Job Locations and Reviews
We re wire a light fixture in the second floor bedroom.
for this job, I worked on a rep replacing a 40 gallon gas water heater with a 50 gallon Rheem. Went ahead tested and cleaned up area
Install 2 LED ballast bypass bulbs for every light
We Replace the foyer light fixture and left an estimate to install a whole home surge protector
For this job, it was required to install a new drain line for the kitchen sink to accommodate a garbage disposal. At the cutting into the 3 inch people seen in the crawlspace realized the client had a clogged drain system. Estimate has been left to correct this issue. However, the new system was tied in and up in service. A follow up will be conducted with our client on Friday to correct the other issues.
Replaced 3 Way Switches and Dimmers On Main Floor
Perform Hydro jetting for temporary relief until we can get out next week to provide a permanent fix Ran hydro jetter through 4 in cleanout to remove blockage in line. We were able to clear blockage and restore flow. We performed a stress test afterwards by running multiple fixtures and flushing toilets. Clearing successful.
I attempted to get clients Rheem Proterra hybrid water heater working properly as it was giving an error code of A107 which is a water leak detection alarm. There is no signs of water anywhere near the unit or in the safety pan. I was unable to clear the alarm nor was I able to bypass the alarm after several resets. I removed and cleaned the filter and used compressed air to remove dirt from the condensing coils. The unit is now set to electric only however it is still showing the same error code. I will attempt to contact tech support tomorrow and see if they can help diagnose the issue.
For this job I completed a home inspection as a courtesy, home owner went with a couple of options on repairs needed to be done to home. Water pressure was 90 psi with is higher than the allowance permitted per fixture. I installed a new regulator and a new ball valve. I set the new psi to 65. I also replaced the expansion tank that had failed and was hanging down only supported by the pipe. I installed the new tank and secured it using a mounting bracket. I set the psi on the tank to 10 over the house pressure. I tested and left work area clean.
Micheal has called us out here to repair a pipe burst. Where the water had burst in were from shark bite fittings that are not of high-quality and are not permanent fittings that bond to the pipe and can cause pipe burst. After I have done the repair, I checked the pressure for the house and also noticed that key is sitting at a stagnant pressure of 120 psi. That high of pressure is not good for the plumbing system and will cause more problems sooner rather than later. I recommend replacing the PRV (pressure regulating valve) as soon as possible. I noticed that his water heater 18 years old and also highly recommend replacing the heater as well. I have build up estimates to get all the issues taken care of.
James was excellent!
Replace a faulty breaker that controls the dishwasher and disposal. Found the panel is over full with tandem breaker by (2) circuits. Due to the age of the panel it is recommended to have a panel rejuvenation completed
Installed new float switch and soft close check valve for sewer ejector pump. Tested with no issues. Installed new 3/4” PRV and quarter turn ball valve. Installed new hot water recirculating pump and dedicated return line. This included spring check valves on the return line and cold water supply, moving the thermal expansion tank and installing a hose bib for air removal. We also replaced two supply stops underneath the kitchen sink. Everything was pressurized and tested with no issues.
add Recirc pump (this is the dumb and not connected to the internet one) (up15-10su7p/tlc) to increase delivery speed of hot water, add additional anode rod to increase manufacturers warranty to 10 yrs (prog50-38n rh60 plus Rheem extended warranty kit)
We replaced an outdoor outlet and box and rewired the non-rated outdoor wiring and re-pipe some other wires
Clear blockage Customer was experiencing blockage a blockage in the master bathroom shower. We tested for mainline, upon inspection only shower was being affected. We ran k45 cable in drain and we were successful in clearing.
Troubleshoot attic and basement furnaces. Attic furnace was tied in with the radon pump. Radon pump had melted components so we unplugged it until it can be fixed. Basement furnace was recently replaced and on a dual function breaker. New furnace was not compatible with the dual function breaker, so we swapped it out to a standard breaker.
Switches kitchen and dining room.
Replace garbage disposal in kitchen
Arrived on site to install new control board on tankless water heater as instructed by the manufacturer, as well as modify the 90 on the exhaust vent ventilation. Once all my rewiring was reconnected I went ahead and tested all areas by running water throughout the house to ensure unit continued to function properly.
