Today I came out due to system not cooling. System is a 2015 Trane furnace located in garage servicing whole home. I found the outdoor capacitor was bad as it’s rated 45/5 MFD +/-6% and its actual reading was .00/00. The condenser coils is impacted with debris. Blower motor has heavy debris built up on fan blades. Indoor blower capacitor is failing as it’s rated 5MFD +/-10% and its actual reading is 4MFD. After going over all findings and options, customer has agreed to move forward with option C. I replaced both capacitors, washed condenser coils, and blower wheel. I tested all work and system is cooling at time of departure. It was a p,ensure to meet you today and thanks for calling us out today!
During today's visit, we returned to complete the installation of a new approximately 50-foot, 1/2" gas line for the main-level kitchen stove. We began by protecting all furniture and equipment in the basement to ensure the work area remained clean and all belongings were properly covered. Access openings were then carefully cut into the basement ceiling to expose the existing gas line and provide a pathway for the new piping installation. Next, we removed the leaking yellow gas piping that was stubbed up through the kitchen cabinet and installed approximately 50 feet of new black TracPipe gas piping. Two new connections were completed as part of the installation. A new shut-off valve was installed in the basement utility room near the water heater and furnace, and an additional shut-off valve was installed beneath the kitchen cooktop inside the cabinet. An existing shut-off valve located upstream on the 3/4" black iron gas pipe allowed us to isolate gas service to the stove and fur

No cool on the only system. System has a leak in the evaporator coil, no safety flood protection at all and compressor with high amperage. System is 4 years old and not cooling properly and house getting more humidity. Sent estimate to replace evaporator coil , compressor is compromised , overheating and can stop working , specially on hotter days. Possible undersized system also. Due to the condition of the system, the best option would be to upgrade the system, and bring warranty, comfort and efficiency back to the house. Set a lead to quote upgrading for the only system in the house, and possible zone it and add a dedicated thermostat for the upstairs, for today.
Today we came out because when I completed the install I installed a led 600w dimmer in that process the customer installed 12 60w incandescent light bulbs. The dimmer was over heating caused by to much power going through the dimmer. Now the current draw is 720w on a 1000w dimmer.
He arrived right on time, explained how he would remove our Tesla charger and safely finish the wiring. He gave us a reasonable quote upfront and completed the entire job in about 30 minutes. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Would recommend.
I can’t say enough about our experience with TE. We thought we had an HVAC issue, so we called them based on their outstanding reviews—and they absolutely lived up to them. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. They had an HVAC technician at our home the very next day. He performed a thorough inspection, diagnosed the issue, and determined we actually needed a plumber. Instead of leaving us to figure it out, he contacted the office and arranged for a plumber to come later that same day. Both technicians called when they were on their way and arrived exactly when scheduled. Jake quickly assessed the situation, clearly explained three repair options, and helped us choose the one that made the most sense for our needs. He was able to schedule the repair for the very next afternoon, and I immediately received a confirmation text. Jake arrived right on time the next day and got straight to work. He was efficient, professional, clean, and meticulous throughout the repair. When he finished, he thoroughly tested everything, walked me through the completed work, and made sure I understood exactly what had been done before I signed off. I am beyond impressed with the level of professionalism, communication, and customer service we received from start to finish. We already have future projects planned, and without a doubt, we’ll be calling TE again. Highly recommend!
Homeowner has a condensate line that is tied directly into the drainage system. The condensate line is blocked and backed up onto the floor. Installed new CPVC condensate line along the ceiling, approximately 30’, installed approximately 7’ vertically, drilled through exterior wall and terminated condensate line outside the house. Installed approximately 8’ of vinyl tubing, tied onto new CPVC condensate line via vinyl tubing adapter. Installed new 120v little giant condensate pump, connected onto new vinyl tubing. Cut out and removed compromised section of 3” PVC drain line. Installed new cleanout tee, new 45° and connected onto existing drainage system via shielded mechanical coupling. Tested pump via pouring water through, activated pump 5 times to test for leaks and function.
HVAC Leak Drain line backed up, causing water to overflow in the drain pan and drip the water safety. Drain line goes behind the cabinet for the sink and a step down into half inch vinyl tubing, which is not proper. Repair drain line and piped into sink drain with three-quarter PVC. Flush drain line with 2 gallons of water to verify there were no leaks and drain was flowing. System is functioning properly at this time.

