Tech was out for no cooling. System low on Freon , unit is a r-22 leak is in evaporator coil also completely rusted. Heat exchanger has failed inspection. Collector box is rusted and tubes are broken and deformed. Blower wheel is dirty. Flue pipe is needing to double wall and not single wall. Condenser is Impacted this would need to chemically cleaned. Contactor is pitted and wire going to contactor is getting hot and melting casing around wire. Due to system being R-22 there is no repairs that can be made spoke with customer about replacing system. Customer declined having an install manager come out and give a quote. He has a guy that can come out and fix.

Customer called us out to inspect his dryer circuit due to the fact of told him he needed a licensed electrician to inspect the circuit. Upon arriving I checked the connection points from the cord to the dryer. I then checked the outlet itself. And then I checked the breaker. After checking all the components of the circuit I found nothing to be wrong with the circuit and no cause for alarm. While here the customer informed me of a gfci in the kitchen nuisance tripping and we decided it would be best to replace it due to its age. Panel replacment cover- 20 space Eaton br or ch cover

Replaced customer supplied bar faucet. When testing I found that the sink drain is leaking. Removed drain and resealed, still leaking. Removed again and noticed a couple groves chipped in the porcelain. Advised customer that the sink will have to be replaced in order to stop the leak. Customer declined me quoting or replacing the sink. TE is not responsible for the sink leaking. When I arrived on original visit there was no need to test anything since it was only a faucet replacement.

Pressure reducing valve was leaking from the union and letting 110 psi throughout the house, made the T&P go off multiple times customer had it replaced himself, he also supplied a 25aub watts PRV that we replaced for him, bathroom has a drain line completely disconnected from the pipe which is making all water from the sink leak onto the bathroom and garage floor. Tested my work everything working properly, advised homeowner that we do not warranty customer supplied parts!

Kevin contacted me to inform me that he was en route to my home. Arrived shortly after we spoke, very friendly and polite. I expressed the issues I was dealing with and Kevin went right to work on set issues. Repaired my issues in a timely manner and then suggested a few preventative items to further protect my home. Would highly recommend this company to others and would ask for Kevin as the tech.
