Troubleshoot electrical issue.

Perform a sewer scope with camera through 4” test tee occ clean out in crawl space Discovered that the sewer line is original cast iron and is past its expected life span. The sewer pipe shows clear signs of corrosion. In the garage and crawl space, there is original cast iron and clear signs of rusting and pitting which indicates the pipe is due to be replaced immediately to avoid leaks. I provided options to have this pipe permanently replaced with new PVC.

Wired the detached garage

Customer had a drain come apart under powder room sink after my inspection I found that the nut was loose allowing the drain to fall off the tailpiece. I reconnected the drain and tested everything issue is resolved .Also left estimates for toilets replacement. Thanks for choosing TE Certified.

Came to troubleshoot smoke detectors beeping. Batteries needed to be changed as they were installed 6 months ago. Two smoke detectors were battery operated and one was going to expire in one year so we changed the units to hardwired. Installed whole home surge protection at main panel.

Homeowner has an older style Kohler cimarron with a broken flush tower. The toilet is a 1.6 with the bracket mounting system. I recommend replacing the toilet due to age. Disconnected and replaced removed old toilet. Cleaned floor where toilet sits. Cleaned and inspected flange. Flange is a PVC flange. I do not see any damage or warping on the flange. The flange appears to be in decent condition. Installed new stainless steel supply line. Provided and assembled Kohler Highline arc. Installed new wax ring and nylon bolts. Installed new Kohler Highline arc onto flange. Tightened bolts. Flushed toilet approximately 10 times to test for leaks and proper function. Caulked toilet to floor.

For this job I arrived to a no cool. Contactor would click on then immediately cut off. Came across bad batteries on thermostat. Landlord just wanted to replace batteries. Landlord also stated we had a special going on for $82 service special, and wanted a discount on the batteries. Applied all discounts. Estimate to replace smoke alarms

Customer had a leak in the garage coming from laundry room area. After my inspection I found that the laundry room box was leaking at both valves due to the age of the box i recommend replacing the whole box that includes 2 new valves. Swearing vents upstairs. Water was dripping from return located in the upstairs bedroom. Went in the attic and there is a damage in there. A tree fell off on the roof and penetrated thru. Water was coming from all the rain we had recently. Customer called a roof company for this issue. Also, one vent was sweating in the toilet closet bathroom. Vent is well insulated. Told customer to use the bath fan when using the toilet. Bathroom vents can sweat when someone uses the shower and creates lots of condensation in the ac vents. That’s the reason bathrooms have bath fans, to help to remove humidity inside. There is a possible leak in front of the house, by the sewer and lots of water around and starting to produce bad smell. Set an appointment for or plumbing department, but we are booked this weekend and will have availability on Monday only. Checked system (daikin fit), and it’s working properly, with no issues.

For this job, I did a home care inspection and installed surge protection for whole home with a strong recommendation to restore both panels to ensure safety inside of home

Installed a 30a and a 15a bolt on breaker in the main panel.

Installed dimmer switch and replaced outlet

Troubleshoot outlets and light not working. Loss of power was caused by speedwired/ backstabbed outlets. Replaced outlet giving issues and gave options for redevice.

Homeowner wanted to replace the washing machine and dryer. The washing machine box was old and needed new valves. Replaced the box and installed the new washing machine and dryer. Installed a cover plate for the front hose bib. Replaced the master and guest bathroom shower heads.

On today’s visit I modified 3 fluorescent lights, bypassing and removing the ballasts and installing new LED bulbs. I also replaced an outlet in the basement that was painted over and installed a new ceiling fan.

The customer recently had some irrigation work done.And they used a compression t in order to hook the irrigation onto the water service. The water service was rather deep. And every time they put in backfill, dirt back onto that line, it would compromise the compression tea and cause it to leak. Customer agreed to our quote to install a meter nipple with dual check and courtesy valve as well as rework. The water lines leading to the irrigation and the rest of the main. After doing so I installed a courtesy shut off box for the customers side of the waterline. As well as installed in irrigation, shut off box above the shut off backfilled and put their pulled up lawn back as best as possible. The lawn was dug up before I had arrived by their landscaper. Afterwards, we turned the water back on at the meter as well as inside the home and primed.What little air was in the line out through a hose bib and checked for leaks. Meter is no longer spinning. Today we are called out because the homeowner was having an issue with their breaker tripping for their bathroom and hallway lights. We were previously out at the home and we replaced GFCI outlets in the bathroom. This is unrelated to our issue. Today we troubleshoot the breaker tripping, and it led to a wire that had been buried from the previous homeowner. After testing everything, the breaker was on and holding.

Customer had a leak on hose bid found that the 2 way was seize on to the hose bid and was also leaking. After going over options with the customer. He decided to give up approval to try to remove the seize fitting off the hose bid. I had to cut the fitting to get it removed from the hose bid once off I made sure the hose was leak free and work properly. No other issues was found thanks for choosing TE certified.
