This is the travel charge for us to come quote this work. This will be waived if customer decides to proceed with work. Customer called us out because of a constant leaking shower head. Removed cartridge and confirmed it’s was faulty. Gave the customer the correct PFister S74-292 Avante replacement cartridge to order. Customer will reach out to us when the part arrives.

Came out today to perform 1 system hvac service call. Upon arrival customer said the system shut off last night and when they went to check there was water everywhere by the condensate pump. Upon inspection found that the system was from 2007 and was a r22 refrigerant. Upon further inspection found that the indoor coil had lots of biological growth. The filter for the system was very dirty, the blower wheel was also very dirty, the condensate pump would turn on when full of water, but was not pumping any water through the vinyl tubing, causing the pump to overflow and flood the basement. Also found that the contactor for the outdoor unit was burnt and pitted. Recommended to customer to replace system due to it being R 22 and parts being obsolete. At this time recommended to customer to not run the system in order to not flood the basement. Customer elected to move forward with getting a quote to replace the system. At this time system is running, but would recommend not running the sys
