Work Completion Summary Returned to complete the evaporator coil replacement on the R-410A system. We safely recovered the refrigerant, removed the failed evaporator coil, and installed the new coil. Nitrogen was flowed continuously during the brazing process to prevent contamination and oxidation within the refrigerant lines. After installation, we performed a nitrogen pressure test and verified all connections were leak-free. The system was pressure tested to 200 PSI and held steady for 10 minutes with no loss of pressure. We then pulled a deep vacuum below 500 microns to remove moisture and non-condensables from the system before recharging. Once the vacuum was verified, the system was recharged with R-410A refrigerant. Initial operating readings indicated the system was undercharged, as evidenced by extremely low subcooling. Additional refrigerant was added and the system was adjusted to manufacturer specifications. After charging, subcooling returned to normal and refrigerant p

I had a great experience with DJ and TE Certified. I had a Tesla charger installed by DJ and got a quote for a whole home surge protector. I was able to get a quick appointment with DJ. He was able to work around my schedule. He gave me a call to confirm and showed up on time. DJ is such a professional! He is very nice and polite. He is patient and explains everything and answers any questions I had. He is very knowledgeable and does great work and a very clean installation. While he was here I asked for a quote for a home generator hookup and he was very familiar with this type of project. I will definitely be using TE Certified and requesting DJ as my Technician.

Work Completion & Maintenance Summary Returned on 06/02/2025 to complete all previously approved repairs. Replaced the failed condenser fan motor and contactor and verified proper operation of the system upon completion. In addition to the repair, I performed the customer’s first Home Care Maintenance. The system was thoroughly inspected and tested in cooling mode. Refrigerant pressures, electrical components, amperage readings, temperature split, and overall system performance were checked and found to be operating within manufacturer specifications. The outdoor unit was cleaned and inspected for any remaining debris related to the previous ant infestation. All system safeties were verified, and the equipment was cycled multiple times to ensure reliable operation. At this time, the system is cooling properly and operating according to manufacturer specifications. No additional issues were found during today’s visit. Recommendations * Continue changing the air filter regularly to

Came out today to perform one system HVAC maintenance. Upon arrival found heat pump air handler from 2018. At this time performed full system diagnostic. Upon inspection of the indoor system, found all zone dampers, and motors, working properly, the blower will has buildup and needs to be clean, the blower capacitor is bad, the drain line has been cleaned and flushed, upon inspection of the outdoor system found 410a refrigerant a little low, condenser coil has buildup, the outdoor capacitor is bad and below range, the contactor is burnt pitted. At this time the customer has no TE standard flood protection nor does she have UV protection for the system. On today’s visit, customer approved only a one time maintenance inspection. See estimate for any further concerns. System is currently running, but not working 100% efficient.

Came out to a no cool on a 2021 Amana R-410A system. After completing a full diagnostic evaluation, we found that the system was freezing up at the evaporator coil. We checked refrigerant pressures, subcool, and superheat readings, and all readings were outside of manufacturer specifications. The evaporator coil temperature was reading 19°F, which is well below the freezing point and is causing the coil to ice over and restrict airflow throughout the system. We also found that the outdoor condenser coils are extremely dirty, restricting airflow and causing the system to operate inefficiently. Due to the refrigerant readings being out of range, we spoke with the customer and received approval to perform a leak search. After completing the leak search, we found that the evaporator coil is leaking refrigerant. The system is currently still under manufacturer warranty. Recommendations: * Replace the leaking evaporator coil under manufacturer warranty. * Perform a complete condenser coil

Came out today to complete HVAC service call on bonus room mini split. Arrival customer stated the mini split has not worked for quite some time. Upon inspection of the system found that the heat pump condenser fan motor was receiving voltage, but not spinning. This motor is not currently seized, but it is a bad motor. Advised customer that this system is from 2015. And until I can get the motor replaced to go through the entire system, there may be more issues. At this time, the compressor comes on, but the fan motor never comes on. System will run for a brief moment until safety switches kick in to kick off the system. At this time, mini split is not currently working see estimates for further concerns.

I had a great experience with TE certified and their technician DJ. From the first phone call to finish, it was a great experience. They were able to get me scheduled right away and were able to work with my schedule. DJ was nice, thorough, and explained everything throughout the process. He did a really nice job and the installation was very clean and neat. He had to move some things but put everything back the way it was and cleaned up after. It was such a great experience and thank you so much DJ and TE certified. I even ended up getting a quote for another project right after the job was completed and he was able to provide it right away. I will definitely be using TE certified for that next project and will request DJ.
