Performed diagnostic on main floor heil unit, upon arrival customer stated ac unit wasn’t working m. Checked tstat, already in ac mode, upon going to crawlspace noticed outdoor unit not running, no 24v, went to crawlspace to inspect furnace, noticed burners rusted, blower wheel impacted, recommend cleaning, no flood protection, recommend ss1 switch, upon checking wires found low voltage wired wrong, wire was on g and not y, moved wires around unit started up, recommend replacing filter, recommend uv light protection, checked outdoor unit, coil impacted recommend cleaning, checked contactor, capacitor, found bad capacitor, recommend replacing capacitor, checked amp draws, compressor over amping, recommend hard start kit to help with amp draw, explain compressor can still fail, went over all options , explained to customer due to age I recommend install supervisor, customer declined and chose option b, went to pick up material, return and installed new capacitor for condenser, also insta

No cooling call main floor, upon arrival outdoor unit was not running, dual capacitor was bad reading 0’s on both sides, replaced 45/5 capacitor, capacitor failed due to compressor overamping, added hardstart kit to system to lower amp draw of compressor, amp draw lowered to 38 amps on startup after adding hardstart kit, unit does not have any flood protection installed, all units and electrical components are working properly at this time.

Returned to call to complete work. Low voltage wires were repaired and fuse is no longer popping. Tstat was replaced and is sending the proper signals to the unit. Unit is now functional and operating to manufacture specifications.

This dial conducted leak detection services for original technician Marquis. During my investigation, I discovered the leak in the yard about 6 feet off the front of a rosebush to the right side of the driveway. Original technician had dug there before however he was about a foot too far to the right. Area has been marked with flags want to notate trajectory of the pipe and the other to indicate the leak in the yard

I had a great experience with TE certified and their technician DJ. From the first phone call to finish, it was a great experience. They were able to get me scheduled right away and were able to work with my schedule. DJ was nice, thorough, and explained everything throughout the process. He did a really nice job and the installation was very clean and neat. He had to move some things but put everything back the way it was and cleaned up after. It was such a great experience and thank you so much DJ and TE certified. I even ended up getting a quote for another project right after the job was completed and he was able to provide it right away. I will definitely be using TE certified for that next project and will request DJ.
