Customer having issues with washer leaking outside. Opened up wall to diagnose issue. Drain line was all cast iron and it was clogged causing washer to back up and drain outside. Replace drain line to washer and installed new washer box. The waterlines are not warrantied due to this washer box being on an outside wall. Customer is responsible for putting back Sheetrock

Flood light project

System not heating due to condensation pump failed. Pump is under warranty tech , cleaned up water installed new pump . Tested equipment found that condensate tubing is needing to be replaced due to steam humidifier water run off is causing tubing to freeze. Spoke with customer about issues. Customer wants the tubing done tomorrow. Between 2-5 Run new tubing for condensation pump to existing waste drain line. At this time system is heating .

No heat upstairs. It’s a 90% furnace and draft inducer motor making noise and full of water. Removed motor and water inside and installed back in place. Drain line is clear and so the flue pipe pvc. System works normally. Let it ran for a while with no issues. Draft inducer motor has high amperage of 2.48 amps and it shouldn’t be higher than 2.35 amps . Also, it’s starting to make noise and getting hot. System is heating at this time, but, if it happens again, draft inducer motor will need to be replaced. Sent estimates for the repair. No other issues at this visit. Also, recommend to sign up for home care and have us taking care of the 3 hvac systems in the house and customer has a free whole house electrical and plumbing inspection.

Install a new 20 amp circuit for the oven. Install tandem breakers to make room. Install correct size breaker for the cooktop and install Polaris lugs for cooktop junction.

Installed new customer provided gas shutoff for stove. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.

We performed a whole house redevice

Homeowner has a Kohler cimarron toilet with a broken refill tube. I replaced the refill tube with a new OEM refill tube. I also replaced the gasket for the flush piston. I replaced the fill valve and supply line. The stop valve for the toilet was an old 1/2” outlet stop valve that was seized. I replaced it at no charge as the homeowner recently had TE replace both her water heater and AC Unit in April of this year. I pressurized the system and tested for leaks. I found no leaks. I flushed the toilet about 10 times to make sure it is working as intended. The water pressure in the house is 60 PSI.

During our visit, the customer mentioned he recently had an error code on his hybrid water heater. The code that was present was A101. I spoke with the customer and let him know that I needed to do a troubleshoot on the unit to figure what needed to be done. After inspecting the unit and speaking with Rheem, they recommended that the suction thermistor sensor gets replaced. I had the part ordered through Rheem. The customer will get an email from fedex once the part ships. This water heater is outside of the labor warranty. The customer will be responsible for labor cost. An estimate was created for when the part arrives.

Customer had a outlet that was burnt and we replaced it.

Install new light fixtures.

Customer called us out for a slow draining shower in master bathroom and low water pressure in the kids bathroom shower. I inspected the master bathroom and saw that the drain had lots of limescale build up. I recommended cleaning it out with a tub gun. Customer agreed. For the kids bathroom shower it appeared to be partially blocked. I recommended removing the head and cleaning out the aerator. Customer agreed. I removed the shower drain cover in the master and scraped the sides of the pipe of all lime scaling. I then ran the tub gun down to clear the remainder of the pipe of any lime scaling. I cleaned up the area and tested for drainage. For the kids bathroom I removed the shower head and cleaned out all the plumbers tape around the aerator. I then retapped the pipe and put the head back on. Tested the head and it worked well.

Utilize sewer camera to inspect sewer line through exterior, accessible cleanout. Covers up to 200', or as far as camera head is able to reach. L1 LOCATION:basement clean out Gas line repair 3/4" or less . Assess appropriate fittings to make repair, remove failed section of piping and replace with new using proper connectors, test for leaks and clean up work area. L3 LOCATION:gas supply to furnace

Repaired a half inch copper waterline that had a pinhole leak. After repair, I tested to ensure there were no more leaks.

Add a dedicated circuit for the new Oven.

For this job I replaced a 40 gallon gas heater with a new 50 gallon gas Rheem water heater up to code. Also replaced Prv, shut off, ran new gas line and re worked vent above heater. Tested for leaks and cleaned up area

I was called out to Jeff’s house to install his thermostat.

This option is a kitchen Redevice to white, we will replace breaker in panel to a gfi breaker (2) for kitchen outlets and replace with white devices. The dishwasher is also capped off so we will locate breaker, replace with gfi breaker and install outlet below sink, replace disposal breaker as well and install gfi breaker These are recommended items, a whole home surge protector install with relabeling panel

Bryan call us out to his home because his microwave breaker kept tripping as well as his kitchen countertop outlets. Let’s walking through the job with Bryan I noticed all his kitchen countertop outlets were on one circuit. To fix his issue I ran an another circuit two his second kitchen counter top outlets. I also replaced his microwave breaker.

Call out to address a slow filling toilet on the main floor powder room. Gave the homeowner the option to replace the fill valve. Homeowner agreed and work with started. Started by shutting off water supply to the toilet and draining the water. Removed old fill valve and replace with a new fill valve. Once I work was complete, reintroduce water to the system and tested for leaks and functionality. No leaks and fill valve is working properly. Performed one system HVAC inspection today. I’ll educate customer on the home. Care plan in all of its benefits, but customer denied and just wanted to get a HVAC inspection done today. I flushed drain lines got amp draws and tested water safeties. System has great Delta T and the refrigerant levels are good for 45° weather. I checked all the electrical components on the outdoor and indoor and everything is in specs. I also checked the suave bulb. Customer did have a dirty filter and did not have an extra one. I went to Home Depot and purchased one and installed it for her and collected payment. Customer is happy no problems with this unit at this time.

This option is the middle or silver package, it is installing a new light in middle of front room, expanding box in front room to have a switch leg, installing a tv outlet and data drop

Came back on 12/02/25 and properly replaced the inducer motor assembly, replaced the condensate pump, replace pressure switch, cleaned drain line, cleaned the blower wheels. Tested system. System is heating properly at this time no issues or concerns.
