Today’s visit was for hvac inspection. Customer also wanted to sign up for home care. I checked thermostat. Replaced filters. Unit doesn’t have flood protection. I gave estimate for flood protection. I found the wire going from the disconnect to the air handler to small. Customer approved me replacing it with the correct size. I went I got Polaris plugs to land high voltage connections inside the air handler. Flushed drain and treated with endure. Also the evaporator coil has a lot of deterioration. And biological growth present as well. I gave estimate for uv light as it will help clean up the home and stop the growth. Checked the outdoor unit. I found the condenser fan motor running all the time. I found it was wired wrong. I also found a bad dual capacitor and very dirty condenser coil. Gave estimates for repairs. Customer approved the coil cleaning and capacitor. Corrected wiring and replaced the capacitor. Washed the coils and unit with coil cleaner. Checked and monitored cooling

Customer called about a leak underneath kitchen sink. Inspected underneath sink and found leak coming from housing of kitchen faucet and drain connection off garbage disposal. Due to sources of leak advised to replace kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Customer approved estimate and will purchase material for installation.

Installed dedicated circuit for bidet outlet - dual function

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 6 y/o Lennox system that operates for whole house. Furnace located in crawlspace. System was not cooling due to failed transformer. Replaced basic transformer. Noticed that system has no water protection. Blower wheel cleaning needed. No gas sediment trap installed. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser coil cleaning needed. Condenser electrical components are good. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working. Recommend HomeCare Program for regular maintenance.

Cleared blockage in main floor master bathroom shower drain with tub gun

Today we came out to evaluate three toilets that are original to the home and are no longer working properly. After completing our evaluation, I went over several options with the customer to address the issues. At this time, the customer chose to replace only the first-floor toilet along with a new supply stop, as well as replace the homes PRV. After completing the installations, we restored the water, tested all new connections, and checked for proper operation. All newly installed components are working properly and are leak-free at this time.

Install outlet in cabinet

Customer had a sink upstairs in the master bathroom that the stopper rod was rusted out and allow the stopper to drop, so I took apart the drain and cleaned out the drain by hand and replaced the rod as well to put the stopper back in the proper positioning and after testing everything, the sink is now flowing properly and the stopper is now back working properly, I checked the pressure to the home and it’s sitting at 75 psi, it’s very close to the 80 psi mark five psi away from being high pressure, recommend having the PRV replaced soon if the PRV is over five years old

Add outlets and lights throughout the basement for storage, workshop, and rec. room areas.

Remove existing unit and install a Navien 240A2 high efficiency unit with internal recirculation. Extend vents out to a proper length where they are not underneath the back porch trapping carbon monoxide, run condensate to the exterior of the home with a condensate pump installed underneath unit, add a check valve on the cold line with a expansion tank. Upgrade gas meter to high volume. This unit will be permitted and inspected by the county. Will install a Halo Ion-6 on the cold side of the water heater that prevents scale buildup and allows client to go from annual maintenance to every 3-4 years All work has been completed and everything is working properly.

Replaced widespread faucet and pulled pedestal sink from wall

Clear blockage in condensation line Customer was experiencing a blockage in condensation line serving for furnace. Tested for mainline but condensation line was only drain affected. Ran cable machine inside drain to clear gunk buildup. Ran cable several times. We were able to drop water level to appropriate pTrap level. Tested drain by an abundance amount of water in drain. Drain did not back up again. Clearing successful. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Removed and replaced the electric water heater. Made all code adjustments by adding a thermal expansion tank and a pan. Replaced the shut off valves on the water heater. Removed T&P drain from the hub drain in the ceiling and ran it to the exterior of the building. Turned in the water and pressurized the system, purged the air from the lines. The water heater is now heating properly.

Troubleshoot

Troubleshoot smell coming from fixtures upstairs. Install whole home surge protector. Replace one outlet in upstairs closet. Replace can light with new led wafer. Install dual function breaker on upstairs room circuit.

Came in today because system was showing a communicating error. Costumer had a power outage while being out of town which would cause system to lose communication, proceed to reboot system and check in communication and electrical components to make sure nothing was damage. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Installed all new customer supplied toilets inside all 4 bathrooms. Flushed and tested all operations with homeowner. Homeowner will install bidet seat for master bathroom.

Leak search. The leak is coming from the overflow. The overflow is a specialty jacuzzi tub part.

Replaced failed blower motors for systems, started unit back up and they are working again.

Upon arrival, I met with the owners. Their kitchen sink is still struggling to drain properly with large volumes of water. I utilized the mini camera, found water standing in the immediate pipe in the wall and could only get the camera up to 20’. With the owners approval, I ran my hydrojetter to clean the line of standing debris and grease. I made several passes and also used my 400 to break up a dense section of debris. I performed a final inspection, confirmed the drain is clear beyond the closest tie in. I filled and drained the sink twice, confirmed flow and no leaks or errors. Perform sink drain line cleaning using hydro jetter. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line cleaning. No warranty on drain cleaning.
