Met with customer and spoke with her regarding the issues they are experiencing. Customer showed me inside and to the kitchen sink. The left side of the kitchen sink which is the disposal side is draining slowly. The right sides is draining fine. Customer then showed me upstairs to the hall bathroom tub which is draining slowly. Customer also had a loose faucet in the master bathroom. I was able to quickly tighten the loose faucet as a courtesy. The kitchen sink was draining slowly due to the rubber gasket for the disposal not allowing full water flow. After removing the gasket the water is flowing and draining well. Customer will purchase a new style of gasket to place in the sink. Presented customer with estimates to clear the tub drain. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval I began work. Removed a large buildup of hair from the tub drain and snaked the trap. Then reconnected the stopper and filled the tub partially with water. Allowed it to drain. Tub is now draining

Install two new bath fans from scratch expanding switch boxes, pulling switch legs, install safety breaker, bath fan install, and venting through soffit.

Gave an estimate for service upgrade because main breaker for home is failing and sending 240 volts to everything even 120 volts appliances.

At arrival on 03/09/26 Issue: loud condenser fan motor noise System: main floor Finding: bad condenser fan motor, bad outdoor unit capacitor, dirty condenser coil, dirty air ducts, dirty air filter, microbial growth in plenums, no wet safety switch, dirty condensate pump, no drain pan, crack found in the heat exchanger. Rusted flu pipe a single wall flu. Recommendations: address above findings or upgrade system

Met with customer and spoke with him regarding their issue. Customer met us outside and stated he had their septic tank pumped out last week. At this time customer noticed there is a crack/leak coming from the inlet pipe into the septic tank. There is an exterior cleanout and we recommended camera inspecting from the cleanout so that we can understand the scope of work required if a repair or replacement needs to be made. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. Camera inspected cleanout which connects into a wye where the line exits the home and the inlet line going to the baffle tee in the septic tank. Recommended relocating the penetration for the home so that it is no longer under the concrete driveway and stoop for the side door. Will install new exterior PVC cleanout. Will dig out and expose old line leaving the home and cap it off. Will cap off old exterior cleanout and fill abandoned line with concrete to prevent settling. Will reroute new line outsid

For this job, the customer had two leaks in the home. One was the toilet in the guest bathroom due to an improper installed toilet flange. To fix this issue we raised the flange above the floor level to make a proper seal. The next was the water heater in the basement. The customer opted to go with the 10 year warranty option, and did not want to replace the pump. I installed the new unit, and reinstalled the pump on the recirculating line. Issue: no cool System: upstairs Finding: found furnace control board hanging, outside unit wired wrong, disconnected wires, disconnected float safety switch, no wet safety switch, no ss1 safety switch, dusty ductwork. Recommendations: address the above findings or upgrade system They want to get a second quote before deciding.

Performed sold work from David, leaking water under a slab, ,made the repair and filled it back up with cement

During our visit, a new customer supplied kitchen faucet was installed. The old faucet was replaced due to age and a pressure issue. The new faucet was tested for leaks and functionality after completion. Thanks for choosing Te Certified!!!

Install 2 outlets in ceiling of the garage fed off existing unused circuit that was set for a future mini split. Change out breaker for that circuit to a single pole. Change one outlet into the garage to a quad.

During our visit, the customers electric water heater was rebuilt. I previously troubleshot the water heater and found the it needed a rebuild. The manufacturer sent out the parts to the home. When I arrived the customer gave me the parts to begin replacement. The water heater was drained and both elements and thermostats were replaced. I set the temperature on the thermostats to match the pre-existing thermostats. Also noticed a lot of sediment on the tank after removing the elements. I flushed a lot of it out, but the anode rode still has a lot of sediment on it. These repairs were tested for leaks and functionality after completion. Thanks for choosing Te Certified!!!

For this job, I inspected electrical issues and contacted the power company to repair the damaged service feed to the house.

Replaced 3 pendent lights over kitchen island Replaced dining table light. Also moved the light to center of the room. Luckily the wire was long enough that we did not need to extend the circuit

For this job I came out and performed a yearly maintenance on the water heater. Completely flushed tank. Relit pilot light. Check and tested for leaks conducted a super clean up.

Customer had sound coming from water heater. It turned out to be recirculation pump, suggested homeowner to change recirculation pump and water heater due to sound and age of heater being 10 years. Because of the age, homeowner wanted to change and replace heater and recirculation pump.Installed new water heater, recirculation pump and ball/check valves. Tested and checked for leaks.

Called out to do a pull and reset on the main floor powder room due to getting sewer smell from the toilet. Upon arrival inspected toilet, and per customer request did they pull and reset to get a new seal under the powder room toilet. Homeowner also informed me that in the master bathroom they had some slow drainage in both vanities. As a courtesy, I clean the P-trap and the piping going down to the P-trap and it is now draining properly. Begin work by shutting off water to the toilet and pulling the toilet in order to inspect the flange and to replace the wax ring. Flange was in good shape so installed a new wax room with new bolts and reinstalled the toilet. Once reinstalled, reconnected water, and tested for leaks and functionality. Installed a new water line and a new ice maker box for kitchen fridge in the garage and up to the kitchen. Lastly, we Installed a customer supplied toilet at no additional charge in the main level floor restroom , tested the toilet and caulked around the base.
