Condensate drain line was freezing up due to cold weather causing system to shut off. Reran drain line from pump to sewage line in basement. Installed a wet switch for drain pan and SS2 safety to secondary drain spot. While there we did a full inspection of system and informed customer of things needed to maintain healthy system.

Arrived on site and customer stated she had a leak on the main floor in the bathroom which flooded middle floor and below down the third floor in the basement. I went ahead and cut out some drywall near the bathroom where a waterline may have caused the issue, then went ahead and cut underneath the bathroom floor at the ceiling below the bathroom, which i was able to locate a failed waterline that fed the bathroom fixture. Customer had the house re-piped a couple years back so she opted to do a spot repair. Once repair was completed I went ahead and re-pressurized the home and replaced the section of the waterline.

Customer had leak in the crawl space from the toilet drain line due to the fitting not being pushed in enough allowing water to seep through very slowly. Replaced toilet flange and reworked the drain line in the crawl space. Pulled and reset toilet. After install I tested everything for leaks. For this job I came out and did a spot repair on a pinhole leak in the ceiling. I cut drywall and replaced a section of piping. Tested and checked for leaks and conducted a super clean up.

Troubleshoot why the lights dim occasionally and why the kitchen/garage keeps tripping.

Homeowner called us out to replace washer box and install ice maker for new fridge. We removed and installed a new washer box with isolation valves below. We also ran a new waterline for the newly installed ice maker box in pex piping. All work was tested and checked for leaks.

Customers front yard hose bib was actively dripping. Customer agreed to have the hose bib rebuilt. Pressure on the house was sixty p s I and the water heater is approaching ten years old. I turned the water off and allowed the line to drain. I then unscrewed the packing nut and then the stem itself and replaced the seal for the hose bib. After that, we turned the water back on and made sure everything was working appropriately with no leaks. Afterwards, I quoted and talked to the customer about their aging water heater. Provided and installed new 50 gallon Rheem electric water heater. Installed an extra anode rod inside the heater for extra tank life and warranty. Clear blockage Ran k400 cable in floor drain to clear blockage. Brought plastic wrap around cable head. Relieved drain and now all drains have proper flow. Charged card on file.

Redeviced two rooms, installed GFCI breaker on Car charger outlet and replaced non UL listed breakers for bedrooms and microwave. Since pipes in home were swapped to plastic. I installed new grounding system for home.

Today I ran a new dual-function protected circuit from the panel to the workshop. On that new circuit I wired and installed 5 new outlets. I also replaced an existing light with a new LED wafer light in the same room. I also moved one existing outlet on an existing circuit.

-New Location Lighting- In the master bedroom install (4) new location 6” wafer lights in the higher part of the tray ceiling. We will put templets on the ceiling before making any cuts to ensure placement is perfect for the homeowner. We will drop the ceiling fan and use the existing wire for the light kit for the wafers. Supply and install a new pico switch for light kit and wafers. Wire in (2) new location 4” led wafer lights above the bed in the lower part of the tray for reading lights. We will install a new box with a power supply and switch leg. We will also install a dimmer at no additional cost for these 4” wafers. As a courtesy we supplied and installed a dimmer at no additional cost due to scheduling issues. On the middle landing of the stairs we removed the existing sconce light and re located the switch leg up into a new box and installed the customer suppled picture light. -Ring Flood Light Camera- We wired in and installed (4) new Ring Floodlights around the home one

8 inch flex came lose from 3 way fitting. Flex not long enough. Installed 8 inch elbow and attached, sealed and secured ductwork. Checked operations.

For this job is that elite troubleshoot for the homeowner they have a(DIY irrigation system installed the teas off the main line up at the meter with no shut off valve circles the entire yard pressurized and tease back into the Watermain service just before the water main service penetration in front of the foundation wall since there’s no way to isolate the water main service from the irrigation. I recommended to the homeowner that they install isolation valves just off of where the irrigation ties into both points of the Watermain service once isolated. We may be able to do leak detection for them.

I was called out to Michael’s house for a sound issue with his system. Upon our arrival Michael let me know that when the system ramps up or down the system has a metal pinging sound. During the evaluation we discovered there are metal pipes being used in the wall which are likely causing the sound as the furnace is likely oversized and heating the pipes very quickly. Before we commit to repairing the system we should confirm what the correct application is so we don’t perform any unnecessary repairs.
