Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Initial concerns regarding growth. Inspection proved that there is an extensive amount of growth in the evaporator coil cabinet. Also discussed the system not adequately cooling. Inspection revealed that the unit is cooling with only a 14° temperature split. There are major refrigerant related issues with the system. The decision was made to discuss replacement options with a project manager. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

We will replace the outdoor gfci and wire it so that I will not interfere with the bathroom outlet, which will be replaced be its own gfci.

Arrived on site and installed a new electric water heater in the utility room. Customer was also experiencing rattling from the PRV when water was being used. Additionally, we replaced the PRV and installed a shut off valve along with it. Lastly, customer had a kitchen faucet that was non-operational and wanted it to be replaced. Water heater has been set to 120°, pressure has been set to 60 PSI, customer supplied kitchen faucet has been installed.

Upon arrival, met with homeowner. Turned water off at the street. Removed old hose bib and gate valve. We cut and capped the half inch supply and installed a new 3/4 reducing tee, ball valve and hose bib. Tested for leaks and drips. No leaks or errors at this time. Pressure to the house is 60psi. Shut off water supply and drain down home, cut out failed hose bib, check condition of pipe for secure connections, install new adaptors, make new pipe connections, install new hose bib, pressurize system, test and clean up work area.

During today's visit, the homeowner elected to move forward with the installation of a pot filler above the stove. Upon arrival, we found that the tile and drywall had already been removed in the designated installation area. To provide a water supply for the new fixture, we created access openings in the wall separating the kitchen and garage. Two sections were opened: one near the center of the installation area and one lower in the wall. We then drilled 3/4" access holes through the wall studs to route the new water line. Before beginning any plumbing modifications, we isolated the home's water supply and completely drained the system. We tied into the existing 3/4" CPVC cold-water service line and installed a new 3/4" PEX supply line. The line was routed through the wall cavity and reduced to 1/2" PEX at the fixture location to accommodate the pot filler connection. Today we performed work on the third floor of a townhouse that is being renovated and they added a bathroom to the top floor. This was already a pre-sold job. Today we installed a vanity toilet and shut and tub and shower trim. This included the drainage, plumbing for the vanity along with the shut offs and supply lines. The faucet was customer supplied installed a flange and customer supplied toilet along with we installed. Customer supply trim. We had to turn off the water to install the shut off valves. We also caulked around all of the fixtures and let the customer know not to use them for 12 hours so the cock can dry. Thank you for choosing and trusting TE with your plumbing needs.

For this job, the customer called us out today to look at installing a ChargePoint car charger. The home already had a 40 amp outlet installed for a car charger. During today's visit, we spoke with the homeowner regarding a leaking hose spigot that, according to the homeowner, has been leaking for over five years. The homeowner stated that they had delayed the repair due to the cost involved. To help resolve the issue, we were able to provide a discounted repair option. After discussing the available solutions, we isolated the home's water supply and drained the affected spigot. Because the home is built on a slab foundation, the only way to fully replace the spigot would have been to access the water line through the living room wall, which would have required cutting into drywall and resulted in a more costly repair. We informed the homeowner that a rebuild of the existing spigot was a more cost-effective option. We then removed the existing internal mechanical components and rebuilt the spigot using new parts from a replacement hose bib assembly. Upon arrival spoke with customer about a leak in the yard. Fixed a leak on the irrigation on the first of August. This leak is roughly 20ft down stream of my previous repair and showing on both sides of the driveway. Dug up area and there was multiple irrigation lines in the area. Water stream is coming from under the driveway. Advised customer an irrigation company might be in there best interest to evaluate the system as this is the second leak in a month period.

For this job, I Removed the existing ceiling fan from the master bedroom and prepared the existing electrical box for installation of the new customer-provided ceiling fan. Upon removal of the existing fan, it was discovered that the ceiling was equipped with a fan-rated pancake box; however, the existing wiring had been brought down outside of the electrical box and was not properly routed through the box with the required plastic bushing and bonding. To correct the installation and provide a proper and secure mounting configuration, the existing pancake box was removed and the wood opening was enlarged as necessary to provide adequate clearance for the wiring and connector. The electrical box was then properly re-supported and secured, with the wiring routed correctly into the box through the appropriate connector and the box properly bonded. Upon arrival we met with the homeowner who informed us when the dishwasher was used it would cause the washing machine and kitchen sink to back up. Pipework was exposed in crawlspace, with clean out next to kitchen drain. Cleared drain through crawlspace clean out. Ran sink to ensure proper flow. No further back ups at this time. We informed the homeowner that the entirety of the kitchen line is improperly graded and can lead to future issues not corrected. We provide an estimate to Repipe and correct the drain, but customer declined at this time. Perform sink drain cleaning with cable machine. Clear sink drain only. Does not include repairs or main line cleaning. No warranty on drain cleaning.

