Found failed blower motor, failed capacitors, pitted contactor, dirty blower, rusted burners, no te flood protection. Unit is R22 and furnace is 31 years old and ac and coil is 20 years old. Due to age of system and types of repairs recommended joining homecare and replacing system to high efficiency inverter technology system to utilize zoning correctly. Unit is none operational at this time. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Customer called us out for a clogged toilet. On arrival the upstairs hall bathroom toilet was clogged and the flush valve was leaking causing the toilet to over flow. I shut off the water and cleaned it up. I checked the mechanical room below the bathroom and it was leaking. I then gave the customer multiple estimates. They chose to have the toilet cleared, pulled and reset, and to replace the gasket on the flush valve. I cleared the toilet with a closet auger, removed the toilet, cleaned off the old wax, installed new wax ring, reset the toilet, caulked around the base, tested throughly, then cleaned up the water in the mechanical room. Cleaned up my work space and tested throughly.

R22 system not keeping up. Refrigerant lever,s are good and I do have 18 delta T. Splits level home with system in the garage with thermostat on the main floor. I recommended having insulation looked at but at this time that system is doing everything it can. I also recommend upgrading the equipment and potentially upsizing the equipment if needed and schedule our install supervisors to design a system and duct work to take care of you and your homes needs.
TE certified will perform a Band-Aid repair by replacing the immediate leaking drain on the washing machine. We would also need to put in a new washing machine box. Today I installed a new prv, ball valve whole home shut off valve, two hose Bibb shut off valve. In addition, I replaced approximately 4 feet of cast-iron along with the installation of a new washing machine box and the water connections that come with it. As the customer requested, I mounted the standing sink in the laundry room. I tightened the packing nut on the back hose Bibb along with attempting to remove sediment from the cold supply line in the master bathroom. Everything went according to plan, and the only thing that did not fully solve the initial problem. Was the attempt add a faucet pressure increase which was unsuccessful. There is an issue on the internal housing of the faucet, which will require the customer to supply new faucet for us to replace if they choose to have that addressed. The work performed by

Customer approved drain line clean. Removed washable filters. Cleaned filters. Flushed and treated drain lines for both mini split heads. Treated with enzymes. Checked outdoor unit. Arrived spoke with customer she stated system runs, but does not reach temperature. Checked indoor unit found no in-line safety or wet switch. Dirty blower wheel. Failing blower motor. Checked outdoor unit and found refrigerant pressures low. Compromise compressor been running on low refrigerant. Bad, dual capacitor and failing outdoor motor. Highly recommend system replacement due to age, efficiency, and cost of repairs. System 2008. TE certified will not do any major repairs due to age of system. Estimate to have idea of repair cost. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Very thorough
Performed 1 system diagnostic found on main level unit. Found unit frozen after the metering device. Found evap coiled rusted and multiple components covered in water, found the outdoor unit completely dirty, and the charge was low. Explained to customer that if we were to replace evap coiled rusted the compressor does have a possibility of failing due to the unknown amount of time the compressor was starved and. Running with a restriction. Due to the age of the unit, unit being out of warranty and the cost of repairs. I would recommend replacement over any kinda of repairs as well as join homecare. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Returned to install customer supplied faucet as per estimate. Removed and disposed of old unit. Removed and disposed of old pop up assembly. Cleaned entry sites for both aforementioned components. Installed new faucet and new pop up assembly. Connected new supply lines, turned water on via recently installed stop valves, and tested rigorously for leaks. Found no issues at this time. Cleaned work area and disposed of all waste materials prior to departure.
Performed camera inspection of the sewer line and discovered that there was a large wipe blockage lodged in the sewer line. I successfully cleared the blockage and provided them relief. I highly recommend to have the remainder of cast iron sewer line replaced with new schedule 40 PVC.
Arrived on site for leaking hvac. Checked in with customer and also checked thermostat for power and functionality. System was already in a call for cool, went upstairs into the attic and found the drip pan to have water inside of it. Drip pain is a little bent up, allowing water to flow out of cracks onto floor. There are two towels inside the drip pan. Looks like they were trying to soak up the water. Opened up the unit and turned power off, checked out everything. Found filter to be extremely dirty needs to be changed. Turn system back on with the doors open and notice water coming out from top of blower motor housing. Indicating that water is coming from the heat exchanger/Evap coil area. Went outside to convincing unit to check pressures. Low side is OK at 60. High side was continued to climb, pouring towards a blockage in this refrigeration system itself. System is running on R 22. Customer is aware that we can’t really do anything with it. Per customer “ I have a buddy that doe
very helpful and professional at a fair price.
Came here today because system installed a year ago by TE had electrical issues due to landscaping company cutting up the low volt wire. When arrive electrician already ran and wire unit but system still did not start, when proceeded to test system found that transformer had also failed, proceed to replace transformer and made sure that system was running in proper condition. Noticed that reading in gauges were of and causing system to cycle. Found a restriction in evaporator coil. Let costumer know about this issues and will replace part under warranty. Manufactures are close at this time so I will call in the morning to confirm that part is available and let costumer know when will be install. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Responded to the homeowner's concern regarding an electrical outlet that arced after they unplugged and pulled the washing machine away from the wall to clean behind it. The homeowner stated that when they plugged the washer back in, the receptacle visibly arced. Removed the receptacle for inspection and found that the equipment grounding conductor was positioned against the hot terminal screw. When the receptacle was pushed back into the electrical box, the grounding conductor contacted the hot terminal, causing the arcing condition. Replaced the damaged receptacle and properly repositioned the conductors to prevent future contact. Because the home's electrical panel was recently replaced and the circuit is protected by an AFCI safety breaker, verified breaker operation since it did not trip during the arcing event. Inspected all breaker connections and performed functional testing. The breaker operated and tripped properly during testing, and no defects or wiring issues were found
Unfortunately the hot tub itself has connections that are melted so we cannot replace the cord. You might be able to get a hot tub repairman to fix it or you’ll have to replace the hot tub. I’m giving you a discount on the troubleshoot since I should’ve done this initially when I came out.
Replaced pressure reducing valve and main water shut off for
Customer says upstairs AC is not cooling properly. Inspected Lennox AC located in attic which services upstairs and found leak on line set near compressor. System needs a 12” return. Recommended replacing outdoor starting components and super cleaning condensers. Customer moved forward with repairs on line set. Replacing filter. Charging system back up to specs and super cleaning coils. Repaired leak. Replaced filter. Super cleaned coils and charged system back up to specs.
Arrived on site for hvac noise call. Checked in with customer and he showed me mini split head in basement of house. A super loud clanking was coming from unit that got faster when the speed of the fan was increased. Took head off the unit itself, cleaned off filters and head with nitrogen. Then adjusted base because the set screw on shaft was rubbing against casing creating the noise. After adjusting mount, noise is now gone.
Replaced pool pump breaker
Perform Condensate drain line repair for the air handler unit. Homeowner is having issues with water. P-trap was plugged solid with no clean out. Drain line did not have a vent tube after the p trap. The unit is 3 1/2 tons. We are missing a lot of ductwork. Explain to the homeowner this is going to cause the unit to condensate more than it should. Drain line is repaired. NO LEAKS! Added condensate tablets to the evaporator pan. Also treated drain with endure. The drain line runs into a contraption/main drain inside of the return plenum. The grills on the outside of the closet do not match the holes made for the return air. System is 10 years old. Compressor is pulling higher starting amperage. Homeowner is aware that the evaporator coil is very rusty. She is trying to get a few more years out of the existing system.
Kyle also went over other concerns that he shared with me for a later plan to execute. He also shared with me the pricing plan for future management of the electrical concerns. I realize my home needs further services that I feel comfortable having Kyle to complete.

