Replaced the fluorescent tubes in two fixtures in the main area of the store with LED tubes, removed ballast from each fixture and rewired light.

Came out today to complete two system HVAC inspection. This is a vacant home. Upon inspection of the basement system I replace filter, cleared drain line, this system doesn’t have a pan flood protection, the refrigerant is completely gone reading 0 psi, the out door coil is dirty, this system also has no uv protection. The only way this system heats is from the heat strips, at this time the ac or heat pump heat will not work due to no refrigerant Upon inspection of the main level system replace 14x20x1, this system only has a bulldog pan switch which is not te standard for flood protection, all indoor components are clean and working properly, the outdoor system is working properly but the coil does need to be cleaned. At this time only the main level system is operating properly. See estimates for any further details

Called out for a backed up downstairs toilet. I pulled the toilet ran my cable throughout the line. Blockage was rust sewer supervisor to come by on Wednesday. Tested thoroughly line is open and flowing at this time. Thank you for choosing TE certified..

Service entrance repair

This estimate includes installing the customer supply transfer switch and plug in for the generator. This includes installing the whip coming from the transfer switch into the electrical panel, where we will reroute six different circuits and connect them to the transfer switch. Because of gas lines and water pipes the transfer, which will have to be 3 to 4 feet away from the electrical panel, and the whips for the transfer switches are usually not that long. We will have to make a tap box and install new wiring going from the tap box to the main electrical panel. As we arrive back here today, December 30, we’ve come back to fulfill the estimate of installing the transfer switch beside the electrical panel. We had to install a wood backing system to install the transfer switch on the wall next to the electrical panel. Came out for leak found upstairs kitchen faucet leaking gave estimate customer agreed installed customer supplied kitchen faucet no warranty. Installed two new emergency stops on cold side only. Tested no failure at this time.

Came out because the customer wanted to install a new thermostat. I installed the customer supplied thermostat and then ran it in heat/cool for 30 minutes. The system is working according to specifications.

The customer has three bathrooms on the ground floor and one bathroom on the upstairs floor. Three out of the four bathrooms are affected and currently clogged and the one far back bathroom in the warehouse is unaffected. I pulled the hall bathroom toilet closest to the warehouse entrance and it was full of water and currently backed up. I ran a camera and ran it 100 feet from that point and ran it into what appeared to be a septic tank. I then walked around the building to try and locate any manholes, I did find a 6 inch PVC pipe on the exterior left side of the building. That was also full of sewage and ran it about 40 feet before it would reach that same end destination. I could vaguely see a septic tank on my camera screen. In the back hall bathroom (addition prior to the renters moving in, I did long amounts of testing to ensure full functionality before leaving.) the customer did show me where he had a sewer bill which I’m under the impression three out of the four bathrooms are

Came out for leak in basement found water pressure is 81 psi gave estimate customer agreed replaced pressure regulator valve and washing machine box tested no failure at this time.

Customer called us out due to no heat. When speaking to customer he stated that he replaced inducer and pressure switch by ordering them online. During inspection found weird noise coming from inducer. When inducer was running it was whistling. Removed inducer and found no gasket installed with new inducer. Checked pressure being pulled by inducer and got 1.65. Pressure switch requires 1.74. After removing and adding gasket from older inducer and putting back on run system and pull 2.11 inches of water column. System started to run and heat after about 10 minutes of running gas valve failed. While inspecting unit found inducer and blower are over amping. Blower also has build up on it. This build up can cause system to lose up to or more than 35% of its efficiency. Recommended cleaning blower, replacing gas valve and inducer motor. Customer declined all recommendations. Customer only wanted to go pick up his own part and replace it himself.
