Mason came to my home to fix my A.C. very professional, very thorough. This is the 2nd time ive called on TE. Onvefor electrical and then this time. Both times were beyond my expectation. Very professional company with professional employees. The apprentice Eli was also great.

Came out today to perform one system HVAC service call. on arrival customer stated that their upstairs room was not heating. Neither was the master bedroom. Upon inspection of the system found that the zone board had gone bad and was wired up wrong from a different company. The customer had out previously. Also found the blower wheel to be dirty, the drain line ran flat across the floor, the indoor coil was dirty, there was no flood protection on the system, there was no UV protection on the system. Upon speaking with customer, customer elected to replace the zone board and clean the blower wheel. Upon completion of repairs, started this system up to ensure proper function after your system ran for approximately 30 minutes the system was running perfect. At this time system is up and running properly see estimates for further concerns.

For this job I came out to do a trouble shoot for a tripped breaker for a microwave while doing my trouble shoot I noticed the microwave would start automatically when the breaker is reset and trips the breaker once it over heats

Removed broken water line. Replaced the line with up to date piping, repiped the prv and added a new shut off valve. Checked the water pressure to the home and got a reading of 100psi. Water pressure should be in the range of 50-80psi. Having pressure higher than 80psi can cause leaks and interfere with most plumbing warranties since the fixtures and parts are not rated for such high pressures.

This job I rendered leak detection services for TGL for original technician. Taj discovered no leak in the yard on the water main service. My conclusion is that the leak is under the slab.

Came out for high water bill found toilet fill valve not working properly gave estimate customer agreed over the phone took out old fill valve and supplied line replaced fill valve and supply line tested everything seems to be working properly at this time. Customer is aware no warranty on minor toilet repair.
