Client has us out today because her water bill has increased, she does assume the toilet running is the reason the water bill has went up. She is correct, the upstairs bathrooms kohler toilet runs constantly. This toilet either failed due to usage or age as its original to the home and we just corrected pressure on the system not long ago so we can rule that out. She’s also having issues with a drain assembly not working properly in her daughter’s bathroom. We did replace the expansion tanks last visit when we corrected pressure ams client isn’t interested in replacing the water heaters yet so I would recommend replacing the expansion tanks as well. I presented options and today we went with a major rebuild of the toilet in the upstairs jack and Jill bathroom as well as replacing the drain assembly for the downstairs bathrooms sink. All work is complete and the leak has stopped. Meter is pressurized with no leaks.

Came out for taking out garbage disposal gave estimate customer agreed took out garbage disposal advised customer that I would wire nut and tape wiring they would need to get electrical out to make wires safe. Tested no failure at this time.

Client has us out today because he is in a legal battle with the water authority and his land lord for the reason of extremely high water usage and bill. There are two houses on the property that used to share a main line, however Henry county water authority came out and gave them their own meters labeled A and B. The meter labeled B is for the house that’s having the high water usage and bill, I first began by ensuring the meter was reading correctly and ran water and it did climb, however it pressurized and stopped once we turned the water off. I did notice the meter inside the A labeled meter box is constantly spinning as if there’s a leak or someone’s running water constantly. As stated the meter for the house having the issues with the high water usage is pressurizing and has no signs of leaks.

Came out for cooling and heating check on 2 systems. 2 2022/2024 Goodman/Carrier ACs with Natural Gas 80% Furnaces. Verified both filters still clean, 16x25x1 for upstairs and 20x25x1 for main. Home was built last year and has not yet been occupied, customer plans on selling home. Verified both systems draining properly with functional float switches. Neither system has UV protection or wet switches for better protection from microbial growth or indoor flooding. Gave quotes for wet switches and Blue Tube UV Lights. Both systems up to code, verified cooling and heating properly at this time

Home is for sale and had an inspection. Inspector stated that the existing expansion valve does not meet code requirements and would have to be removed and have an expansion tank installed. Home has two 50 gallon gas water heaters side by side in garage. Removed expansion valve, cut in tee with new shutoff valve, ran new 3/4 water line over and installed a 4.5 gallon expansion tank with bracket. Insulated line. Tested and inspected. No leaks and is ready for re-inspection.

The services rendered did not fulfill the needs discussed during the consultation in its entirety. Additionally, the shower parts requested were not provided. Lastly, it was not explained that drywall services aren’t offered in every service area.
