For this job, I came back to a call that was giving error on the thermostat. Once I arrived, I noticed that it continued to give the high humidity alert. I proceeded to get readings in each vent, ensuring that they were properly open. To get pressure readings and noticed that the pressures and temperatures were good. Then went back into the crawlspace and noticed that there was a large quantity of water sitting inside the crawlspace. With my psychrometer, I was able to get the relative humidity of the crawlspace and it was close to 80%. I explained to the customer highly recommend encapsulating the crawlspace as well as dehumidifier to help with humidity issues. The customer understood but was very confused as to why This was never mentioned to him when he first purchased the system. I explained that I would have my manager give him a call tomorrow.

For this job, I came to look at a house in which the customer stated was not cooling effectively. I began by performing a deep thorough diagnosis, and noticed that there was several ducks that were leaking in the crawlspace. I provided an estimate to repair these ducks and I was able to get the job done today. It’s extremely important to know that I also spoke to the customer about rejoining our homecare membership and her condenser coil is extremely dirty and I highly recommend to get it cleaned.

Coming today for a no cool call. System was installed on 2023 by TE. When testing system found that the suction side service port had failed and leaked all the refrigerant inside the system. also found signs of biological growth in the evaporator coil presenting air flow issues and making system over work. Customer had never got a maintenance done and is not part of the home care maintenance, warranty will only cover the part damage, but not the labor. Let customer know about this issues and presented options. Quotes are attached to this email. Customer will wait for brother to come home to make a decision and let us know Thank you for choosing TE certified

For this job, I completed a one system spring AC Inspection. I began by inspecting the indoor coil and measure all its electrical components and checking out the blower wheel. I cleared the drain line and replaced the filter. Then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and measure all its electrical components. I got pressure readings and then proceeded to explain all my findings to the customer as well as providing estimates.

Perform recall. Verify that the blower motor was good, verified that the furnace control board was good. Set to fan on the fan did engage. When set to cool the unit would either display AC on the furnace control board and not turn on or turn on intermittently. Proceeded to the outdoor unit. Outdoor unit displaying L1 lockout code. Verify that the refrigerant charge is correct. Saw no issues with the current refrigerant charge. Current superheat is 12°. Outdoor condenser is surrounded by fence. I explained to the homeowner if it were me, I would probably have the fence removed to allow the unit to breathe easier. Homeowner has previously had issues with the thermostat, Malik advised her to replace it if issue persist. Homeowner is outside of the two-year thermostat warranty window. Replaced the thermostat and tested it just to ensure that the unit turned on cooling OK. The unit is operational with a new thermostat, there is a 3 to 4 minute delay before the outdoor condenser turns on. Ou

System was not cooling upon arrival. This was due to the condensate pump being tilted and not pumping water out. I leveled the pump and cleaned it out. Also tested it with water. Completed the homecare visit found that the capacitor is failing it needs a blower clean. It was dirty. Condenser coil needs cleaned up no flood protection up to TE standards no drain pan under condensation pump. Took care of Client and recommended some options. Cleaned condenser coil and tested after. No failures at this time.

Would also resecure the vent pieces on top of the water heater. Replaced all the cast iron that was left from inside to the outside and installed new 4” pvc and a two way clean out with sewer popper.Installed the new 4” pvc with the 1/4 fall all the way outside.Repiped water heater with new expansion tank and installed a new PRV as well.

TE Certified will install a new 50 gallon gas water heater with county permit and code requirements Drain down and removed the old gas water heater then installed a new 50 gallon gas water heater with an expansion, also ran the t&p outside of the home. We re-piped the drains underneath the kitchen sink. Installed a new PRV and a main shut off valve for the house and set it to 65 psi. Installed new braided supply lines for the washer. Performed two leak searches in the garage. We encountered a broken flange in the master bathroom. Removed and installed a new flange in its place and set the toilet back. The other leak was coming from the trim around the shower and we caulked the trim. Restored water and tested all of our repairs and found nothing leaking

Called out to assist a fellow technician on a sewer line ran my sewer machine through a 2 inch line to clear grease. attempted to use jet but machine is defective tech to come out tomorrow to clear line. thank you for choosing TE certified.. Came out and completed quoted work from yesterday and I changed the location of clearing the line to the kitchen sink due to evidence of grease. I ran the jetter down the line successfully clearing it. I tested both the sink and the washer in the garage and both were draining very well. I also recommended Endure drain maintainer. I also treated the kitchen sink with Endure. I tested everything and cleaned.

The customer called us out to their home for a leak search. When water runs through the 2 inch wander room, drain it backs up and overflows and leaks. I consulted with the customer and went over how I found a drain issue, and pressurize safety features that have failed, which are resulting in leaks occurring. Tomorrow we are scheduled to come perform all necessary repairs.

I can’t say enough good things about TE Certified or my electrician, Isaac. The first thing I love is that they schedule you (quickly) for a free quote and also schedule time in for the technician to complete the work the day they give you the quote if you so choose! So convenient. I got multiple reminders and heads ups about the appointment. Isaac arrived right on time, was pleasant, helpful, and so accommodating. He walked me through the whole quote and what to expect, let me know when he would be having to use tools and make noise (so as not to spook me or the cat), and cleaned up everything afterwards. He even looked at another unexpected electrical issue that had popped up since I scheduled for the quote and took photos/gave me an estimate to come back and complete that work if I was interested. He got everything completed and working perfectly! Thanks, Isaac!

TE Certified is professional all the way. They set the bar for presentation, expertise and customer service. I've had them out twice and the experience was the same both times with different electricians. In my book that shows they are well run and know their industry well. Recently, I wanted to inspect the safety of the electrical system in my 1950s era house - you never know with many owners and many DIY additions. I had a competing quote for work on my house for SEVEN times the amount TE ultimately charged calling for a complete rewiring of my home and new breaker panel. This all came down to expertise and education. My electrician, Wesley, was an expert in local code requirements and grandfathering rules. He recommended a modern grounding system as the only essential improvement and recommended other steps I may want to take in the future. He installed it on a hot summer morning in my attic and crawlspace. Professional and courteous the entire time. Highly Recommended for any electric work!
