Met with customer and spoke with her regarding their issue. Customer states their upstairs guest bathroom toilet backed up and flooded into the bathroom causing some water damage. Customer had a plumber out previously to inspect the toilet. Toilet was flushing well and no signs of leakage. A camera inspection is recommended to ensure there are no blockages in the line that might cause this to happen again. I presented the customer with an estimate to pull the toilet and inspect the line with a camera. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval I began work. Drained toilet and removed it from the floor. Camera inspected drain lines 35’ where it drops into the next floor. No blockages present, no signs of bellies or issues with the pipes. Pipes are PVC material. Removed camera and set toilet back with new wax ring and caulked around the toilet base. Called customer to inform her of my findings. Customer is satisfied.

Replaced customer supplied sink upstairs. After install I pressurized the lines, bleed the air, and checked for leaks and proper function. Everything is good. Thank you for choosing te certified

1 System HomeCare Checked Heating and Cooling. Flushed drain, adjusted gas pressures and changed Aprilaire 413 filter. Cleaned insulation from ductwork and inspected outdoor unit refrigerant levels and performance. System is working well at this time.

In the master bedroom I removed the existing ceiling fan and found an old side mount fixture box which I had to replace with a new side mount fan rated box. After the new box was installed and properly bonded I assembled and install the new customer supplied ceiling fan. I informed the homeowner that the switch on the right hand side is to remain on to allow the remote to work the fan.

Replace 40 gallon gas water heater with 50 gallon gas water heater (10 year manufacturer warranty) sign customer up for home care

For this job, I installed a car charger in the customers garage. I ran a 60 amp circuit from the main panel to the garage and installed a customer supplied car charger.

Upon arrival spoke with customer about a leak under the kitchen sink. During investigation determined the kitchen faucet was leaking internally. Customer purchased a new faucet which was installed today. Replaced both service valves for the cold and hot supply. All work was tested thoroughly and no leaks were observed.

Installed/replaced new alpha pump due to loud humming noise and going out. Also Installed new expansion tank with strap due to old tank being blown and not supported/strapped in garage. Replaced new Prv in basement due to pressure being 85. let homeowner know by replacing expansion tank and movement could cause potential leak in copper. Being aware of this they said to proceed. There was a leak in the hot side of the water heater but got it to stop. Tested and checked everything for leaks. Let homeowner know to check for leaks due to being old water heater.

Customer called us out for the right sink of the master bathroom being clogged. On arrival I tested the sink and it backed up immediately. I recommended clearing the sink by plunging and removing the p-trap. Customer agreed. I plunged the sink and it brought up some sink gunk. I then removed the trap and there was not anything in it. Tested that sink was draining well and cleaned up throughly.

Customer wanted to have their four year old .Tankless water heater flushed. Pressure on the house was at seventy five p s I and inform them that they may wanna have their pressure regulating valve replaced. Customer agreed to the quote, two flush the water heater. After picking up the materials in order to do the flush, I set all that up and turn the water off to the water. Heater itself and performed flush while on site.I cleaned off the rods and checked all filters. After about an hour and a half, we ended the flush and primed.All of the cleaning solution out of the water.Heater. Afterwards, we plugged the water heater back in and ran fixtures throughout the home and made sure that the external recirculation pump was pumping appropriately. I came out today to complete a HomeCare Electrical inspection and this is what was found: Inside the main panel I found (2) duel function breakers in the tripped state. One breaker is a 20amp duel function (Shock and Fire Prevention) and one 15amp duel function. The 20 amp is for the kitchen counter top outlets (circuit #17) and the 15 amp is for the dishwasher (circuit #12) and both breakers had a 6 blink trip code indicating that the safety feature had failed on the breakers. I replaced both the breakers, tested the safety feature and turned the dishwasher on to make sure they are working. I removed the dryer cord from the wall and found a 4pin outlet so I used my meter to test for continuity between the neutral and ground on the cord and discovered that it was still bonded in back of the dryer. I pulled the dryer back, removed the cover and found where it was bonded and seperate the ground and neutral. The home has quick wiring done to the majority of the switches and receptacle

We were called out to due to high water pressure. We found a watts PRV located in a valve box located near the water meter. This estimate includes excavating, installing a new 1” PRV, and installing a full sized meter box. Performed work as per estimate and set pressure to 65psi

Upon arrival spoke with Mr Zach about a gas line behind his stove that caused his stove to stick out too far. Cut the drywall behind the stove to see what options were available. Disassembled gas piping in the wall, lowered gas piping to fit inside recessed cavity on bottom of stove, installed new gas shut off valve and tested for leaks.

Performed homecare, while talking with Janet she expressed frustrations with the motion, switch on her bathroom fan and the dimmer in her master bathroom getting really hot. Today we replaced those two switches in the master bathroom.

During our visit, the customer mentioned they did not have any hot water. Upon inspection I mentioned that we would need to troubleshoot the unit to figure out what’s going on. An estimate was approved for a troubleshoot to be completed. After removing the top cover on the water heater, I pushed the reset button and heard a click. This indicated that the thermostat was tripped due to the water heater over heating. I spoke with AO Smith on the phone and able to order the elements and both the upper and lower thermostats. The water heater is currently working and the new parts should be here 3/4. The parts are being delivered to the customers house and they plan to call when they arrive.

Today we came out to inspect a breaker not resetting. We throughly evaluated circuit and noticed loose connections on breakers. We went through and tighten connections and offered a few options to repair.

We replaced all three toilets in the home with Kohler toilets. We installed new shutoff valves and supply lines for each toilet. The pre-existing shutoff valves had built in supply lines. The new shutoff valves have removable supply lines. We replaced the upstairs, hall bath, tub spout as a courtesy during our visit today. Thank you!

Customer had vibrations coming from not only the upstairs hallway toilet valve.But from the pressure regulating valve. Pressure on the house was at eighty p s I. As well, the same toilet was very slow to fill due to a clogged fill valve. Customer agreed to have all these items addressed. We replaced the emergency, shut off and PR. V in the basement, after turning the water off and draining all of the lines. While letting that dry, I then replaced the shutoff valve for that upstairs.Hallway toilet and replaced supply line fill valve and flapper of the exact same toilet. Allowed two hour cure time as some of the fittings were on the high pressure side. Afterward, we slowly turn the water back on to the home at the meter and pressure tested the water service line. That was fine. Afterwards I went to our newly installed ball valve and slowly turned it partially on and primed all of the air out of the waterlines throughout the home.
