200 amp service upgrade, and adding switching for basement lights. Install a setup for a portable generator Add more circuits and outlets for kitchen and laundry area.
Customer has 2 y/o Rheem heat pump system that operates for basement level. Water was in pan due to failed condensate pump that also has dehumidifier vinyl tubing connected as well. Vinyl tubing for basement system has significant kink within ceiling. Replaced condensate pump. Rerouted vinyl tubing to new CPVC connection. Tested condensate pump. Wired dehumidifier condensate pump safety for main level system. Systems are currently working.
Not a call back. Tape and wire nut securing the doors on the furnace and the furnace door switch had come apart cutitng power to the furnace and thermostat. These rudimentary repairs were done by a previous company, not TE. Advised the homeowner again that the furnace is old and needs to be replaced; its in very poor condition and will keep having break downs. I secured the loose door to the furnace and the wire nut bypassing the door switch. The system was operating when I left.
On today’s visit I installed a 50A breaker, circuit and range outlet. Outlet will provide power for a future induction oven.
7/14: LVM and sent chat to schedule. RW Upon arrival I found that the homeowner was not here on site. He lives in Augusta, not this house. There is a home caretaker that lives on site, but she cannot sign for any work because she does not own the home. After taking a look at the disposal, I saw that the wire was exposed, partially hanging out out of metal conduit and had no power. I did not troubleshoot because no work was signed for, but I tested to see if there was power on the wire. I went down in the basement and found what I believe is the disposal wire, and followed it back to the panel and saw no damage to the wire. The panel room is below the kitchen and has drop ceiling with no actual ceiling in it so it was easy to look at the wiring. This option would be to troubleshoot the disposal. If the homeowner electronically signs this estimate, I have informed him that the troubleshoot does not cover extra expenses for fixing the issue only a small fix if it is something that doesn
For this visit, I completed a list of projects that the customers wanted to get done since they just recently moved into their home. This list included the removal and install of every outlet in the upstairs bedrooms and hallway, the removal and install of the garage ceiling fixture, the removal and install of (2) new master bathroom sconce lights, and (1) master bedroom ceiling fan. We originally planned to swap the (2) flood lights in the backyard, but due to the wires not having a ground, I was unable to do the work to ensure no hazards would be present to people or equipment. As a courtesy, I completely removed the metal conduit raceway that was previously surface mounted on the back of the house to feed to one of the flood lights and safety’d off the wires to ensure that nothing would be energized. This required an extension ladder due to highly-placed equipment. For the master bedroom fan, the fan did not have a fan-rated box nor did it have proper wires, requiring me to d
Today, we installed a new outlet in the master bathroom
Add a ceiling fan and box in living room. Replaced vanity light in upstairs hallway bathroom.
Returned to visit completed a three system Homecare did blower wheel cleanings on all systems. Systems are all cooling. 2nd floor unit is cooling but pressures are telling me there’s a leak on the unit. Systems are missing wet switches. All electrical components are up to manufacture specs. Furnace heat exchangers are in fair condition. Main floor unit is missing a drain pan. Swapped out all filters and cleared drain line. Collected payment and signatures and also confirmed email.
Had .04 gpm coming through somewhere in home, as per water monitoring valve. Found that toilet in upstairs jack and jill bathroom was running past fill level. Fill valve would still occasionally run even after adjusting the float, meaning it is defective and will need to be replaced. Toilet in upstairs hallway guest room is also at fill level but cannot be adjusted. Will require replacement or will more than likely leak soon. Pressure coming into the home is 76 psi and past PRV is around the same, meaning the pressure regulating valve has failed and will need to be replaced.
Provide and replace dusk to dawn flood light on front left exterior.
Troubleshooting
Installed smoke detectors
Excellent
Cathy called us out for faulty sc5 smoke detectors which were warrantied and replaced and while we were in Cathy’s home she asked us to check out her ceiling fan in her dining room which had came apart where we then installed a fan rated side mount and new ceiling fan.
For this job, the customer called us out to install a car charger and an outlet for the car charger. We installed two new outlets on 50 amp circuits and installed the car charger on one of the outlets. We ran two different circuits for the two different chargers he has for his new EV.

