Called out for a leak in the ceiling, upon arrival found that the dark spot in the kitchen was directly below the master bath toilet provided options for repair upon approval pull the master toilet and reset a new wax ring and set the toilet back and caulk around the base, also ran closet auger in master stand up shower as a courtesy at no charge.

Today’s I arrived I removed an existing exhaust fan in the downstairs bathroom and replaced it with a new customer supplied exhaust fan. Once power was reengaged the exhaust fan worked properly. I also removed a light downstairs and replaced it with a new customer supplied light. The light also worked properly once power was re-engaged last I removed three existing smoke detectors and replace them with new carbon/smoke detectors. I did confirm after testing them that all three were connected together properly. It was great meeting you today! Replaced water service line from meter to front of home. About 120ft. Tested and inspected. No more leaks! This replacement was the permanent fix for the high water bill.

As I arrived here today, I was shown a light fixture that needed to be installed. I was also shown a small oven that needed to be installed. I’m going to leave an estimate for the oven to be installed in the future. I installed a round slider box in the ceiling and ran a wire from that box over to the existing ceiling box. Once that was done, I installed the new customer supplied light on the new slider box. I made all connections and put a cover on the existing box. The light worked properly. Performed diagnostic On 7yr old main floor unit, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t heating , checked tstat, cycled to heat mode, upon going in basement i can hear unit starting up but never came on, noticed he knob was off, turned to in position and unit started up, let heat run for 10min no issues, spoke with customer about age of basket unit and explained it’s probably time to start looking to update, customer is aware, also spoke with customer about homecare, customer signed up for 3 system homecare today monthly and is aware $35.95 will be pulled monthly unless she pays in full, customer will call in to schedule homecare

Replaced 40 gallon gas water heater and brought up to code. Also replaced pressure reducing valve due to 120 psi. Installed anode upgrade kit for an extra 4 years of manufacture warranty. Tested and inspected, all is working properly with no leaks. Ready for inspection.

Repaired leak on water service line right in front of porch, turn water back on to pressurize system and found that there is another leak somewhere else in the front yard underground with no signs of water anywhere. Due to the age of the waterline I will be returning next week to replace the service line. Gave estimate to repair or replace water service line due to leaking right at front porch underground. Returning tomorrow to dig up and make repair.

He was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to carefully inspect the entire system and make sure everything was operating properly. He explained what he was checking and answered all of my questions without rushing. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he put into the inspection. Its refreshing to have someone who takes pride in doing the job right and genuinely looks out for the customer. I had a great experience with Marc. He was very kind and courteous. He was able to give me a quote rather quickly. He was very familiar with the faucet and water filter that I had ordered. The initial quote was a little out of my budget but he was able to work with me to get it in my budget. He did a great job and was able to install everything before I had to leave for work. This is the 3rd time I’ve used TE certified and the first time I’ve used their plumbing. I would definitely use them again.

Our water heater began leaking, we called on Saturday and were able to get an appt for Monday. Martin called and gave us his ETA and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The job was completed at a rate significantly cheaper than quoted by other providers faster than anticipated.
