On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a clog effecting multiple fixtures. I ran water and was able to notice gurgling. I wrote up options to pull the toilet and snake the drain to clear the clog. I received approval and grabbed materials to start. I ran the cable approximately 30 ft and was able to successfully clear the clog. I replaced the wax ring, China caps and supply line as well. Once the toilet was set back I tested for leaks and ran all fixtures to verify restoration of flow. I caulked the toilet and did a super clean up. The homeowner is now happy and satisfied at this time. Clear clog Pull toilet Reset toilet New supply line Wax ring

Diagnostic Summary – No Cool Upon arrival, we found the system not cooling properly. After a thorough evaluation of the indoor and outdoor equipment, we found several issues affecting system performance and reliability. The indoor system does not have TE Certified Flood Protection installed. Without flood protection, a drain line blockage or condensate overflow could result in water damage to the home and system components. We also found that the system does not have any Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products installed to help reduce airborne contaminants and improve air quality. During our inspection, we found the blower wheel heavily impacted with dirt and debris. A dirty blower wheel can reduce airflow and system efficiency by as much as 30%, placing additional strain on the equipment and reducing overall comfort. We also found a communication issue within the control system. The indoor control board is not properly sending a signal to the outdoor unit, preventing normal operation. A

Came out for a no-cool call on a Pioneer multi-zone mini-split system serving three indoor air handlers. Upon arrival, all three indoor heads were displaying an E9 fault code and the system was not producing cooling. The outdoor unit would start normally, run for approximately 2-3 minutes, then shut down and repeatedly attempt to restart before faulting again. We verified proper incoming power to the outdoor unit at approximately 247 VAC, which is within manufacturer specifications. Communication voltage was present between the indoor and outdoor units and fluctuating as expected on a communicating multi-zone inverter system. Since all three indoor units were displaying the same fault code simultaneously, individual indoor heads, communication wiring, and indoor control boards were ruled out as the primary cause of failure. Further diagnostics were performed on the inverter compressor. Compressor winding resistance measured approximately 1.2 ohms between all three compressor terminal

Whole house was having an issue with the hot water instantly turning lukewarm when two faucets are turned on at the same time. After diagnosing I found that the swing check valve in basement for recirculating system is damaged, sticking open mixing cold water with the hot. Replaced check valve. Everything is working properly now.

As we arrive today, we performed a troubleshoot on multiple outlets that were not working. We found two of them to be burned and another one was not wired in correctly. We replaced both of the burned receptacles and rewired the other one to work properly. We also installed a new receptacle in the closet space underneath the stairs along with changing a switch location from the outside wall to the inside of the room, where it controls the light. Charles also spoke to me about breakers tripping while he’s using the kitchen area. I have attached an estimate for running a dedicated circuit up to the kitchen along with installing a dedicated receptacle on that circuit. It was great meeting all of you today! If you have any questions about the estimate or need anything else in the future, please feel free to give me a call anytime. Thank you, Brandon and Nylan