Service visit on Generac 26kw standby generator
Yesterday, Brandon & Xavier installed our water heater and spent several hours on it. The previous tank was in the same spot for 28 years and it took some extra effort on their part to remove it. Brandon’s experience showed through in a difficult situation. Once the job was finished, the rising star Xavier walked us through everything and showed us the new shut offs for gas & water. Excellent work!
Returned to complete quote as per estimate. Turned water off to the home and drained down system. Attempted to drain down heater via conventional means, but unfortunately drain valve was clogged with sediment. Regardless, drained down as much as possible before utilizing gas control valve as an exit port. Removed several buckets of water with this method until the tank was light enough to move. Immediately cleaned surrounding work area with extreme rigor and thoroughness as water had gotten on the floor and needed to be immediately contained and addressed. Spent approximately 30 minutes vacuuming surrounding area, until entire perimeter of spilled water had been resolved. Set M18 Milwaukee fan in place for remaining duration of job to ensure and residual moisture would quickly evaporate. Finished disconnected T&P, vent, hot outlet, cold inlet, and gas connections from the unit. Finally, removed water heater and hauled off old unit to its final resting place. She had a good li
Performed 1 system no cool upstairs system. The outdoor capacitor was failed, the contactor was near failure and the unit was slightly low on refrigerant. The homeowner approved these repairs; which I did. Additonal issuse: attic is spray foamed; with no fresh air intake. The spray foamed attic also needs to be air conditioned. The gas lines entering the furnace is a flex gas whip and not cast iron. The Furnace and the drain line has black growth all in it. The furnace all may have failed heat exchangers (furnace well over 20 years old). The furnace needs to be an 90% furnace and pulling air from outside. The emergency drain pan is to small. Emailed estimates for repairs.
Replaced water heater, reworked hot and cold lines, new expansion tank, dropped venting down as well as unit into pan, reworked pressure relief line. everything is turned on and working properly

Appreciate the professional manner of Liam …
I cannot recommend Luis Lopez highly enough. Luis completed a full kitchen electrical makeover for us over the course of two days, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. He is methodical, thoughtful, highly skilled, and incredibly meticulous. He is the neatest, most careful, and most organized skilled professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Every part of the job was handled with professionalism, precision, and clear attention to detail. What stood out most was how seriously Luis took every electrical need and concern. I felt completely confident that the work was being done correctly, safely, and with great care. It is rare to find someone who combines skill, reliability, cleanliness, and genuine professionalism at this level. I am very grateful for the work Luis did and would trust him with any future electrical project without hesitation. 10 out of 5 stars.
Brandon explained what needed to be done, what should be done while disclosing all costs. I felt at ease with the entire job (new water heater and repaired faucet and shower issues)

Very thorough and knowledgeable!
Doug at TE was great. He took the time to explain all the issues and promptly did the work to ensure our satisfaction. I feel much better knowing all the safety issues were addressed by a professional. I would recommend TE to anyone looking for high quality electrical service.
I think I just found my go-to plumber. I managed to turn a simple attempt at cleaning my bathroom p-trap into breaking the sink drain, and Andrew Fitch came in and saved me from my own do-it-myself fail. Andrew replaced my old p-trap, installed a new faucet and drain, and even discovered that there was no water shut-off valve for the sink, which he also took care of. What I really appreciated was not just that he fixed everything, but how calmly, quickly, and thoroughly he did it. Andrew worked cleanly, was considerate in my home, and never made me feel ridiculous for asking a million questions and going off on side tangents, which I did, at least twice. Andrew was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. I was extremely grateful for his help, and after this experience, he is absolutely the plumber I’ll be calling from now on (sorry, Andrew).
Marco Hernández was prompt, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. He was clear in communicating the problem and the proposed solution. Marco was efficient on the job. We have complete trust in his work. He is an excellent representative for your company !
Very prompt. professional, knowledgeable and personable service.
