Came out today to make final repairs to get system back up and running. At this time, replace the whip for the condenser unit, repaired the low-voltage thermostat wire, and re-insulated the line set outside. Upon completion of all this work tested complete system to ensure proper function at this time There are no further concerns and system is back on and working properly.

Came out for no heat call for upstairs system which is 2022 Lennox AC/Furnace. Customer let me know home was struck by lightning. Electrician also out here today checking main panel. Recommended 2 full HVAC inspections to verify all operations. Customer agreed. Changed out 2 16x25x1 filters in attic. For upstairs found issue was blown transformer not giving power to board. Replaced transformer for troubleshooting and system began operating normally. Verified normal cooling and heating operation. For main floor everything was working properly for cooling and heating operations. For both systems found no wet switches for TE Standard Flood Protection and also no UV protection for coils to combat microbial growth. Spoke to customer about all findings and recommended signing up for Home Care as well as installing wet switches and Blue-Tube UV Lights. Customer approved 2 System Home Care Plan and new transformer only. Today counted as first HVAC Inspection on Home Care Plan. Left inspection

Mike & Jermaine were great. Since there were several repairs to be made, they “divided and conquered” by each working on separate things. They then worked together until the final job was done and they stayed late to get it finished. They patiently answered all my questions. Good knowledgeable dudes!
