Installed customer supplied GCV on Rheem 75 gallon water heater. After installing new GCV and tried to relight pilot, burner turned on and immediately turned off. Removed burner assembly and inspected inside burner. Found TRD combustion valve broken and burner assembly burned. Customer will order new burner assembly and Trd combustion valve.

After completing evaluation, client show me the condensing drain pipe outside. She thought it was a plumbing issue. Explain to the client that condensation coming outside. Your house is normal when you’re running the AC.

Ecobee thermostat, new filter rack, condenser hugh voltage disconnect, and venting pipe for water heater and furnace installed. Customer has 8 y/o Carrier system that operates for main level. System is not cooling properly due to low pressure levels indicating loss of refrigerant. Performed electronic leak search and found that evaporator coil is leaking. Informed customer of findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Customer signed up for HomeCare Membership. Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on two 7 y/o Lennox systems. Main and basement levels are zoned. Upper level stand alone. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressure switch tubings. Condensate drain lines clear. Recommend blower wheel cleaning for both systems. Main level system has bad ignitor. Left two 16x25x1 filters with customer. Pressure levels were low for main level system indicating loss of refrigerant. System has evaporator coil leak. Pressure levels for upper level system were normal. Both condensers have pitted contactors. Water rinsed coils. Informed customer of findings. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Added 2 lbs. of 410A refrigerant to main level system. Pressure levels are now normal. Systems are currently working.

System 1- cleared drain tested operations no issues found. Need wet switch System 2- cleared drain tested operations not issues. Need wet switch System 3. Found unit not cooling compressor was not operating found failed capacitor. Replaced and tested operations. Has no wet switch or ss1 recommend for flood protection.unit is cooling at this time. System 4-found unit off due to water damaged to dry wall ceiling below. Found drain pan full but also found return box extremely low when unit was installed causing installers needing to bend out drain pan. Unit has old school float switch instead of wet switch and does not have an ss1. Pan is also extremely rusted. Check refrigerant pressures and pressure are in range and preform small electronic leak search and found no leaked in coil or joints. Recommend replacing return and bump up the return 6 inches to clear the issue with the collar of the return flattening the pan. Unit also needs a wet switch added due to failure of the float sw

I came out today due to circuit #10 being an issue where it would not turn on. The circuit is a 15 amp single pole that controls the following areas: *Powder room lights *Main kitchen lighting *Laundry room lighting *Back porch receptacle After attempting to to then breaker on it did not hold indicating a fault somewhere on the circuit and after the homeowner agreed to the diagnostic this what was found. -Main Issue- The main issue was a faulty indoor rated gfci located on the back porch that had a flip cover installed over it. The device had rust and corrosion built up on the device causing the fault. After removing the device and capping it off I turned the circuit on and it held. I supplied and installed a new weather resistant gfci and a new bubble cover out back I also installed a bead of silicone around the gasket to help prevent moisture from getting inside the box. -Other Issues And Repairs- When removing the switches away from the box I have discovered that all of the de
