Estimate for: Convert old gate valve to new ball valve. Facilitate isolation testing of underground leak. Perform comprehensive inspection of water fixtures in home. — Upon arrival, discovered meter running at extremely slow rate of approximately .03gpm. Due to age of main cutoff valve, we were unable to use the existing unit to isolate the line from meter to home (service line). With homeowner’s approval, replaced the questionable gate valve with a new quarter turn ball valve. Now able to isolate the house and the yard, proceeded to review the meter once again. This time, found no signs of activity or leaks, thereby confirming no leaks on the service line feeding the home from the meter. Ventured inside to inspect all fixtures for signs of issues. Found everything to be in fine working condition at this time. The only exception being a master toilet that the homeowner had advised me may sometimes run intermittently. I noted that the water line on this toilet was very close to
Taylor called us out here because the gas company had detected a gas leak over by the kitchen area where the range gas stove. Upon inspecting the gas line that is running into the cabinetry of the range top noticed that the pipe has a small gash in it, which is not allowing the fitting to seal properly. it is unknown how long this leak has been going on since Taylor and his wife had just moved in less than two weeks noticed it as soon as they opened up the cabinet doors and Atlanta gas. Recommended that we replace the entire line with new pipe new isolation vowels connect back to the range top. Today I replace section of gas pipe that feeds to the stove range top that was leaking gas. Tessa, gas lines for gas smells and gas bubbles to ensure that there is no gas leaks. Did not find any issues with the work that was performed and did not identify any gas leaks after work was performed. I will do a follow up with Taylor tomorrow to talk about the tankless water heater that we had dis
I replaced 2 bathroom widespread faucets with pop up drains, 6water stop valves, and a toilet rebuild. I thoroughly tested my work to ensure there were no further issues.
Replace Water Heater and install new hose spigot by the front door. Added new shutoff valves for both new water heater and hose spigot. Set parameters for recirculating pump to have instant hot water from 4-9am and 4-9pm. Timer can be adjusted to different setting of always one but don’t recommend for it will degrade the life expectancy of the pump. Temperature for water heater is set to 120 degrees. Checked for leaks of work that was performed today and found no issues.
Existing main water line service from county meter broke in the middle of the yard causing a high water bill and a lot moisture in the yard. Original line was a 1 inch galvanized piping that corroded so replacement was the only option here. Neighborhood recently had a main break which could have caused this pipe to fail earlier but being 40-50 years old this was inevitable. Dig up after county meter, install new dual check valve, main isolation valve for easier access to the customer, trench from meter to front of home where main line enters, install new ball valve and pressure reducing valve inside of home on the interior wall for easier access. Backfill trench and lay wheat straw to help the grass grow back. Piping will be a 1 inch high density polyethylene piping and transition to copper at penetration Update: all work has been completed and house pressure is set to 65 psi on the pressure reducing valve. Checked for leaks and everything is working properly. Installed new courtesy

Water damage from active leak in laundry room ceiling. Opened the Sheetrock and inspected plumbing. Leak is coming from a failed shower valve in the upstairs hall bath. Removed and replaced failed valve with new Delta Multichoice shower valve and trim kit. Reworked copper waterlines and tub spout to accommodate the new shower fixture. Also removed a section of 2in cast iron drainage and replaced old tub waste and overflow with new chrome lift and turn and overflow. Repiped waste and overflow with new PVC connections and tied back into existing cast iron. Tested system for leaks and proper operation. No further leaks found at this time.

