Arrived on site to install customers shower/tub trim kit, in the upstairs bathroom . Once kit was replaced I went ahead and caulked around the trim, and tested the shower to ensure no issues.

Customers sewer is backed up and he had the powder room toilet pulled already. Used camera and cable to try and reach/clear blockage, was not successful. Could not reach with cable and to many turns for camera. Will return tomorrow to install exterior clean out to gain closer access.

The homeowner reported a leak occurring approximately two feet after the water meter. After digging up the area near the water meter, I discovered that the leak was coming from an old repair that had been made in the past. To fix the issue, I replaced about 18 inches of the pipe with new 3/4 inch soft copper underground. I then connected it back to the PVC using an adapter. After completing the repairs, I tested the system for leaks, and currently, the water meter is no longer spinning.

Arrived on site and customer wanted to move forward with some of the work that was previously quoted. I went ahead and installed the kitchen faucet , along with installing a shower sprayer/shower-head in one of the restrooms. She also wanted me to replace the faulty single wall vent at the water heater and have it replaced with the double wall venting, which I did as a courtesy at no charge as customer picked up the venting she wanted replaced. After the faucet was installed, I went ahead and ran the water to ensure no issues and proper functioning. I also went ahead and caulked around the shower trim after replacing the shower head and sprayer as well.

Service visit on Generac 22kw standby generator

For this show, I rendered leak detection service for Mr. and Mrs. Westbrook, as a TGL for original technician Leo from the west side office. This property is located right on a busy main road just off of Chamblee Dunwoody, which made it difficult to delineate between ground frequency, and the frequency of water escaping the main service however, upon further investigation, I noticed water saturating the ground in front of the meter between the existing water meter box and the irrigation shut off box just in front of it when I listened here is where I had the most delineation and frequency I marked the area with a blue flag, and also observe water coming back into the water main box indicating the leak to either be just in front of the box or possibly just after the dual check valve before terminating the water main service meter box.

Performed customer 3 system hvac inspection There are 4 units one has been disabled due to gas leak. Changed qty 10 (20x20x1) system filters Checked over all operations for upstairs system on left hand side this is unit #1. Gas furnace is 20 (2005) years old. Cleaned pressure switch tube, cleaned flame sensor, Amos for inducer draft motor tested good with no issues, blower motor Amos tested good with no issues. Advised customer of dirty blower wheel and no flood protection for drain line, customer approved to have installed today, customer approved blower wheel cleaning. Made sure all connections were tight inside furnace control board. Checked heat side of system only today. Evaporator coil is very rusted. Recommended updating aged system, customer declined recommendations at this time. System is heating at this time. Did full evaluation for unit #2 downstairs on the left. For this job, the customer had us complete a car charger outlet eight years ago and has recently been getting heat error codes on her Tesla car. I inspected the work we completed and everything looked in order. The voltage is correct and the connections are tight. I gave the customer options to replace the outlet and breaker or to install a hard wired wall connector.

Replaced 50 gallon gas water heater, repiped hot and cold lines above unit, new check valves, expansion tank, drain pan, and isolation valves. Installed a new Grundfos recirculation pump (Comfort series 10-16 T BU/LC Autoadapt). New gas line stub out with shutoff and whip. Everything is working properly and I insulated water lines after testing.
