Performed 2 system inspection, all systems are operating properly. I made recommendations to improve the systems health and over functional performance. At this time they need time to decide if they want to move forward with repairs.

Replacement of transformer due to incompatibility of new photocell

I arrived to the customers home and they were experiencing a mainline blockage. I first ran a sewer camera to try and locate where their obstructed section of piping would fall and then tried running a cable machine to try and restore water flow temporarily. The camera was blurred by the line holding sewage, so I was unable to accurately identify what the obstruction was, but I was able to locate where the obstruction was in the piping. I then tried running a cable machine which was unsuccessful and kept binding up on what I believe to be tree roots. A sewer spot repair has been scheduled for today. work performed by TE certified will come with a lifetime warranty.

Today I came out to perform the task that needed to be done. I tested my work and showed the customer. Job is done. Customer is happy .

Run new circuit for tankless water heater on exterior of home, also extend existing circuit for receptacle for smart valve.

Added recess lighting and outlets

We arrived to find a Garbage disposal leaking at the bottom. We replaced the disposal. We also noticed signs of leakage at the seal on the trap. We replaced the end outlet waste and trap.

Install new exterior outlets

Replaced improper venting above water heater. Tested gas at customers request near the water heater to ensure that a recent repair by AGL was proper. Checked all gas in water heater closet with bubble test and found no leaks.

We tried replacing the transformer outlet and re installing 1 light to see if the landscape lights would work. They did not our next steps would be to replace the lights themselves. The wires in the ground are in good condition.

Homeowner has a leak in the ceiling for the main floor hall bathroom. The leak is coming from a 1/2” copper water line. The leak is coming through the subfloor from some point on the piping that is located upstairs. Upon further investigation, I found that the leak is on the cold water line for the upstairs hall bathroom’s vanity. Due to the location of the piping, the vanity will need to be pulled to gain access to the piping to actually make the repair. Behind the vanity on the adjacent wall is a tile shower, which backs up to a linen closet. The leak cannot be accessed through the drywall in the linen closet. The vanity is installed within European style plumbing, which cannot be reinstalled. The homeowner has been made aware of this, and is going to purchase a new vanity after the old vanity has been removed and the leak has been fixed. Doorbell not working, after troubleshooting turned back on, connected the doorbell for customer to WiFi and cellphone.

Costumer signed the estimate left on the las visit to replace the sewage ejector pump, tested for leaks, no issues

Add electrical box for light and replace fixture

Homeowner noticed a wet spot in the living room ceiling. The homeowners guest shower is above and was leaking from the cartridge when ran. Shut water off and removed the cartridge. Applied valve grease and replaced seats and springs. Installed new ball cartridge and secured. Turned water on and tested. Everything is working properly at this time.

Existing heated floor thermostat replacement no warranty

Called out to address a leaking garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. Upon arrival found that the garbage disposal is leaking from the body of the disposal, meaning that it would just need to be replaced. Gave the homeowner multiple options for either a half horsepower or a three-quarter horsepower garbage disposal. Homeowner agreed to go with the half horsepower and work was started. Began by shutting off the electrical to the garbage disposal. Removed old leaking garbage supposal and replace with a new half horsepower badger garbage disposal. Once work was complete, turn the power back on and tested for leaks and functionality. No leaks and the disposal is functioning properly. If I the homeowner that he has high pressure in the home and we would recommend replacing the PRV to regulate the pressure. The water heater is also original to the home and over 20 years old. Advised homeowner that we should do both the water heater and the PRV as a bundle to lower cost, and to be proactive.

Loss of power in front room. Rewired outlets in room to supply 20amp to needed areas.

Removed and replaced existing water heater, replaced 5 angle stops and two hose spigots. Tested and checked for leaks conducted a super clean up.

Home Inspection: Installed a new weather resistant outdoor outlet on the back patio.

Customer is getting a new fridge due to old one causing water damage. The fridge outlet needed to move to a specific location. I set a junction box near the floor and extended the wire to where the outlet is needed. I replaced the breaker with a dual function breaker. The outlet works properly.

Install a customer supplied floodlight

Homeowner had noticed a wet spot on the main floor ceiling. The master bathroom is above the wet spot. Cut open section of drywall and located a copper pinhole leak. Shut the water off at the street and drained system down. Cut out failed section of copper. Cleaned copper and installed new section and secured. Turned water on and purged air from the system. Everything is working properly at this time. Referred The Patch boys for the drywall repair

This job I conducted leak detection services as a TGL for original technician Jacob out of Kennesaw shop. During this investigation, I observed that the homeowner has an irrigation system that they have shut off in different zones because no master irrigation valve exists about 5 inches in front of the meter tease off the main PVC line via shark bite and transitions from pecks 90s down the left side of the driveway and transitions into PVC to feed the irrigation system. I advised the homeowner that since they don’t use the system they should have this line capped. I discovered the leak about 10 feet off the meter in the left side of the yard on a hill to the left of the driveway area has been marked with flag.

Installed dishwasher outlet and gfci protected circuit. Dishwasher already has appliance cord and the appliance tech will plug the new one in.
