The customer had us come out for sewer smells that they were getting in their master bathroom. Customer informed me they’ve been having repeat backups in the master bathroom toilet. I could not find any visible defects in the drainage system in the master bathroom, which led me to the next diagnostic step of a camera inspection. Upon pulling the toilet, I was able to find where there was an offset toilet flange with cracking throughout. The customer informed me they’ve been having repeat backups which led me to the next step of replacing the flange and doing a small slab bust 2’ x 3’ in order to extend the closet at 90 and insert the right toilet flange. The customer requested to be put on the schedule for this following Tuesday. A nonrefundable deposit of 1320 has been collected to go towards material and securing our vendors for this job.

Customer has water dripping on main floor ceiling. Upon inspection found hvac units are away from the area of concern. Found a metal flue pipe that’s above the wet spot from main floor. When inspecting the exit found a lot of build up from dryer vent. When inspecting the dryer vent hook up found pvc box but instantly goes into metal. Also found water build up around pvc connection behind dryer. Pulled vent and noticed clogged with lint causing blockage causing not to vent properly and produce condensation, recommend having dryer vent cleaned all the way thru, went over option and schedule with office

Home Care - Single system Spring/ Fall Maintenance. Completed the HVAC heating and cooling inspection checklist. I ran the system in heat and cooling for 30 minutes and the system is operating according to specifications. I flushed the drain line with two gallons of water. I added drain cleaning tablets and endure to the system to assure it’s draining properly. Please refer to my Inspection checklist for more details. I did notice a little biological call growth on the evaporator coil and recommended a cleaning. The capacitor is a 70 MFD but is testing at 67 MFD. The compressor is also amping a little high at the start-up. I left options for repair with the customer. The customer is elderly and does not have an email address. He requested that we mail him out a paid invoice with his options.