Today we came out because the kitchen fluorescent light was not turning on. Even after changing bulbs, it would not turn on. Today we did a ballast bypass in the kitchen and in the guest closet.
For this job the customer stated they had a leak in the slab coming from their bathroom. They had national leak search come out and find where the leak was and mark it. Property medics then came out removed tile and dried out the area. Once I returned I took up concrete and dug down to expose both leaking pipes. In order to make the fix I cut out both lines and tied them together in the slab and deleted one of the hot lines located in the garage for the manifold. I ran all fixtures to ensure they were getting hot water and let the system pressurize overnight to ensure there were no leaks. The ditch was then backfilled using dirt on the bottom and sand on top. Concrete was then poured back to a rough grade and property medics will be returning to finish the tile and drywall.
Fe-Darren Hutcherson was so knowledgable on our plumbing issues and a true professional. He asked excellent questions about our water main line break. We appreciated the time he took to explain and show the steps needed to fix our plumbing issues. We highly recommend Fe-Darren for your plumbing needs.

Arrived at the property and met with the homeowners regarding a leak occurring in the front yard on the main water service line. The homeowners reported noticing water pooling near the garage wall adjacent to the exterior hose spigot. The overflowing water had begun seeping into both the garage and the basement. The homeowners also mentioned observing a slight increase in their water bill. Although they had recently installed bushes in the backyard and assumed the additional watering may have contributed to the increased usage, they received an updated water bill the previous night that raised concerns due to the significant amount of water being consumed. In response, they proactively shut the water off at the meter until the issue could be diagnosed. Upon arrival, we began our investigation in the area most affected by the water intrusion, near the front windows located between the front entry door and the garage. Water was visibly pooling around the exterior hose spigot. We excava
On today’s visit, we were called out here because Mary Beth kitchen sink is leak leaking from the drain pipe pipes. Found that the gasket ring that seals. The tubular piping together have been compromise and is misshapen to the point where it’s not sealing properly. I replaced the gasket with a new one tested the water to make sure it’s not leaking anymore and ran the dishwasher that it’s also tied into and found that it’s not leaking anymore. I did mention about the age of the water heater, and the life expectancy of the water heater is 8 to 10 years old. I highly recommend recommended to get it replaced sooner rather than later for they are on crunch time before it either starts leaking or it’s not producing any more hot water. I provided estimate estimates to replace the water heater. Marybeth is planning on moving out of the house soon and will decide if she is going to replace it or let the new homebuyers take care of it. Today service is complete and thank you for choosing TE
Customers' front yard hose. Bib was actively running while on-site. I also noticed that their water heater was fourteen years old. Cave the customer several options on how to take care of the hose bib, as well as a quote for the water heater. They opted to repair the existing hosebit by replacing the washer on the inside with no warranty. I also expressed to the customer that turning the water off to the house with a fourteen year old water. Heater is not an optimal thing to do. They understood and agreed for us to do the repair, as opposed to the replacement. Turn the water off to the home and replace the washer on the inside of the hose bib and inspected to make sure that the sealing surface it was in good shape. And it was the previous washer, was the wrong size. Installed everything and slowly turned the water back on to the home. And everything tested well. Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs

The homeowner is selling the home and the inspector had flagged a few things and they are as followed: *Outlet in garage left of stairs is not GFCI protected *Dimmer in dining room gets to hot *2p20 breaker for A/C unit in sunroom trips I completed the following work below: -Garage- I supplied and installed GFCI device in the garage left of the stairs to meet the requirements of 210.8 of the NEC -Dimmer Issue- The dimmer switch is an incandescent 600w rated dimmer in a single gang box and all the tabs are still present. The fixture has (8) candelabra base 60 watt lamps which puts the overall wattage at 480 watts. Dimmers can be warm and sometimes really warm to the touch which is normal due to resistance inside the switch. Only when exceeding the manufacturer specifications is when the dimmer can burn someone. -A/C Breaker Tripping- The 2p breaker for the window unit inside the sun room would trip. After checking voltages at the service disconnect and at the outlet I determined

Arrived on site and customer had a garbage disposal in the kitchen that was giving them issues. I offered a 3/4 hp replacement which customer agreed to have replaced. Customer also mentioned, he wanted to replace the toilets in the near future, so after I replaced the disposal, I offered the option of replacing the toilets. In addition, customer decided to have all 4 toilets in the house replaced. We ended up replacing 3 toilets upstairs and 1 toilet downstairs. After toilets were replaced, I tested each one to ensure all were working properly.

Excellent service
A/C went out late Friday evening in mid-July. After calling many places without much success, TE returned my call and was so courteous that I cancelled another appt I had with another company. Tech was here in less than 2 hours. Turns out the condenser had a couple of fried connectors from a power surge, likely from a recent thunderstorm and power outage. Resolution was reasonably priced IMO. I will use TE Certified again.

TE dispatched their technician Jeffrey Phung within 30 minutes of an emergency phone call. He completed his troubleshooting and made his recommendations. He discovered some additional underlying issues that could have resulted in significant damage to our home from fire. We would never have known until it was too late. Jeff documented the repair plan, gave us several options, and discussed the benefits of each option. Once we approved the work Jeff worked nonstop for 12 hours to complete the job. He is knowledgeable and a consummate professional. We will use TE in the future and request Jeff to do the work.
