Replaced the living room outlet and checked the rest of the circuit out to verify no other issues were present and we also did a home inspection.

Roughed in new shower valve and diverter. Relocated the shower drain in the slab. Capped the water and drain lines serving the old shower and removed the shower valve from the wall. Removed the toilet flange and installed a wing nut plug allowing flowing to be completed. Concrete will have to be poured back once inspection is completed. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Customer states master bedroom system is not working. Checked system out which we found an error code flashing as external lockout. Went through heating sequence which gas valve never opened up. Checked voltage to plug and has 24V so determined gas valve not working. Checked heat exchanger on furnace as well but nothing was found. List of the following estimates are needing to be done for master bedroom system Customer stated that the basement system went out as well so we checked that which the wet switch was tripped due to basement floor having moisture. Cleaned it off and let it dry and reset it. Also checked heat exchanger on this system and found nothing. Turned system back on and everything is running on basement system. Customers toilet wouldn’t stop filling up so they shut the water off. We found out the flush tower was bad so we replaced it and problem was resolved.

For this job, I troubleshot bathroom outlets that weren’t working

We replaced the aging Rheem 50 gallon standard 6 year water heater to address the browning water issue. We went back with a new 10 year Rheem water heater in combination with a new Grundfos UP 10 Recirc pump along side a halo 9 ionizer.

Customer wanted a gas line installed for a gas grill in the back yard. We dug a trench 20 feet long and 18 inch’s deep for the gas line. We put tracer wire down next to the 1/2 inch yellow poly and had X risers coming out on each end. We backfilled the trench and put sight tubes in the ground for the inspector. We filled the line with 15 psi of air and it is holding. Gas line is ready for inspection.

No heat main floor. Found operating. Ecobee stated system had been operating for over two hours with temperature decreasing. Inspected system and found furnace had compromised heat exchanger, cracked inducer motor. Blower motor shaft has excessive wear. Also, return plenum and furnace are not sealed, allowing cold attic air to enter the system. Due to age of system and cost of repairs, an appointment was set with install supervisor.

Replace 40 gallon gas water heater with 50 gallon gas water heater (10 year manufacturer warranty) replace PRV and main shut off valve to home, replace gas line to water heater

Replaced the faulty 3-way switch in the mud room and preemptively replaced the other end of the 3-way switch as well as removed the broken bulb and installed a new bulb in the owners suite shower.

Replaced faulty breakers

Arrived to install Apco -X Ultra and Purity low profile polarized 20x25 filter. Wired in new transformer for Apco and tested operation. Installed polarized filter wired into furnace board low voltage. Tested each component independently and together. System is fully operational at time of service.

Provide and install Grundfos Alpha comfort system recirculating pump on water heater outlet with (1) crossover tee at customer-specified location. Does not include new electrical outlet if necessary. After intsall I pressurized the system, bleed the air, and tested for leaks and proper function. Walked customer through grundfos app set up. Everything is working the way it should. Tech was out for heat. Checked and tested system found DAT SENSOR in the incorrect spot. DAT SENSOR was installed at the bypass return. Checked heat exchanger ( passed ) . gas pressures where not set. Gas pressures 3.9 . No safety switch’s on evaporator coil. Cap is 3.0 rated at 5. Cap is needing to be replaced. Blower wheel is dirty needing to be cleaned. Zone system is a Honeywell , dampers are apirl aire .tech checked zone damper none was sticking both are opening and closing as they should. Drain line needing to be cleared to verify drain line is not clogged no wet switch in drain pan. Spoke with customer about issues. Customer went with option 1. Tech did the following relocated DAT SENSOR to supply plenum. Set gas pressures to 3.2 Replaced cap with new 5 mf. Added evaporator safety switch. Tested all repairs before leaving. At this time system is operating.

Installed Inducer motor out of warranty Upon start up technician found a high temp split caused high static pressures Technician explained to the customer that if any major repairs are needed in the future that replacement is recommended over repairs and that ductwork modifications are needed for the unit to work properly

Pulled toilet in powder room. Due to condition of flooring and the customer replacing the flooring we decided to cap the drain line and then once flooring is scheduled we need to come out before to cut flooring open and replace riser. Outside pipe flange and underneath is not accessible so this is the best option

Reroute wires and install boxes and costumer supply switches and outlet

Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the upstairs master bathroom. On arrival there was a closet auger that was stuck in the toilet. We removed the closet auger and a disposable vape came with. We tested the toilet and it was running well.

Rebuild customer shower valve with customer supplied parts customer mad still need a new balancer due to the new one being defected. Will return if need to swap out balance as a courtesy. No other issues found at this time thanks for choosing TE Certified.

No power in bathroom

Installed a dedicated quad outlet in the basement for a recirculating pump with a GFI breaker, installed a quad in the closet for a vacuum charger, a switch and light in the closet on a dual function breaker.

We would replace the current leaking perforated 50 gallon water heater with a new 50 gallon 10 yr Rheem.
