Replaced switches and moved outdoor outlet
Arrived and spoke with customer regarding their issue. Customer showed me inside and to the main level kitchen sink. Customer states that it has been draining slowly since Thursday last week and they took the p trap off and it is clear. Customer is concerned that some food items may have gotten down in the drain. I ran the sink and it is draining although it may be a little slow. Customer has a $73 drain clearing coupon and I presented her with options to clear the line. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval I began work. Ran flexshaft machine with grease cutter head and chains roughly 50’ downstream and cleared out any remaining debris in the line. Ran hot water behind it and flushed out the line. Filled sink several times and allowed it to drain. No leaks. Sink is draining properly at this time. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied.
For this job, I did a ballast bypass LED retrofit. Everything was tested and is working properly.
Performed diagnostic on a no-cooling heat pump/air handler system. The indoor unit was manufactured in 2010 and the outdoor unit in 2021. Upon inspection, the system was found to be low on refrigerant due to an active refrigerant leak. Additional deficiencies were identified that extend beyond the refrigerant issue, including the absence of a return plenum, an undersized supply plenum, lack of proper pitch on the condensate drain line, biological growth within the indoor unit, and significant rust/corrosion present on the evaporator coil and drain pan. Discussed findings with the homeowner and explained that the system’s performance issues are not solely related to the refrigerant leak, but are also the result of multiple installation and design deficiencies affecting overall operation and reliability. Recommended consultation with a Project Manager to evaluate corrective options and provide a comprehensive solution. Homeowner agreed to have a Project Manager scheduled for the same day
Nate did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue with my doorbell quickly and efficiently. He really went above and beyond by taking the time to recommend a whole-home surge protector, explaining the benefits clearly without any high-pressure sales tactics. He is professional, knowledgeable, and highly thorough. I really appreciate the excellent service and peace of mind. I’ll definitely be asking for him again for future electrical needs!
Amazing! !!Amazing !!! James was great. He explained everything to me and was very thorough. Very personable. Very experienced. Did a great job. highly recommende.
We came out today due to the new dishwasher not working and after being serviced by Home Depot. The customer stated that the new dishwasher worked (5) times before completely quitting. The panel is located in the garage and after removing the cover the issue was located on the neutral bar. I found (1) wire (that controls the dishwasher) to be burnt up likely due to poor connection and the other (2) wires beneath it were burnt as well. I removed cover off the dishwasher and found that the workers who installed the dishwasher failed to install a connector for the 14/2 NM-B cable along with not noticing the neutral wire (white wire) had been damaged and copper was exposed. The dishwasher did not have any GFCI protection installed at the source (main panel) and had this damaged neutral wire made contact to the shell of the dishwasher (which is bonded) it could of created a parallel neutral path or “Objectionable Current” as defined by 250.6 of the 2023 NEC. Parallel neutral paths pose an
Service call outdoor not running. Found capacitor to be defective on outdoor unit . Tested operation of system after repairs no other issues found. Customer did sign up for home care starting in the fall.
Gathered materials and arrived on site to complete quoted repairs. We cut in a new return at the top of the upstairs landing. We ran a 10” duct from the new return boot to the return plenum for the main floor. We also replaced the return grill in the downstairs office to eliminate the noise. Once everything was in place we tested the system, ensured all grills were mounted plum and the systems were fully operational upon completion.
6/10: Called and sent text to schedule. RW
No Cool - Main Floor System Evaporator coil is restricted for the main floor system. The condenser coil needs to be cleaned. The indoor lacks of wet switch water safety. Early signs of biological growth are present inside the supply Plenum. The equipment and living space could benefit from indoor air quality enhancements.
Estimate to relocate water heater to back side of furnace to create more rooms for cars.
