**Service Summary** Today we inspected your **main floor HVAC system**, which consists of a **2022 Lennox air handler and 3-ton heat pump**. We arrived for a **no cooling** concern and found that the zoning system was not responding correctly because the **zone control board was stuck in heat mode**. The zone board was reset, and the system was thoroughly tested. After resetting the board, the equipment responded properly and the issue did not return during testing. During the inspection, we also identified **microbial growth inside the air handler**, noted that the system is **missing TE standard flood protection**, and observed signs of **deferred routine maintenance**. Overall system operation was restored today, but the intermittent zoning issue could return if the zone control board continues to malfunction. ### Solution Options **Option 1 – Repair** * If the no-cooling issue returns, replace the **zone control board**. * This addresses the likely cause of the intermittent zo

Customer called us out for 2 clogged sinks. I tested the sinks and they were slow to drain. I gave the customer multiple options and they chose to have the line cleaned with a machine. I removed the right p-trap and ran the machine down the line. I put everything back together, tested it and it was still slow drain. The stoppers were very small so we decided to change them to one with a larger drain. I removed both sink traps and stoppers, installed the new ones and tested. I ended up having to caulk and use pie thread on the left sink due to a leak that wouldn’t stop and I could not find out why. Right sink is not leaking at all. Customer is aware and will keep an eye on it. I put everything back in the cabinet and cleaned up throughly.
Arrived to complete quoted repairs. There was a mix up on what work was to actually be completed. The estimate that was signed was option c, Brock’s previous invoice notes stated the customer approved option b. The Apco x was removed from the invoice and the HomeCare discount was adjusted to reflect the new total. I cleaned the blower wheel, evaporator coil and outdoor coil. Once repairs were completed the system was verified to be working as it was before I arrived.
Arrived on site and customer had a leak in the ceiling in the downstairs hallway bathroom. There was a restroom above that they suspected was the cause. We did a leak search in the ceiling , so we cut the drywall and located drains which was for the bathroom above . We tested the toilet , and found the toilet above was leaking and caused water to drip down below . Customer also stated they toilet below was making whistling noises after every flush. We provided the customer solutions to solve each problem , which led us to replacing both toilets. We removed and replaced two toilets , and once toilet were installed we tested each toilet several times to ensure no issues.

For this call, homeowner had a leak from a hose bib line after bumping into it while moving boxes around as the line was just floating in the area. We wrote up estimates to go ahead and replace the hose bib, along with rerouting that line out of the way in the storage room in order to prevent damages to the line in the future. Homeowner agreed and work with started. The water was already off to the home so we went ahead and remove the old hose bib and replaced it with a new pex hose bib. Also added a de-winterization valve in that same storage closet. Once work was complete reintroduce water to the system and tested for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everything is functioning properly at this time. Also left the homeowner estimates for water heater replacement bundled with a recirculation pump. Currently the water heater still working, but it is approximately 10 years old and advised the homeowner that it is best to be proactive replaced. Homeowner will review estimates and sc
Customer purchased the home in February and previous owners had sewer repairs done. There were concerns so the plumber came back out to address, but could not provide a camera inspection. Used front clean out to access sewer and performed camera inspection. Found a section holding water, grade issues, and some connections are susceptible to collecting paper and waste then creating a back up. Providing solutions for repairs.
Upstairs system not keeping temperature set. Inspected system. Dual capacitor was reading 3.8 on a 45 microfarad, compressor has high amperage of 7.2 amps (shouldn’t be higher than 7.7 amps, by the label), also some green stuff (possible to find leak) was added into the system and is could have affected the compressor. System is not cooling properly and compressor is making weirdness noise and can stop anytime, specially in hotter days. Sent estimate to replace compressor (not recommend), and the best option at this condition, would be to upgrade the system, with 10 years warranty, WiFi thermostat and the new Freon (r32) also. Set a lead to quote upgrading for the upstairs system, for tomorrow after 4 pm. We should credit back 337,00 spent today, if customer replace the system with us.