Removed old system and installed new heater in a pan with a water alarm. Installed new expansion tank and piping. Ran 3/4 gas line down and reconnected water heater and furnace. Tested gas system with a gas sniffer as well as a bubble tested. No leaks were observed. Installed new watts 25aub pressure reducing valve and set to 65 psi. Insulated piping on heater. Called out for air balancing issue. Found inside of air handler with biological growth. Condensation drain improperly designed and allowed water to remain in the air handler and not drain as required, causing the biological growth. Suggested redoing drain and condensate. Water protection and UV protection installed at air handler.
Called us out here because she thinks she has an issue with one of the toilets in the upstairs bathroom that loses water in the bowl at certain points of the day consistently. Based on that information what that is telling me is that there is a ventilation issue for the drainage system that’s causing siphoning to draw the water from inside of the bowl and pulling the water into the drainer system which then can release gas smells if the water is completely sucked out of the bowl. This can be a number of things of obstruction or how the vent is set up where it penetrates through the roof. My recommendation is to gain contact with a leak detection company that will perform a smoke test to see where the issue is coming from in the drainage system. I provided a contact to reach out that will perform a test for her and when they do find where it is, she can then reach back out to us and can assess the issue.
Upon arrival customer stated they moved in home a year ago and could not find filter for downstairs system, showed customer the filter compartment at system. Customer stated air flow issues down in downstairs area. Found that there is a damaged 8 inch duct run, duct run would need to be replaced. Customer approved estimate and signed up two systems for Homecare maintenance customer would like for me to return next Tuesday to complete repair and do maintenance for both systems.
I came out to investigate an issue with your outlets, not working on the back porch as well as your garage outlet. For the back porch on the outside back, you had an outlet that got water into it, which is why that inside GFCI outlet was tripping. I replaced that outlet and waved your troubleshooting fee because it was a very easy to find issue. For your garage, the outlet had burnt out and also for your future information. It is on the GFCI in your downstairs bath room. So if you ever need to reset it that is where the GFI is located. Your kitchen GFCI outlet was tripped off and is old so should probably be replaced at some point. If it trips again, you will want to have us come back and replace it. I’m including a price for surge protection since that is the only real issue with your panel. You do have an older TE panel, but it is in pretty good shape. Because if it’s age, one day, you will want to have it replaced, but it is not a safety issue at this time. Thank you you for u
Replace two damaged outlets
Installed fan and light in upstairs office
I think I just found my go-to plumber. I managed to turn a simple attempt at cleaning my bathroom p-trap into breaking the sink drain, and Andrew Fitch came in and saved me from my own do-it-myself fail. Andrew replaced my old p-trap, installed a new faucet and drain, and even discovered that there was no water shut-off valve for the sink, which he also took care of. What I really appreciated was not just that he fixed everything, but how calmly, quickly, and thoroughly he did it. Andrew worked cleanly, was considerate in my home, and never made me feel ridiculous for asking a million questions and going off on side tangents, which I did, at least twice. Andrew was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. I was extremely grateful for his help, and after this experience, he is absolutely the plumber I’ll be calling from now on (sorry, Andrew).
Homeowners master bathroom sink drain had failed. Homeowner wanted to replace the faucet and drain. The shut off valves had failed and had to be replaced. Shut water off and drained system down. Removed failed stops and cleaned copper to install new quarter turn stops. Removed the faucet and replaced. Installed new stopper and P trap. Turned water on and tested.
For this job, I worked on replacing toilet flange, went ahead and tested to check for leaks.
For this job, I came out due to pressure fluctuating. Went ahead and did a thorough evaluation after my thorough evaluation found that the pressure was at 50psi. Went ahead and bumped it up to 65 psi. Also pulled and reset hallway bathroom toilet, which was set on putty. That was causing the toilet to leak. When I went to reset toilet found out the flange was broken. Brought it up to the customer. Customer decided not to replace flange due to other work needed to be done
Upon arrival, we met with the owner. The disposal side of the kitchen sink is clogged and not draining at all. From the disposal 90°, it immediately goes into ABS, through the cabinet and has an inline p-trap before the 3” wye. The other side of the sink is draining. At this time, the owner approved to remove the ABS, and re-pipe to eliminate the clog and pipe it in a better format. We removed the ABS, re-piped in PVC, ran water to test and ensure no leaks or errors. The pipe in the basement is secured to a joist and properly graded. Repair damaged section of small interior drain line, replace section of pipe up to 5 ft, install structural supports, level and insure proper fall for adequate drainage, test to insure leak has been sealed.
Marco Hernández was prompt, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. He was clear in communicating the problem and the proposed solution. Marco was efficient on the job. We have complete trust in his work. He is an excellent representative for your company !

Excellent Service
Luis L. did truly exceptional work for us. He installed a new LED can light, an outlet/switch combo device, and a safety breaker, and every part of the experience was excellent. He was kind, professional, respectful, and took the time to explain our options clearly without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His workmanship was outstanding, and he worked so quietly and carefully that it was genuinely a pleasure having him in our home. What impressed me most, beyond the quality of the electrical work itself, was how incredibly thorough he was with cleanup. He left the area cleaner than any technician from any company I have ever had in my home. Luis is exactly the kind of tradesperson you hope for, skilled, thoughtful, respectful, and meticulous. I would absolutely ask for him again and welcome him back for future work without hesitation. 20/10

Erik was great, very professional and knowledgeable. Worked fast too The $189 for the toilet auger was high
Jonah did not seem confident in any communication. Was on the phone and checking the how-to manual. Other guy with him looked at the giant furnace and asked if it was a heat pump. They were pleasant and professional, but didn’t give “we’ve got this under control” vibes. Price for diagnostic was fine. Repair quote seems high.
We are so sorry to hear expectations were not met. Please reach out to us at 770-291-5566 so that we can work towards a remedy.
Cory is Excellent!
