Arrived to perform sold work, removed failed condenser fan motor , installed new condenser fan motor secured all wires, install new condenser capacitor 50/5, clean all debris from unit, chemical cleaned condenser coil, flushed drain line and condensation pump, started unit back up checked pressures, wasn’t able to get in home as customer had left, unit working properly with no issues at time

Today we installed a new halo ultimate 100 water filtration system in the home to provide purified water throughout the whole system. Work is complete with no issues.

Troubleshoot issue with dining room switch.

Performed diagnostic on 8yr old main floor unit, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t coming on outside, checked tstst, already in ac mode, visually inspected furnace, upon walking to outdoor unit found not running, no 240v, found disconnect wired incorrectly, and also no fuses in disconnect, recommend wiring properly and adding fuses to continue diagnostic, customer approved, went to pick up material, returned and corrected disconnect wires, added 30a fuse to disconnect, unit started up, went back to furnace, checked blower capacitor, blower wheel heavily impacted, recommend pulling and cleaning, recommend adding flood protection to prevent water damage, outdoor coil heavily impacted, recommend coil cleaning, checked contactor, and capacitor, capacitor reading bad, recommend replacing, checked amp draw, checked pressures and temp split, went over all options customer chose option a and is aware no warranty on repair, chemical cleaned outdoor coil, unit is working at time but custo

Out today to preform only system HVAC service call. Upon arrival, customer stated he was selling the home and the inspector had a few things that needed to be addressed. The main concerns were the flu pipe. The system was not sealed properly, causing major air leaks, There was no filter in the system but there is a filter in the system behind the grill that the inspector missed. The flue pipe that the inspector said was corroded. Inside of the attic was not corroded, but it did appear that previously there was a water leak that I currently do not see anymore and was rundown off of the flashing. At this time, there is no issues with the flu pipe. Customer approved option an immediate repair. At this time system is now currently sealed in the issue of the flue pipe that was not up the code at the furnace is corrected. Also, the water heater pipe is now corrected where it is currently going uphill. At this time system is working in both heat and cool.

We installed a picture frame tv and installed a pass through.

Today We Installed x3 Can Lights In The Upstairs Hallway, x4 Can Lights In The Master Bedroom, x2 Can Lights In The Master Closet, x9 Can Lights In The Kitchen, And x2 Light Fixtures In The Garage. Replace service cable whip from meter to meter disconnect next to it from #1 to 2/0 cable. Install a Tesla Universal Charger fed out of disconnect panel to charger in carport.

Arrived on site after tenant reported that the toilet was constantly leaking. Upon inspection, found that the toilet had been rebuilt prior to arrival. Checked operation of the toilet and confirmed that the toilet was not actively running or leaking at this time. Inspected internal tank components and found that the chain length was excessive, which could interfere with proper flapper operation. Adjusted chain to allow proper function of flush assembly. During inspection, also observed that the toilet is continuously rocking when in use, indicating instability at the base. Due to the condition of the toilet and existing issues, recommended full toilet replacement to prevent future leaks, damage to the flange, or recurring operational problems. Advised that no warranty or responsibility can be provided on existing internal toilet components due to prior rebuild and pre-existing conditions.
