Roughed in bathroom and bar sink in the basement. We hired a contractor to cut and remove concrete. Trenched and buried drains for all fixtures and connected to a new sewage ejector basin. Installed a new Liberty LE41AV and new ball/check valve combo. Roughed in all water for the fixtures and left them capped out of the wall for easier installation of drywall and cabinets. Install new nest flood light in back of home.

Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with them regarding their issue. Customer was using the upstairs bathroom this morning when sewage began to backup from the main level bathroom toilet and tub. Customer is on septic and had the tank serviced in 2024. Customer is unsure if they pumped it out at that time or not. The main level bathroom is against the back wall of the house and the septic tank is in the backyard roughly 20’ from this bathroom. To be sure there is not a clog before the septic I gave the customer options to pull the toilet on the main level and snake the line. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval began work. Shut off water and disconnected toilet and supply line. Cleaned old wax from flange. ABS flange is in good condition for reconnect. Ran k400 drain machine downstream and went fully 20-30’ down before hitting anything. This suggests that there is either a blockage/issue right at the inlet baffle for the septic tank or the tank itself is full. Mad

On today’s visit I returned for a call back. The customer toilet continued to run after a rebuild. I discussed the further options to fix the issue. I wrote options to replace the toilet and received approval. I installed a new Koehler high line toilet with new wax ring, Supply line and closet bolts. I test for leaks and did a super clean up upon completion. The customer is now happy and satisfied. Provide and replace the existing toilet with Kohler Highline Arc high efficiency 1.28 GPF toilet. Disconnect water supply from the toilet, remove water from the tank, remove tank and bowl from the floor, check drain and flange condition, install a new toilet, check proper flush and clean up the work area. Includes toilet and seat.

Upon arrival, customer stated that they were having waterhammer in the wall. As well as at the dishwasher. Then tested the pressure to find the pressure going from 85 psi to 95 psi. Then offered to replace the PRV as well as add a hammer arrestor to the dishwasher. Customer was very happy with the end result all work was tested no leaks pressure set to 65.

Called out for a upstairs hall bathroom toilet back up. Run cable throughout hall toilet to clear blockage hindering flow. Blockage was waste and tissue Tested thoroughly line is open and flowing. Thanks for choosing TE certified

For this job, I came out to due to customer wanting to change out their shower head. While I was here I check pressure to the home which was right under 70psi. After replacing shower head went ahead and tested for leaks. Also clean up work area and did a final walk through with customer.

On today’s visit I met with the customer. The customer expressed an issue with a leaking toilet and a jammed garbage. I took a look and seen what was causing the jam in the disposal. I also noticed that the seal for the was shot and needed to be replaced. I wrote up options to perform work and received approval. I replaced the fill tower supply line and the fill valve. I tested for leaks and made sure the toilet wasn’t running. I did a super clean as well the customer is now satisfied. Provide and install special order tower. Shut off water supply, remove water from tank and bowl, disconnect supply line from tank, remove old bolts, pull the tank from the bowl, remove the gasket, disassemble the flush tower, install new flush tower, install washers on tank to bowl connections, install new brass bolts and gaskets, connect tank to bowl and secure, inspect service stop, install a new supply line and connect, fill tank, make final adjustments for proper flush, and clean up work area.

Today we ran a new half inch line in pex to above the stove and installed a pot filler faucet.
