We ran two dedicated circuits to the bowling motor/operating system from the main panel. We ran one 20 amp 120 volt circuit to a quad outlet mounted on the bowling motor. This circuit has a new 20 amp dual function breaker. We ran one 20 amp 240 volt circuit to the motor or the bowling alley. This circuit has a new 2-pole 20 amp breaker. Both circuits are running in conduit from the ceiling to the motor.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Today we performed two system home care. Flushed and treated drain lines, replaced all filters, cleaned fuel rails and flame sensors. Inspected all electrical components and connections took amp draws on all motors. Inspected all heat exchangers with digital camera found failed heat exchanger on main level tagged furnace unsafe and showed client findings. Ac units use r22 refrigerant that is obsolete and has been mandated by the federal government. All equipment is 20 years old and needs to be updated scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating. Left all equipment operational second level furnace could fail at anytime.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Today we came out for main level furnace not working due to failed hot surface igniter. In addition bearings in draft inducer motor are failing. Gas piping and flue piping are not up to current code. Installed new hot surface igniter to get client temporary heat but advised client furnace could fail at anytime due to age and condition. Scheduled install supervisor for Thursday 2-5pm to give options on updating furnace left all equipment operational.

Arrived on site and customer stated that the main line drain underneath the house had a crack, and was leaking into the crawlspace. I went ahead and quoted the customer with an estimate to repair the mainline, which he agreed for me to move forward with the work. I went ahead and cut out the broken area, made my connections and scrapped my pipe as well as glued the fitting. I also informed customer to try to refrain from using water to let the glue cure as it is cold outside.

Rerout main drain line that exits out front left corner of home to back left corner of home. Excavate area between home and septic tank to create trench for new line to septic tank. Accommodate piping in crawl to connect to main drain and install exterior clean out. Test and cover back to grade.
