Replaced smoke detectors and mismatched breakers.

Came out for no cool call on 2019 Lennox Heat Pump with 2 zones. Customer let me know when downstairs tstat is set to cool by itself it turns on heat. Conducted full inspection on system. Found issue was downstairs tstat wire was on wrong terminal. White wire was on "w1" shouldve been on "aux". After this reprogrammed both tstats to ensure they are both set for heat pump with strip heat. After correcting this system ran normally in cooling and heating mode. Verified 15x20x1 filter recently replaced. Checked cooling operations and found system appears low on charge. Recommend topping off or leak search. Customer showed me recorded pressures from over a month ago and appear consistent with today. Do not suspect leak. Also found no TE Standard flood protection, recommend installing wet switch and ss2 switch. Found dust build up on blower wheel, recommend pulling and cleaning. Also found slightly weak 7.5mfd capacitor, recommend proactively replacing. For indoor coil found no UV protection

Troubleshoot garbage disposal Customer called us out for a garbage disposal that was not functioning properly. Upon arrival customer stated it was working fine a few days ago, but then it wouldn’t function properly the next day. We took a look at the age of the disposal and it was roughly about 7 years old. The disposal had some water holding, customer wanted to troubleshoot the issue. The disposal would just make a humming noise when we turned it on, we turned the blades manually and got them to turn freely. We removed gunk and food debris from the inside and I didn’t see anything stuck in between the teeth and we went to test the disposal and it is now functioning properly. We ran water in both sides of the sink and there was no signs of a blockage in the kitchen line. We recommended to the customer to replace the garbage disposal in the near future due to its age. No Cool – Single System Diagnostic Came out to a no cool on an older refrigerant system. Upon diagnosing the system, I found that the equipment is currently operating, but the system does have a refrigerant leak causing poor cooling performance over time. I performed a brief refrigerant leak search to help identify the source of the issue and found the leak to be located at the evaporator coil. The homeowner was present during the diagnostic process and was able to verify the findings while testing was being performed. The customer explained that she previously had five other HVAC companies out, all providing different evaluations regarding the condition of the system. After reviewing the system and confirming the leak location, I discussed the findings and repair options with the homeowner in detail. I provided a quote for the evaporator coil repair and also offered to have an install supervisor come out to discuss replacement options due to the cost of repair and overall conditio

Today we came to the home for a high water bill, the toilet in the hall bathroom would begin running periodically, causing the high water bill. Repaired the flapper and checked the meter for any other leaks and found no evidence of more leaks.

Performed diagnostic on downstairs 8yr old Rheem unit, upon arrival customer stated he had a company out a few months ago and they replaced contactor, and a few weeks later fuse blew again, checked tstst, found no voltage, found blown fuse, searched all low voltage wiring, found low pressure switch melted against discharge line, recommend low voltage wire repair, explained to customer there could be other issues , customer approved repair, fix and secured all low voltage wires, replaced 3amp fuses, rechecked system, getting 240v but still no 24v, found blown transformer, recommend replacing to continue checking system, customer approved repair, installed new transformer, unit started up, cycled to ac mode, checked blower wheel, customer will replace filter, inspected blower wheel,evap coil, inspected outdoor unit, coil is clean, checked capacitor, contactor, amp draws, pressures and temp split, flushed drain line as well, unit now working properly, spoke to customer about homecare, he

Replaced worn out pressure reducing valve in garage and replaced defective 3” flapper on toilet in hall bathroom. Tested and inspected, everything is working properly.

Came out today to complete customer approved estimate. Changed out outdoor contactor, the blower motor capacitor, clean the outdoor coil, added a flood protection to the system, and also added 2 pounds of 410 a to the system. At this time system is now up and running properly. No motors are over amping. Tested drain line to ensure proper function. Installed customer provided thermostat. At this time system is up and running properly with no further concerns.
