Job Locations and Reviews
Upon arrival, customer told me that the peloton that she just received yesterday is causing the garage GFCI trip. We will be conducting a diagnosis to determine why the circuit tripped. We will also be providing the customer with an option to install heavier receptacles at these locations that will allow 20 A to pass through. Manufacturer specifies that they want to have a dedicated 15 amp circuit. We will provide the customer and option to have a 15 amp or 20 amp dedicated circuit installed if they choose to do so. After conducting our diagnostic, we determine that the ground fault circuit interrupter is causing the peloton trip. We plugged the peloton into a separate outlet inside of the home and it held all the way through the calibration process. We conducted an amp draw on the product and it appeared that it is only pulling 2.5 A which will not overload the circuit. It is my recommendation to move the peloton to a location in the home that does not require GFCI protection.
Remove tile in upstairs guest bathroom and cap off hot/cold water lines to prepare for remodeling and fix current leak causing damage to downstairs ceiling.
Install customer supplied tesla wall charger in right corner of garage. Move circuits around to install 20amp Tesla meter clamps to monitor amperage and voltage. Run dedicated 60amp circuit for Tesla wall charger. Everything tested and working properly.
Great Job
Installed car charger outlet circuit under panel
Upon arrival today, I evaluate the master bathroom sink, plumbing. Both sinks required replacement of the hot and cold supply stops, totaling four supply stops in the master bathroom. The existing shut off valves were aged, and showing signs of where, which can lead to a restricted operation or potential leakage. After reviewing the findings and options, the customer elected to move forward with replacing all four supply stops today. All new supply stops were installed, connections were inspected, and the system was tested at the fixtures. At this time, everything is operating properly with no visible leaks.

Disassembled and reinstalled water heater burner assembly. Original installation company had replaced the assembly incorrectly causing flames to travel below the burner plate and around the combustion chamber. Assembly was also caked in soot which was cleaned off. I also prepared and emailed an estimate to repipe the thermal expansion tank piping as in its current location, before the check valve it is not serving any purpose. Water pressure rose to over 140psi while heater was on.
Customer signed an estimate for a Grundfos Alfa recirc pump, installed that and tested for leaks
Came because upstairs, system was not heating. When testing system found that inducer motor had failed and there were visible sings of biological growth spreading thought the system. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Replace Prv, and expansion tank, drained house, installed new fixtures, pressurized lines, blew air out every fixture, plugged recert pump in working properly. Recommended to replace water heater, no leaks
Light switch is arcing internally. The arcing is what’s causing a burning smell when the lights turn on
For this job I came to see why customer was waiting several minutes for hot water in bathroom, I noticed recirculating pump was not working. We replaced it with the alpha pump. When checking house pressure I got a reading of 120 psi, which could be a possible factor of why pump failed. Maximum allowance is 80.I replaced the pressure regulator and set the pressure to 65psi. Tested and left work area clean.
Run new 20a dedicated circuit for bidet with new safety breaker from panel to downstairs bedroom bathroom
Troubleshoot
Came back to do repairs for system, replaced only the high limit switch. Once replacement of switch was made tested furnace and had no more issues. By pass is working properly. Excellent Service
Recirculating pump was set to the off position. I recommended a larger pump and thermal expansion tank as the system did not have one. Customer only wanted to do the thermal expansion tank today. Set pressure in tank 5 psi higher than house pressure. Restored water and tested for leaks and proper function. No issues when we left.

Great Service
This review is 95% for one of two jobs I had scheduled: one plumbing, one electrical. I have used TE a few times. The plumbers were very professional and courteous. Everything was clearly explained to me along the way. Isaac made a very good effort to do a great job. Their prices are high, but worth it in this case. However, my experience with the electric was enough to not call again for this service anytime soon. I needed ONE new outlet installed within 10’ of an existing, available line. I also needed 3 garage ceiling mounted fixtures to replace 3 existing. All parts laid out. Nothing unusual or intricate. That estimate was over $1,300. For one of the simplest jobs one could ask for. I had no confidence that the tech knew what he was doing. He told me that putting the ceiling fixture up was complicated. I asked him to show me on the unit. What was the complicated part? It’s three wires and four screws. I’ve already received 2 estimates for less than half the above.
Joshua was great to work with. He diagnosed my problem, told me how he’d address it and followed through. Everything was neat and tidy when he finished.
