Our client reach out to us in reference to having a leaky shower valve in the guest bathroom on the main level of home. This was an old Delta with the push button diverter. I informed a customer that has recently purchased the home that it was recently rebuilt and it may be best just to replace the whole valve. The estimate was accepted and the bad valve was replaced. Tested the item for leaks and no leaks were found. The home has been purged and air in the waterlines. Water pressure is at 60 psi and our client is happy.

Tech completed a x2 system home care maintenance. Tech replaced x2 filters a 16x25x1 and 16x25x4 Honeywell. Flushed both pvc drains, tightened all connections and checked all components at furnace and ac unit. Chase, the electrical technician, was very professional and apprised me of several options to fix a complicated electrical configuration caused by a general contractor I had hired. He got everything up and running again, including a new fan and recessed lighting that had not been working. Highly recommend this company.

Upon arrival, customer notified me that the lighting in the living room is not operating as intended. Customer stated that the original lighting was controlling the six can lights in the front room. Currently the switch is only turning on four of the wafer LED lights. Customer stated that the ceiling fan is not working. Customer stated that the kitchen lights are also coming on with the incorrect switch. This estimate includes restoring power to proper locations with existing wiring. Today I was called out because the upstairs hallway, bathroom vanity, and the bedroom to the left lights stopped working. Upon diagnosis, I found a GFI that had tripped in the hallway bathroom. I replaced the GFI with the new one and found no reason for the lights to be on the load side of the GFI. I line sided both wires and showed the customer how to reset a GFI. I also installed an irreversible crimp on the ground wires where they were not present before.

Leak in dining room / kitchen ceiling. During my evaluation the shower head arm was dripping within the wall and the shower cartridge nut was loose and also dripping. Today I replaced the cartridge and properly installed the shower arm. Tested for leaks and all connections are no longer leaking.

Customer called me out for a clogged/backed up sink. Upon arrival I tested the kitchen sink and it was holding water. upon inspection underneath the sink there was no studor vent. I relayed this information to the homeowner. I took a look in the crawl space and found that the pipes were regular pvc. After that inspection I gave the homeowner three options to resolve there issue. Jet the line. Cable the sink. And an add on studor vent. They chose to have it cabled. I cabled the line and resolved the blockage. Customer satisfied.

For this job, the issue was an old leaking waste, and overflow in the master bathroom. To fix issue we removed old waste and overflow. We also had to cut open the ceiling to access the issue, also had to open up the floor underneath as well to make room for the new waste, and overflow. Out of nowhere, a bathroom outlet started hissing and grinding. We got scared. I Googled “electrician Dunwoody” and started calling places. The first outfit I called said they could send someone- in three days! Next I called TE Certified. The answering agent said our outlet issue was urgent and she put us on the top of the list for same-day service. Within three hours, Jesus arrived. He called first, when he was a half-hour away. He arrived when he said he would and couldn’t have been nicer. He tested things and explained everything. He gave us options for fixes, and then he fixed us up. Very grateful to TE and Jesus, and the woman who answered my call!

Customer called us out for a toilet in the upstairs children’s bathroom that is clogged. I will attempt to remove stoppage using the toilet auger first. Successfully able to remove stoppage. I tested by flushing, the toilet many times in the presence of the customer. Everything is draining and flushing properly at this time. Customer is very satisfied.
