Customer wanted to install a Tesla Wall charger that was already supplied. We wrote an estimate to have it installed to the right of the panel in the garage & presented. Customer agreed to estimate & signed off on the work. We installed the customer supplied car charger directly next to existing electrical panel in garage. We ran the circuit & terminated the connections in the Tesla charger. We also terminated the connections to the 60amp 2p breaker. We labeled the circuit on the panel schedule & labeled the Electrical Spec on the Wall charger. We then commissioned the wall charger with the customer We did a through walkthrough and the customer approved of the work. We the received payment.

TE Certified will supply and install a 2HP Liberty Grinder pump, with an alarm, and install it inside the existing basin. Also given that we will be upsizing the pump, it requires wiring to be changed accordingly. We will need to run new wiring from the electrical panel inside the garage requiring sheet rock to be cut, a disconnect box to be installed outside, and hardwire the pump into the new wiring. The work performed by TE certified comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty. The pump comes with a three-year manufacturing warranty. The customer understands that sheet rock will need to be cut to run the wiring and will not be the responsibility of TE certified to put back.

Filter very dirty and system low on 410a. Air handler is from 2019 and heat pumps from 2009. Charge system and changed filter today. Recommend getting on maintenance plan so we can regularly check system and treat drain lines and change filters.
