Job Locations and Reviews
For this job, I worked on replacing oh isolation valves for main and hose bibs. Also replacing 14 angle stops. Went ahead and test, tested and checked for leaks. After checking work cleaned up work area.
Per manufacturer’s recommendation I replaced an A.O. Smith 50 gallon natural gas water heater gas control valve. Once installed the new control lit the burner assembly properly. The system was checked for leaks with no issues.
Ran cable machine down bar drain Customer was experiencing a blockage in kitchen sink affecting both kitchen sink drain and bar sink drain. Upon arrival I ran water in kitchen sink and noticed it backing up in bar drain. I ran cable machine to clear blockage and we’re successful. I ran water in both sinks to test for any backups and were clear. Upon inspection I noticed kitchen sink pipe was leaking when running water. Service is scheduled for Wednesday 11-2.
Customer drain was backing up on the garbage disposal side upon arrival I tested the kitchen drain to see what was affected and after my testing, I pinpoint it that it was grease in the lawn that was actually backing up into the left side because it was lower than the right side of the sink, but both sides were affected, so I gave a option to run my cable down the line and after I ran my flex shaft I was able to clear the blockage and after testing the water was moving perfectly with no backups and no leaks
Arrived on site to complete quoted repairs to address the failed drain lines in the attic that caused sheetrock damage. We installed a secondary pan in the attic, after a new combo outlet was installed. We cut, capped and abandoned old drain lines and rerouted all drains from evaporator and from the collector box into the condensate pump in the attic. We ensured pitch was proper, cleanouts were installed and all connections were safely glued and seated fully. We ran the pump down into the basement and routed all condensate tubing securely outside through PVC. We also fixed the drain in the basement and moved the pump into the secondary pan, reinstalled all safeties and made sure the wet switch is able to cut the system off if pump failure occurs. We tested and cleaned all drain lines and ensured proper pitch and old CPVC drain have been abandoned and capped so no other drainage issues will arise. System fully operational in heating and cooling upon completion. call complete.

Homeowner has a leaking thermal expansion tank above the water heater. The water heater is located in a utility closet on the main floor. The thermal expansion tank is leaking from the Schrader valve at the top. Turned off the water using a ball valve in an irrigation box outside, and drained down the water system. Turned off the breaker for the electric water heater. Unthreaded and removed the failed expansion tank. Installed a propress male into the expansion tee. Installed an expansion tank bracket on the top plate above the door. Ensured clearance before installing. Installed on top plate as there were no studs available to mount the expansion tank to. Mounted expansion tank to bracket. Installed approximately 8” of copper into the male adapter. Installed approximately 12” of copper into the expansion tank. Reinstated water to the system to test for leaks. Purged air from water system. Turned breaker on for water heater and ensured it is heating as it’s supposed to. Water pressur
Cap off the gas line serving the range in preparation for replacement. Will be doing the kitchen drains and faucet replacements next Friday. Replace light in main floor hall
Replaced the dining room chandelier and the front porch sconces
Customer had a reverse osmosis faucet for the kitchen that they wanted to have replaced that they supplied as well as a kitchen faucet, single handle that they supplied. Check the pressure on the house to find that it was between one hundred and one hundred and thirty pounds. The water heater is also nine years old. The customer also expressed a concern with the water temperature wavering throughout certain portions of the house. And I had found that they had an original mixing valve to the home as well as some very hard to turn single handle shower cartridges. Customer agreed to our quote to replace the PRV. The customer supplied faucet. All forms of single handle shower cartridges, as well as the water. Heater and recirculation, pump and mixing valve. Started by turning the water off and draining the water heater as well as the rest of the house and replacing all four valve for the showers with the exception of the fifth bathroom all the way at the top of the home. Within replaced, t
Clear hallway sink Clear master bathroom sink Customer was experiencing a blockage in 2nd floor master bathroom sink and 2nd floor hallway sink. Upon arrival I did my diagnosis and tested for a mainline issue. I ran water for a long period of time and only the sink was being affected in each bathroom group. I took pTrap assembly apart and cleaned pipes. After cleaning both sinks I tested for leaks and to ensure I restored proper flow and we’re successful.

Finish Service Uograde from last week
Arrived on site for the ceiling damaged from failed drainage. The upstairs high efficiency furnace drain overflowed onto the ceiling through an uncapped cleanout form when the drain lines froze during the recent storm. The drain pitch is poor and drainage runs through walls and ceilings. We quoted to add an outlet in the basement furnace room, add dedicated pans for the pumps, add a second pump and force all drainage outside with drain switches to avoid stagnant water that can freeze in the cold. Also found the humidifier was wired improperly, the pad needs to be replaced and we need to run new thermostat wire for the pumps/switches along with tubing going outside. Call scheduled for Monday morning with electrical and the plumbing team. Call complete.
My client’s toilet began leaking and left some water damage in the drywall in the garage ceiling under this bathroom. The toilet tank bolts had failed. Left several estimates and eventually decided on a tank rebuild. Rebuilt the internal components of the toilet in the upstairs bath, verified it was flushing properly and leak free. Water heater is 14 years old. It is a power vent unit. Potential interest in a tankless water heater, I would need to trace the gas lines in the attic to see if it could support the demand of the high efficiency tankless. my client wants an estimate on this when the current heater goes out. Left an estimate for replacing the current water heater with a power vent unit.

Erik was great, very professional and knowledgeable. Worked fast too The $189 for the toilet auger was high
Jonah did not seem confident in any communication. Was on the phone and checking the how-to manual. Other guy with him looked at the giant furnace and asked if it was a heat pump. They were pleasant and professional, but didn’t give “we’ve got this under control” vibes. Price for diagnostic was fine. Repair quote seems high.
We are so sorry to hear expectations were not met. Please reach out to us at 770-291-5566 so that we can work towards a remedy.
