I arrived to customer's home and I was informed that this is her rental home and she plans on having a tenant move in on August 1. Her concern was that the sewer line is original to the home and was probably from 1950s timeframe. I performed a camera inspection from an axis point in the crawlspace all the way up to the county tap to find several separations and misalignments. There is a collapse section of concrete piping at the county tap, which is causing an active backup. The customer was advised not to flush any solids, which would include toilet paper, sewage, or any waste from a garbage disposal down the drain until repair has been made. It appears erosion is occurring at the county tap, and there was a sinkhole forming in the ground. The customer was provided two options for a same-day discount to keep you guys busy or an estimate that will be valid for up to 30 days. The customer chose for me not to present pricing to her after two attempts of me, trying to answer any questions
Today I replaced the failed section of lead pipe for the kitchen sink with pvc with a mechanical connection and installed a new trap
Performed 1 system diagnostic. Found unit pressures low and restricted. Unit is over 10 years old, evap coil will need to be replace. Looking at the unit the evap coil is 3.5 tons and the condenser is 2.5 tons. Unit is non operational. Recommendation would be to replace system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Troubleshoot why the House was having intermittent power issues half of the house not working properly
For this job, I came back to a call that was giving error on the thermostat. Once I arrived, I noticed that it continued to give the high humidity alert. I proceeded to get readings in each vent, ensuring that they were properly open. To get pressure readings and noticed that the pressures and temperatures were good. Then went back into the crawlspace and noticed that there was a large quantity of water sitting inside the crawlspace. With my psychrometer, I was able to get the relative humidity of the crawlspace and it was close to 80%. I explained to the customer highly recommend encapsulating the crawlspace as well as dehumidifier to help with humidity issues. The customer understood but was very confused as to why This was never mentioned to him when he first purchased the system. I explained that I would have my manager give him a call tomorrow.
For this job, I came to look at a house in which the customer stated was not cooling effectively. I began by performing a deep thorough diagnosis, and noticed that there was several ducks that were leaking in the crawlspace. I provided an estimate to repair these ducks and I was able to get the job done today. It’s extremely important to know that I also spoke to the customer about rejoining our homecare membership and her condenser coil is extremely dirty and I highly recommend to get it cleaned.

Customer had never got a maintenance done and is not part of the home care maintenance, warranty will only cover the part damage, but not the labor. Let customer know about this issues and presented options. Quotes are attached to this email. Customer will wait for brother to come home to make a decision and let us know Thank you for choosing TE certified

Jordon was wonderful! Got my job done in a day, was incredibly thoughtful about making the wiring look good (they ran a line outside to a separate part of my house), and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend.
We are glad to hear that your service went well! Thank you for trusting us with your electrical project.
Jason was incredibly helpful and friendly in helping me get my storm damage addressed. I ended up having to get more work done than I realized due to county codes, but he explained the entire process and was professional and communicative the entire time.
Great Service.
I can’t say enough good things about TE Certified or my electrician, Isaac. The first thing I love is that they schedule you (quickly) for a free quote and also schedule time in for the technician to complete the work the day they give you the quote if you so choose! So convenient. I got multiple reminders and heads ups about the appointment. Isaac arrived right on time, was pleasant, helpful, and so accommodating. He walked me through the whole quote and what to expect, let me know when he would be having to use tools and make noise (so as not to spook me or the cat), and cleaned up everything afterwards. He even looked at another unexpected electrical issue that had popped up since I scheduled for the quote and took photos/gave me an estimate to come back and complete that work if I was interested. He got everything completed and working perfectly! Thanks, Isaac!
Issac was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the type of installation I needed and the requirements for my EV.

Great service

TE Certified is professional all the way. They set the bar for presentation, expertise and customer service. I've had them out twice and the experience was the same both times with different electricians. In my book that shows they are well run and know their industry well. Recently, I wanted to inspect the safety of the electrical system in my 1950s era house - you never know with many owners and many DIY additions. I had a competing quote for work on my house for SEVEN times the amount TE ultimately charged calling for a complete rewiring of my home and new breaker panel. This all came down to expertise and education. My electrician, Wesley, was an expert in local code requirements and grandfathering rules. He recommended a modern grounding system as the only essential improvement and recommended other steps I may want to take in the future. He installed it on a hot summer morning in my attic and crawlspace. Professional and courteous the entire time. Highly Recommended for any electric work!
