Called out for backed up sink in kitchen, ran cable throughout line to clear blockage of hair and grease, tested with soapy water multiple times, line is clear and flowing, basket strainer was leaking and fixed it, thank you for choosing TE.

Service Call - Single system, Completed the HVAC heating and cooling inspection checklist. I ran the system in heat and cooling for 30 minutes and the system is operating according to specifications. I flushed the drain line with two gallons of water. I added drain cleaning tablets and endure to the system to assure it’s draining properly. Please refer to my Inspection checklist for more details. The system is in need of some repairs so we left the customer options to get the system back up and running to its optimum condition. Came and performed all sold work. After performing work we noticed that the zoning board was also bad and that the return had a damper on it that was jumped out between the thermostat side of the board. The zoning board needs to be replaced and the return damper needs to be removed.

Homeowner called us out due to suspected leak coming laundry room. Upon arrival, the water to the home was shutoff and the area was exposed. After assessing the leak and cause, we found a hole in a copper line leading to the washer box. I cut and removed the section of piping, replaced the section with new piping and fittings. No further leaks were found at this time. All work was checked tested for leaks.

Came out for leak mom said daughter was showing and the curtain was on out side of tub leaking on floor and tub spout not functioning properly gave estimate customer agreed took out old tub spout in daughter and son bathroom installed new tub spout in both tested no failure at this time

Steven was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Since I don’t know anything about electrical wiring, I relied upon him to explain what he was doing and to show me what needed to be done. He did that and he didn’t seem to mind my standing nearby asking him questions. However…I also realized that we went from $139.00 to fix a broken light switch to $1000.00 to replace breakers that Steven said were not correctly installed. I sincerely hope that this was the case and that we weren’t scared into fixing something that didn’t need repairing. I would like to have a reliable company to call upon if we ever need electrical work again.
