Add Outlets for back porch/Add dedicated circuit for heater on back porch

Completed service call replace blower motor and furnace control board test system for proper operation.

Helped homeowner with tub fillers she was needing to get. She had purchased one that would not work with her previous/existing tub filler holes. She will order tub filler and have it sent to her then have us come back to install it. No leaks

I removed an existing back porch ceiling fan and added two new fan rated boxes with new wiring for two future fans. They wanted to just put a blank plate on the original wiring in case if they decide to add a light or something else in the future. New outdoor outlet and bubble cover was added at the back porch fireplace for a future tv. We added 4 new cans in the master bedroom and installed a new dimmer switch. Everything was tested and is working properly. I installed round circle blanks on the two fan boxes until they purchase new fans.

Use excavator to remove necessary amount of juniper bushes to access location of sewer pipe repair. Dig down 3’ deep by 8-10’ long to repair damaged sewer line with root intrusions. Replace section with new 4” schedule 40 solid core PVC. Install a clean out at this location and place inside a new cast iron access box. Provide a lifetime warranty on this repair. TE Certified is not responsible for disposal or replacement of juniper bushes.

Arrived for today’s appointment. Homeowner had a clogged drain line. Water in drain pan. Homeowner decided to be a Homecare member today. Cleared drain line. Condensate pump would be the best design due to the pitch of the condensate drain line is flat. Outdoor dual capacitor 70/10MFD is bad. Outdoor condenser coil is dirty. Contactor is also pitted. Collected payment and signatures. System is working properly at departure.

For this show conductor lead detection services for homeowner. I was unable to find the leak due to the fact that it is 3 feet deep in most places, and I was unable to put compressed there on the line because there is a check valve on the existing water service. I left the homeowners with estimates for replacement, they are looking over those estimates tonight.
