Today we replaced the Home’s original PRV and the expansion tank, which was found to be waterlogged. The new expansion tank was properly secured to the structure with a support strap and pre-charge to 65 psi. After installation, all connections were thoroughly tested, and the waterlines were purged. The system is operating properly at this time

Perform two system home care. Added a doghouse cover. replaced gas sediment trap for the main floor. Glued PVC lines that were not glued outside, where a previous condensate line repair was performed. Units are heating and cooling on my departure. Replaced April 413 filter for the main floor.

Customer had a bathroom toilet in the master bathroom that the fill valve was faulty and wasn’t filling up the tank so we ended up replacing the fill valve and after testing the toilet is back working properly with no leaks, also inspected the other toilet for the customer and saw that the seal was deteriorating, so we did a total rebuild of the inside of that toilet and after putting back together, the toilet is working properly with no leaks.

Clear mainline blockage through exterior cleanout Customer called us for a mainline issue affecting whole house. Upon arrival we opened the clean out cap and we had sewage water come out. Customer attempted to clear blockage and was unsuccessful, and we got approval to to perform work. We ran k400 cable machine to attempt to clear blockage, after various attempts we were able to clear blockage. Upon bringing the cable back we noticed soft tissue and a broken piece of pvc. We notified customer of the pvc piece. Customer has an appointment with a sewer supervisor to further investigate today from 12-3.

Originally another tech came out and performed MEG test. Moved breaker from one side of the panel to the other. It was a Gen 2 breaker. We replaced the Gen 2 breaker with a Gen 6.2. Home owner is aware that this brand of panel is notorious for nuisance tripping. I honored previous techs estimate. Replaced 20amp dual function breaker for washing machine and general purpose outlet in laundry room. Replace two outlets in laundry room for washing machine and general purpose. Everything tested and working properly. Surge protector highly recommended.

Remove customers, automatic water stop as it was broken Installed customer supplied Moen water stop valve

Tech revived to problem call for entire home. System is approximately 4 years old and zoned for 3 levels in home. Customer expressed that system was not heating and only emergency heat was working. Inspected system. Turned on heat on all levels and verified proper zoning/dampers are operational. No bypass damper or DATS. No indication that the outdoor unit was running. Indoor portion of home has inadequate flood protection. Checked outdoor unit. Found unit out on high pressure lockout. Reset heat pump and watched operations. Found that the high side pressures were extremely high on system. Previous tech in January of 2025 added 2 pounds of refrigerant, removed two pounds of refrigerant to get system pressures within specs, removed refrigerant without charging homeowner, per management. Roughly 370/100 with 45 degree outdoor ambient. System stabilized and continued heating without going into fault or lockout. Made recommendations to customer. Customer declined all options at this time.

Troubleshot loss of power to dining room area. Breaker for the circuit would not reset, even when removed from the panel. New breaker was installed, tested, and the circuit is working properly again

Upon arrival, customer told me that the peloton that she just received yesterday is causing the garage GFCI trip. We will be conducting a diagnosis to determine why the circuit tripped. We will also be providing the customer with an option to install heavier receptacles at these locations that will allow 20 A to pass through. Manufacturer specifies that they want to have a dedicated 15 amp circuit. We will provide the customer and option to have a 15 amp or 20 amp dedicated circuit installed if they choose to do so. After conducting our diagnostic, we determine that the ground fault circuit interrupter is causing the peloton trip. We plugged the peloton into a separate outlet inside of the home and it held all the way through the calibration process. We conducted an amp draw on the product and it appeared that it is only pulling 2.5 A which will not overload the circuit. It is my recommendation to move the peloton to a location in the home that does not require GFCI protection.

Remove tile in upstairs guest bathroom and cap off hot/cold water lines to prepare for remodeling and fix current leak causing damage to downstairs ceiling.

Install customer supplied tesla wall charger in right corner of garage. Move circuits around to install 20amp Tesla meter clamps to monitor amperage and voltage. Run dedicated 60amp circuit for Tesla wall charger. Everything tested and working properly.

Upon arrival today, I evaluate the master bathroom sink, plumbing. Both sinks required replacement of the hot and cold supply stops, totaling four supply stops in the master bathroom. The existing shut off valves were aged, and showing signs of where, which can lead to a restricted operation or potential leakage. After reviewing the findings and options, the customer elected to move forward with replacing all four supply stops today. All new supply stops were installed, connections were inspected, and the system was tested at the fixtures. At this time, everything is operating properly with no visible leaks.

Install new 70 inch plus television on mantle motorized mount Then swapping to TVs to two different locations on multiple levels While taking the third TV and placing it into the storage room For this particular job, you will need to purchase an a mount that is sufficient for the living room TV. You will also need to purchase a surge strip to plug-in the extra devices in the living room.

Did a no heat diagnostic for upstairs unit. Found dirt build up in inducer. found dirty blower wheel. No Te flood protection . Found secondary drain clean out trap glued. Could not completely clean out trap will need to order trap and inducer motor and check if it is under warranty. Customer had reliance air out and they cleared the lines and glued the traps to prevent leaking. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Troubleshoot entrance electrical

Completed the service call for no heat found that the heat exchanger is cracked and needs a smart bypass 12 inch. It’s short on return by 12 inch needs flood protection and a blower clean.

Use mini hydro jetter to get rid of paper build up in toilet drain line , pulled up toilet and ran mini jetter to clear remaining but of tissue paper, after testing everything drains perfectly with no leaks
