Job Locations and Reviews
For this job, the customer had one of our hvac technicians out doing maintenance, and noticed a puddle near the front of the home. Once I arrived, I isolated the water line, and found the main service had a leak on it, I also noticed high water pressure in the home, and the customer opted to go with option 3 replacing the Prv, and main shut offs. As well to repair the leak in the yard. The leak in the yard was due to a shark bite fitting transitioning the hdpe to copper at the penitration. I removed shark bite, and used the proper in ground fittings to repair leak. Once complete with my work I tested everything, and backfilled outside. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.
Customer was getting a bad sewer gas smell coming from newly renovated basement wet bar sink. Upon inspection I realized the air admittance valve was not glued on likely causing the smell. Gave option to install new air admittance valve and customer went with having me glue the existing one. (Customer understands that there is no warranty) will be returning next week to do separate work. thank you for choosing te certified
Installed new gas line from meter with new penetration, to the water heater and furnace room. After install I pressurized the system, bleed the air, and checked for leaks and proper function. Everything is working as it should and got the water heater back up and running. Thank you for choosing te certified
Adjusted the drain loop from the dishwasher so that it will have the proper angle. Removed and replaced the sump located in the basement and added a check valve. Caulked the shower trim in the bathrooms. Removed and replaced the fill valves along with flapper in three toilets. Tested with no leaks.
Arrived on site and customer stated that they had an error code 11 prompt up on the tankless water heater in the basement. It was also stated that the ignition symbol on the water heater was blinking. I went ahead and ran through some diagnostics on the heater with Rinnai. After running three diagnostics with Rinnai, they want me to make a correction on the exhaust ventilation, along with them sending out a new control board for the unit to be replaced. Part has been shipped out and once received, we will schedule a future date to come and make the adjustment on the vent as well as replace the control board. A payment of $349 was taken today and will go towards the remaining balance of the $701.
Jeff called us out to his home because his front porch lights turning on and off on an automatic timer. Jeff bought a new timer and when he installed it, it was having the same issue. After doing some troubleshooting I installed the Intermatic timer and the switch works as designed.
Tech installed 4 inch filter cabinet along with Aprilair filtration. Filter is good for a year, tech installed large return plenum in attic area along with adding a 14inch flex duct run with ceiling duct boot and register grill. Tech will need to return with correct 14inch register grill and finish mastic duct work. Homeowners prefer TE return anytime after 5pm…
Replaced 40 gallon electric with 50 gallon hybrid water heater. Also, moved gas line in attic to open walk way to hvac system
To get rid of the extension cords in the attic, we will install a new outlet off of a pre existing circuit. The outlet will be installed near the HVAC unit in the attic. We will also fix the junction for the can light
Today Kim has called us out here because of the shower and her daughter’s bathroom continuously drives and won’t shut off properly. This indicates that the shower cartridge has gone bad or other variables, such as high-pressure and the system could be the cause of the water dripping out of the shower spout. I checked out their pressure to see if that is the root cause of the cartridge going bad, which I found that it was sitting at a stagnant pressure of 90 psi which is higher than what code compliance recommend to be in the house. You want your household pressure to be anywhere between 40 to 80 psi. Kim mentioned that she did have a different plumbing company replace their pressure regulating valve back in January. Not sure if the installation was done correctly and set to proper parameters. The other issue could be that the expansion tank that is undersized for the 75 gallon water heater is also a contributing factor of high pressure I recommended to replace it as well. Kim opted out
Correct junction box below the cooktop and install proper AL/CU connectors within the panel for the air conditioner and clothes dryer circuits. Also replaced a mismatched breaker for the AC.
We will replace the key components of the HVAC system.
Breaker tripping in office
Troubleshoot
Run T & P copper line and half-inch steam shower line down exterior wall of basement and discharge outside of the home Performed original scope of work as listed. Ran T&P to exterior wall in basement. Sealed penetration and cleaned work space. Also corrected 90 elbow under guest bathroom toilet with a closet bend.
Installed new customer supplied Moen kitchen faucet. Removed old faucet and hauled away for disposal per client request. Tested for leaks and proper function.
Replace garbage diposal Not a Recall. Customer was experiencing a stuck garbage diposal. Disposal was of age and result rusty inside. Was not the first time customer has experienced stuck garbage diposal. Replaced diposal with 1/2 HP InSinkErator. Kitchen drain now has proper flow.
Replaced main panel due to one of the breaker’s being stuck to the busbar bar due to constant arcing. I replaced the main panel installed all new breakers, surge protector, and smoke detectors as per code. During the job the scope of work was changed with the smoke detectors on the main floor. Family member did not like the location of smoke detector on wall of bedroom and moved it to the ceiling which left a hole on the wall, I offered to install a blank cover and she requested I provide a piece of drywall and she would patch it so I provided a piece of drywall and I waved the troubleshoot fee.
Wall connector install
Provide and install Tesla wall connector.
