Homeowner has a fixture that doesn’t work, and 2 ETN CH breakers that are tripping with both reading codes that there is an internal self test failure. They seem to be older generation breakers, so this option is to change the 2 tripping breakers and troubleshoot the light that doesn’t work. Changing out the old generation breakers solved the problem, they now hold, and the two dishwashers are getting power. To fix the vanity not working I switched the red wire and the switch for the black one.
For this job i worked on replacing a fill valve and adjusted the PRV to 65 psi requested by homeowner
9/2: Arrived to perform work as per estimate. Investigated utility markings, determined that we were all clear in regards to our designated path for the new water service line. With homeowner approval, agreed to remove a bush near porch foundation and put back at end of job, as well as perform dig through root network with excavator instead of trencher. Turned water off to the home and drained down system. Began working in tandem with Underground team (exterior) while Service side performed work on interior. Removed and disposed of old pressure reducing valve (PRV) and (2) gate valves for front and backyard hose bibs. Fabricated lines as necessary to install new PRV and quarter-turn ball valves to serve as a new Main (Whole Home) shutoff and (2) shutoffs for the aforementioned hose bibs. Installed bond jumper on either side of PRV, and insulated lines as an additional courtesy to mitigate against potential freeze breaks. Applied valve tags to all new valves. Disconnected and
Cut out old PRV in workout room water main access and installed new 3/4” watts PRV. Set pressure to 65 psi. Installed two Rheem 50 gallon electric water heaters in basement mechanical room.
It was a pleasure meeting Steve. He explained everything and did an excellent job fixing my plumbing problem. He was also very friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Customer has 13 y/o Carrier system that operates for whole house. System is not cooling due to damaged blower wheel, which caused failed blower motor. No water protection present. Drain line has significant biological growth buildup. Condenser coils are dirty. System is frozen due to failed blower motor. Informed customer of all findings. Advised customer to turn system OFF to avoid further issues. System is currently not working.
Today we came out to investigate a reported leak at the master bathroom sink. During our inspection, we found water leaking from the faucet’s internal supply lines. We also noticed that the cold water lines feeding both the master bathroom faucet and the backyard hose bibb had been piped using SharkBite fittings. I advised the customer of our findings and went over the recommended repairs. The customer decided to move forward with replacing the master bathroom faucet and having the affected cold water lines repiped with proper permanent connections. The home’s water pressure was tested and is currently holding at 60 PSI. After completing the work, all connections were thoroughly tested and are leak-free at this time. We reviewed the completed work with the customer, and she is satisfied with today’s service.
Came in today because outdoor system had a really loud buzzing noise. When inspecting system found that compressor and electrical components outside had failed. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options including a system upgrade considering the years of the system. Costumer de died to move forward with repairs at this time however costumer understand that system is old and might need other repairs in the future. Work was done and tested system is now up and running. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Replaced tub drain in master tub. Removed drain in other 2 tubs at customer’s request