Repaired shower diverter stem and handles
Open up ceiling in basement and wall in den. Replace hose Bibb for front. Added shutoff valve in basement ceiling.
Replacing breakers that were affected by power surge and adding a surge protector into the main panel. One circuit was found to be damaged, however the original installed never installed the DF breaker properly. After initially rewiring the breaker properly, the circuit would not stop tripping even after troubleshooting. Homeowner was fine with leaving the existing breaker in place, and are looking to potentially do further troubleshooting on the circuit after the holidays
Will come back on Monday to backfill trench and reinstall water heater. Turn gas appliances on and make sure everything is working properly Inspection has passed and everything is turned on and working properly. Trench was backfilled and covered with wheat straw. Marked where access panel needs to be installed inside when drywall is patched as well.
Client concerned with possible sewer smell primarily in the main floor living room. Performed visual inspection of all visible drainage and checked for leaks, dried p-traps, or failed mechanical vents. No signs of any issues. Advised client that they may require a smoke test which TE does not provide. They would have to contact a leak detection company. Client requested we pull and reset the master toilet which is above the living room to eliminate that as a potential source. Pulled and reset the toilet with new wax seal and mounting hardware. Visually inspected the mounting flange and any visible section of drain line for damage. No issues found. Sealed base of the toilet with fresh bead of caulking.
Today Lindsey has called us out here because she has two issues with two different toilets. The toilet and the powder room is leaking from the water valve and from seals inside of the tank. The toilet in the upstairs hallway, bathroom flapper would get stuck and not close all the way, so the tank can fill all the way up. I recommended replacing both of the toilets because of the age and the prior repairs that have been done on the toilet. Opted out of replacing the toilets for now and would like to get them fixed. She is aware that I can do the repairs on the toilets, but cannot warranty the work because of the age of the toilets and the prior repairs have been done to the toilets. What I did is replace two stop valves for the two toilets, replaced both supply lines and replaced the flapper in the hallway bathroom. Tested work and checked for leaks, which I found no issues of the work that was done today. I also mentioned about their water heater that is 12 years old+ highly recommend
Jordan was a very good communicator and very diligent about acquiring and installing a new water heater for us same day so that we didn’t have to go more than a day without hot water! He was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous.
Knowledgeable and professional plumber!
Michael was very knowledgeable and did a great job hanging our chandelier. Alex responded very quickly to my request and was very helpful
Antonio knows what he is doing.
Nice work, very personable.
Michael and Darian did a great job! I appreciate their professionalism, skill, and communication.
Erik was great, very professional and knowledgeable. Worked fast too The $189 for the toilet auger was high
Jonah did not seem confident in any communication. Was on the phone and checking the how-to manual. Other guy with him looked at the giant furnace and asked if it was a heat pump. They were pleasant and professional, but didn’t give “we’ve got this under control” vibes. Price for diagnostic was fine. Repair quote seems high.
We are so sorry to hear expectations were not met. Please reach out to us at 770-291-5566 so that we can work towards a remedy.

Being fair, TE overcame supplier failures and did a good job.
Professional detailed estimate is what earned the job. Work completed per estimate and was very neat and clean.
Replacing a 50 year old electrical panel is not fun, but the job was completed with as few dings as possible. The work was well done, and the mess cleaned up.

Great work
Chase, the electrical technician, was very professional and apprised me of several options to fix a complicated electrical configuration caused by a general contractor I had hired. He got everything up and running again, including a new fan and recessed lighting that had not been working. Highly recommend this company.
Out of nowhere, a bathroom outlet started hissing and grinding. We got scared. I Googled “electrician Dunwoody” and started calling places. The first outfit I called said they could send someone- in three days! Next I called TE Certified. The answering agent said our outlet issue was urgent and she put us on the top of the list for same-day service. Within three hours, Jesus arrived. He called first, when he was a half-hour away. He arrived when he said he would and couldn’t have been nicer. He tested things and explained everything. He gave us options for fixes, and then he fixed us up. Very grateful to TE and Jesus, and the woman who answered my call!
