Upon arrival we tested for a main line blockage but toilet was only fixture affected. We ran water for a long duration of time. Ran closet auger inside toilet to clear blockage. Upon arrival, Jim notified me that the coach light that’s in the front yard was damaged. While the roofing company was out, they accidentally threw something off and hit the original light which has knocked it off of the post and damaged it to the point that it cannot be repaired. We are going to give them an option to have the light replaced. They will be purchasing the light and providing the light. This estimate is for the labor to install new light fixture at front yard location. As a courtesy installed customer supplied dimmer switch in dining room and replaced 2 light bulbs in basement bedroom.

Following up from our previous visit, we removed and installed a new PVC toilet flange for the primary upstairs bathroom toilet. The existing flange was damaged and had previously been repaired by another contractor. The toilet was sitting approximately ½” above the floor, with silicone and cardboard used underneath as a temporary solution. We cut out the damaged flange and performed the necessary repairs to properly install and secure a new flange. Due to the tile opening being offset, the flange appears slightly off-center; however, it was properly secured and glued in place. The toilet was reset, and we performed multiple flush tests to confirm proper operation. In the downstairs powder room, we attempted a flange repair due to one side being broken, which prevented the toilet from being securely fastened. Upon resetting the toilet, we found a similar issue with a ½” gap between the toilet and the floor. We removed the toilet and replaced the wax seal (switching from a horned seal

For this job, we did a full system install, new boot cut in, new supply flex, UV light, Media cabinet, and drain line re route. Drain lines are not correct, 3 systems are draining into 1 pump. TE previously did work and ran the drains like that and didn’t fix it. Warranty will have to come back out for these drain lines. Video is attached

Customer had a leak during the night when dishwasher was draining, had some damage on hardwood floor, bottom of the cabinet and also some of ceiling down below. Found out that p trap came loose and it was pretty much just draining everything inside of the cabinet, replaced section of cast iron pipe down to the basement, also moved dishwasher shut off to inside of the cabinet instead of in the basement. Upon arrival at the property, we spoke with the homeowner regarding a continuously running basement toilet. The issue was due to prior attempts to replace a Kohler flush valve. The homeowner stated they had made multiple attempts to install the valve but were unsuccessful. We explained that it would be best for us to supply and install a new flush valve to ensure proper installation and full system functionality. The homeowner agreed, and we proceeded with the repair. A new Kohler tower flush valve was installed, and the toilet was flushed multiple times to verify proper operation, stability, and flow. The system is now functioning as intended. The homeowner also brought up additional concerns: • The pedestal sink in the primary bathroom (left side) needs to be properly secured to the wall and have caulking applied around the base. • The homeowner plans to replace the emergency shut-off valves with customer supplied custom valves once they are received. Found pipe running under condenser coil to be oily and more than likely where the leak is coming from, but was unable to get a hit on leak detector and confirm leak other than visually. Once refrigerant entered into system it was apparent that the TXV is restricted And adding another issue and layer of concern to this system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Tech diagnosed Upstairs system and noticed minor indoor and outdoor repairs are needed… system voltage components has failed also noticed other concerns at indoor and outdoor that is causing issues. Customer wasn’t getting good water pressure on the hot side on the master bath sink so we replaced the cartridge. The water pressure on the home was also 40 in the home so we replaced the Prv to help with the pressure.

Homeowner had a French drain installed, during the install of the French drain, someone hit an irrigation line with a shovel, causing it to crack. Homeowner would like the irrigation line repaired. Cut out failed section of 1” schedule 20 PVC, approximately 16” in length. Clean cut ends of existing pipe to ensure proper connection. Install 2 1” schedule 40 90° to bridge pipe. Install 2 2” length section of 1” schedule 40 PVC for bridge. Install 2 more 1” schedule 40 90°. Install approximately 15” section of 1” schedule 40 PVC. Let cure for 30 minutes, per instructions of solvent manufacturer, to ensure proper solvent weld. Activated springer system and tested zone to ensure no additional leaks.

Excavate and install new piping from home to tap and Install another tap cleanout. Install new sewer line from house two street under sidewalk using schedule 44 inch PVC pipe. Connect to existing 6 inch sewer tap connection street stubbed up new 6 inch clean out and cast-iron meter box. Inspection of piping clear at this time no issues. Customer is responsible for final landscaping.

Upon arrival at the property, we spoke with the homeowner regarding a leak at the upstairs Jack-and-Jill guest bathroom toilet. The homeowner was unsure of the exact source but stated the issue was first noticed after installing a bidet. We inspected all accessible connections, including the supply line, bidet attachment, and tank to bowl bolts, and found no visible leaks. This indicated the issue was likely originating at the flange and/or wax seal. We isolated the water supply, drained the toilet, removed the mounting bolts, and pulled the fixture. Upon removal, we noticed significant water saturation beneath the toilet and found that the mounting bracket was not properly secured. Further inspection revealed the flange had been installed incorrectly. The closet bolts would not lock into place due to improper orientation of the flange, preventing them from staying secured. Homeowner called us out to look at a potential leak in the garage. Water was pooling near the water heater and along the surrounding walls. Homeowner woke up this morning with water pooling in the garage and water has not increased since. Tested drain system to see if more water pools. Cut open section of drywall to access piping in walls. No leaks on the CPVC piping. Wall is connected to the neighbors and could potentially be coming from there but they were not available. Called property medics to assess the damage. Homeowner will get in contact with the neighbor to see if the leak is coming from their side.

System out of Freon, repair options unavailable due to use of Freon and age of system. Unit not cooling at the moment, install supervisor to come out and provide upgrade options.
