Customer had a pin hole leak on grey poly, we did a bathroom and laundry repipe on this house a month ago, homeowner is aware of kind of material and no warranty on the fix for today.

Inspection on the electrical system,no grounding for the home, no smokes, no surge protection, no GFCI protection, home built in 1970 and everything is original

Arrived on site and installed a new shut off valve in the MAINFLOOR restroom , so leak detection could properly run an air test on the waterline to determine leak . Checked the new stop for any leaks prior to leak detection starting their air Test to ensure no issues .

A homeowner reported a ceiling leak, leading to a technician’s diagnosis of a pinhole leak in a copper supply line, which was successfully repaired. During the visit, the homeowner requested replacement of an aging water heater. The technician installed a new 50 gallon gas water heater with all code compliant upgrades. It was discovered that the temperature and pressure relief valve line was run in pex; should the inspector fail this installation, the technician will provide a quote to replace the pex line with CPC. The system was checked and tested for leaks.

For this job, the customer showed me a couple of issues. The downstairs toilet would not fill properly causing a bad flush, the garbage disposal was leaking, and the outdoor spigot was leaking constantly. The upstairs toilet also has a crack, but the son comes back Wednesday, and will decide on what toilet he wants. The customer opted to repair the toilet, replace the disposal and replace the outdoor spigot. I completed the work, tested everything for leaks and function. No issues found. No cool on the basement system. Thermostat was running in heating mode, when set to cool mode. I reset thermostat back to factory and cool works. Inspected system. Dual capacitor is weak (reading 32 on a 35 microfarad), system is low on Freon and evaporator very rusted and leaking. System is 15 years old and not cooling the basement properly, neither removing humidity. Sent estimates for potential repairs (replace dual capacitor, evaporator coil) that I don’t recommend. Best option would be to upgrade thermostat system, with 0 years warranty and WiFi thermostat. Set a lead to quote upgrading for today.

Came back to perform sold work, replaced the leaking tub shoe with a lift to turn, previously they had the cable waste and overflow, advised the homeowner that the overflow cover will still spin but not have any purpose, tested the lift to turn stop and it is working just like it should, filled up the tub a couple times to make sure there was no issues! Today we added two new light fixture junction boxes and a gfci protected outlet

Customer had toilet installed. Toilet started leaking into basement. install was under warranty from another company who is coming out to make repair.

Performed sold work installed 3/4” stream labs and set it up with the customer, made sure it is working like it’s supposed to, no issues!

For this job the customer stated they will be removing the gas fireplace to replace with a wood burning stove and needed the gas line capped. Inspection showed the gas line going to the fireplace was exposed in the basement with a proper shut off. I removed the old gas line and capped the existing gas line after the shut off and tested it for proper function. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Service call on 2021 Lennox 96% efficiency furnace and a 16 seer 3 1/2 ton Lennox air conditioner. The outdoor coil as in need of cleaning deep cleaned condenser coil . The furnace was working properly. There is min flood protection recommended adding a in-line safety to prevent water from running in furnace and a wet switch also in pan for added protection. There isn’t any air purification hooked up to system. Gave quote on a Apco whole home air purification unit . There was a ductwork leak on one run and dryer vent was leaking under house . Made repairs to vents . There was a noise coming from outdoor unit tightened up panels . Everything is working properly now. As always thanks for being a Te customer.

Added dedicated 20amp outlet in front office from sub panel

For this job, the customer showed me a pipe which became loose above heater. After checking the water pressure I found 60 psi, and a failed expansion tank. The customer opted to have expansion tank replaced, and the piping strapped properly. I performed work tested everything, and reset water heater. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Came back to perform signed estimate by the customer, installed a PRV and moved it from inside of the wall and left it on a better accessible spot, also replaced the main valve and valve for hose bib, rerouted the hose bib line to make it so it is on street pressure. Tested all the work no issues! Note: First PrV installed was leaking, had to shut off water to the house and install a new one. Arrived on site for a 2 system Homecare. Both systems are 2017 Lennox split systems. We tested all operations, replaced client supplied filters and cleaned drain lines. We tested heating and cooling, and completed an evaluation of systems performance, condition and safety. We found a handful of discrepancies: outdoor coils were dirty, both dual capacitors out of spec, upstairs contactor was pitted, upstairs blower was dirty and upstairs pan didn’t have a wet switch. They approved the 2 condenser coil cleanings, both dual capacitors and the contactor today. We completed and documented all work showing before and after photos. Confirmed all systems are operational upon departure. Call complete!

Wire and install new outlet for gas heater and trim out

Breaker was tripping due to wire being cut from metal box with no connectors took box out and put tape around wires and added a plastic box breaker held.

Installed Tesla charger ran wire through the attic down the wall for the panel in the kitchen. For the car charger lb in the car port and down the wall with pvc to protect that wire, installed nuro kit as well due to panel being 100 amp

Repaired a leaking section of the main service line. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.

Today we came out for Home Care on Daikin System. Furnace is located in the attic and we inspected all electrical components, checked gas pressures, static pressures, blower wheel, evaporator coils heat exchangers, duct work, cleaned flame sensor, cleaned inducer draft tubing, changed the filter, and cleared drain lines. For the condenser we checked all electrical components, refrigerant pressures, and coil. Condenser coils are getting impacted with dirt and debris. After going over all findings and options, customer has decided to just replace the filter today. It was a pleasure to meet you and I hope y’all have a great summer!

Repair open ground outlet Flood lights at rear side of home

Came back today to install the 50 gallon water heater we discussed earlier in the week. Shut down water and removed old heater. Strapped main with split ring mounts, relocated new main shut off and existing pressure reducing valve, installed new shut off for front hose bib. Installed new heater in a pan with a water alarm. Installed new venting from the heater to the main. Added new expansion tank mounted to the structure. New gas fittings were installed. Valve tags were added. Water was restored and air was bled from the system. Heater was set to 120 degrees. All work was done to code compliance.