I cannot recommend Luis Lopez highly enough. Luis completed a full kitchen electrical makeover for us over the course of two days, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. He is methodical, thoughtful, highly skilled, and incredibly meticulous. He is the neatest, most careful, and most organized skilled professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Every part of the job was handled with professionalism, precision, and clear attention to detail. What stood out most was how seriously Luis took every electrical need and concern. I felt completely confident that the work was being done correctly, safely, and with great care. It is rare to find someone who combines skill, reliability, cleanliness, and genuine professionalism at this level. I am very grateful for the work Luis did and would trust him with any future electrical project without hesitation. 10 out of 5 stars.

Doug at TE was great. He took the time to explain all the issues and promptly did the work to ensure our satisfaction. I feel much better knowing all the safety issues were addressed by a professional. I would recommend TE to anyone looking for high quality electrical service.
I think I just found my go-to plumber. I managed to turn a simple attempt at cleaning my bathroom p-trap into breaking the sink drain, and Andrew Fitch came in and saved me from my own do-it-myself fail. Andrew replaced my old p-trap, installed a new faucet and drain, and even discovered that there was no water shut-off valve for the sink, which he also took care of. What I really appreciated was not just that he fixed everything, but how calmly, quickly, and thoroughly he did it. Andrew worked cleanly, was considerate in my home, and never made me feel ridiculous for asking a million questions and going off on side tangents, which I did, at least twice. Andrew was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. I was extremely grateful for his help, and after this experience, he is absolutely the plumber I’ll be calling from now on (sorry, Andrew).
Marco Hernández was prompt, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. He was clear in communicating the problem and the proposed solution. Marco was efficient on the job. We have complete trust in his work. He is an excellent representative for your company !
Very prompt. professional, knowledgeable and personable service.

Excellent Service
Luis L. did truly exceptional work for us. He installed a new LED can light, an outlet/switch combo device, and a safety breaker, and every part of the experience was excellent. He was kind, professional, respectful, and took the time to explain our options clearly without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His workmanship was outstanding, and he worked so quietly and carefully that it was genuinely a pleasure having him in our home. What impressed me most, beyond the quality of the electrical work itself, was how incredibly thorough he was with cleanup. He left the area cleaner than any technician from any company I have ever had in my home. Luis is exactly the kind of tradesperson you hope for, skilled, thoughtful, respectful, and meticulous. I would absolutely ask for him again and welcome him back for future work without hesitation. 20/10
