line and cleared the blockage. While running water, I made several passes and did not remove any material. As a courtesy, I also tightened the screw on their mast shower handle. Perform draining clearing on tub or shower drain trap. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line clearing. No warranty on drain clearing.

Returned to repair upstairs system. Original quote was for expansion valve replacement. Valve was on back order for 2 month. I replaced coil and honored original price. System was pressure tested and vacuumed to sub 500 microns. Then charged to manufacture specs.
