Run a 20a dedicated circuit to tub area.

I arrived to replace the bad compressor. I removed the failed compressor and brazed in the new one. I tested for leaks with nitrogen and pressure tested to 405 psi. After confirming no leaks, I removed the nitrogen and weighed in the refrigerant. I turned the system on and let it adapt, then added refrigerant until the subcooling reached the normal threshold. I cleared the drain lines with a transfer pump and ensured the upstairs system is cooling as intended. I also fixed a drain line as a courtesy due to the inconvenience of the install taking multiple days and requiring an additional return visit. A general discount was applied to reflect the courtesy work. The system was cooling as intended upon departure.

No cooling call, upon arrival upstairs system was not cooling, checked system and found that upstairs system had ducts that were capped off ducts were not attached to the supply plenum, also found that system is short on airflow(ductwork), also found that system is low on refrigerant, attempted to change filter to see if suction pressure would rise, suction pressure did not rise, checked capacitors and found that run capacitor is reading out of tolerance, blower wheel is also very dirty, furnace is 30 years old and AC system is 10 years old, lifespan of a system is about 10-15 years Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Install supervisor is scheduled for Wednesday 9-11AM

Performed diagnostic on two systems, upon arrival customer stated he wanted both systems looked at but upstairs was the one giving him issues, started on upstairs 12yr old carrier heat pump, checked tstat, cycled to ac mode unit started up, went to attic to inspect unit, recommend better flood protection such as wet switch, also recommend updating drain line for proper drainage, blower wheel heavily impacted, recommend pulling and cleaning, explained blower motor can still fail, unit has a lot of organic growth inside, recommend high power uv light to help with organic growth, evap coil heavily rusted also heavily impacted, recommend pulling and cleaning, explain once we pull it coil can show signs of leaks which could cause additional repairs, highly recommend replacing evap coil, Upon inspection of outdoor unit found compressor running but not condenser fan motor, found failed capacitor, recommend replacing capacitor, replaced capacitor to continue diagnosis, unit started up, found

Customer had a leak in the basement coming from the expansion tank, upon approval replaced expansion tank filled heater and re lit the pilot and tested.

Called out for a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink that stopped working. Upon arrival, customer stated that the disposal is not even making a humming sound anymore. Technician reset the breaker for the disposal and reset the disposal, and it began to hum. Disposal was still jammed by an object. Technician was able to unjam disposal with tool and pull out pieces of a plastic fork. Disposal is now working properly. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Arrived on site to evaluate the HVAC system and ductwork due to comfort and airflow concerns. Upon inspection, found that the existing HVAC system and zoning configuration are not properly designed for the current application. The home is approximately 2,849 sq. ft. and is being served by a Rheem 4-ton system. A 4-ton system typically requires approximately 1,600 CFM of airflow to operate properly. Based on square footage alone, the 4-ton equipment may be capable of serving the home; however, proper system sizing cannot be confirmed by square footage alone and would require a Manual J load calculation. The system is equipped with five zone dampers but only has three thermostats controlling the system. Two thermostats are located upstairs, while the downstairs thermostat is located inside an enclosed garage that is not insulated or conditioned. This thermostat location does not accurately represent the temperature of the downstairs conditioned living space and can contribute to improper

Called out today to flush tankless water heater in the garage gave estimate and customer approved flushed tankless water heater with white distilled vinegar tested no leaks and working properly at this time

Replaced pressure reducing valve. Set home pressure to 60 PSI. Replaced leaking thermal expansion tank, also strapped new expansion tank to structure of the home to add additional support to the tank. Tested and ensured everything is working properly with no more leaks at this time.

Replaced blower motor and run capacitor. Blower fan is now operational and performing to manufacture specifications. Airflow is restored to unit.