Ballast bypass on kitchen fixture
Today we came out because there was a smoke alarm in the master bedroom that went off in the middle of the night. Today I replaced the smoke detector.
On this job this customer stated that she had a couple of issues around the home. The toilet in the guest bathroom was rebuilt. Client wanted a quote to replaced the water heater so additional repairs were done at no cost. The shower head in the jack and Jill bathroom was replaced and the sink drain in the bathroom was cleared. In the guest bathroom the toilet was rebuilt, the sink in the same bathroom had the pop up rod replaced. Water heater was replaced inside the garage. Downstairs kitchen sink drain was reworked since it had a leak.
Replaced leaking garbage disposal. Installed new and tested all work by running three sink fulls of water. Also made sure disposal was working properly.
Excellent service and professionalism from start to finish. The technician clearly communicated every step of the diagnostic process and thoroughly explained the available options for repairing the hot water heater. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. It was also great to see him mentoring a new team member. He gave the apprentice opportunities to communicate directly with me while providing guidance and teaching along the way. His leadership, patience, and commitment to training were outstanding. Overall, an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this company.
Came here for a loud fan motor noise on a 2016 Lennox AC. I checked and tested everything due to the fan. Everything is within manufacture specification. I even took out the top and spun the fan by hand to make sure nothing was obstruction it. I did quote the customer to replace fan motor and fan blade. Did a visual inspection on indoor unit Only, customer had to leave at 2:30pm. I did schedule a project manager to come out here and quote him for a new system on Thursday, July 16 between 8 and 11 AM.
Great service
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Homeowner is putting the house on the market.Unit struggling to cool, with only a 13° temperature split. Noticed blower capacitor to be weak and outdoor coil to be dirty. These repairs were made with approval, and a water safety also added to the drain pan. The temperature split then rose to 17°. Advised homeowner to see how this does over the next day or two. Initial inspection also revealed that there could be a restriction of some sort in or around the piston in the attic. Should this repair need to be made, an estimate has been attached to do so. System otherwise cooling adequately at this time. Thank you for choosing TE certified!
For this job I came out and replaced garbage disposal, with customer supplied disposal. Tested and checked for leaks and conducted a super clean up.
For this call, homeowner was having a strange noise coming from the T&P valve on the water heater. When we arrived, he let us know it’s been spewing gallons from it and we could actively hear it and see it doing so. Checked the water pressure which was at 75 PSI but when running some water it dropped to 20PSI indicating the PRV went bad as well. Checked expansion tank and it was also bad. Wrote up some estimates ranging from replacing the heater which would be bundled with the previously stated bad parts, all the way to just replacing the bad PRV, expansion tank and T&P. Homeowner went with just the replacement of parts today and began work to fix the issues. After work was completed, we thoroughly tested everything for leaks and all is working as it should at this time. PRV is set to 65 PSI and expansion tank is set to 75 PSI. Warranty will only cover the parts we replaced and advised homeowner that it would be a good idea to replace the heater due to the age and left estimates for t
System not cool downstairs Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. The compressor is bad and is not pumping. The entire system is in poor condition. Customer is getting a quote on a new system. The age of current system is 18 years and has r22 refrigerant .
Arrived on site to look at installing a light over the garage door. I took down the existing light fixture that hasn’t been working for a while. While inspecting the box, I notice the wire sheathing coming into the light was damaged during the initial installation. I didn’t see damage to the actual wires. I did explain the issues with this to the homeowner and discussed the proper repair. The homeowner did not want to do that at this time so i installed black tape around the damaged insulation. I then installed the new customer supplied light over the garage door. I installed a new bulb and the light is working as it should. I did notice some corrosion on the bussing of the main panel which I discussed with the homeowner. I also discussed installing whole home surge protection at the main panel. The homeowner wants to hold off for now. Everything is working upon departure.
