Came out to a no heat. After diagnosing the system we found that the heat pump was empty there is no refrigerant present in the system. We would need to provide a leak search to determine where the leak is and then provide an estimate to repair the leak. We cannot further diagnose this system until this repair has been made.

Performed diagnostic on 4yr old Goodman heat pump, upon arrival customer stated last week unit felt like it was blowing cold air, checked tstat, cycled to heat mode, upon going in attic noticed unit had airflow issues, unit is a 3ton that requires 1200cfm but only have 635cfm supply with 600cfm return, highly recommend laying unit horizontal and correcting duct work for proper size unit, noticed drain line not ran properly, recommend redoing drain line the correct way and adding wet switch to prevent water issues, check filter, evap coil, blower wheel, recommend uv lights to help protect system, found heat strips wasn’t hooked up, explained to customer with temps we have been having outdoor heat pump goes into defrost and heat strips come on, without heat strips it will blow cool air, recommend hooking up heat strips for unit to heat properly, inspected outdoor unit, checked contactor, capacitor, pressures and temp split, spoke to customer about homecare as well, went over all estimate

Called out for a home back up the bathroom in the master the kitchen sink and the laundry room were backed up on arrival. Septic tank wasn’t full,clean out wasn’t holding. Ran the cable inbound on the cleanout to relieve blockage. Blockage with tissue pulled the toilet and reset the toilet with a new wax ring replaced flapper and readjusted fill valve. Everything is open and flowing at this time.. thanks for choosing TE certified.
