Installed two condensate pumps. Re routed 40 ft drain line high and secured to rafters maintaining downward slope. Installed 2 saw and 2 ss2 for the respective units. Tested all switches and pumps to verify functionality. Systems cooling and draining properly at this time.

Left water heater not functioning properly so replaced with brand new 50 gallon electric tall. This install included on a copper piping fittings expansion tank with strap and new pan with leak alarm second existing electric water heater to the right recently replaced not by us rebuilt piping above with no expansion tank and shut off valve. Also replaced PRV with brand new main shutoff valve. Water turned in and tested all to ensure proper function.

Customer is having issues with her main floor not cool. Noticed blower wheel is very dirty, evaporator coil is very, no drain safety on drain, condenser fan motor is defective, capacitor/contactor are out of manufacturer specs, and system is low on R22 refrigerant. Customer wanted me to check the pressures for the upstairs system, which is a 2020 system. Noticed that it was low on refrigerant by a pound and a half. Customer wanted me to add refrigerant to system. Customer wants to get a quote to replace her main floor system 2-5 tomorrow. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

System was on power lockout went upstairs to the system turn the breakers on and off system was operational again. Electrical components were fine, pressures were okay, system was cooling given age and refrigerant of the system r22, my recommendation is system replacement.

Performed 1 system diagnostic for who,e home, found rusted evap coil, no te flood protection, no safety disconnect, no drain pan, rusted ah, failed contactor, failed capacitor, failed OFM. Due to age of system customer would like estimate for replacement. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Janandbob51@yahoo.com

Replaced leaking evaporator coil under warranty. Installed wet switch and auxiliary float switch. Replaced drain line and eliminated attic plumbers hub and routed new drain outside and pitched down the entire way. Installed line hide arounddrain line. System cooling and draining properly t this time.

Aiden came out to my house again to double make sure that our sump pump motor hadn't gone out again and double checked his work.. he and his helper did amazing! Having to put up with my father in law isn't easy and yet they still did their job! 5 stars!
