Job Locations and Reviews
Customer had a whole home back up after the clearing we did yesterday. I recommended pulling the toilet and clearing the blockage, then having a sewer supervisor out to check the line. Customer agreed. I ended up running the cable from the outside clean out into the house and successfully cleared the blockage. I then pulled the toilet for the camera to go through and to verify the line was clear. I left toilet pulled for sewer supervisor.
Today I came out to perform the work that was quoted. I tested both systems, both systems are operating as designed now with no issues. Customer is happy.
Upon arrival, I met with the owner. They showed me the downstairs bathroom. The shower has not drained well since the home was built but it recently completely stopped draining and is holding about 2” of water. I tested and confirmed nothing else is affected. I ran my flex shaft down the line and cleared the blockage. While running water, I made several passes and did not remove any material. As a courtesy, I also tightened the screw on their mast shower handle. Perform draining clearing on tub or shower drain trap. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line clearing. No warranty on drain clearing.

Returned to repair upstairs system. Original quote was for expansion valve replacement. Valve was on back order for 2 month. I replaced coil and honored original price. System was pressure tested and vacuumed to sub 500 microns. Then charged to manufacture specs.
Provided and installed a new landscape light to replace damaged one, and replaced (2) photocells. While on site we noticed a few landscape lights have bulbs no longer working. We left an estimate to get these replaced

Customer called us out for a slow draining toilet in the master bathroom. On arrival customer said that a piece of the bidet came off and got flushed down the toilet in the master bathroom. They also had a very slow draining toilet in the kitchen sink, and a gurgling noise in the shower whenever the toilet was flushed and the same shower was leaking into their laundry room. I set up an appointment with a sewer supervisor for Saturday 9-11 for the issues in the upstairs bathroom. For the master bathroom and the kitchen sink I recommended clearing the toilet and doing a minor rebuild, the clearing the left sink line and a bottle of Endure for drain maintenance. Customer agreed. I removed the left sink line and cleared out all of the gunk. Put it back together and tested throughly. I then augered the master bathroom toilet successfully clearing the line and removed the old supply line, fill valve and gasket and replaced them with new ones. Tested toilet throughly.
Service call on one system. The indoor coil has a refrigerant leak and will have to replace. The coil is a labor intensive process and involves pulling refrigerant out , removing old coil , removing drain , removing furnace vent , brazing copper lines, testing for a leak , pulling a vacuum down to 600 microns, reinstalling drain and vent, sealing up around coil with mastic, recharging unit to factory specifications, and testing after installation.

Arrived on site to complete quoted repairs. During the last visit we found significant biological growth through the system due to improper airflow, improper drainage and poor indoor air quality. We came back to upsize ductwork to meet return airflow requirements, deep cleaning the evaporator and blower wheel along with adding UV protection to keep the unit clean after the deep cleaning. We chemically cleaned the indoor coil and blower wheel/compartment and removed all biological growth, also disinfected the entire unit to ensure it was clean. I cleaned the blower outside before reinstalling it, but made sure the blower wheel was balanced and set screw was secured. I upsized returns to 12” and added 10-12 reducers on the downstairs supply to make it larger to satisfy airflow capacity. I rebuilt the drain line and made the P trap functional with proper cleanout and vent. I cycled equipment upon completion and comfirmed operational condition. Cam called us out to his home because for a while he has been wanting a ceiling fan in his office. He has also wanted gfci outlets in every bathroom, instead of just the master bath. Today we took care of his wants and make it happen.
Upon arrival, I met with the owner. They have a 3-compartment sink with two 2” hub drains. They are overflowing when they attempt to run large volumes of water. I ran the faucet and it was almost enough to overflow. I also found that both hubs are not supported properly, causing them to hang down. Even when I pick them up, they are still struggling to drain. There are three other sinks attached to this line that are unaffected. I ran my cable through the hub drains as well as through the studor vent from the left of the sink. I made several passes while running all of the sinks. I had two basins filled for each hub, drained both and found the line draining properly however I strongly advised supporting the hubs. Perform sink drain cleaning with cable machine. Clear sink drain only. Does not include repairs or main line cleaning. No warranty on drain cleaning.
Today on my visit, Matthew‘s toilet is not seem to be working and would like for us to take a look. When inspecting the toilet the water shut off valve was turned off to the toilet. I turn the water back on fully inspected the toilet and the operation of it. Saw that the parts were old and the toilet handle was broken, and I recommended to do a full rebuild of the toilets . For today, I did a toilet rebuild of removing all the inner parts inside of the tank and replacing the toilet handle. Parts went smoothly and toilet is now functioning correctly.
For this job, I ran a dedicated circuit to the tech/wifi closet. Everything was tested and is working properly.
No cool- 2023 Carrier System. Customer wanted quote to replace TXV. I arrived and visually inspected upstairs system. System was blowing air but no refrigerant was moving in the lines. Found breaker to outdoor unit off. I hooked up refrigerant gauges and turned breaker on. System was pumping down. Diagnosis is the TXV has failed and will need replaced. This will include filter drier and refrigerant to replace any lost refrigerant during the process. Also left estimates for 2 system HomeCare and Flood Protection.
Reset garbage disposal Customer called us out because she was experiencing a blockage inside garbage disposal. Upon arrival sink was filled with food debris due to disposal not draining. I manually moved the blades to relief system of blockage then I removed plastic items from the disposal . Reset the power on disposal. After clearing, I ran a bunch of water to test for water leaks. Clearing successful.
For this job I did a troubleshoot for Kitchen can lights not working. Findings dimmer settings was set to off position turned dimmer setting back on and replaced a bad bulb. Everything was tested and is working properly.
For this job, I came out for a leaking ceiling after a thorough evaluation, went ahead and found that the tub was cracked. Went ahead and quoted customer on rep replacing the tub with a four piece fiberglass tub. Also I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday and also replaced cartridge for the downstairs bathroom. Went ahead tested and checked for leaks.
Arrived at customers home to troubleshoot why the AC wasn’t working properly. After troubleshooting the problem. Turned out the breaker was bad. I also discovered the whip to the AC was ran in romex wire. For this job I replaced the AC disconnect with a new one. I replaced the whip to the AC unit. I ran THWN wire rated for outside use. I replaced the bad breaker I the main panel for the AC with a new 2 pole 30amp breaker. I also separate the neutrals and the grounds in the main panel.
Arrived on site and customer stated that the bolts on the tank to the toilet in the recently remodeled bathroom , were rusting away. Upon my inspection, I provided a couple of options to the customer , which they decided to go with a replacement. Once the existing toilet was removed and new toilet was set , I tested the toilet several times to ensure no issues .

We provide and install a tesla wall connector. For this we ran a 60A circuit from the electrical panel to the garage where the wall connector located.
Call out to inspect two leaking hose bibs, one in the front of the house and one at the back of the house. Gave the homeowner an option to replace both with replacement of the multi turn dewinterization valves for the hose bibs. Homeowner agreed on price and work with started. Began by shutting off water to the home and removing the old hose bibs and old multiturn shut outs. Replace with new quarter turn ball valves for dewinterization, and installed two new all brass hose bibs. Once all work was complete re-introduced water to the system and tested for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everything is functioning properly. Roughed in a double vanity and replaced main shutoff and hose bib shutoff. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.
Today we replaced a standard GFCI receptacle in the garage with a sensitive appliance GFCI receptacle.
Arrived on site and to install a new water line and new hose bib for the side of the house . I also installed two new shut off valves. The waterline was ran up from the attic space and down the side wall in the garage wants new hose connected to new waterline. I went ahead and turned the water back onto the house and tested the work area.
