For this Jaden indoor leak search for homeowner. When I arrived on the scene, homeowner took me to her kitchen where she has visible water damage above her refrigerator/cabinets/ she advised that there are bathrooms above that area that share a common wall., So I investigated further by trying to re-create an active leak scenario, or just find out if it was a drain leak and active supply leak or just a small supply leak. The homeowner does not have a water meter this home was built in 73 and is a condo, so she has a community water bill. I had nothing to go on as far as that goes. I recommended the homeowner have her insurance company. Remove the walls to provide access so that we can investigate further.

Customer has a toilet flange that is unsupported by sub floor in the upstairs hallway bathroom. This has affected the ceiling below, which is also a bathroom. The flange was already exposed through the main level bathroom ceiling. Unable to perform a repair on that flange. At this time, as they need to have what appears to be the sub. Floor taking care of. While on site, I noticed that the stop valve for that same toilet does not work.And the customer agreed for us to replace it.So that the toilet can be removed in the future. Turn the water off to the house and partially drained, removed the old shut off.Alvan supply line and replaced.I turned the water back on and primed.All of the air out of the lines and checked for leaks and obstructions and aerators. Customer was having issues with inconsistent water pressure in the upstairs main bathroom shower. The hot water had significantly less flow than the cold side. I removed the cartridge from the shower and found scale buildup on the hot water inlet screen of the cartridge. I removed the scale building and washed the cartridge. I reinstalled and tested the shower. Hot and cold water now have full pressure when running or or more of the shower fixtures. Customer purchased a filtration unit for the kitchen sink and requested it be installed along with the shower repair. On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed a mainline clog issue effect multiple fixtures. I tested and the shower backed up instantly and the toilet would not flush. I wrote estimates to perform work and received approval. I ran my Cable and was able to clear the clog I pulled back wipes on the retriever head. I tested by running water and flushing toilet several times. The toilet has no leaks I replaced the wax ring ,supply line and closet bolts. I also did a super clean up the customer is satisfied with the work that’s been completed. Shut off water supply to fixture, remove all fluid from fixture, remove china caps and bolts from fixture, pull water closet from base, clean flange and inspect for damage, perform drain clearing operation using specialty drain clearing equipment specifically designed for task, set new wax gasket on flange, new bolts and new supply. Fill and test, clean up work area.

Troubleshoot multiple electrical issues

Customer had a stain on the ceiling by the entrance door, she reported that stain appeared after some heavy rain, they had a roof company come out here and confirm that it was not a leak coming from the outside. We cut the drywall where the stain was, tested the plumbing nearby and nothing was leaking. Customer also told us that the heavy rain and thunders made her AC unit go out, which makes us believe that stain is from condensation of the vent, since there is a air vent supply close to it! For this job I came out and replaced cartridge in shower that was constantly running and not turning off while in off position. Tested and checked for leaks.

Water in drain pan . System is low on Freon and leaking in the evaporator coil and freezing over. Water running thru the furnace into drain pan. Also, dual capacitor is weak , contactor pitted and outside condenser dirty. Sent estimates for potential repairs ( not recommend). At this age (12 years old ) and conditions, the best option would be to upgrade the system, and bring savings, comfort , warranty and efficiency back to the house. Set a lead to quote upgrading the main level system (possible upstairs system as well. It’s at same age), for today.

Customers, hallway bathroom toilet had broken trip. Lever, as well as a degraded flapper, customer agreed to having a rebuild done on the toilet. While at the residence, I pointed out to the customer that their water heater was 18 years old. And highly recommended replacing. We moved forward with the toilet only today. Turn the water off at the toilet. And replaced phil valve flapper, trip lever and supply line. Afterwards, tested and made sure water got to an appropriate level. Inspection/troubleshoot on Generac 26Kw standby generator

Repiped all accessible piping in the basement. Included one shower, one bathtub, two toilets, one lavatory sink, one kitchen sink, one icemaker box, one laundry sink, one PRV, water heater, and two hose spigots. Excludes the two master bathroom lavatory and washer box. Installed a new Grundfos Alpha recirculation pump to replace the existing Goulds pump. On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a toilet and a slow draining sink. The toilet had a really weak flush during my evaluation and the sink drained slow. I wrote options to perform work and received approval. I installed a new Koehler toilet with new supply line , wax ring and nylon bolts. The toilet is flushing fine with no leaks. I took apart the p trap for the sink and found a glob of hair. I cleaned the p trap and put everything back together. I also poured the first dose of endure down the drain. The homeowner is now happy and satisfied. Provide and replace the existing toilet with Kohler Highline Arc high efficiency 1.28 GPF toilet. Disconnect water supply from the toilet, remove water from the tank, remove tank and bowl from the floor, check drain and flange condition, install a new toilet, check proper flush and clean up the work area. Includes toilet and seat. Perform draining clearing on sink drain and trap. Drain clear trap only

I was called out for a clogged drain on a portable dehumidifier. I cleared the drain and tested it. Dehumidifier is now draining. As I was looking around in the basement to see if a whole home dehumidifier was possible, I noticed a large water leak on the Sheetrock. We installed a new ac and coil a few weeks back so I inspected that. Our system was not leaking water. I tracked the water leak down and it is coming from the refrigerator water line on the main floor. Refrigerator looks new. I recommended a plumber or the installer of the refrigerator to repair the leak.

Arrived on site to troubleshoot a Goodman split system that’s been cutting off recently. They mentioned that 3 times the last month or so the thermostat will be reading 82 with the thermostat set to 77. They noted that it’s been on the extremely hot days, and they have been shutting off the breaker and power cycling the system to get it back on. It happened again yesterday and they knew something was wrong. The system wasn’t currently in a fault so I cycled the unit to check operations and overall system health. 13 degree superheat and 10 degree subcool was collected during testing and a 22 degree temp split is right where it’s designed to operate at. Drainage, filters and overall cleanliness was great but after pulling stored error codes and there was a 01, a 02 and an 04 fault code. All pointing to a lockout from a locked rotor. This issue is not self resetting so it restricts the system from coming on. Talking with tech support, they believed the issue was either the weakened capaci

Main level - 2017 Lennox Heatpump/AirHandler System intermittently cooling due to a failing fan motor. The fan motor starts up sometimes and other times it just spins very slowly and makes a lot of noise. The capacitor is just inside of manufacturer parameters but the fan motor windings are outside of operating parameters. I recommended replacing the condenser fan motor and capacitor. Homeowner saw the CoolAir stickers on his system and called them while I was working to see if the system was still under parts and labor warranty. Troubleshoot why a dimmer switch is buzzing excessively.

Met with the homeowner to provide estimates for removing the existing Jacuzzi tub and installing a standard tub in the master bathroom, as well as replacing the front hose bib. After reviewing the quotes, the homeowner approved the work. We'll move forward once the new tub arrives on site. The installation has been scheduled for August 17, 2026, with a helper assigned for the tub replacement. A $300 security deposit was collected at the time of approval.

Customer had minor running toilet and a loose faucet. With customer approval I replace the seal on a kohler toilet and tighten down the sprout on a wide spread faucet. All plumbing issues are resolved thanks for choosing TE Certified.
