Indoor coil and drain line full of rust from coil deterioration. One refrigerant line has fallen and is laying on the insulation in the attic. The other refrigerant line is missing insulation by the coil. This same spot also has what looks like refrigerant oil residue on it. I scanned the area and could not locate a leak at this time. R

Work included excavation and trenching from the water meter to the home's foundation for installation of a new water service line. A new 3/4” PEX water service line was installed complete with all required fittings, a dual check valve, meter nipple, and associated connections. Foundation penetrations were sealed as needed, the new line was pressure tested, and the excavation area was restored to rough grade upon completion. Utility locates were completed prior to excavation. A new penetration was drilled through the garage foundation near the garage entry door to facilitate installation of the new service line. Called out for a bathroom group blockage on the main floor. Upon arrival it was observed that sewage had backed up into the tub. Initially the toilet flushed and the tub and sink drain drained properly, but after running water and both the sink and tub the toilet started to bubble. Pictures have been added where the water damage has leaked from the toilet and come through to the basement. There is also a leak in a bedroom downstairs in the basement coming from the ceiling, and the customer has cut a hole in the ceiling to expose the pipe where the leak is coming from. Customer had septic tank company out yesterday and came to the conclusion that the septic tank is fine. After pulling the toilet, it was observed that the flange is cracked, and the customer was made aware of this. Was successful in clearing the blockage with the K 60 sewer machine at full length. This job I did hang up to troubleshoot for homeowner discovered she had a running toilet and a leaking delta shower valve/cartridge/I gave her estimates to repair/replacement and she is looking over the estimates tonight with her husband

Upon arrival, the homeowner reported a water leak at the water meter near the street. The homeowner approved excavation to expose the piping and locate the source of the leak. Upon inspection, a leak was identified at the connection between the metal threading and the PVC piping at the water meter. The leaking section of piping was removed and replaced with new copper piping. After completing the repair, the system was tested and inspected to verify proper operation. No leaks were detected at the time of completion. The homeowner was satisfied with the completed work.

Upon arrival customer stated that their contractor didn’t know how to do the plumbing at all for their project. Upon inspection I found that the tub needed to be finished as well as a drain and the shower valve needed to be installed. Installed everything and tested everything. Everything’s good to go for the contractor to finish the tile.

Cane back to make repairs, repairs suction service valve solder joint, also replaced filter drier, pressure tested Lineset and evaporator coil at 450 psi, pulled deep vacuum on system down to 300 microns, decay tested system, flushed drain line, tested system operation, also preformed homecare inspection today, changed 24x24x1 filter, reconnected flue pipe, recharges system to get superheat and Subcooling correct, all units and electrical component are working properly at this time.

No cooling call, upon arrival customer stated that AC was not cooling, checked system and found that power wire going to contactor was burned up along with other wires, cut back all burnt wires, also replaced single pole contactor, after replacing contactor started system up and found that system was low on refrigerant, found small leak at solder joint at suction line service valve, recommended repairing leak in service valve, also recommended cleaning condenser coil due to coil being extremely dirty, reconnected flue pipe, checked capacitor, amp draw looks good, system will need Lineset repair, filter drier replacement, and condenser coil cleaning business closes at 5 today unable to do repairs today however repair is scheduled for tomorrow between 8-10AM
