Customer had a toilet leaking from the base. I left options to replace or just pull and reset. They opted for replacement. After getting signatures I went and purchased a new toilet. Upon pulling the old toilet I noticed two things. Flange was too low, and water was holding inside the drain. I went into the crawlspace to inspect the plumbing. The line for the toilet was extremely back pitched. Due to the previous drain install for the master bathroom, the only solution is to repipe the drain line for the master bath room. Left estimates for that work. When I went to turn water back on to the home I noticed a wet spot in the yard. I let customer know about service leak and that the main valve and prv were in really back condition. Presented the option to fix and customer agreed. I will be sending estimates for a whole home water repipe and a new water service.

Customer called us out for multiple drains that were stopped up or draining slowly. The master bathroom upstairs was draining slowly whenever the shower was being operated. The toilet was also gurgling. I performed a thorough investigation to make sure this was not a main drain stoppage and it was not. I augered the toilet in the master bathroom and was successfully able to remove stoppage. I flushed several times and ran water to ensure everything was draining properly. I did snake the shower drain and also was successful at removing the stoppage. Shower is draining properly at this time. The customer just moved into this home two weeks ago and as a courtesy I also checked the upstairs left bathroom and made sure to auger the toilet, ensuring this toilet was also draining and flushing properly. Customer is very satisfied.

During our visit, a new 50 gallon gas water heater was installed in the laundry room. The old leaking tank was removed and hauled away. A customer supplied faucet was installed in the kitchen. The leaking drain was for the kitchen sink was replaced, along with the shutoff valves for the faucet. All repairs were tested for leaks after completion.

We came out today due to the A/C not working and at the thermostat it was reading “No power”. The customer agreed to the diagnostic and this is what was was found: -A/C Disconnect- Circuit # Unit had 240v line to line and 120v line to ground. But we noticed some issues inside and they are as followed: *The existing disconnect has rust on terminals *Enclosures bonding is corroded *Cable is missing a proper connector *Dust and debris inside. Although the was getting power the disconnect was in a bad shape and needed to be replaced which we supplied and installed a new 60 amp non fused disconnect. -Furnace Switching- Circuit # I noticed someone had removed the disconnecting switch for the furnace and made a very poor splice of the wires. After removing the wire nut you could see where only (2) wires were connecting along with the insulation melting due to heat. I tapped the wires together to see if the unit would come back on and it did. We completed the follow work below to correct

Removed existing 3 inch exhaust and fresh air piping for tankless water heater located in the garage. Original piping was not installed properly and was causing condensation to drip onto the exterior of the home. Technician hung new 2 inch PVC, fresh air and exhaust piping in the garage and ensured proper slope. A new electronic display was also sent directly from the manufacturer, as the old was not functioning properly. New display was successfully installed. Parameters were set back to their original settings on the Navien tankless water heater. All air was bled from the plumbing system to ensure proper tankless functionality. All work performed was tested for leaks and proper functionality. Work area was thoroughly cleaned up and payment was collected. THANK YOU for trusting T.E. Certified!!

The service looked to be a quality service. I have no doubt most of the items identified that need attention are pretty accurate. I do think your pricing to correct or update is too high on certain items. Cleaning the coils on the outside units being one of them.
