Leak search. The leak is coming from the overflow. The overflow is a specialty jacuzzi tub part.
Replaced failed blower motors for systems, started unit back up and they are working again.
Upon arrival, I met with the owners. Their kitchen sink is still struggling to drain properly with large volumes of water. I utilized the mini camera, found water standing in the immediate pipe in the wall and could only get the camera up to 20’. With the owners approval, I ran my hydrojetter to clean the line of standing debris and grease. I made several passes and also used my 400 to break up a dense section of debris. I performed a final inspection, confirmed the drain is clear beyond the closest tie in. I filled and drained the sink twice, confirmed flow and no leaks or errors. Perform sink drain line cleaning using hydro jetter. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line cleaning. No warranty on drain cleaning.
Arrive spoke with customer. She stated unit was leaking water and had her handyman opened up unit to check system. I found extremely clogged filter due to construction dust. Check static pressure and it is high 1.44 change fan speed setting and got it down to 1.25. Check ductwork and found system short on CFM return and supply. Recommend adding ductwork on both return and supply.

The customer attic fan was not working so I went into the attic to check a few things and this is what was noticed: *In the 2g switch box right next to the stairs has a switch for the light and one for the fan *I removed the cover and verified that power was present *I turned the thermostat all the way down and the fan did not turn on *When trying to push the blades it was noticed that the motor was seized up. After removing the fan I supplied and installed a new fan motor and thermostat. I secured the wiring going to the fan and set it to 95 degrees per customers request and tested the fan I went to the switch box and found quick wiring was done to the switch so I applied new hooks for the terminals and tightened them down. I made sure the switch was on before leaving

Client was finding pooling water on main level floor after washing machine had run. I found that a HVAC condensate pump tube had been placed in a drilled hole and sealed with putty was the source of the leak. Below the location of the pump tubing is a p-trap that has been plugged and sealed with putty as well. We will return tomorrow to open up the wall on the opposite side and make repairs as necessary.
First Juan called to give me an ETA early in the appointment window. He diagnosed the problem, obtained the part, and fixed it quickly, allowing me to get to my later appointment without having to break any traffic laws!
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
Air is present within the water lines. I opened all accessible faucets to remove the air from the lines. Water leaking from the ceiling in the hallway. Upon looking in the ceiling, I discovered a 2” drain pipe with the condensation line and water heater t&p line inside of it. I discovered the the 3” branch is pitched backwards and contributing to the water overflowing from the drain. The water heater is 20 years old and the t&p valve discharged and caused water to put from the ceiling. I recommend replacing the water heater and properly routing the t&p drain to the outside of the building. After running the accessible faucets, no air is present at this time. The sink in the third room is draining slowly. *Turned off the water heater and drained.
Upon arrival customer stated that system was not working and cooling down home. Customer was not here for today’s visit but did have a friend on site. Blower wheel is very dirty, inside system is very dirty and heating elements are rusting. Customer er approved to have band aid repair done today. Replaced failed capacitor tested system outside now that it’s running. Condenser fan motor and compressor are pulling high amps and causing system to have performance issues and they are about to fail. Spoke with customer in regards to issues recommended updating system, customer approved to speak with install supervisor about updating system and adding a second system t

It was a pleasure meeting Steve. He explained everything and did an excellent job fixing my plumbing problem. He was also very friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Good communication. Arrived on time. Very professional
Ryan and Xavier did an outstanding job! Ryan made great recommendations throughout the process, and I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the work they performed. They had to deal with more than their fair share of adversity on this job—including our HOA management company not being on the ball, a broken main handle for our townhouse row’s water main, and even a particularly nosy neighbor. Through it all, they remained professional, patient, and completely unphased. And doing this kind of work outside during a Georgia summer is no small feat. They worked their butts off and absolutely deserve the recognition. We’re very happy with the finished work. Great job, Ryan and Xavier!
Nick was so helpful and thorough. Great communication and super fast service! Thanks so much!

Yesterday, Brandon & Xavier installed our water heater and spent several hours on it. The previous tank was in the same spot for 28 years and it took some extra effort on their part to remove it. Brandon’s experience showed through in a difficult situation. Once the job was finished, the rising star Xavier walked us through everything and showed us the new shut offs for gas & water. Excellent work!

Appreciate the professional manner of Liam …
I cannot recommend Luis Lopez highly enough. Luis completed a full kitchen electrical makeover for us over the course of two days, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. He is methodical, thoughtful, highly skilled, and incredibly meticulous. He is the neatest, most careful, and most organized skilled professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Every part of the job was handled with professionalism, precision, and clear attention to detail. What stood out most was how seriously Luis took every electrical need and concern. I felt completely confident that the work was being done correctly, safely, and with great care. It is rare to find someone who combines skill, reliability, cleanliness, and genuine professionalism at this level. I am very grateful for the work Luis did and would trust him with any future electrical project without hesitation. 10 out of 5 stars.
