ISSUE: customer stated air compressor is not working LOCATION: warehouse FINDINGS: after looking into the system, we were able to find that the breaker was not turned on RESOLUTION: turned the breaker on to test the voltage at the disconnect. And then ask the customer to turn the disconnect on, customer turned the disconnect on and the compressor worked properly

Installed Navien 240A2 tankless water heater. Also installed Halo Ion 6 water conditioner. This install was for replacing existing tankless with a new one and to properly run venting for water heater. Gas line was not quoted with this install as the existing gas line was used. If gas line needs to be replaced in the future then that will not be covered under the scope of work performed today Recommended that customer have electrician come out to install a designated outlet for the tankless and condensate pump Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Replace and remove old rusted single wall flue vent Install new double wall flue vent to bring system up to code Install new condensation pump Check system operation Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Customer signed up for our Homecare membership and had a maintenance done today. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Flex pipe going into system instead of hard pipe. Dual capacitor in condenser failed, recommended replacing. Condenser coil and blower wheel dirty, recommended cleanings. Recommend replacing duct that had to be moved to install flue pipe. Installed new fan in master bedroom, keyless in closet and two fixtures in hallway

Customer had carbon monoxide alarm go off. Fire department came out and turned gas off to the home thinking it was the tankless water heater Tankless water heater was installed years ago. Exhaust for tankless does not have adequate clearance from openings including crawlspace vents and windows. Due to model of tankless and age, recommendation is for replacement with a Navien tankless water heater that uses separate pipes for exhaust and air intake instead of concentric like the current tankless water heater While in crawlspace, discovered that the vent for the furnace exhaust is completely rusted out and detached. Exhaust from the furnace is discharging directly into the crawlspace. Customer needs hvac out to address this serious issue. Also noticed condensate pump for AC is not working as well. Left estimate but can be addressed when venting for furnace is addressed Left estimate tankless replacement as well as installing a water conditioner for the cold water supply to the tank

Upon arrival customer stated that ac unit had not been working since Friday. Stated that system did freeze and they had someone out, once filter was changed unit still did not cool properly. After inspection of 20 year old system found that outdoor unit did not have 24 volts going to contactor to pull in. Found that wire coming from contactor to capacitor were burnt wires. Contactor very pitted and so is the capacitor. Tested windings for fan motor and compressor and found that both have failures. Condenser coils very dirty as well. Checked furnace in crawl space. Insulation is falling off the supply plenum, duct work is very old. Furnace is not in good shape there is a lot of rusting in the housing of burners and heat exchanger, there are wires tied together in furnace. Disconnect switch is hanging and not attached properly. Blower motor capacitor is testing bad, blower motor is failing, and blower wheel is very dirty. Due to unit being obsolete and the many failures highly recommend

Came out for no hot water found water heater is 11 years old water pressure is 110 psi gave estimates customer agreed to relite pilot only relite pilot advised customer that water pressure is high. Water heater needs to be replaced if pilot goes out again water heater needs to be replaced. NO WARRANTY!!!

The reason we came out today is for no cool. Upon Inspection found zone system that controls both upstairs and downstairs on a 2.5 ton heat pump. Upon inspection of the indoor system found no UV protection. No bypass damper for pressure relief when only one zone is working. Customer has no TE standard flood protection, only flood protection she has is a bulldog float switch. This float switch could fail. Upon inspection of no cool found system totally out of refrigeration. Customer approved to do a leak search with nitrogen. The nitrogen leak search indicated where the leak was and it was on the Schrader valve on the AC coil leaking. Found no other leaks present in the system.. Cleaned outdoor unit from all debris and coils. Recharge system with 7 pounds of 410 a. System currently has a 21° delta T and is working properly.

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.
