Came out because the customer wanted to install a new thermostat. I installed the customer supplied thermostat and then ran it in heat/cool for 30 minutes. The system is working according to specifications.

The customer has three bathrooms on the ground floor and one bathroom on the upstairs floor. Three out of the four bathrooms are affected and currently clogged and the one far back bathroom in the warehouse is unaffected. I pulled the hall bathroom toilet closest to the warehouse entrance and it was full of water and currently backed up. I ran a camera and ran it 100 feet from that point and ran it into what appeared to be a septic tank. I then walked around the building to try and locate any manholes, I did find a 6 inch PVC pipe on the exterior left side of the building. That was also full of sewage and ran it about 40 feet before it would reach that same end destination. I could vaguely see a septic tank on my camera screen. In the back hall bathroom (addition prior to the renters moving in, I did long amounts of testing to ensure full functionality before leaving.) the customer did show me where he had a sewer bill which I’m under the impression three out of the four bathrooms are

Came out for leak in basement found water pressure is 81 psi gave estimate customer agreed replaced pressure regulator valve and washing machine box tested no failure at this time.

Customer called us out due to no heat. When speaking to customer he stated that he replaced inducer and pressure switch by ordering them online. During inspection found weird noise coming from inducer. When inducer was running it was whistling. Removed inducer and found no gasket installed with new inducer. Checked pressure being pulled by inducer and got 1.65. Pressure switch requires 1.74. After removing and adding gasket from older inducer and putting back on run system and pull 2.11 inches of water column. System started to run and heat after about 10 minutes of running gas valve failed. While inspecting unit found inducer and blower are over amping. Blower also has build up on it. This build up can cause system to lose up to or more than 35% of its efficiency. Recommended cleaning blower, replacing gas valve and inducer motor. Customer declined all recommendations. Customer only wanted to go pick up his own part and replace it himself.

for the job I did a troubleshoot for two exit lights not working, a receptacle in a built in cubical not working and a breaker tripping. After findings I replaced the 2 exit signs, traced down the tripping breaker and did a wire tap to remove a 2nd hot wire tied into the circuit, the cubical I was able to remove the special cubical plug and tested the power to make sure getting correct volts. It was reading correctly at the tabs where the plug snaps in, but the plug itself was not reading a neutral. A space heater was recently being used and I am to believe the space heater burned it up. Customer needs to track down cucbical company to order this specific type of cubical plug. We don’t not carry this type of plug.

Client has us out today because their water bill has been increasing for the last 2 months and now there’s water pooling up beside the house. I did a meter isolation test and was able to confirm there is a leak on the main water service. I presented options and today client chose to just go with a repair, I dug the area up and found the leak to be on the 3/4 blue poly service line. I made a repair and pressurized the line with no leaks. Client is happy with work performed, no warranty on spot repairs for water service, especially with blue poly.

Replace cast iron for 2 bathrooms including toilets, sinks and showers. Replace trunk line in crawl space and replace to PVC clean out in flower bed by going through foundation wall. This will require removing tile shower floor to replace shower ptrap and removing tile shower wall to access cast iron tub drain in other bathroom that is behind the shower. Also remove tile wall under master vanity to access cast iron in wall. Remove drywall in master bedroom to access cast iron for hall bathroom sink. Tech completed diagnosis on full system. Tech noticed failed siege up compressor. Tech went over the repair vs replacement options with homeowner. Homeowner would like to schedule a CA out today to go over payment options.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Came out for a no cool. Inspected system found contactor is bad. Receiving voltage but not putting out. Put in new contactor and system fired up. System is only cooling at an 11 1/2° temp split. many factors that could cause this being that the condenser coil is dirty. Lots of fallen insulation off the supply runs in the crawlspace, losing efficiency into the house. Showed pictures and explained to the customer the ductwork and the coil. She stated that she would have her other guy come out and fix all of that so contactor was the only thing replaced and system is now operating.
