HVAC, Plumber & Electrical FAQs
The average cost to replace an electrical panel ranges from $1,595 - $3,000 depending on the amperage. The higher the amperage needed the more expensive the new electrical panel would be. Amp replacement is necessary when the existing system cannot be upgraded to meet new standard needs or when there is a safety risk to the existing system.
Tankless water heater cost in Marietta ranges from $1,500 to $5,000 depending on the size and type of the water heater being installed. Tankless water heaters have a higher initial price compared to tank heaters because of a more labor-intensive set-up if new gas and water lines are required for installation. For electrical tankless heaters, new electric wiring will probably not be needed for installation in most cases.
If you're experiencing AC not cooling your Marietta area home while the system is powered on, you could have a clogged or blocked coil. Unfortunately, a wide variety of debris can find its way into this equipment, including grass, dirt, and other contaminants. This can result in a serious clog, which can lead to a system malfunction. The best way to prevent this is with regular AC cleaning and maintenance visits.

Job Locations and Reviews
For this job, we installed two USB outlets behind two TVs and installed two flood lights.
They both did a great job!!
Replaced bulbs in lights on back deck. Did a ballast bypass on the kitchen light. Rewired a 3 way switch in the stairway.
We installed a new halo five whole home water filtration system. We also installed a new Prv to tend to the customers pressure issues.
Arrived on site to rerun the water lines for the kitchen area and to install a new PRV and shut off. We went ahead and re ran the kitchen sink, ice box machine , backyard hose spigot, and installed the Prv in the front side of the garage. While we still ran the kitchen sink lines outside in the build out area underneath the kitchen , we stuffed some of the insulation back as well as insulated the actual water lines both hot and cold . We also installed dedicated shut offs for the kitchen area to drain the lines. I informed the customer per our original arrangement that the area would need additional insulation in the build out area. Once we completed our new lines we turned the water on , adjusted the PRV to 65 psi and checked our work areas. We also installed a ball valve for the side hose bib that had no valve on it for winterization.
Agustin went above and beyond what we were originally quoted for. He walked me through the changes he made and breathed new life into our plumbing. Great guy. Great work.
Arrived on site to address some airflow imbalanced upstairs. There is a specific room that is very cold in the winter and warm in the summer. We looked through the equipment, layout, and design to get a holistic interpretation of what may be the cause. They did explain that this has been an occurrence for about a decade, when they bought the house. We did find duct work connected and unobstructed without kinks or any major concerns. The upstairs hallway is very warm due to it being open to the entry and the downstairs, there is no return near the entry and heat gets trapped at the top of the staircase. Also in that hallway is the water heater which is radiating more heat than expected. The room in question almost always has the door closed and is the furthest from the thermostat also. We did feel a draft coming from the window with failed seals and the condensation in the windows indicated some insulation failures in the window. All this containing to the temperature discrepancy. We sp
Call out to address loose shower handles in the master bathroom. Upon arrival found that it was a to handle shower that the handles were extremely loose from not being mounted behind the wall. Advised homeowner that the shower valve would need to be replaced with a single handle shower valve. Also advise the homeowner that the expansion tank on the water heater needed to be mounted per code requirements. Gave homeowner options for all necessary repairs. I wanna agreed to replace the shower valve and to get the expansion tank mounted to the wall. Work was started by shutting off water to the home and draining the system. Once water was drained, began by removing old expansion tank and installed a new wall-mounted expansion tank. In the master shower began by removing the old shower valve and cutting a section of tile in the center in order for the new single handle valve to sit in. Cut on the wall behind the shower to gain access to install the new shower valve. Installed a new single H
Run dryer vent from downstairs to outside brick wall . Installed dryer vent system.
excellent service
Homeowner called us out due to tub spout constantly dripping and toilet running in guest bathroom. We ended up replacing the shower cartridge, pulling and resetting the toilet as well as replacing the toilet drain 90 with a new flange. We also flushed the water heater. All work was tested and checked for leaks.
