Only System - Not cooling System not cooling due to multiple issues, some age related. This is a 16 year old furnace paired with a 13 year old ac. The ac wire from the furnace to the outdoor unit is broken. The system is low on R410a refrigerant due to a refrigerant leak at the condenser coil. The electromagnetic contactor is burnt and pitted causing a loud buzzing sound. The condenser coil is extremely dirty and this coil being dirty is the only reason the system doesn’t freeze within minutes of running. The compressor is over amping and exceeding the LRA rating (Locked Rotor Amps). The condenser fan motor is also over amping and is very noisy due to the motor has leaked out all of its oil and the main bearing is worn. The furnace has multiple cracks in the heat exchanger, this is a safety concern. The blower wheel is dirty and the blower motor is over amping and not reaching full RPM and the high limit is burnt and discolored. There is also rust and water spots on the heat exchanger

This option is the top package, flip and replace main electrical panel with a 42 space qo panel, home is on a 300 amp service with updated grounding. Home has battery smokes throughout home already. Homeowner is aware of smoke detectors situation. With this option we will work on the master bedroom outlet so they are half switched and half constant power if existing wiring allows. We will also install dual function breakers on every 120v circuit to update afci and gfci protection.

Returned to pressure test system. Before attaching my gauges the service ports were checked for leaks. It was found that the suction line ports was leaking from the valve core. I proceeded to pressure test the system. System held pressure for 30 minutes. I vacuumed system, replaced cores and adjust refrigerant levels. System is back cooling normally.

Replaced main water line. Installed new meter nipple and dual check valve at meter. Installed meter box with main shut off valve and irrigation valve. Sleeved new main line. Connected at the house. Tested and everything is working

Today we were called out to take a look at two running toilets. Both the half bathroom toilet and the office bathroom toilet were running due to failed fill valves. Both flappers were also warping. We explained that the toilet shutoffs were plastic with integrated supply lines, and that these were not reliable shutoff valves or supply lines. We presented an option to replace both shutoff valves, and supply lines with brass shutoff valves and braided stainless supply lines, but the customer decided to leave them in place for the time being, but agreed to have us perform the necessary toilet repairman We replaced each fill valve and flapper, tested our work, and cleaned up after ourselves. Upon arrival the homeowners showed me their disposal leaking from top seal. This happened due to the disposal’s initial installation was improper. I replaced the disposal brand new which included new seals. All work was tested and checked for leaks.

Upon arrival we met with the customer who directed us to the kitchen sink with complaints of it not draining. Upon inspection we found all drains under house are cast iron. We informed the customer, she declined a supervisor, we then informed her of cast iron issues, offered a supervisor again, customer declined. We performed drain clearing with flex shaft. Tested to ensure proper flow. No leaks or errors at this time. Perform sink drain cleaning with cable machine. Clear sink drain only. Does not include repairs or main line cleaning. No warranty on drain cleaning.

On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with 4 tubs and a shower drain that was slow to drain. I took a look and wrote estimates to perform work. I snaked the shower drain and removed hair from the rest of the tub drains. The drains are now flowing fine. I ran water in each tub and shower to verify restoration of flow as well as doing a super clean up.

Customers, master bathroom shower was not mixing hot and cold water very well. This was because the handle was not making very good contact with the spindle. Outside of replacing the shower valve itself, which was brought up in discussion. It was also brought up in discussion to just simply shave the brass handle down so that I would no longer make contact with the trim plate. We were able to verify that it was indeed the handle. By removing the trim plate and showing the customer that it does mix appropriately. After removing the trim plate. Customer agreed to our quote. We removed the trim plate and handle. A cut roughly a quarter of an inch off of the backside of the handle and cleaned up and removed burs afterwards, I installed the trim plate and handle back and then caulked and sealed the trim plate. Installed 3 customer supplied fixtures. One in upstairs hall, one in living, and one in’s dining room. 2 out of 3 boxes required fan rated box installation. And one dimmer was replaced as a single pole toggle switch in the dining room.

Today service I repaired 2 inch PVC pipe that had a leak in the 90 degree fitting that was likely caused two to age of the solvent glue that dry rotted and leaked into the garage ceiling. Replaced with new piping and new fittings and test work to ensure that it is no longer leaking. Work is complete and thank you for choosing TE certified.

For this job, the Installation of four new customer-provided wall sconce light fixtures was completed from scratch. The installation required running a new switch leg to each sconce location and routing the new wiring back to a newly installed three-gang electrical box. The four new sconces are now controlled from the new three-gang box using a company-provided dimmer switch, providing proper and convenient control of the lighting. Because this installation constitutes new electrical work, the newly installed circuit was TE certified as required and connected to a dual-function AFCI/GFCI breaker. This protective device is designed to detect potentially hazardous arc faults and ground faults before they can develop into a dangerous condition. A new customer-provided chandelier was also installed in the master bedroom. All newly installed light fixtures and associated controls were tested and verified to be operating properly. Only 1 system on site, no longer a 2 system program. Arrived to complete a Homecare for a 2010 carrier system. We changed the 4” filter, flushed the drain lines and completed a full operations check. We checked motors, airflow compressors, heat exchanger and made sure the system was safe and without fault. Clients asked me not to run the furnace due to the cracked heat exchanger. They have a family friend replacing their furnace soon. We discussed the failing capacitor, failing condensate pump, duct work, and humidification. Estimates emailed, system fully operational upon completion.

Ev installation

Upon arrival we met with the customer who informed us of a sink in the master bathroom that does not drain well. Her secondary complaint was of the upstairs bathroom toilet not flushing well. Upon inspection of the toilet we found no errors with it or the flush, just a lack of flushing power due to the make and model of the toilet. Concerning the sink, upon inspection we found that customer used a variation of Draino this morning. We informed customer of the policy to not do work on any pipes with acidic cleaner used in the past 24hrs, however we felt comfortable removing drain pop up and clearing from there. Upon completion of hand clearing we had the customer come and inspect the sink to ensure it was flowing properly, customer approved. Work area was cleaned thoroughly, no leaks or errors at this time. Perform draining clearing on sink drain and trap. Drain clear trap only. Does not include repairs, branch or main line clearing. No warranty on drain clearing. Includes one bottle

Customer called us out for a sewer smell in the master bathroom and the basement bathroom. For the master bathroom they said the smell was mainly happening when the shower was being ran. I ran the shower hole we went and checked the basement. The basement happens randomly and the shower is seldomly used. I recommended ensuring the trap stays filled with water by running it briefly once a week. We then went back to the master bathroom shower and found that it only smelled in the shower itself. I checked the trap and it was filled with gunk. I recommended clearing the line with a flex shaft and scrapping the edge of the line. The customer agreed I ran the flex shaft down the line and scrapped the edges leaving a clean drain pipe. I cleaned up throughly and tested the line. Could not smell anything after running the shower for awhile.

Performed spring maintenance on whole home system. Inspected filter, checked blower wheel for built up dirt/dust, cleaned flame sensor, cleared inducer port, tested hot surface igniter, took delta Ts, cleared drain line, tested safety switch, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, checked refrigerant pressures, and monitored systems operations.

Technician replaced kitchen faucet with customer supplied faucet. Old faucet was removed and new one was installed. Recirculation pump on water heater was replaced due to old one having mineral deposits and not providing hot water throughout the home. All connections were tested and verified no leaks were present.
