Upon arrival, I performed a complete diagnostic evaluation of the HVAC system due to a no cool complaint. The outdoor condensing unit is a 2020 Rheem RA1436AJ1NA, 3-ton, R-410A air conditioning system. The indoor unit is a 2020 Rheem gas furnace located in the crawl space. During the inspection, I found the blower wheel and air filter to be dirty, creating airflow restrictions throughout the system. Restricted airflow causes the equipment to work harder, reducing efficiency while placing additional stress on the blower motor and compressor. The condensate pump was tested and is operating properly. I also noted that the system is not equipped with any indoor air quality products, which could help improve indoor air quality and reduce debris buildup on the evaporator coil. The outdoor condenser coils are dirty and require a professional cleaning to restore proper heat transfer and improve system efficiency. Performed diagnostic on 2nd floor 13yr old carrier unit, upon arrival customer stated unit stopped working, checked tstst, cycled to ac mode, inspected unit in attic, recommend TE standard flood protection such as wet switch, blower wheel impacted, recommend pulling and cleaning, blower capacitor checked ok, blower motor over amping, recommend replacing blower motor, upon checking outdoor unit , noticed condenser coils impacted, recommend chemical cleaning, noticed fan running but not compressor, found failed capacitor as well as failed hard start, contactor burned and pitted, recommend replacing capacitor, hard start, and contactor, went over all options , customer wanted to move forward with option a, customer also wants to have install supervisor out for quote, scheduled with office for tomorrow 3-5, installed new capacitor 45/5, installed new hard start, installed new contactor, chemical cleaned condenser coil, started unit back up amp draw on compressor did drop down to 88, check

Performed diagnostic on upstairs Goodman heat pump, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t cooling, checked tstst, cycled to ac mode, went to attic to inspect unit, checked filter, recommend TE standard flood protection such as wet switch, checked blower wheel, blower capacitor, checked outdoor unit, capacitor, hard start, upon checking pressures found unit low on r410, gave customer option to perform leak search, customer approved, performed leak search, found unit leaking at indoor coil, recommend replacing coil , also spoke with customer about high power uv protection to help with biological growth, customer opt to just replace evap coil, went to pick up part and returned, removed all refrigerant, removed filter drier and failed evap coil, installed new coil and filter drier, brazed with nitrogen, checked for leaks, no leaks, pulled vacuum down to 268 microns, added 10lbs of r410, started unit up and let run for 25 min, recheck pressures and temp split, also flushed drain line, un

I had a great experience with DJ and TE Certified. I had a Tesla charger installed by DJ and got a quote for a whole home surge protector. I was able to get a quick appointment with DJ. He was able to work around my schedule. He gave me a call to confirm and showed up on time. DJ is such a professional! He is very nice and polite. He is patient and explains everything and answers any questions I had. He is very knowledgeable and does great work and a very clean installation. While he was here I asked for a quote for a home generator hookup and he was very familiar with this type of project. I will definitely be using TE Certified and requesting DJ as my Technician.

I had a great experience with TE certified and their technician DJ. From the first phone call to finish, it was a great experience. They were able to get me scheduled right away and were able to work with my schedule. DJ was nice, thorough, and explained everything throughout the process. He did a really nice job and the installation was very clean and neat. He had to move some things but put everything back the way it was and cleaned up after. It was such a great experience and thank you so much DJ and TE certified. I even ended up getting a quote for another project right after the job was completed and he was able to provide it right away. I will definitely be using TE certified for that next project and will request DJ.
