No heat upstairs due to a clogged draft inducer motor port. I had to open the draft inducer motor, in order to clear the port. Tested system multiple times, with no issues. Recommend to install an in line switch, to the drain line, to prevent water in the drain pan, and to sign up for home care maintenance program. Halo Ultimate install. Cut into main water line after PRV, install tee. Run approximately 6 feet of piping into halo ultimate. Install shutoff valve for halo ultimate. Install hose spigot, tee for post filter bypass, and bypass isolation valve. Install post filter, and isolation valve for post filter after filter. Install post filter bypass line. Install final isolation valve for halo system. Run approximately 7 feet of piping, and reconnect onto main line. Installed bypass valve in between tees for halo ultimate system.

Trench new water, main service from existing water meter through front yard to foundation wall create new penetration at foundation wall tie into existing plumbing system. Cap old water service line install new watts 25AUBPRV install new three-quarter ball valve for whole home shut off. Install new courtesy valve box in front of existing meter box, tie back into irrigation system. Installation: We excavated in front of the meter and at the house where the old line penetrated. Trenched a ditch and installed the new water line. We provided a shut off valve in its own box in front of the meter. We used the old penetration for the water line. Inside we removed the old shut off and PRV and replaced with a new ball valve and Watts PRV. The water line was sealed on the inside and outside with hydraulic cement. Furnace nit making noise on arrival and we could not recreate the noise while I was here. I did observe that the condensation pump had failed and the red light was on, pump was very hot. Replaced the pump with home owners permission. Furnace is 15 hears old and has exceeded its average life expectancy. Recommended updating the gas furnace. System operating properly on departure. Homeowner was in the midst of replacing their powder room faucet, and noticed their stop valves were leaking. We replaced both valves with quarter turn stops. We

Homeowner had a leak underneath the kitchen sink. The chrome trap had rusted and was corroded. We replaced both of the basket strainers. The chrome trap was cut back to the copper waste arm. Transitioned from the tubular pvc with a fernco. The tubular pvc was replaced and everything was tested multiple times. There was a slight leak on the dishwasher supply line. This was tightened up and checked. No additional charge to homeowner, no warranty. Any issues with it will be at homeowners expense.

Correct DIY wiring within a junction box in the ceiling.

Replace toilet in hallway bathroom and reworked tub shower drain and replace overflow and tub shoe. Tested functionality of the toilet and shower for proper operations. Found no issues with the work that was completed today and performed a walk-through to present the work that was finished.

Troubleshoot tripping breaker

Called out to complete sold work for replacement of water heater, and you main shut off and prv installation. Began by shutting off water to the system and draining the system. Removed old gate valve main shut off and prv and installed new quarter turn ball valve handle chamber PRV. Removed old 13 year old water heater and installed new six year warranty. Rheem tank water heater. Once all work was complete re-introduced water to the system and tested everything for leaks. No leaks and everything is functioning properly. Bled all air out of the system. Performed a full-system inspection on both HVAC systems in the home (upstairs and main floor/basement). Tested heating, auxillary heating, cooling and zoning from the thermostats. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Checked the air filters. Reported findings to the customer. The systems are both running properly at this time. The upstairs system has some minor issues, but no urgent repairs are needed.

Troubleshoot Replace Outdoor GFCI Device Replace Bulbs

Customer called us out for a high pitched fill valve and clogged shower inside the master bathroom and a dripping outside faucet. The faucet ended up being the condensate lines above it. The shower was clogged from hair and cast iron and needed to be snaked. The toilet needed a minor rebuild and I also recommended Endure for kitchen sink pipe maintenance. Customer agreed to all three. Customer did not want to talk to anyone about getting the cast iron replaced. I removed the old fill valve and supply line and installed new ones. I tested the toilet for noise and set the water height. I then ran a cable machine down the shower drain bringing up lots of hair. I cleaned up and tested the drain and it was running well.

Install a new ceiling fan and replace flood lighting.

Replaced existing kitchen light and chandelier with six 6” wafer lights (customer provided). Replaced foyer chandelier with new customer provided chandelier. Recommended panel restoration and left estimates for panel replacement, panel restoration, and separation of doubled up neutrals, as well as surge protection.
