Inspected filter, filter was dirty replaced customer provided filter, evap coil starting to ice up, also heavily rusted, checked blower motor and blower wheel, blower motor leaking oil, explained to customer blower motor can fail at any moment, blower wheel impacted, recommend pulling and cleaning wheel, inspected outdoor unit, coil is in poor shape, checked capacitor and contactor, found contactor burned and pitted, recommend replacing contactor, checked amp draw, compressor is over amping LRA 52/99, explain compressor can fail at any momen
As we arrived today, Dexter explained to us he needed a new Tesla charger, which he had already purchased installed in his garage. We ran power from the outside meter base directly outside the garage down the outside wall over to the garage area where we installed a junction box so we can enter the wall. We ran the wire up inside the wall to the new Tesla car charger that we installed inside the garage. We made all connections in both of them meter base on the breaker and the tested charger. The tested charger worked properly after all updates were installed and power was engaged. We also installed a surge protector on the meter base which will protect the house along with the Tesla car charger. It was great meeting you today, Dexter! If we can ever help you with anything else, please let me know. Thank you, Brandon and Nylan
DJ was an excellent technician and knowledgeable of everything. I appreciate the suggestions made and look forward to working with you all again.
Replace both breakers that are tripping (self failure test)
Install whole home surge protector
Home Care – Single System Diagnostic Came out for a no-cool call on a 2019 R-410A heat pump system. During diagnostic testing, we found that the indoor unit does not have TE Certified Flood Protection installed. We also found that the 24-volt communication signal between the indoor and outdoor equipment is not reaching the condenser, preventing the outdoor unit from receiving the proper call for operation. Further testing revealed that the outdoor dual capacitor has completely failed, which would prevent the outdoor unit from starting even if proper low-voltage communication was present. The outdoor contactor was tested and is operating within manufacturer specifications, testing at 17.1 ohms. The system is also low on refrigerant. Based on operating pressures, the system appears to be approximately 8–9 lbs low, indicating a significant refrigerant leak is present. With refrigerant pressures operating abnormally low with extremely high superheat readings, indicating the evaporator
Arrived on site, homeowner approved to replace existing hose bibbs with new Aquor Hydrants. Installed new water lines from tankless and ran to Aquor in garage. Installed new Aquor in back of home. No leaks at this time. Tested for proper function
Arrived on site; homeowner reported continuously running toilets in both the hallway and master bathrooms. Inspected and found warped flappers as the cause. Toilets are approximately 4–5 years old. Removed existing flapper and fill valve in the hallway bathroom. Installed new 3-inch flappers in both the hallway and master bathroom toilets. Tested operation—no leaks at this time.
Troubleshoot tripped breaker.
$1000 off complete system today. Came up today to perform one system HVAC service call. Upon arrival customer stated that on Saturday their upstairs system was set to 72 and the temperature upstairs never changed. Upon inspection of the system found a Rheem 2 1/half ton gas furnace from 2013 with a Goodman coil from 2024 paired with a Rheem straight AC from 2013 2 1/2 ton. Upon inspection of the system found the outdoor system, not coming on due to a failed capacitor, after putting a new capacitor on the system to get it started system came on, and the fan was pulling high amps due to the condenser coil, being completely caked with dirt and dust. The contactor outside was burnt and pitted as well making a loud humming and vibrating noise. Upon inspection of the indoor system found the blower well to be dirty, the filter was caked with dust, there was no flood protection nor UV protection, the system was about a half ton of airflow short on the return side. Refrigerant levels were readi
Replaced fill valve and flapper in the upstairs hall bath toilet, tested and checked for leaks.

Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the master bathroom. On arrival the toilet was full. I ran water for a short time to see if there was a larger issue. There wasn’t so I recommended clearing the toilet with a closet auger and the customer agreed. I ran the auger down the toilet successfully clearing the blockage. I then tested the toilet multiple times and cleaned up.
Install light fixture in foyer area
Came out today to complete second opinion from another company. Upon arrival, customer stated that another company suggested there was a leak in refrigerant. Perform full system evaluation. Upon evaluation of system found outdoor capacitor weak, the condenser coil is clean, the contractor is good, account found the system is oversized for the home, causing all major components to have more stress. Upon inspection of the indoor system found the drain line did not run completely downhill. It had Bose that made the line go up and down, there was no TE standard flood protection, there is currently biological growth on the inside, this system has 1080 CFM’s are return and 2 12 inch supply trunk to feed each individual zone, if both zones are open, this is 960 CFM’s this system is a 3 1/2 ton, which would need 1400 CFM’s. Upon speaking with homeowner he approved option B. Upon completing all work, tested system and found all systems are now working to the best of their ability. Customer is n
As we arrived today, we came back to install the Tesla car charger that we provided. I installed a double pole 60 amp Square D QO breaker and the electrical panel that controls power for the Tesla charger. Installed a 6/6/8 wire from the electrical panel to the car charger that we installed on the wall directly to the right of the electrical panel. Once all connections were made the Tesla charger worked properly. It was good seeing you again, Adrian! Whenever you get ready to install the floodlight, feel free to give me a call and we’ll set up a date to come get everything finished up for you. Thank you, Brandon and Nylan
As we arrived today, Mrs. Holmes explained to us that she had a breaker in her electrical panel that was tripping quite frequently, even when something is not plugged up. She also had a ring floodlight that needs to be replaced with one that she has purchased. While examining the electrical panel, I also found an incorrect breaker in the panel. This panel is made by Cutler hammer and she had a Seimens style breaker installed in it, which is not UL listed and could potentially keep this breaker from tripping like it needs to. I replaced the defective dual function 20 amp breaker and also the incorrect breaker in electrical panel. We also replaced the ring floodlight camera with a customer supplied camera. Once everything was done all breakers and floodlight worked properly. It was very nice meeting both of you today! If I can never help you with anything else, please feel free to give me a call anytime. Thank you, Brandon and Nylan
Today, as we arrived, Gabriel explained to us that he needed a generator interlock kit installed on his electrical panel in the garage. He also needed a 40 amp 240 V circuit installed on one of the walls in the garage. We first installed 150 amp Square D Homeline main breaker on the electrical panel in the garage since there was not a main breaker originally. In order to install an interlock kit, there has to be a main breaker to turn off power coming from the power company. Next, we installed the inlet plug-in directly below the panel on the wall and a two pole 50 amp breaker in the panel, which will control power from the inlet to the electrical panel. Next, we installed a 1900 box above the electrical panel on the wall and from there we ran three-quarter pipe up onto the ceiling and across to the location on the wall for the 40 amp plug-in receptacle and 1900 box that we installed. Installed a 40 amp double pole breaker inside of the electrical panel to control power for this outle
