Troubleshot the shower valve and found that the hot side shutoff valve was off inside the valve. Turned it on, tested and the costumer now gets hot water

Replace fan powered humidifier with steam humidifier. Replaced humistat, replaced drain added condensate emergency pan and safety switch to humidifier. Tested system. Humidity to high in home given temperatures today so system could not be tested as normal function but it ran through testing multiple times without issue. Replace ac disconnect and better sealed return and return pan.

This job was to connect dryer vent in the wall. Not hvac related. Connected dryer vent.

Replaced bath fan

Shut off water supply, remove all liquid from tank and bowl, pull fixture, verify if flange set is usable-if not, then flange replacement is necessary, remove old wax ring, install new wax ring with new bolts, build new toilet - which includes: setting toilet base, connecting tank to bowl with gasket and bolts, level toilet, add new braided stainless steel supply line, finish with hygienic seal around base, test and adjust if needed, clean up work area and take away old toilet. *HIGHLY RECOMMEND WHOLE HOUSE REPIPE* due to having gray poly throughout the home. Replaced garbage disposal in the home. Tested the newly installed disposal for proper operation. No leaks present and no issues present with operation. The finance department will send a payment link to the customer. No monies collected onsite.

We replaced a two-story ceiling fan in the living room and we also replaced a two-story chandelier in the foyer. We replaced two smart switches in the living room that control the fan.

For this job, I ran a circuit for the steam humidifier

Customer called us out for back up in the basement shower. Customer had a sewage ejector pump that was not being turned on by the float. I recommended removing the lid and unsticking the float. Customer agreed. I removed the lid and observed how the float was running and it turned out it was jammed against the side of the basin. I moved the sewage ejector pump slightly and tested the pump and it worked well. I reset the lid and saw that the 90 on the vent pipe was pushing the gasket into the basin so I propped it up. I screwed the lid down and siliconed the entire lid. Tested the pump about 12 times and had no issues.

Today I came out due to a weird smell coming through vents on main level and basement. The smell is what’s known as “Smelly Sock Syndrome” and happens when there is moisture is added to the air causing a smell. This typically happens when the heat is ran drying everything up and once the AC is on the moisture produced from evaporator coil causes a smell. I didn’t find any biological growth inside the furnace or the evaporator coils. The blower wheel and coils were dirty. I told Christina a cleaning for both would definitely help, but might not solve the problem all together. The help with a UV light right above the coils can also help take the smell away. She agreed to the cleanings, adding UV light, and a static filter. They have also signed up for the monthly membership. I have completed all work and system is operational at this time. Properly Performed spring/fall maintenance 3 systems. Checked all filters checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, took delta Ts, tested safety switches, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, monitored systems operations. Upstairs system air ducts are in bad shape, needs some upgrades No Secondary drain pan underneath the main floor and master bedroom air handlers. No wet safety switch on upstairs system drain, improper p-trap, no ss1 safety switch, bad blower capacitor. All air ducts are dirty

Homeowner had a high water bill. They noticed that the toilet in the master was running every so often frequently. We checked and found that the flush seal needed to be replaced. Verified water pressure and thermal expansion tank were operating properly at this time. Made repair and tested for proper operation.

Today we performed home care service on 2022 carrier 90k split with matching ac. Installed new blue tube uv light, cleaned flame sensor, flushed and cleaned drain lines. Inspected all electrical components and connections tighten terminals and connections as needed. Checked gas pressures, replaced filter and inspected all supply and return ductwork. Humidity levels are very low scheduled install supervisor to give options on steam humidifier. Checked operations from thermostat in heating and cooling left all equipment operational.

Install owner-supplied fixture to vanity top or lavatory, set pop up assembly, connect with new braided stainless steel supply lines, test for proper function, and clean up work area. Thank you for choosing te certified

Cleared blockage in main floor master bathroom shower drain with tub gun

Replaced Warranty Evaporator coil

We replaced the outlet with a recessed outlet.

Customer called us out for a blockage in the master bathroom toilet. Customer has had issues in the past and got a pressure assist toilet to relieve the issue. I tested the toilet for roughly 15 minutes before it backed up. Customer also had both sinks in master bathroom draining slowly. I recommended pulling the toilet and running a cable machine down the line to clear the blockage, then removing the p-traps on both sinks to clear the drains. I also recommended endure for pipe maintenance in the kitchen. Customer agreed. I pulled the toilet and ran the cable machine down successfully clearing the blockage. I tested the toilet by running water from sinks and supply line.I left the toilet pulled with a plug in it until a sewer supervisor comes out to inspect the line on 11/19. I then removed the pop ups and p-traps from both sinks cleaned them throughly and put them back together. I tested for any leaks and cleaned up. I poured Endure down the customers sink for maintenance.

Trouble shoot dishwasher drain hose Customer had another plumbing company install garbage diposal. Company forgot to punch out draining hole that connects the disposal to dishwasher line. Punched hole out and now dishwasher has proper flow. Tested for leaks. Clearing succcessful.

Troubleshoot switch not working.

Replaced special order cartridges in right guest bathroom sink. Tested and checked for leaks.

Inspected for issue. Removed stems to inspect the valve body. Found that a piece was missing from the brass body of the hot stem. The hot stem also had a washer missing. Removed large pieces of rubber from the inside of the valve body. Replaced seats, stems, and trim. Tested for leaks and function m all good. Suggest replacement of the shower valve for a more permanent solution. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

Homeowner had us replace the water heater. New heater was installed with 10 year warranty. Once all connections were made we verified the connections. An electrical jumper was installed from cold to hot. The new expansion tank was mounted to a stud.