I was called out to Prabhu’s house for a cooling issue upstairs. Prabhu let me know that the ecobee gave an error that the system was running and the temperature increased. During the evaluation we discovered the thermostat is in a separate area from any supply air, the ac was very dirty, the filter was very dirty, and the system was a bit low on refrigerant. Today I replaced the air filter, cleaned the ac, and added a pound of refrigerant to get the system in better working condition. The condenser fan motor is showing signs of wear and the ac is potentially undersized as well.
Two below deck outlets for future sunshades on dedicated circuit GFCI protected from breaker.
For this job, I replaced a main breaker for an outside disconnect.
Vinny and Julian were very professional and did an excellent job

Homeowners called us out due to no pressure when running hot water. Upon inspecting the water heater, I found an automatic shutoff valve that was tripped and had the incoming water to the tank off. After opening the valve, I inspected the pan and around the heater for moisture which was not present at this time.
At arrival on 06/12/26 found upstairs system not cooling properly. Only 10 degrees delta T, with high superheat, low sub cool, low VSAT, low vapor charge. Therefore, system is undercharged. Performed a leak search in both condenser and evaporator coil and found some beeping in the evaporator coil using an electronic leak detector. Evaporator coil has failed. Potentially clogged up drain line No Ss1 and wet safety switch installed Dirty air filter Furnace is making a noise Microbial growth in supply plenum. Need to replace the evaporator coil and address the other issues. Or upgrade your system.
Installed car charger and run new circuit from basement to garage with a 60 amp breaker
Replace ceiling fan and install fan box
On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a clogged toilet that was also giving mainline symptoms. I ran water in different fixtures to test. I wasn’t able to get the toilet to replicate what they were experiencing. Everything is draining fine and the toilet is flushing as it should right now. They also had a dripping faucet on the main level guest bathroom. I wrote up options to perform work to fix the issue. I replaced both cartridges on the faucet. The faucet has no leaks or drips. I did a super clean up as well. The homeowner is now happy and satisfied with the work that’s been completed. *Replace 2 cartridges
Main level not cooling due to a bad dual capacitor. Heat pump system. Replaced capacitor but system still didn’t work. Fn motor overheated and defrost board has heavy burnt mark. I bypassed defrost board and fan works. When I plug fan wires back to the board, fan started to work. Checked system, pressures, amperage on motor and compressor, filter , drain line and visual inspection, as well. System is working at this time, but has an issue with defrost board and fan can stop working anytime. Also, fan is working with high amperage of .67, and shouldn’t be higher than .7 amps , by the label. Sent estimates to replace dual capacitor, defrost board and possible fan motor. System is 13 years old and some possible expensive repairs ahead, also will affect the humidity level in the house, specially on hotter days. Set a lead to quote upgrading for the main level system, and possible add a zone to the basement for today after 2 pm. We should credit back 239,00 spent today, if customer upgrade
Arrived on site for a no cool. The home was 84 degrees upon arrival and shared that the tenant hasn’t had cooling for a couple days. Upon arrival I found the thermostat wasn’t mounted on the wall properly and wasn’t making good contact to turn on the system. Once I was able to get the system up and running we looked through the system thoroughly and found a handful of discrepancies that are effecting this carrier split system installed in 2012. For starters, all the capacitors for the system are out of spec and need to be replaced. The outdoor condenser coil is extremely dirty and impacted. The blower wheel has years of dust, dirt and debris obstructing operational airflow. The blower motor is leaking a considerable amount of oil and the motor is beginning to fail. The flue pipe isn’t run correctly, the condensate pump tubing is collapsed and the pump is hard wired into the furnace which is against code. There are plenty of opportunities for improvement. I drafted some estimates and di
Arrived on site and customer stated a whistling sound was coming from behind the walls everytime the master toilet or the hallway bathroom was flushed . I found that the master shower cartridge handle would vibrate while testing the toilets , and informed customer that the cartridge may be the issue and would start there to determine the fix . I was able to replace the moen shower cartridge, and tested the toilets again. I flushed the toilets several times to ensure noise had stopped .
