Perform two system maintenance. Noticed main floor system has a dirty blower wheel. Noticed upstairs system has a dirty blower wheel, no water safety on drain, recommend wet switch to ensure no water issues, condenser coil is dirty, and contactor is failing/burnt. Checked heating and cooling, Cleaned drains, left 16 x 25 x 1 filters with customer, cleaned flame sensors, and cleared pressure switch tubings. Customer only wanted to replace the contactor for the upstairs system. Thank you for choosing TE certified.

Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with them regarding their issue. Customer showed me inside and to their kitchen and stated that their disposal under the kitchen sink began leaking after they threw away some food. The leak is coming from the bottom of the disposal and the unit has rusted through. Customer states they hardly use the disposal and are more inclined to just get rid of it and not have a disposal at all. I gave them options to replace the disposal or remove it and pipe in continuous waste. Customer elected to remove the disposal completely and after getting signature approval I began work. Shut off power to the disposal at the breaker to the electrical panel and the breaker will remain off. Disconnected and removed disposal. Covered wires with wire nuts and sealed them off. Moved electrical whip for disposal to back of cabinet so it is out of the way. Installed new basket strainer, dishwasher tailpiece and p trap. Made all connections and tested thoroughly for leaks

For this job customer had a dryer and range on one circuit in the basement. The main panel was already overloaded and the circuit was on a 50 amp breaker. Recommend replacing the main panel with a larger one ASAP to correct the issue. Customer has a renter in the basement, informed everyone of the dangerous issue and to not use the dryer or the range until the issue gets resolved.

Replace 5 light fixtures in kids game area

Upon my arrival homeowner states Main floor is not cooling. Found out the system was running extremely low on refrigerant. Compressor is making a grinding noise. Homeowner had a previously spent $1400 or so on repairs to this exact system. I explained how bad a refrigerant can affect the compressor. Provided options ranging from charge up the system to full leak search and repair. Homeowner understands that repairing the existing system will run several thousand dollars. He is interested in getting a quote for replacement for the AC and coil. Drain line for the evaporator ties in to the other system. These will need to be separated. The system is short on return air. System lacks adequate flood protection. Based on our findings, system replacement is the best option.

On this visit, I returned to complete the bathroom bidet outlets. I installed new GFCI outlet in upstairs master bathroom. Safety breakers are installed on both circuits and on the previous visit the guest bathroom in the office bedroom was completed

Tie into existing switch box in bathrooms to bring power to new outlets by toilets. Update breakers to safety breakers.

Upon arrival customer stated that mini split system was not working after repairs were done by another company. Customer stated refrigerant was added to unit and after that it wasn't cooling. I turned mini split on and two of the units came on but 1 did not. The 1 that did not has a mini split it condensation pump in the wall that’s not pumping water and is stuck causing safety switch to be activated. There is a second mini split that had power but also has same issues and water is not pumping to outside. Both are inside the wall, will have to return with a helper to take heads off to locate pumps advised customer if pumps are down in wall then wall will have to be cut and waiver will have to be signed before doing so. Scheduling customer for 2-5 Monday to look at both mini splits. Turned all three systems off at this time. Customer also mentioned that she wanted to have main unit serviced as well. Replaced five light fixtures for in hallway and one game area

Came in today because system was not cooling, when inspecting system found that blower motor and circuit board for furnace had failed, also found bio growth in system spreading and system does not count with flood protection. Let costumer know and presented options including system upgrade considering the years of the system. Costumer decided to move forward with basic repairs only, costumer understand that system is over 10yo and could need more repairs in the future. However work was done and tested, system is up and running at this time. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Installed customer supplied toilet in main floor hallway bathroom and replaced stop.

Our client needed an estimate to have a couple of toilets and a couple of other items done around the home. Our client is currently waiting on our electrician to come provide an estimate that would dictate if he’s able to move forward with the plumbing the way he would like to. A follow up phone call would be conducted.

Removed old toilet to check on flange quality for future toilet install. Flange is in fantastic condition, so toilet install should not require a flange repair or any drain reconfiguring. Can not get skirted toilet that they wanted as it will create tension on old, Cpvc piping. Recommended going with elongated bowl, chair height, and slow close seat two piece toilets.

Performed txv replacement. Removed failed txv and installed new txv. Pressured tested and vacuumed system to proper microns and charged to factory. Work is still incomplete and still need to run new drain line

For this job, I came to look at a system that was not cooling. After performing a thorough inspection I noticed that the capacitor has failed for the condenser fan motor and compressor. I proceeded to check all the other components and replaced the capacitor. After the capacitor was put in I turned the system on and checked my pressures to make sure that everything was working as it should. The compressor is noisy and can very well fail soon. Did a troubleshoot for customer to see why washing machine drain was leaking snaked out, washing machine, drain line and cleaned it

Run cable machine in laundry drain Customer called us out for a clogged up laundry drain. Laundry drain was backing up when draining. Upon arrival we tested for a mainline blockage by running water in other bathrooms but only laundry drain seem to be affected. Ran K 45 cable inside drain to remove blockage. Ran cable multiple times. Pulled back hair and drain gunk. Tested drain by manually pouring water into drain With laundry line waterline. I then tested by running three test loads on laundry machine. Did not see any signs of system backing up again. Clearing successful. Thank you for choosing TE certified!