I performed a home care inspection. Everything was working properly except the upstairs hall bathroom toilet was leaking from the tank bolts. I advised the customer I’d this issue and decided to replace the toilet and shut off valve. I tested everything thoroughly and ensured there were no leaks
Performed customer 1 system fall (heat) homecare maintenance check Gas furnace is 15 years old, ac and coil is 15 years old Changed (20x25x4) media filter Did full evaluation of system. Blower wheel is very dirty, inside furnace is dirty due to dirt and rodent droppings and no top of the furnace is very dirty due to same issue. The secondary heat exchanger behind the blower compartment in very dirty and will lead to furnace overheating activating the high limit switch. Inducer draft motor is failing, windings are very loud on start up and shut down. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch tube port. Burners are very rusted. Heat exchange is compromised. Heat exchanger is in bad shape there is a lot of rusting on tubes, and inside the heat exchanger tubing. When system lights unit is having a rollout due to poor heat exchanger. Advised customer of issues with furnace. The duct work is not insulated all the way to the boots causing unit to sweat and will start damaging customers floors.
Call out for two toilet back ups, pulled the first toilet ran the cable through the line cleared. It was tissue pulled the second toilet didn’t need to auger it removed toy from line tested thoroughly line is open and flowing at this time
Customer had gurgling in the sink for the kitchen. I ran my Hydro Jetter down the line to blast the grease that was in there. Didn’t have any blowback at all. It was one spot that I was stuck at, but then I was able to blast through after testing. The sink is draining perfectly around the water downstairs as well to make sure it didn’t move down to be locked up I couldn’t run the Hydro Jetter downstairs didn’t have a way to get a water source , water hose was not long enough to reach and it was nothing but a hot water heater nearby. The closest sink had to be 60 feet so didn’t have any access to get water from a stop from a sink. Camera is coming out tomorrow to run the camera down to clean out downstairs and if it is any remaining grease, we will come back and blow out the rest. Also, when I was hooking the water back up for the sink, the cold water stopped valve didn’t open back up so now I’m in the kitchen sink and only have hot water and no cold water. I’m scheduling for a service
Homecare visit for house with a 2022 and a 2025 Rheem system. Homeowner paid for AprilAire 413 filter for upstairs unit and AprilAire 213 filter for main floor unit.
Michael was very knowledgeable and did a great job hanging our chandelier. Alex responded very quickly to my request and was very helpful
Antonio knows what he is doing.
Nice work, very personable.
Michael and Darian did a great job! I appreciate their professionalism, skill, and communication.
Erik was great, very professional and knowledgeable. Worked fast too The $189 for the toilet auger was high
Jonah did not seem confident in any communication. Was on the phone and checking the how-to manual. Other guy with him looked at the giant furnace and asked if it was a heat pump. They were pleasant and professional, but didn’t give “we’ve got this under control” vibes. Price for diagnostic was fine. Repair quote seems high.
We are so sorry to hear expectations were not met. Please reach out to us at 770-291-5566 so that we can work towards a remedy.
Cory is Excellent!
Jeff did a wonderful job identifying our problem and giving us options so that we could select the best fix for our family. He was friendly, timely, and did a great job.
Being fair, TE overcame supplier failures and did a good job.
Professional detailed estimate is what earned the job. Work completed per estimate and was very neat and clean.
Replacing a 50 year old electrical panel is not fun, but the job was completed with as few dings as possible. The work was well done, and the mess cleaned up.

Gabe (the tech) was outstanding. He arrived on time, looked at the problem, suggested a solution then gave quote. I ok’d quote, then after several hours of repair, the issue was solved. Very satisfied with excellent service.
David was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond getting the technical parts set up for me and then explained how to manage the apps. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush through the process!
Ben was quick, efficient and did a great job.
Great work
Chase, the electrical technician, was very professional and apprised me of several options to fix a complicated electrical configuration caused by a general contractor I had hired. He got everything up and running again, including a new fan and recessed lighting that had not been working. Highly recommend this company.
Out of nowhere, a bathroom outlet started hissing and grinding. We got scared. I Googled “electrician Dunwoody” and started calling places. The first outfit I called said they could send someone- in three days! Next I called TE Certified. The answering agent said our outlet issue was urgent and she put us on the top of the list for same-day service. Within three hours, Jesus arrived. He called first, when he was a half-hour away. He arrived when he said he would and couldn’t have been nicer. He tested things and explained everything. He gave us options for fixes, and then he fixed us up. Very grateful to TE and Jesus, and the woman who answered my call!
Henry was great!
Wayne Rogers delivers great service and professionalism everytime!
Henry did a great job diagnosing in the problem and fixing it
David and Dylan showed up on time and got to work on a small job. They caught some problems with my shut off under the sink and quickly amended it! They checked and double checked to ensure no leaks. I greatly appreciated their work.
Dylan is very professional and amiable! He found the problem and resolved it so quickly that he was able to put in a new outlet for me also. He was clean and efficient and knowledgable! Very pleased with the service he provided us!
In addition to fixing the toilet, Jonathan checked out all the plumbing fixtures in my house to be sure everything was in good working order. Great job!
Kyle & Noah arrived early, then did a great job replacing an old transformer and moving it to a better spot! Thanks guys for making my walkway lighting more reliable!