We installed a 10 year warranty 50 gallon water heater with code upgrades. We converted the venting from single wall to double wall. Thank you !
Customer said he heard buzzing in a wall. When I got there, I clearly heard the buzzing too. He said this started about a month ago. The wall is the foyer wall, which also backs up to his bedroom so it’s difficult for him to sleep at night. The doorbell is on the same wall so I disconnected the transformer and the buzzing stopped. I reconnected the transformer and the buzzing continued. We replaced the whole chime kit, and there is no longer any buzzing. I also secured the transformer inside the box to help negate any any sort of vibrations. I also installed a surge protector underneath the panel with a flush mount kit.
The technician came on time and they were willing to work with me as I didn’t purchase the faucet ahead of time.
Did a great job on my hot water heater. Explained everything to me about installation and after installation instructions
Very professional, Wayne did a thorough job and answered all questions. Would definitely recommend.
Great service
Joaquin was very pleasant to work with and installed two electrical outlets quickly and without any mess. He also checked our circuit breaker and gave us an option to install a new breaker or not overload the circuit.
Great service. Tech very good. Gave us some options and explained each.
Seth arrived on time, listened to our description of the work we wanted and gave us a quote for the job. He is a very neat and meticulous worker.
Jeremiah did an amazing job! He listened to every one of our concerns and answered every one of our questions. He was meticulous and made sure the work was professional and we were happy. Will definitely remember for future needs!
Nate was a pleasure. He was friendly, professional and informative. Explained all situations thoroughly and did not try to up sell any services. Light installation went flawlessly.
We have had a few services with TE Certified now and each time has been a great experience. Prices are reasonable, and service is fast and professional.
Could I have hung 4 ceiling fans and added another outlet to my kitchen island myself? Yes, but having TE do the work meant it was done quickly and cleanly and I didn’t have multiple trips to Home Depot. The price seemed reasonable but I didn’t shop around and I’ve not hired anyone for these things in years. I’m glad I used your company as the work is done, it was done well and my home is all the better for it.
Very Professional and Did a great job . We are grateful and thankful for the great job he did!
I called and was able to schedule an estimate for the same day. They arrived on time, provided the estimate and completed the work in an hour. The quoted price was much lower than other bids I had received.
Every TE Certified Tech for Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC that we have met have all been kind, courteous, knowledgeable and did an excellent job! Pricing cost may seem high, but you get what you pay for and peace of mind knowing job is done correctly!
Our insurance company wanted me to hire a plumber to find the source of our slow leak in the kitchen. The dispatcher worked hard to help me with my schedule to find same day service since I had standing water. I was grateful for that. The plumbers found the leaking from my refrigerator helping me to get immediate mitigation started. I’m very impressed with the company and the plumbers that they sent.
Terrific!
I just bought a 4 year old house and you would think everything would be alright. Well, there are issues and I am thankful that Rusty found things I wasn't aware of. Obviously the previous owners didn't use TE Certified. I used them at my last house and was always very happy with the service.
Great job. Friendly, had all the parts and fixed the issue on Saturday before I have to go out of town. Will be using this company from now on.
Agustin and his associate Alex arrived exactly on schedule to perform hardware remodeling and replacement work in our main bath. All the work was completed beautifully in the timeframe quoted. We cannot say enough about how friendly, efficient and knowledgeable Agustin was to work with. We can be a bit picky about design features but this project was a breeze. Agustin totally understood the hardware design we were looking for. He researched, found lovely coordinating hardware for each of the three installation sights. In addition , both gentlemen were so very careful to protect the property as they moved through the project. This was a really excellent experience.
Everything from a seasonal check to the seasonal maintenance needs and extended coil. Cleaning has been outstanding.
Excellent service
Agustin addressed our issue with expert knowledge and efficiency. The experience was seemless. He was knowledgeable and experienced with this problem and worked with us so efficiently to make decisions required to proceed with the necessary repairs. We need to add that his friendly persona makes him a joy to work with.
