Arrived to install damper for upstairs, removed failed damper, installed and secured new damper motor for upstairs unit, sealed duct back up, tested both dampers , both dampers opening and closing properly at time, I did explain to customer I bleed both dampers one notch so that there is not so much pressure against dampers due to no bypass damper, cycled both tstat to ac mode, checked pressures and temp split, unit was giving 14degree split, recommended adding 1lb of r410a, customer approved, added 1lb of r410a, rechecked pressures and temp split, unit now has 18degree split which is within range and cooling efficiently now, no other issue at time

Arrived for a no-cool call. The customer reported uneven cooling upstairs and no cooling downstairs. The upstairs system is operating but needs attention. The main issues were a dirty filter and closed vents on one side of the home, which restricted airflow and caused uneven temperatures. The system is also has not been properly maintained and will need to be serviced for the system to run at it’s optimum efficiencies. The downstairs system was not operating. We found a failed contactor and the system to be extremely low on refrigerant, which caused it to shut off on low pressure. The outdoor unit is also dirty, contributing to reduced efficiency. Came out today to complete two system $59 inspection. Upon arrival, customer stated that everything has been working good to her knowledge. Upon inspection of the upstairs system found a Bryant gas furnace from 1996 paired with a Goodman straight AC 2 ton from 2023. Upon inspection of the system found the heat exchanger to be rusty, the blower wheel was very dirty, the blower capacitor had failed, the refrigerant charge was low, the outdoor condenser coil was dirty, the light switched to turn the system on and off had been bypassed, there was no flood protection nor UV protection for the system. Upon inspection of the downstairs system found a temp store gas furnace from 2016 70,000 BTU paired with a Rheem straight AC 2 1/2 ton from 2016, upon an inspection of this system found the blower will to be dirty and the condenser coil to be dirty as well. Upon completion and speaking with customer, customer elected to go with option an and have us return next Friday to complete the work. At t
