I wired in and installed a new dedicated 20 amp circuit for the microwave and installed a new 20 amp duel function breaker. I also supplied and installed a new cut in box and brought the existing wire from the switch box and capped it off isolating the switches and the microwave. I finished installing the diffusers for the (3) lay in fixtures for the basement and installed a 15 amp duel function breaker for the lighting correction on the fixtures. I installed (4) LED wafers and will have to return with the remaining two lights due to being short.

Today I replaced an outdoor outlet with a new bubble cover. I then replaced the main electrical panel with a brand new 54 space QO panel. I updated five circuits to do dual function protection. I labeled the entire panel reinstalled the existing surge protector into the new panel.

For this job, the customer stated that the tenant was seeing moisture buildup in some of the bathroom walls. After investigation we noticed standing water intrusion around the crawl space due to ground water making its way into the foundation, and moisture and growth buildup on the hvac unit in the crawl space. We also noticed two leaking hose Bibb shut offs, as well as the copper piping which was left in the crawl space is starting to form pin hole leaks. Installed new 50 gallon six year warranty water heater brand new discharge line for temperature, relief valve and replace pressure reducing valve and set to 65 psi.

Ballast Bypass garage light fixture, replaced (2x) bath fans, replaced two three way switches, installed animal guard for dryer vent and replaced loose outlet in master bed.

Cut out dry wall to locate PRV and main shut off valve, replace PRV and main shut off valve to whole home in basement ceiling, replace front hose bib and reroute front hose bib line to tie off before the the PRV so they have street pressure coming out of the front hose bib. Also replace the hose bib on the back side of the home.

I came out today the following work: -Back Porch- The (2) ceiling fans on the back porch were not working and I traced it back to the 4g box inside the home on the exterior wall left of the back doors. I removed the cover plate and found where another contractor had removed the switch, capped the wires off and put a pico switch at that location for the bookshelf lighting. I told the homeowner that I could move the switch leg to the far right switch which should control some switches outlets. During the event that want to have it separated we can come back and install a decora stack switch. I tried to program the remotes and I could only make it where one remote controls both fans. Durning the event the homeowner wants this corrected he can provide new outdoor rated fans with remotes and call us back out. Installed surge protection at ac disconnect and main panel

Arrived on site and customer stated his garbage disposal was only 2 yrs old and when he came home after 5 weeks the disposal stopped working. During my inspection I found the disposal was jammed , which I was able to get it back up and operating . I provided customer to upgrade disposal , but was ok with getting his current disposal back up and running .

The homeowner stated that the system isn’t cooling and the thermostat isn’t functioning properly. The homeowner changed the batteries on the thermostat and didn’t solve the issue. The technician manually activated the system and it began to cool. Technician determined that the thermostat has failed. After presenting options, the homeowner decided to replace existing thermostat to a Pro Tools Programmable thermostat. Technician cycled the system and it is cooling. Technician recommended to have flood protection devices added to the system for prevention of any water damages if the condensation drain becomes clogged or cooling system malfunction. A Homecare Membership has been established today.

Homeowner called us out to inspect kitchen faucet which leaked from the base when turned on. Upon arrival, the water to the kitchen faucet was turned off. I replaced the faucet instead of repairing it for a longer last solution. All work was tested and checked for leaks

Upon arrival, we met with the owner. They moved into the home last week and began expediting a mainline blockage. There are two cleanouts by the foundation holding water. From the cleanouts, we ran a cable and were able to restore flow but pulled back a large mass of roots. A supervisor is on site to conduct a camera inspection. Refer to supervisor notes for details. Use large drain machine to clear line from the exterior accessible cleanout, and locate source of drain issue with sewer camera. Includes drain machine and inspection camera (no additional fee). Does not include digging, replacing lines, or repairs. Cleared lines may clog again without a permanent repair.

Completed a full spring maintenance on 2 HVAC system. Inspected heat exchangers, burners, and ignition components for safe operation. Checked blower assembly, airflow, system settings, electrical connections, breaker sizing, and motor amp draws to verify proper performance. Tested controls and safety switches and inspected for any potential safety or code concerns. The second-floor system is currently cooling properly; however, the system utilizes R-22 refrigerant, which has been phased out. I also observed a dirty blower wheel and noted that the condensate drain line is improperly installed. I recommended that a licensed plumber evaluate the drain connection. After any plumbing corrections are made, I can return to reroute the condensate drain line to terminate outside if required by the home inspector. Recommend getting plumber out first. Performed troubleshoot for kitchen appliances not working properly. After performing the troubleshoot, evidence suggests that the home took a surge.

Customer had a leak in basement ceiling. The leak was coming from pex Pipe feeding the shower valve . With customer approval I made access a and made all necessary repairs. Leak has been repaired there was residual water dripping from the ceiling downstairs told customer if it doesn’t stop call back and we replace the pipes going to the floor. Dual function breaker for the outdoor outlet and the living room is tripping.

Arrived at customers house and found water leaking from floor drain. Leak is in the same area as previous leak. There was also a leak on the sink drain which has been rectified that showed up in the same spot as washing machine floor drain leak. Washing machine leak is intermittent and is only apparent in random intervals. This made leak on washing machine impossible to detect without first fixing leak on sink. Both leaks show up on ceiling down below. Floor drain on 3rd floor is not properly installed or piped into the drainage system correctly. There is also no trap primer protection installed. We recommend capping existing lines and removing drain lines. Capped existing drain lines.

Installed customer provided Tesla charger, installed new tv outlet and relocated switch to other side of wall into two gang switch box.

Run cable machine to clear blockage Customer called us out for a blockage in the kitchen sink. Upon arrival, we ran water in kitchen sink and it immediately backed up. Tested mainline for blockage by running water in bathrooms but kitchen was only fixture affected. Ran cable machine flex shaft in kitchen drain. Pulled back sludge and grease. We were able to successfully clear blockage. Tested for a long duration of time by running water in sink. did not see any signs of backing up. Clearing successful.
