Installed new tankless unit in basement area. Home owner did not want or need recirculating pump activated on comfort T installed. Home owner had enough gas volume to not get 2 psi system. Checked and tested for leaks

The homeowner's garbage disposal was not functioning, and there were issues with the plumbing causing a backup in the kitchen sink. I replaced the old garbage disposal, which was unresponsive, with a new 3/4 horsepower model. Additionally, I re-piped the kitchen drain, installing a new strainer, P-trap, and Studer vent for the kitchen sink plumbing. After completing the installation, I tested everything and checked for leaks. We will need to have an electrician come out because, despite installing the new disposal, it still did not respond to power from the light switch.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Replaced failed condensation pump with a new one and cleared the drain line. The system is now operating properly at this time.
