This estimate is for providing and installing a generator interlock kit outside on the meter base along with a receptacle to plug the generator into. It also includes installing a customer supplied furnace, interlock kit in the attic space. As we arrived all right man today we came and fulfilled the estimate to install the generator interlock kit and inlet plug on the meter base outside. We also installed a customer supplied furnace interlock kit. Last we installed two brand new receptacles in the sunroom. I ran rigid pipe from an existing GFCI receptacle just outside the sunroom into the sunroom area where I’m out at two bell boxes. In those mailbox installed duplex, white receptacles and covers. Once everything was done, we re-engaged to power on the 15 AFCI breaker and everything worked properly in the sunroom. I hope you enjoy your new sunroom! Came out today to perform two system HVAC inspection. Upon arrival, customer stated that both systems have been working just fine to their knowledge. Upon visual inspection of both systems found that the main floor system was a gas furnace from 2008, found that the upstairs system was a gas furnace from 2010, both systems were R 22 refrigerant. Upon inspection of the upstairs system found that the system was very low on r 22 refrigerant, the blower wheel was very dirty, the filter had just recently been changed, the indoor coil have rust spots and biological growth present, the blower capacitor was reading out of range, there was no flood protection for the system,. Upon inspection of the downstairs system found that the blower wheel was very dirty, the blower capacitor was reading out of range, the indoor coil for this system also had rust spots and biological growth present, the outdoor capacitor was also out of range, and the contactor for the system was burnt and pitted, the conden

Came out today to perform one system HVAC home care. Upon arrival, customer stated system has been working properly. Check system and AC mode, the system drain line in the attic comes directly out of the system and into the floor to the dryer vent Stack in the wall, poured water and in dim down drain line to ensure system is draining properly, at this time there is no TE standard flood protection, there is only a pan switch, there is no UV protection for the system, replaced April air model 110 filter, all zones and zone dampers are functioning properly. Upon inspection of the outdoor system found the condenser coil is clean, capacitor, and contactor are both reading within range, the refrigerant charge is correct. At this time, system is working properly see estimates for preventative maintenance concerns.

Arrived on site. Homeowner stated that water heater is no longer heating water. Inspected site glass at base of water heater, which could not see passed. Base of water heater insulation was wet. Recommended to replace water heater due to water heater being beyond repairable. Installed new shut off valve on cold side of water heater. Installed new expansion tank and supported expansion tank. Installed water heater pan and rolls pan above flood level rim of pan. Connected venting to water heater. No leaks at this time. Water heater is functioning properly at this time.

Troubleshooting a dead circuit and potential lightning damage, led to a bad gfci in garage and old gf I throughout home, replaced all gfci devices

Customer had us back out today because his heat was not working. Upon arrival found a blown fuse. Replaced fuse and system ran in heat until thermostat was satisfied. Tested cooling mode and immediately fuse blew. After troubleshooting discovered that the thermostat wire going to the outdoor unit was bad. Also found a bad capacitor. Customer agreed to have an electrician come out to run a new thermostat wire and also agreed to change capacitor and contactor.

Upon inspecting the master bathroom, could not find any evidence of leaks or strong sewer smell other than the master shower strainer which stopped once water was ran. Every fixture is trapped properly Customer showed video of the smoke test they had done, test was done without capping the vent or without the proper blower to pressurize the line, so would not get a proper result. Test was done on fixture directly by vent so smoke would go directly up vent and not down into the actual drain line. Smoke test should include isolating sewer line, and vent lines from roof and clean out in yard and using a proper smoke blower and smoke emitter.

Rewired and installed customer supplied switches in living room and added a shelf outlet above an existing outlet less than 6 ft.

Cut holes in kitchen ceiling. Ran water in bathroom. Did not find any leaks during search. Homeowner to call back if leaks reoccur.
