Today we responded to a water leak in the yard. The customer explained that during a recent fiber optic line installation, the contractors accidentally damaged the 1-inch PVC water line. They performed a repair at that time, but the line began leaking again shortly afterward. Today I excavated the area to expose the damaged section of pipe. After locating the leak, I removed the failed portion of the 1-inch PVC line and completed the repair using a compression fitting, as the water could not be fully drained from the line. Once the repair was complete, I pressurized and purged the system, then thoroughly tested the connection for leaks. The repair is leak-free, and the water line is operating properly at this time. The customer is satisfied with todays service.

Identified leak in evaporator coil. Charged system to manufacture specs. Identified drain line running to a 2 inch p trap in attic space without flood protection.

Trouble shooting on 2 electric 50 gallon water heaters. The left one was leaking in pan and bottom element was set at about 135* and the top element sat at 125*. The right heater upper element sat at 125* and lower element sat at 135*. I adjusted the elements put them back to 120* setting. Informed homeowner of what was done. Cleaned up the areas left heater sucked out water in pan and around floor area, informed homeowner possible small crack in base of water heater and recommended replacement of both of the heaters due to their age. Homeowner plans selling home soon and will reach out if he sees water back again at this time no leaks

Attempt to clear mainline blockage Customer called us out for a master toilet that was clogged. Upon arrival the customer stated they were experiencing an issue this morning. The master shower was being used and they heard the toilet gurgling and noticed the water in the shower was not draining, they stated they heard the hallway toilet gurgle as well. We first went outside to look for a cleanout but there was not one present and then we over the basement to ensure there were no signs of a leak on the ceiling above the bathrooms. We went over to the hallway bathroom and ran water and after a few minutes, we noticed the toilet started to gurgle. We recommended to the customer to attempt to clear the blockage affecting both the hallway and master bathroom. The customer agreed to attempt to restore proper flow, we first started by removing the toilet in the hallway bathroom and we found standing water in the drain. For this job, customer stated that the breaker was tripped and she could not reset it. Came out did a troubleshoot educated customer on how to reset breaker trouble shot the fan that wasn’t working in the master bedroom.

for this job, I came to look at a system that was not cooling. Once I arrived, I began to perform a thorough diagnosis and noticed that the outdoor fan was not spinning. I proceeded to check all electrical components and noticed that it had a failed capacitor. I Proceeded to temporarily replace the capacitor to see if the fan would come on and it did, but it was pulling high amps. I also noticed that the compressor was very noisy. I presented all the pictures and estimates to the customer, but explained that I highly recommend that she considers getting a new system due to the age wear and tear. I explained that as a Band-Aid option I can replace the capacitor, but unfortunately there’s no telling how long that fan can last since it’s pulling high amps.
