Customer has another leak on P. E! X in the utility space in the basement. Customer agreed to our quote to do a repair. Water was already off to the home. Performed repair and slowly turn the water back on to the.Residence. No leaks. We are scheduled the week of december First, through the fifth to repipe the home. This is being financed and the amount that was paid today($342) for this repair will be taken off of the total repipe cost when we do the repipe. For this job, we capped of the gas line for the fire place. We tested with leak detection for any leaks, and cleaned up.

The customer noticed the breaker controlling the washing machine circuit #2 was not working. I tested the breaker and found 6 blinks indicating that the safety feature had failed. We replaced the the breaker with a new one and tested it. We verified the amperage requirement of the unit and it is 10 amps. When we returned again we found that the kitchen counter top receptacles breaker was tripped and the breaker flashed 6 blinks. I made the customer aware that it is suggested to have all the breakers replaced with newer Gen 7 breakers.

Re-located the oven junction higher in the cabinet and removed the old whip for previous oven and installed a GFCI Breaker to protect the new equipment.

Water heater flush. Spoke with customer about repipe due to multiple pinholes over the years. Looking to get repairs done early next spring. Will quote then. Also talked an about installing a filtration unit at the time of the repipe.

For this job, we replaced 3 bathroom faucets in the home. One wide spread faucet in the guest bathroom off of the kitchen. The other two in the master bathroom. We also as a courtesy fixed one handle on the Roman tub valve in the master bathroom, and fixed one pop up assembly in the upstairs guest bathroom. Once complete we cleaned up, and tested our work. Signed the customer up for a 3 system Homecare plan. Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on all 3 HVAC systems in the home (upstairs, main floor and basement). Tested heating, cooling and auxillary heating from the thermostats. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Checked and replaced the 1” air filters. Reported findings to the customer.

Service visit on Generac 26kw standby generator

Greg called us out to home because geek squad mounted his tv and he was tired of seeing the cords.

Perform heat exchanger replacement on the upstairs system, tested operations with gas heat adjusted gas pressures to manufacturer specifications also ran a carbon monoxide test to ensure that there is no carbon monoxide present in the home. At this time, the system is operating properly.

Customer called us out for a back up in the master bathroom. On arrival I tested the shower and sinks. The sinks started to gurgle but not the toilet. I recommended running a tub gun through the shower drain to clear the blockage. Customer agreed. I ran the tub gun through the shower and successfully cleared the blockage. I tested the drain by running the shower and sinks. I then cleaned the shower. Customer did have cast-iron outside but wanted to call us out on a later date.

Connect mainline that was put in from a different company outside by tying in the waterlines at the meter and drilling through a new penetration point into the garage where the mainline is located will be located in the garage next to the water heater and running behind the water heater which I will have to temporarily remove for access, connecting back to the plumbing system.

2 System Inspection Cycled each system through heat and cool from the thermostat. Changed both 1 inch filters, flushed drain lines with 2 gallons of hot water, took temperature readings at indoor equipment, inspected heat exchangers, blower motors, and coils. Checked and tightened all electrical connections, used multimeter to check all motors, power enhancers, and high wear components. The main level system is right at 15 years old and has some major concerns regarding the Gas Furnace. There are multiple cracks and small rust holes In the Heat Exchanger. The blower wheel is dirty/impacted with debris, which is reducing air flow across the heat exchanger and coil. The inducer motor is over amping, the hot surface igniter is weak and failing, the flame rectifier is also weak and reading below manufacture parameters, and the condensation pump ran for over 15 minutes trying to pump out water. During our visit, a new waste and overflow was installed for the upstairs bathtub. The old brass and copper drain was rotted out causing it to leak immediately after turning the water on. Drywall had to be removed in the upstairs bedroom closet to access the backside of the bathtub. Also had to cut a few inches from the ceiling downstairs that was already open. New pvc fittings and pipe were installed along with a new chrome trim. The old cast iron p- trap was also replaced. The tub was filled up to the overflow to test for leaks.