Performed leak search for 2016 lennox system. I checked the thermostat. I checked the electrical starting components for the outdoor unit. I inspected the outdoor condenser coil. I checked the blower wheel. I checked the blower motor capacitor. I checked the resting refrigerant pressures. I checked the blower motor. I checked the air filter. I ran the heat and verified the sequence of operations. I inspected the duct work. Findings: ***(1) major issue: The system is almost completely empty of r410 refrigerant due to a refrigerant leak. Repair estimates can't be provided until the leak has been found. Adding refrigerant to this unit with it having a large leak is not advised. Initial observations of water leak revealed the auxiliary drain pan for the ML system that TE Certified did not install overflowed due to a clogged drain line that backed up. There are no flood protection devices on this system which would have shut the system down in the event of a drain clog. The drain will require clearing, the water in pan evacuated and then I recommend adding flood protection devices to reduce the risk of this occurring again. I also observed the return plenum for this system is not attached or sealed to the furnace properly and neither systems electronic air cleaner are functioning and do not have adequate air filtration. The ML has a disposable 1” 16x25x1 filter and the UL has the existing electronic air cleaning cells that do not filter unless the unit is energized. I recommend installing proper 16x25x4 air filters in these cases to prevent the coils from getting clogged with dust. Cleared ML drain line and evacuate water from auxiliary drain pan. Added flood p

**Service Summary** Technician arrived to address the intermittent zone control issue identified during the previous visit. Upon inspection, the zone control board was found to have progressed from intermittent failure to a complete failure. The zone control board that was previously diagnosed and quoted for replacement was replaced during this visit. After installation, the technician tested the system and verified that the zone controls and HVAC system were operating properly at the time of service. **Work Completed:** * Replaced failed zone control board as previously quoted. * Tested system operation and zone controls. * Confirmed the system is currently functioning properly.

For this job, I Performed a comprehensive electrical diagnostic of the existing pool grounding system and associated pool equipment. The diagnostic included testing the grounding ring for the pool equipment, including the pool electrical panel, pool pump, pool light, and diving board, to identify any abnormal or residual voltage conditions. During the diagnostic process, each individual circuit breaker supplying the pool equipment was turned off separately while voltage readings were monitored to determine whether there was any change or differentiation in the measured voltage. The breaker supplying power to the pool panel from inside the home was then turned off and the system was tested again. As a final step, the main electrical breaker supplying the entire residence was turned off to completely disconnect power to the home. Install new ecobee for customer, tested heat and cool for 2025 Goodman system. System does not have any floor protection or drain pan.

Came to provide a quote for a toilet bidet installation. The customer also had issues with the doorbell. I provided a quote for a dedicated circuit for the bidet and also offered the option of jumping from the bathroom GFCI, with no warranty on that option. I troubleshot the doorbell and found that the chime was bad, so I replaced it using a spare I had at no additional charge. Customer was only charged for the troubleshooting. Tested everything and confirmed it was working properly.

Pressure reducing valve is spewing water all over the garage and water heater when any water in the house is ran. The water heater also appears to be leaking, but it is difficult to tell because the pressure reducing valve is spewing water directly at the water heater, including the relief valve. We recommend replacing the water heater as there appears to be a leak from around the relief valve. This estimate only includes replacing the pressure reducing valve with a direct replacement for the existing builders grade water pressure reducing valve. We replaced the pressure reducing valve. The customer does not want the water heater replaced at this time, although there are indications that it is leaking and we recommend replacement. We recommend keeping a close eye on the water heater to see if leaking continues now that the pressure reducing valve has been replaced.

For this job the customer stated they were putting in a tile shower and needed a new shower valve put in. The customer also wanted to recess the valve into the wall as opposed to where it was originally. I also noticed a significant pressure drop in the home when running multiple fixtures. I recommended to the customer to change the pressure regulator while I was here which they agreed. The old shower valve was removed and new holes were drilled to accommodate where the new valve would be located. The valve itself was placed 48 inches above the floor and shower head placed at 82 inches. A shower head plug was installed and pressurized to ensure there were no leaks. The old pressure regulator was then removed and replaced and the pressure was set to 65 psi.

We were called out for an arc fault breaker that was tripped due to possible over current from 1850 watt pressure washer, family room circuit also feeds back porch gfi and lights, foyer, living room and front porch lights, initial trouble shoot to investigate and resolve issue, found that the wire that feeds from dining room 3 gang the back porch exterior gfi and rec has been internally damaged possibly by sudden jolt in wire from huge draw of pressure washer, may have already been shot with finishing nail and the overdrawn on circuit furthered preexisting issue. While on site, we discussed several options with the homeowner including fixing the back stabbed connections on all electrical devices throughout the entire home. We also discussed refeeding power to the outlets on the back patio. For today, we blanked off old devices to maintain power to existing rooms, installed a new weather rated GFCI by the a/c units, installed a customer supplied bubble cover for the front door outlet, a

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Drain pan full of water. Upon arrival, triggering the water safety. Discovered drain line to be clogged as well. Filter also very dirty. Necessary repairs made with approval. Unable to access furnace components due to an excessive amount of debris blocking the system. If this doesnt work then a new drain line will need to be ran; no refunds if tech cant get clog out. Drain line needs to be flushed out and cleaned 2 times a year. With the homeowner permission I flushed the drain line after using mighty pump. I used lots of cleaner and enzymes. I am pretty confident that the clog is now gone. Homeowner will redue drain line by the outdoor unit. I emailed estimate for flood protection and homecare program. The homeowner declined the homecate program and flood protection today. I advised the homeowner that flood protection is very important to prevent water damage from happening to the home from the hvac system. I also have the homeowner information about our homecare program. No inspection performed. Homeowner had a TE employee diagnose the drain line as being clogged and he only wanted the clog removed. No inspection performed

Replace return Plenum replace metal return ducts with flex ducts, install installed an April air filter and clean blower wheel. I was not able to test the system after work was done because homeowner was no longer home and upstairs was locked.
