Customer had two drain slow draining bath tubs and shower , we ended up snaking both drains . The master shower had a lot of lime scaling so I chipped away at the lime scaling as much as possible after testing the drain is flowing normally , I’ll let the customer know that I recommended treating the line to help either way at the lime scaling. Customer said she will buy a treatment from Home Depot., I also snake the upstairs bathroom her son’s bathroom and removed a lot of hair and after removing the hair, the drain is working perfectly

Install new customer supplied laundry sink faucet

Troubleshot loss of power to newly installed disposal. Every time the disposal would be turned on it would immediately trip the breaker. Disposal was disconnected and would still trip as soon as the switch turned on. The wire running from the wall to the disposal was damaged and causing the breaker to trip when a load is put on. Damaged wire was removed, 1900 box and outlet were installed below the sink and a new cord was installed and the disposal was rewired. Disposal was tested and works perfectly fine now.

Replace a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink Customer called us out for a garbage disposal that was failing. Upon arrival customer stated that the disposal kept on tripping the breaker the last couple of weeks and that they noticed a leak coming under the sink. Upon arrival I checked for power and we didn’t have any, the breaker had tripped. I ran water on both sides of the sink to ensure we had proper flow in the drain. I ran water on the disposal side and noticed a leak coming from the bottom of the disposal. The customer decided to proceed with a replacement, I removed the old disposal and removed any water. We installed the new garbage disposal and did a test to ensure we had power, and we were good. I went to test it again and the breaker tripped. We have an electrician coming out today to further investigate. We tested for any leaks around our work and there was no signs of a leak.

Complete home safety inspection

- 22 YR OLD SYSTEM WITH LEAKING EVAPORATOR COIL. - R-22 REFRIGERANT OUTDATED & WOULD NEED TO BE RETRO-FITTED. - LOTS OF BACTERIAL GROWTH INSIDE SUPPLY. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Water service repair, previous repairs were made with sharkbite fittings. We removed and used proper fittings.

Panel Replacement

Added a new construction can, bulb, and trim in the kitchen. New fixture was installed and is working properly. Double tapped neutrals in the main panel were separated.

Performed routine maintenance inspection on two 19 y/o Carrier heat pump systems. Upon arrival right side air handler started smoking after call for cooling. Noticed that run capacitor was bad causing blower motor to fail, which damaged control board. Evaporator coils for both air handlers are rusted. Blower wheels are very dirty. Water protection is poor. Unable to check running pressure levels. Contactor is pitted. Condenser

Remove and replace 50 gallon gas water heater Installed pan and water alarm Installed 4 year warranty extension kit Installed new shut off valves on water and gas line Reconnect T&p and vent to heater Mount new expansion tank to structure Recommend to let us dig and repair leak at entry to home. Noticed leak through wall while working on water heater

Install two new switches and gfi in master bath , redo taps in backs of boxes, and replace two flush mount fixtures in up hall. Install new toggle dimmer

Upon arrival performed inspection of all plumbing fixtures inside the home to detect any possible leaks. Found outdoor hose Bibb turned on. Turned off Bibb and tested for proper operations.

Found suspected freeze break located behind the water heater. Provided multiple options. Homeowner decided to go with the rerouting option. Rerouted distribution line for the front hose Bibb. Tested with no leaks at time of service.

Poured 1 gallon of water down drain. Customer confirmed downstairs that water was draining and took video on her phone. Water flow is good with no issues. The wall that had mold in the bedroom was open so I was able to check the drain going down the wall and it was perfectly dry with no issues found.

Replaced Sloan valve in classroom #2 children’s restroom. Tested with no leaks or failures at time of service

Replaced 50 gallon gas water heater, pressure reducing valve, and main water shut off valve.

Run wires in conduit along the wall and drill hole into hot tub, then make connections and wire hot tub, also installing required safety breaker.

Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics on a 2012 R22 Goodman system. I found that the system had a failed capacitor for the AC condenser. The system was also low on r22 refrigerant and short on return air. The system also needs updated flood protection. The homeowner has me replace the failed capacitor and setup a time with an install supervisor. Customer was advised that Incant repair the refrigerant leak due to the r22 system being obsolete. Will roll the costs of the capacitor towards the costs of the system replacement of the purchase the AC system from us in the next 30 days. The system (heat a cooling) was temporarily running when I left. I flushed the drain line with water enzymes and added clean out tablets.

Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics on a 5 year old Lennox system that cools the mainfloor. The outdoor unit was only receiving 55 volts due to an electrical issue. The unit randomly then starting receiving 220 volts as needed to run. *** The breakers in the main electrical panel appear to be original to the home and are faded and not labeled. The breaker for the mainfloor condenser (outdoor) unit is more than likely starting to fail. The breaker should be replaced with a new 20 or 25 amp breaker. A licensed electrician needs to replace that breaker, label it and do an inspection on that circuit to make sure that there are no more issues; so the outdoor unit can safety get 220 volts continuously (outdoor disconnect may also need to be replaced). *** The unit was also short on refrigerant and duct work. The homeowner approved to have me add the missing refrigerant. The system may have a refrigerant leak; a l ram maybe needed in the future. I emailed an estimate to perform a leak
