We insulated all piping, we ran one new exterior hose Bibb, and replaced all shut off valves in the bathrooms, and for the house, and hose bibs. Customer called us out for the basement toilet not flushing. On arrival the customer showed us where the sewage ejection pump was located. We tested the shower and toilet to see if I would back up. The toilet did back up. We recommended pulling the pump lid off and run the tub gun up the drain line to unclog it. Also suggested a bottle of endure for kitchen sink drain maintenance. Customer agreed. Vent pipe and lid were removed. Pipe was jammed due to the position of the vent pipe. Drain was unclogged then tested to see if it worked properly. A clump of wax ring was found in the clog. Everything worked properly while cleaning and put back together.

We repaired the perforated compression fitting on the pvc to pex compression tee. I then rebuild with proper stainless steel pex fittings said tee, replaced the pvc shut off with a stainless steel pex shutoff and then transferred over via suix cheif to the pvc. A new larger shut off box was also installed.

Homeowner has a faucet that needs tightened. The kitchen faucet is loose. Tightened kitchen faucet. House has a water heater from 2018. The thermal expansion tank for the water heater has failed. Offered to changed thermal expansion tank, however the homeowner declined. Water heater is from 2018 Water pressure in house is 50 PSI

We rebuilt all three toilets in the building due to faulty internals in the old.

Arrived at the customer’s home to perform a maintenance on both HVAC systems in the home (upstairs and main floor). Customer opted for the one-time maintenance visit instead of renewing the Homecare plan. Tested heating and cooling from the thermostats. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Checked and replaced the AprilAire media filters. Reported findings to the customer. Installed a dedicated transformer for the upstairs Apco-X after discovering it wasn’t receiving voltage. After installing the transformer, it began functioning properly. Reported results to the customer.

Home care enrollment

Excavate area in front of home where sewer exits. Install two way clean out close to home and Continue straight. Rerout to the right of the tree then continue left towards towards driveway. Attach onto existing piping just before it goes under driveway. Test and cover area back to grade. Work performed as described above. In addition, repair was made to waterline. Customer was ,add aware that sewer was still not draining under driveway. Future project is a possibility

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system upstairs

Installed whole home surge

Homeowner has multiple wet spots in his ceiling in the living room and entry hallway. Homeowner also has a shower drain that is leaking whenever the shower is ran. Homeowner stated he is seldom in the house, and that the house has been vacant for over a year. Cut into drywall both in the entry hallway and in the living room. Apart from the stains on the ceiling, I found no evidence of water. The drywall looks as if it has never been wet on the topside of it. The drain lines have no evidence of leaking nor does it look as is any water has ran over them. The water lines look perfectly intact. The subfloor does not show any signs of dampness, mold or water damage. The joists appear perfectly dry as well. Ran fixtures above the wet spots, which includes a washing machine, and a bathroom fitted with a bathtub, toilet and a vanity, and found no leaking whatsoever. Troubleshoot

Found 2017 Rheem furnace with a dirty flame sensor. I cleaned the flame sensor and tested the furnace several times. The furnace was operating at the end of service call. Customer declined to sign up for the homecare program. I left theTE brochure. No inspection performed.

Called out to address a leaking water heater. Upon arrival found that the water heater was discharging water through the T&P valve due to the pressure being excessively high. Gave the homeowner multiple options for replacement of either just the pressure reducing valve to regulate the pressure and also for being proactive and bundling the PRV with the water heater due to it being almost 10 years old. Homeowner agreed to be proactive, and to swap the water heater and replace the PRV. Begin work by shutting off water to the home and draining the system. Once system was drained, replaced old PRV with a dual chamber, all brass PRV. Removed old, leaking water heater and replace with a new Rheem six year warranty, electric water heater with all current code requirements. Once all work was complete, reintroduce water to the system and tested everything for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everything is functioning properly.
