Installed whole home surge protector, changed three switches out, and bonded/grounded the metal box for the back patio switches in the living room.
The customer informed me that the two getting light switch box for the back patio sparked on him when he tried to flip the switch and it made everything on the back patio go out and it made his office lights go out, and they have not worked since. This option is to go through and do a troubleshoot and figure out what is going on and to evaluate the electrical system for any possible hazards. This is to add a surge protector at the panel, change three switches, bond the back patio switch box, ground the back patio switch box, and change the dining room fixture
Eliminate gas line to grill and eliminate saddle valve
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Replaced failed contactor / checked charge on outdoor unit ** unit is cooling ** insufficient flood protection ** verified unit operations after repair today **
Install GfCi outlets in the bathrooms upstairs and run a new dryer circuit, install GFCI breaker for dryer circuit and install a new 4 prong dryer plug
Homeowners dishwasher backed up and caused water damage. Decided to reroute the dishwasher drain line to the kitchen sink. Repiped the kitchen drains to remove the S trap. Drain line has a P trap below the cabinet and we don’t need to double trap the system. Ran new dishwasher drain tube through the cabinet and connected to the disposal. Installed a shut off valve for the water line to the dishwasher and new supply line. Tested and everything is working properly.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Compressor failure, breaker keeps trips. Also highly recommend outdoor disconnect to be replace for right size breaker Schedule comfort advisor for Friday morning Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

For this job, I added new ceiling fans and made home updates
Install a new customer supplied switch and light fixture.
Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics on a 2000 rheem electric hvac system that cools the basement. I found that the thermostat was not installed/programmed properly; it was running the heat in AC mode. I installed/programmed the thermostat properly after getting the home owners permission. I also found that the duct work was mixed up with the rainforest system. The basement system also has a dirty failing blower wheel and blower motor. The systems refrigerant had been replaced with r407c which is not designed to go with the current units compressors oil. The unit may also.have a refrigerant leak. The unit should be replaced. 1 large zoned system should be installed to heat and cool the home (all duct work should go to one system). Customer declined to get an estimate to replace the system; she said they didn't have the money. The unit was temporarily operating when I left.