Space has high humidity levels no was no properly insulated. Wet switch also failed and was not able to be reset and there was biological growth spreading in evaporator coil and drain line. Also found a couple of th3 room upstairs with air flow issues where did not had any supply vents to move air properly. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options. Install 2 outlets within the shelving of the library.
This option is to troubleshoot the landscape lights that are only half working After conducting a troubleshooting, I found the line going to the half of the landscape lights not working was buried in the leaves out of the tap. There were several other taps either exposed or disconnected from the other lights as well. So I reconnected where needed, re did the tap that the homeowner tried to do, and fixed 1 or 2 rough looking taps After conducting a troubleshooting, I found the line going to the half of the landscape lights not working was buried in the leaves out of the tap. There were several other taps either exposed or disconnected from the other lights. This option is to fix it. There were also 3 lights down the hill that were not connected into the rest of the light circuit. So I offered to run a new line from the end of the circuit to the 3 lights down below and connect them in.
Good communication. Arrived on time. Very professional
I came out to inspect an issue with your front porch, not working. One of the two porch lights had a bad sensor, so it was not carrying power to the light. Rather than replace the whole light fixture, I bypassed the photo sensor, so this will only work when you turn the switch on unlike the other one which will come on at night if you leave the switch on. I’m also giving you a price for a new panel because your panel is over 40 years old, which means that main breaker could die at any time which would mean you would have to replace the panel in order to get power back. Your panel is actually safe. It is a good brand and it was wired correctly and does have surge protection. It’s just very old. Thank you for using TE certified electrical! Veaya
Ryan and Xavier did an outstanding job! Ryan made great recommendations throughout the process, and I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the work they performed. They had to deal with more than their fair share of adversity on this job—including our HOA management company not being on the ball, a broken main handle for our townhouse row’s water main, and even a particularly nosy neighbor. Through it all, they remained professional, patient, and completely unphased. And doing this kind of work outside during a Georgia summer is no small feat. They worked their butts off and absolutely deserve the recognition. We’re very happy with the finished work. Great job, Ryan and Xavier!
The townhomes have one main valve box that controls the water feeding each unit (4) client has leak on his outdoor valve that controls his unit on 1 inch copper and also has a seized inside main shutoff and older pressure reducing valve that we will replace. With this job and Hoa approval I would shutdown main water to the building to make underground repair with a new shutoff, replace indoor shutoff and pressure valve and turn system back on. The other three townhomes will be responsible for airing out their systems once water is back on to the building. Update: main shutoff for this building is broken underground so cannot use it therefore I had to do an entire shutdown for back area of the neighborhood in order to make the repair underground. Once a new shutoff valve was installed outside I turned meter back on and pressurized system. Completed all work inside which was replacing the main shutoff/pressure reducing valve and hose Bibb and moving them where the main feed enters the

Today, we replaced the second-floor tub and shower valve. We carefully cut through the tile to access and remove the existing valve, then installed the new valve with a tile cover plate to eliminate the need for tile repair. After installation, we restored the water supply, purged the lines, and inspected all accessible connections for leaks. We also caulked around the shower trim plate and tub spout to provide a watertight seal. The home’s water pressure is holding at 65 PSI. The new tub and shower valve is operating properly, with no leaks observed at this time.
Run new gas line from crawlspace to new grill on back deck
We troubleshot a light fixture in the basement and replaced an oversized breaker for the living room

Control board(Upstairs) Control board downstairs (downstairs) 10% Homecare membership discount included *Savings 160.00* Replaced both control board on each system. Replaced main level control board, started system and unit gave error code of 68 indicating that blower motor has failed. Was able to see outdoor unit fan, board and compressor come on. System needs blower motor to start back working properly Replaced control board for main level. Blower motor did not come on. Unit has failed blower mode, control board gave error code e61 indicating failed blower motor. Have no see pan outdoor unit come on for the system. Neither unit is working at this time. Sent estimates for blower motor.
For this job, I came to look at a system that was not cooling. Once I arrived, I performed a diagnosis and noticed that the capacitor has failed. While here I also determined that the blower wheel and condenser coil was dirty and the system was low on return. This can be a big factor as to why the capacitor failed on the compressor side. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. He agreed to have the capacitor replaced for today. I Explained that due to the age and wear and tear of the outdoor unit, I highly recommend that he considers replacing that system. Thank you for choosing TE certified.

Yesterday, Brandon & Xavier installed our water heater and spent several hours on it. The previous tank was in the same spot for 28 years and it took some extra effort on their part to remove it. Brandon’s experience showed through in a difficult situation. Once the job was finished, the rising star Xavier walked us through everything and showed us the new shut offs for gas & water. Excellent work!

I cannot recommend Luis Lopez highly enough. Luis completed a full kitchen electrical makeover for us over the course of two days, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. He is methodical, thoughtful, highly skilled, and incredibly meticulous. He is the neatest, most careful, and most organized skilled professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Every part of the job was handled with professionalism, precision, and clear attention to detail. What stood out most was how seriously Luis took every electrical need and concern. I felt completely confident that the work was being done correctly, safely, and with great care. It is rare to find someone who combines skill, reliability, cleanliness, and genuine professionalism at this level. I am very grateful for the work Luis did and would trust him with any future electrical project without hesitation. 10 out of 5 stars.
Brandon explained what needed to be done, what should be done while disclosing all costs. I felt at ease with the entire job (new water heater and repaired faucet and shower issues)
