Customer stated they had a leak in the master bathroom upon arrival found the wax ring was bad on the master bath, toilet and leaking into the downstairs ceiling provided options for repair and replace upon approval, replaced the toilet and stop with a new supply line in the master bathroom and caulked base to the floor, tested install.

Arrived on site. Homeowner showed me to water Heater, which was installed in 2003. Pilot light would not stay lit. Informed Homeowner that water Heater replacement is highly recommended. Not repair water Heater due to age of water Heater. Removed existing water Heater and installed new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater. Install new thermal expansion tank and reconnected to existing temperature and pressure relief valve line. Install new pan underneath water Heater. Ran copper for the first 18 inches of the water heater as well. Connected gas line removed existing copper gas line. No leaks at this time. Water Heater is functioning properly at this time. 10 year warranty on water Heater.

Troubleshoot only, customer has 3 switches that need replaced from loose wires, wants to save up and potentially go with redevice

Pulled the downstairs toilet and replaced the toilet flange and anchored it to the concrete, set back the toilet and shim/ caulked the base to the floor, re built the upstairs suit toilet, replaced the tank bolts tank to bowl gasket, fill tower, fill valve and supply lines, restored the water to the toilet and tested it several times.

Called out to replace kitchen faucet. Customer also asked about installing an under the sink RO filtration system gave estimate for both customer agreed I removed the old kitchen faucet and installed the new customer supplied one tested with no leaks and working properly. I also installed the new customer supplied RO filtration system with spout tested working properly. No leaks at this time.

Arrived at customers home to address no cool. Customer stated that the air is coming out but not cooling. I did look over the history as well and then proceeded with inspection. Upon inspection, I found that both units were running as far as than motors further inspection into the condenser showed that the compressor was not operating. I didn’t check the capacitor and found that it was dead rated for 45MF but was reading at 18. I replaced the capacitor temporarily just to further diagnose the unit I found that the system appears to be low on refrigerant as well as the compressor itself is slightly over. The over ramping of the compressor is due to operating a dead capacitor or an undetermined amount of time. The unit itself is also heavily impacted on the outside and is struggling to breathe. Assumption line also has essentially no insulation on it. The system is also an R 22 system. This refrigerant type has been phased out, and we currently do not carry R 22 in order to refill the

Came out today to complete one system HVAC, not maintaining temperature for the upstairs. Upon arrival, customer stated he had had several companies come out, and the system is still doing the same thing. Upon customers approval performed full system diagnostic and found carrier 2 1/2 ton heat pump/air handler for the upstairs. Upon evaluation, found that the compressor valves are bad, this is from the TXV sending liquid refrigerant back to the compressor. Also, upon evaluation found large amount of biological growth inside the system, no TE standard flood protection, no UV protection. It appears that the system for the downstairs and upstairs were swapped on initial build due to the upstairs and downstairs are the same square footage and the downstairs has a two car garage and the downstairs system is a 3 ton with only 2 1/2 tons of airflow. The upstairs system has low return airflow, but has 3 tons of supply airflow. At this time recommended updating the system with the correct size

Wiring up a customer supplied GFCI

Return to install control board for unit. Control board was installed. Unit is now operating to manufacture specifications unit is no longer bypassing the board.

Called out for leak coming from the washing machine box gave estimate to replace box. Customer agreed cut open the wall beneath the washing machine box and removed the old one installed new washing machine box with hammer, arresters and washing machine hoses tested everything no leaks and working properly at this time.