Brandon explained what needed to be done, what should be done while disclosing all costs. I felt at ease with the entire job (new water heater and repaired faucet and shower issues)
Technician was called out due to water leak found in basement. Technician found that the 1/2 cold water line that supplied the downstairs shower was leaking. Section of pipe cut out and repaired with new piece. Technician also replaced water heater and thermal expansion tank. New water heater is now on a pan. Faucet in powder bathroom was also replaced with pop up and supply lines. Lastly shower valve was replaced in upstairs bathroom. Sheetrock was cut behind the shower in order to access lines.
Homeowner wanted to replace the main floor toilet. The shut off valve was old and should be replaced. Shut water off to the home and replaced the toilet shut off valve. Pulled toilet and cleaned off area. Installed new wax ring and bolts. Installed new toilet and secured. Installed new supply line and silicone around the base of the toilet. Tested and everything is working properly.
Came out to investigate an issue with outlets on the kitchen counter, not working. After a very brief troubleshoot, it was very obvious that the GFCI outlet had gone bad probably due to a nicked wire inside the outlet that had slowly gotten worse and arced. I was able to cut off the damage wire and insert a new GFCI outlet to fix the issue. I also looked at your panel and the only issues in there are because it is an older panel, though it is done well for its time. There are doubled up neutrals and grounds underneath each screw, which can cause heat in the panel and shorten the lifespan. You also do not have surge protection on your panel, which is required by code for newer houses because of the damage surges can do to your home. Surges are generally caused by power, flickers, nearby, lightning, and power company maintenance, and can result in the destruction of your electronics, such as AC units, TVs, and computers. I’m including a price for installing a new surge protector and s
Replacing a GFCI outlet
Arrive on site and customer had a leaking water heater . I provided options and customer decided to have us install a 10yr warranty option heater . Heater was installed and set to 120 degrees . I also explained yo customer how to adjust heater if he would like it hotter than 120.
Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Found leak at indoor upstairs coil. I was also having issues with txv. Replacing with new coil and new txv. Pressure tested at 400 psi, pulled vacuum to 257 microns.
I came out to install a new dedicated outlet for the refrigerator that you’re moving to the garage. I was able to run PVC from the panel over to the wall and install a metal box with a new outlet and plate as well as strapping down the PVC. Because this is a refrigerator in the garage I put in a dual function arc fault/GFCI breaker on the circuit as required by code. I took a look at your panel and it is in really good shape! Thank you for using TE certified electrical! Veaya
Installing a new outlet in the garag
The scope of today’s work included: installation of a new whole house water pressure regulator (PRV). After installation of the new regulator, the air was purged from the line and the recently installed Streamlabs control was recalibrated with water pressure set to 71psi.
Removed and replaced old and failed widespread lavatory faucet in upstairs master bath on the right side sink. Installed new 1/4 turn service stop valves under the sink and set new customer supplied widespread faucet and drain assembly. Installed new connections and tested for leaks and proper function.
Arrived at the property and completed the final repair by replacing the flange located in the powder room. The existing flange was broken on the right side, preventing the toilet from being safely secured to the floor. Additionally, the flange had not been properly secured with screws. We removed the damaged flange and installed a new flange, securing it properly to the floor to ensure safety and stability. After installation, we reset the toilet and restored water service. The toilet was flushed multiple times to verify proper operation and confirm there were no leaks present. Clear silicone was applied around the base of the toilet. It currently appears white but will cure clear within approximately 24 hours. At this time, everything is operating normally. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Devon was incredible. He was so incredibly friendly and professional. His work was excellent and I simply could not be more pleased.
On this visit I Installed a new 20a circuit for work bench under panel and a second 20a circuit for Fridge on the back wall of garage through conduit. Tested work and went over everything with my customer.
The scope of work includes: installing a client supplied kitchen faucet, a new sink basket strainer, new p-trap assembly and reworking the 1 1/2 main drain to accommodate the sink drain. Once assembled the sink basin was filled several times and tested for leaks. At this time the faucet and drain assembly are working properly.
Andrew was thorough in diagnosing my immediate electrical problem and assessing the overall electrical safety of my home. He explained my options and provided quotes ahead of the work. He was neat, respectful, and professional.
Very thorough and knowledgeable!
Doug at TE was great. He took the time to explain all the issues and promptly did the work to ensure our satisfaction. I feel much better knowing all the safety issues were addressed by a professional. I would recommend TE to anyone looking for high quality electrical service.
I think I just found my go-to plumber. I managed to turn a simple attempt at cleaning my bathroom p-trap into breaking the sink drain, and Andrew Fitch came in and saved me from my own do-it-myself fail. Andrew replaced my old p-trap, installed a new faucet and drain, and even discovered that there was no water shut-off valve for the sink, which he also took care of. What I really appreciated was not just that he fixed everything, but how calmly, quickly, and thoroughly he did it. Andrew worked cleanly, was considerate in my home, and never made me feel ridiculous for asking a million questions and going off on side tangents, which I did, at least twice. Andrew was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. I was extremely grateful for his help, and after this experience, he is absolutely the plumber I’ll be calling from now on (sorry, Andrew).
Marco Hernández was prompt, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. He was clear in communicating the problem and the proposed solution. Marco was efficient on the job. We have complete trust in his work. He is an excellent representative for your company !
Very prompt. professional, knowledgeable and personable service.

Excellent Service
Luis L. did truly exceptional work for us. He installed a new LED can light, an outlet/switch combo device, and a safety breaker, and every part of the experience was excellent. He was kind, professional, respectful, and took the time to explain our options clearly without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His workmanship was outstanding, and he worked so quietly and carefully that it was genuinely a pleasure having him in our home. What impressed me most, beyond the quality of the electrical work itself, was how incredibly thorough he was with cleanup. He left the area cleaner than any technician from any company I have ever had in my home. Luis is exactly the kind of tradesperson you hope for, skilled, thoughtful, respectful, and meticulous. I would absolutely ask for him again and welcome him back for future work without hesitation. 20/10
