For this job, the customer stated they had a couple of issues. There was two hose bibs which were not working, the pressure to the home was to high, and the shut off for the hose Bibb under the kitchen sink would leak when turned on. The customer opted to go with option one to have all of these issues taken care of, and as a courtesy with no warranty I re sealed the shower drain in the master where a wet spot had shown up underneath in the living room. Troubleshooting Report Upon arrival today, it was reported that the circuit breaker was repeatedly tripping. I disconnected all appliances and loads from the affected circuit and reset the circuit breaker. The breaker remained engaged without tripping. I then began reconnecting the appliances one at a time to identify the source of the fault. The breaker continued to hold as the appliances were reconnected. A kettle was operated to place a heavier load on the circuit, and the breaker remained engaged without any issues. When the new refrigerator was plugged in, the circuit breaker tripped immediately. I inspected the receptacle, connections, and visible wiring associated with the refrigerator outlet and found no apparent issues. I then plugged the kettle into the same receptacle and operated it under load without causing the breaker to trip, further indicating that the receptacle and circuit wiring were functioning properly. Today I came out due to Rheem system not cooling. System is located in crawlspace servicing whole home. Upon arrival the outdoor unit was not receiving power. This was due to disconnect being burnt up and it tripped the breaker. I replaced disconnect box, stripped back burnt wiring, and system is back up and running. Condenser coils, evaporator coils, and blower wheel have debris built up on them. There is biological growth present on evaporator. After going over all options, customer is going to go with replacing the disconnect. It was a pleasure to meet you today and GO DAWGS!!

Removed and replaced a defective 3-way switch controlling the kitchen lighting. Installed a new compatible 3-way switch, secured all wiring connections, and tested the circuit to verify proper operation from both switch locations. Work was completed to restore safe and reliable operation of the kitchen lighting circuit.

Customer called us out today because she had cool Ray check out her AC and furnace and said that there was an electrical problem with the furnace. We got there did a troubleshoot and found that the breaker was not sending power through the breaker itself. I temporarily put it on another breaker and everything started working. We replaced the breaker with a 1515 Eaton BR tandem breaker. The furnace was running there’s a video attached of it running. The panel is a challenger panel. I informed the customer of this and left an estimate to swap out the panel.

Today I came out due to concerns with dryer vent exhaust being clogged. Customer stated they have a new dryer and each time it gets done with a load a message pops up saying there is 80% blockage. Dryer has not been drying properly as well. I cleaned out dryer exhaust and removed a significant amount of lint and some cloth fabric. I put everything back together and tested dryer on quick dry which lasted 10 minutes. As soon as it was done it read “Dry Done.” There are no blockages and dryer is operational at time of departure. It was a pleasure to meet y’all today and thanks for calling us out!

Completed repipe remodel for drain and water of split master bathroom. Inspection visit also done and passed during job.

We are called out today because the homeowner just purchased a new Tesla. He also purchased a Tesla wall connector. Today we installed a 60 amp circuit out of panel A to supply the new car charger.

Responded to the home to troubleshoot an AC system that was not operating. Upon inspection, found burned breakers and damage to the panel bus bar. Discussed the condition of the electrical panel with the homeowner and recommended panel replacement.   The homeowner also mentioned plans to add an EV charger in the future. Based on the existing electrical conditions and future electrical needs, provided an option for a service upgrade, new grounding system, smoke detectors to meet current applicable code requirements, and EV charger installation.   With the homeowner’s approval, completed the agreed-upon electrical work, including the service upgrade, grounding system, smoke detector installation, panel replacement, and EV charger installation. Tested the electrical system and installed equipment upon completion and confirmed proper operation.

Adding an 100 amp capacity sub panel in the garage fed out of main panel in house. Includes a 100 amp feed from main panel to garage sub panel. Taking the (5) existing circuits from main panel and installing in sub panel. Will require opening up Sheetrock in multiple locations. Adding (4) outlets in garage, (3) for existing lights and one exterior for 120 volt hot tub.

Today we Replaced a leaking garbage disposal under the kitchen sink with a new 1/2hp garbage disposal. Thank you!

Due to the leak being in the wrong area we wasn’t able to do the slab repair. Customer decided to do first floor repipe will start on Monday thanks for choosing TE Certified.

We will install a sub panel in the basement and move 4 circuits over to make room for the sauna and sub panel breakers. We will also add a surge protector for the sub panel. We will also install a new dedicated 30 amp circuit for the sauna and gfci protect it. We will also install a NEMA L5 30 amp outlet for the sauna.

We installed an outlet in the garage for the new refrigerator, we replaced a GFCI outlet in the laundry room, and we separated the neutrals in the main electrical panel

On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a leaking disposal. I took a look the disposal was leaking onto the cabinet. I wrote estimates to perform work and received approval. I replaced the old disposal with a new 3/4 hp disposal. In ran water and tested for leaks as well as doing a super cleanup. The homeowner is now happy and satisfied with the work completed.

Customer had several issues whenever we showed up to the property and one of the bathrooms. There was a 3 inch Kohler toilet that was leaking from the tank. Recommended rebuilding the tank. Of our sink in the kitchen had swapped supply lines so hot was coming out of cold and cold was coming out of hot. In the pool house there was a toilet handle in that bathroom that was bad. As well, the customer had two widespread faucets, one in the master and one in the downstairs half bath that were loose and stripped from underneath, causing them not to be able to be tightened back down to the cabinet. The customer agreed to our quote to rebuild the Kohler toilet with a 3 inch flush tower, and we also took care of the cross supply lines. After we came back from getting the parts for the toilet, we turned the water off, drained the toilet down and removed the tank and old supply line with then installed a new fill valve and flush tower and supply line after we reinstall the tank to the base, fille

No cool on the main level system, due to a lose wire in the thermostat. Y wire was disconnected inside the nest thermostat. Reconnected wire and cooling works. Also, installed back plate for nest thermostat (customer provided) and signed customer for home care maintenance, for both systems in the house. Inspected system. Checked pressures, amperage on motor and compressor, capacitors, drain lines, replaced filter (customer provided) and visual. Blower wheel is very dirty, system little low on Freon and heat exchanger is cracked. Furnace is 22 years old and ac 5. Due to the age and conditions of the furnace, the best option would be to upgrade the furnace and bring safety, comfort and efficiency back to the house. Customer denied any quote at this time, will do once starting to use the furnace. House had a flood and still under work inside.

We were called out today because the homeowner just had her floors finished. When the flooring company was here, they said that the dryer outlet was not working. They disconnected the dryer breaker and moved the dryer wire to a different breaker and everything was working for them. Today i performed a troubleshoot to figure out why the dryer outlet wasn’t working. When the dryer circuit was moved to a different breaker, it started up feeding out power. So today we disconnected the stove circuit because the drywall contractors covered up the junction box and the stove is now gas. While I was in the panel i noticed there were non-listed breakers, today we replaced those so the breakers are making a solid connection with the bus bar.

On today’s visit, we installed a Tesla charger supplied by the customer in the garage on the wall separating the two garage bays. We also installed a whole home surge protector and ran the circuit for a generator inlet kit. We are waiting for the generator inlet and the panel cover kit to come in before we can install.