Customer had a leak coming from the second level hall bathroom. After inspecting under the cabinet, I found that the drain was loose in the wall. I cut open the back side of the wall and found that the 3” tee had broken on the side outlet. The entire vertical section of pipe had moved down enough to crack the fitting. I then cut open the ceiling below to add strapping the the line. I found that the 90 degree elbow in the ceiling had also failed at the glue Joint. I replace the bottom 90, strapped the pipe to have pitch, installed a new 3x2 tee, reconnected the trap arm, and used a husky band to reconnect to vent. I tested all work and found no leaks or other issues. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Arrived for no heat on 2nd floor 90% Trane furnace. Furnace had no displayed error codes, proceeded to check gas components and electrical. Found water inside inducer motor and sediment trap is full. Evap coil drainline is tied into furnace drain and is ran outside and due to current weather it has frozone. Spoke with homeowner over the phone and they have approved of repairs. Re-ran condensate lines and added condensate pump. Tied pump drainline into the plumbing line to prevent any additional issues. Homeowner does not have wet switch. Recommend installing proper flood protection. Waived initial service. Homeowner has decided to sign up for 3sys HomeCare. Did not complete Homecare today, that will have to be scheduled for a later date.
Arrived to check on a system recently installed by TE. Client said heat stopped yesterday and dropped down to 55 inside. Upon arrival today the thermostat was satisfied at 72 without any faults or failures. I tested all operations of the system and found no concerning signs. Due to the way the drain line was ran it’s possible that when temperatures dropped the drain line froze. It was draining and we cleaned it today and found no obstructions at all. Both units have free drainage. Filters were clean, all mechanical components were within manufactured specifications. We signed up for Homecare to get warranties fully intact. System fully operational up and downstairs without failures. Call complete.
Replaced humidifier canister Replaced humidifier circuit board under warranty
For this job, we installed a ring doorbell and a ring flood light.
How far one system home care today. Tested all electrical components on indoor system. I changed customers dirty filter. I also installed an Iwave today and tested functions. Customers drain line was clogged. I poured chemical and flush 2 gallons of water into the drain line and tested it twice. It is functioning well now. I also got great temp rise readings. System is heating and performing well at this time. There are no issues. Customer is happy.
The repairmen did a wonderful job, were on time and ready to take care of our problem. The price they charged was fair and they worked quickly.
Replaced the living room outlet and checked the rest of the circuit out to verify no other issues were present and we also did a home inspection.
Arrived on site to help client change filters. The filter rack is tough to get to and the filter isn’t easy to change. We spoke about Homecare and got signed up today for the maintenance program. We looked through and tested all equipment to confirm normal operation. No faults or failures found. System is safe, clean and is performing within manufactured specifications at this time. Call complete.

Removed the toilet flange and installed a wing nut plug allowing flowing to be completed. Concrete will have to be poured back once inspection is completed. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Customer states master bedroom system is not working. Checked system out which we found an error code flashing as external lockout. Went through heating sequence which gas valve never opened up. Checked voltage to plug and has 24V so determined gas valve not working. Checked heat exchanger on furnace as well but nothing was found. List of the following estimates are needing to be done for master bedroom system Customer stated that the basement system went out as well so we checked that which the wet switch was tripped due to basement floor having moisture. Cleaned it off and let it dry and reset it. Also checked heat exchanger on this system and found nothing. Turned system back on and everything is running on basement system. List of the following estimates are needing to be done for basement system
Customers toilet wouldn’t stop filling up so they shut the water off. We found out the flush tower was bad so we replaced it and problem was resolved.
For this job, I troubleshot bathroom outlets that weren’t working
We replaced the aging Rheem 50 gallon standard 6 year water heater to address the browning water issue. We went back with a new 10 year Rheem water heater in combination with a new Grundfos UP 10 Recirc pump along side a halo 9 ionizer.
Customer wanted a gas line installed for a gas grill in the back yard. We dug a trench 20 feet long and 18 inch’s deep for the gas line. We put tracer wire down next to the 1/2 inch yellow poly and had X risers coming out on each end. We backfilled the trench and put sight tubes in the ground for the inspector. We filled the line with 15 psi of air and it is holding. Gas line is ready for inspection.
No heat main floor. Found operating. Ecobee stated system had been operating for over two hours with temperature decreasing. Inspected system and found furnace had compromised heat exchanger, cracked inducer motor. Blower motor shaft has excessive wear. Also, return plenum and furnace are not sealed, allowing cold attic air to enter the system. Due to age of system and cost of repairs, an appointment was set with install supervisor.
