Replaced blower motor and run capacitor. Blower fan is now operational and performing to manufacture specifications. Airflow is restored to unit.

Called out for a leak in the yard gave estimate to do exploratory dig customer agreed located the leak on the main service line. Customer agreed for the repair cut out bad section of pipe that was leaking made repair with new section tested no leaks at this time, everything working properly.

As we arrived today, it was explained to us that power was lost in the living room, kitchen area and to the Wi-Fi at least in the living room area. After talking with her, she had Georgia Power come out and check everything out in the meter base and all was good. He did tell her if this keeps happening they could monitor it for a little while to see if voltages are fluctuating. We checked the meter on our side and everything looked good with all connections being tight and no signs of burned or melted wires. We checked inside of the electrical panel and everything was also secure and functioning properly there. All breakers were in good shape, and there were no signs of any burned or melted wires. Arrived to address no cool. Customer stated that a storm knocked out one unit then the other followed a few days later. Upon inspection I found both fuses blown in the air handlers. Replacing the fuse got the upstairs unit up and running. The downstairs unit (#2) also has a blown transformer and blower motor. The transformer has a bad connection on the primary side causing it to not deliver power. I tested the system with a new tramsformer and power was transferred but the fuse blew as soon as it got the blower motor indicating a failing motor. Recommendations: -Replace transformer -Replace blower motor

Called out for toilet and tub and shower not draining properly. When either one is used bubbling is present and either the toilet or the shower or both. Pull the toilet to attempt to clear and found out that the flange was broken and the wax seal was bad. This is the most likely cause of the leak coming through the downstairs ceiling. Ran sewer machine to clear blockage of hair and wipes. Replaced toilet flange and installed a new toilet. Toilet and shower are draining properly. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

No cooling call, upon arrival customer stated that neither system was working Downstairs system, system is low on R-22 refrigerant, unit also has overamping compressor and condenser fan motor, system had bad run capacitor, blower motor is heavily impacted and very dirty, rewired condenser fan motor to dual capacitor, to get customer some cooling however system can fail at any point due to system being 23 years old, recommended replacing downstairs system. Downstairs system also has bad light switch, system is not cooling at this time. Install supervisor is scheduled for tomorrow 8-10AM Upstairs system Refrigerant levels look good, checked capacitor and capacitor is within tolerance rating, checked amp draw of compressor and compressor is pulling high amps on startup, recommended added hardstart kit to help extend life of compressor, blower wheel is dirty, condenser coil is very dirty, recommended cleaning condenser coil, flue pipe is also single wall, flue pipe should be double wall p

Add 3 dedicated 20amp circuits for garage garden

Came out today to complete one system HVAC no cool service call. Upon arrival, customer stated that the main floor and basement system were not working and is a zone system. At this time, customer approval system diagnostic. Upon full inspection, found that the outdoor compressor was over amping on startup and also running normally, the refrigerant pressures were extremely high, there was only a 12° Delta T at the furnace, the blower capacitor was below range and bad, the blower will was impacted, the evaporator coil was impacted from dirt and debris, the outdoor condenser coil was heavily impacted, his own system did not have a bypass. On today’s visit customer approved Band-Aid repair understanding there is no warranty backing this work due to the current condition and lack of maintenance done on the system. Upon completing everything on the Band-Aid repair tested system and found it is currently working better than it was when I originally got here, but compressor is still over camp

Came out today to repair gas leak located at the T near the furnace. Upon arrival spoke with previous tech and he explained where the leak was which I verified there was currently a leak. At this time, replace gas, T and reconnected all fittings and perform leak test on the entire gas system at this time there are new currently leaks on the gas system relet water heater. At this time system is now safe to operate.
