Bore new main water line from water meter to inside of garage. Customer to move electric water heater and bust up small section of concrete garage slab to bring new water line through. Run sleeve for water line underground. Customer will provide pipe material and make all necessary connections. Customer will install new 1" HDPE water line through sleeve. Customer responsible for reinstallation of water heater. TE Certified Plumbing will only be responsible for boring and installing sleeve into garage. Customer responsible for installation of PRV, main shutoff, and tie-in to domestic water supply. TE will not warranty any future leaks on water service.

Came today because system for second floor was not heating, when inspecting system found that inducer motor has lost its sealant and failed due to overheating. Also found that gas valve was not set up to the proper WC specified on the furnace, causing system to overheat and creating premature corrosion. Also found the same issue for the furnace in main floor. Let customer know about this issues and presented options. Customer decided to move forward with repairs for upstairs. System work was done and tested. System is now up and running. Thank you for choosing TE certified !
