Water service line started leaking over the weekend. The water service pipe was the original copper line. Installed new water service line from the water meter to the inlet in the garage. Installed a ball valve for the irrigation system. Installed a new ball valve and PRV in the garage. Used type L copper for the water penetration. The penetration is sealed with hydraulic cement and tar. We put the original gas back over the hole we dug and tamped it down. Water was pressurized for an hour before connections were covered. Customer had a leaking guarding tub from master bathroom. They had an access panel that you were able to see the leak from it was coming from the hot side cartridge. A customer agreed for us to replace cartridges and seats in springs. Turn the water off to the house and drained it down partially. Removed, handles and cartridges and seats in springs and replaced. Afterwards left the handles off so I could visibly check for leaks and turn the water back on in prime.The little air that we're in the lines. Checked for leaks no leaks. Customer called us out for a toilet in the master bathroom being clogged. On arrival I tested the toilet and the whole bathroom grouping for 15 minutes. During that time there was no back up. I recommended to start with running a closet auger down the toilet to clear it. They agreed. I ran the auger down the toilet multiple times but it it had no affect other than some black substance coming up. I then recommended running a flex shaft down the husbands sink where customer said water had come up during plunging. Customer agreed. I removed the p-trap and ran the hose down the line successfully clearing the blockage. Tested toilet and sink throughly. A sewer supervisor will be out to double check the line and talk to the customer about whole home filtration options.

Replaced a burnt up outlet with a gfci device

Replace flood light over garage doors with ring flood light camera.

Move the generator breaker to the top right breaker space in the electrical panel, and install the customer provided interlock kit.

Upon arrival spoke with customer about a leaking gate valve to his back hose bib. Gave the customer options. Replaced the hose bib on the front and back. Changed both shut off valves. Piping was insulated, vacuum breakers were added, siliconed around new hose bibs and added valve tags. All work was tested for leaks and functionality.

Arrived here doing a home care inspection today. Customer has an eight bathroom home.That is three years old. Went through every bathroom and half bath to check faucets, toilets and tubs or showers. I'll fixtures are within 3 years old and found no issues with fixtures. Except for the left and right master bathroom drains for their faucets. At the water heater utility room, within the basement, there were multiple issues that I had brought up with the customer.As we were going through the inspection. The first was an unsupported recirculation pump that was on pex. As well, the pressure I was sitting right at a 120P. S I and the thermal expansion tank was undersized for their hundred gallons.Setup. The water heaters are also three years old.And I recommended doing a flush on both of em. The customer agreed to have the flush, p r v and emergency shut off valve installed, thermal expansion tank removed and added in a more convenient area. Installed new toilet flange and set customer-supplied toilet. Ensured flange was properly secured and level for correct seal. Installed new wax ring, reset toilet, and reconnected water supply line. Tested unit for leaks and proper flushing operation. Toilet is functioning properly at this time, and work area was cleaned upon completion.

For this job I work on a Navian tankless water heater. The issue was the main unit was having issues with the cascade mode. Switch wasn’t communicating with the other heaters to start. So I did a factory reset on the main unit. And set up the cascade mode to all the other units. Issue resolved all units fired up like they supposed. No other issues was found at this time thanks for choosing TE Certified.

Install Crossover Tee for hot water recirculation set to always on. Found no issues with the installation. Tankless is set to proper perimeters for instant hot water.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Condenser coil very dirty. System also slightly low on refrigerant. Necessary repairs made with approval. For this job, I came out due to a pipe burst. The pipe had bursted in 2 different spots. Went ahead and replaced with a new copper line

Today we replaced a dryer cord and outlet, and replaced an improperly sized circuit breaker.

Low flow to upstairs hall bathroom toilet, even after fill valve and supply line were replaced. Estimate includes replacing shutoff valve and testing for proper operation. We replaced the shutoff valve for the toilet and the toilet is now filling normally. Thank you!

For this job, we demoed out a wire going to a storage area to allow the customer to extend the area. We also left estimates to install new wiring in the storage area.
