We came out today and wired in a new 6/6/8 circuit for a new location Tesla Charger in the garage. We supplied and installed a new breaker for the car charger along with providing and installing a new Tesla Magic Dock. In the office room we supplied and installed new duplex receptacles along with a GFCI and one duplex in the garage. We supplied and installed a whole home surge protector with a new flush mount kit.

Jim called us out to his home today because he wanted a bath fan and his bathroom. He expressed how he did not like how the only ventilation was the window. So today we installed a new bathroom fan in the master bathroom. We also installed the vent to outside.

HVAC was here installing new units, and when they went to turn off the breaker, the breaker arced and the main breaker arced. I inspected the sub panel and found the main breaker and the furnace breaker had poor connections on the bus bar and were arcing. The bus bar is not burnt luckily. I replaced the breaker and everything is now working properly

Return trip to install the plugmold outlets and under cabinet lighting for the kitchen

Trench new water, main service from existing meter through yard to sidewalk in front of home sawcut sidewalk to gain access to foundation penetration at water main service sleeve new pipe through foundation, penetration and tie into existing plumbing system inside garage install new watts 25AUBPRV. Test system filling trench cleanup. Installation: Trenched new waterline through front yard. Removed section of sidewalk to access new penetration made inside of garage. Installed new hdpe water main, whole home shut off valve and PRV. We thoroughly tested the waterline, ensuring no leaks. Set house pressure to 65 psi. We then backfilled and cleaned up work areas.

Tech arrived on site and found that the customer had reset their thermostat to factory settings The technician reprogrammed the thermostat correctly and tested their unit ensuring proper operation Further inspection will be done on the HomeCare visit

Added circuits for future basement remodel

Installed disposal for laundry sink in laundry room. Installed trim kit, including shower plate, handle, tub spout, toe drain, and shower head in the hall guest bathroom. All work was tested and checked for leaks.

For this job I did a leak troubleshoot for homeowner missed Alan Thology, once I isolated the water main service from the main irrigation valve just in front of the meter, the water meter stop spinning. Miss Allen advised me that they had leaks on the irrigation system before and it appears they still do.

Completed install of tankless water heater. Installed with new 1inch gas line, new condensation drain, new T&P, new recirculating line, new exhaust and air intake. Restored water and tested for no leaks and proper function.

Wire sauna

For this job, the customer stated that they had a leak under the kitchen sink, and an upstairs toilet which was not flushing properly. After diagnosing the leak was coming from the kitchen faucet which we replaced. The toilet was not flushing due to a low water level in the tank, and a flapper which was not opening far enough to allow water to go from the tank to the bowl. We replaced both the flapper, and fill valve, with no warranty due to the style of toilet which does not allow a lot of water per flush. We performed work, cleaned up, and tested everything. Installed 2 duplex receptacles for a doorbell and chime kit provided by the customer, existing box was already 2 gang box and was the reason for two receptacles.

We troubleshot the ceiling fan on the screen in porch, not working and found that the fan has gone bad and needs to be replaced. We relocated a couple of outlets in the basement and put them in the unfinished area. And we remove that wire from an oversized breaker and attached it to a correctly sized and safe breaker.

Installed two customer supplied widespread lavatory faucets and customer supplied toilet in upstairs bathroom. Toilet flange was too high and cracked so replacement was necessary. Replaced toilet flange with a new one. Installed customer supplies trim kit in shower as well Tested all work and everything is working as it should at this time Thanks for choosing TE Certified

I was called out to perform the quoted repairs for the recovery and OR systems.

Picked up the material from Apex Supply Marietta. Arrived at the customer’s home to complete quoted repairs. Installed a collar on the 10” return duct that is not connected. Secured the duct to the return plenum with screws and silver tape. Took apart the outdoor unit and rinsed it off with water. Removed leaves and debris from inside the outdoor unit. Cleaned the condenser coils with condenser coil cleaner and put the unit back together. While here, the customer mentioned an exposed wire at the outdoor unit. Quoted to perform the repair and got approval from the customer during today’s visit. Removed the old frayed outdoor unit wire. Ran a brand new thermostat wire between the furnace and condenser. Tested operation to ensure everything functions properly. Reported findings to the customer.

Arrived on site and installed a kitchen faucet sprayer with two new angle stops. I also replaced a bathroom faucet in the bathroom as well as the two angle stops. Once I replaced the angle stops I turned the water back on to the house and checked for leaks. Once I confirmed angle stops were secured I then tied in my supply lines and tested my faucets. I ran water at each faucet to ensure both faucets were installed with no issues.

For this Job I worked on kitchen lights that were flickering, checked voltage at both the meter and the panel. After checking the panel and the breakers more we came to the conclusion that b phase was having an effect on the breaker across from it. So I moved the breaker so it could be on a different phase and solved the flickering light.

Performed thermostat installation, homeowner provided an ecobee thermostat. After installation, I test tested heating and cooling on the system, at this time the system is operating properly.
