Today I came out to perform a four system home care on four systems. I inspected heat, exchanger, burners, and ignition components for save operation. Check blower, assemblies, airflow, settings, electrical connections, breaker size, and motor amp draws to verify proper performance. Tested controls and safety switches. Inspected for any potential safety or code concerns. I also installed iWAVEs and 2 apco x and clean blower wheels. I tested all systems and function. The main system on left needs a condenser cleaning and a 16 x 25 1 static filter. I have to follow back up with customer once I have it ordered.

Dakota and Ashley has called us to Install customer supplied water heater and replace outdoor hose spigot. Dakota who works for Rheem supplied the water heater that came from Rheem damaged claims where it was purchased there. When I inspected the water heater that was provided I noticed dent marks on the bottom of the water heater. I recommended not installing a water heater that is damaged and has already been voided of warranty. They are aware that the water heater does not carry warranty because that’s already been through damage claims but still wants the water heater installed. I noted that there’s no warranty on the water heater itself for if it were prematurely fail. They are aware and for today I installed the water heater that they provided up to code and a pan with a leak alarm and expansion tank, strapped to the structure of the home and replaced the hose spigot. Ashley did mention of the toilet I intstalled from previous visit that it would make noises again. I had told her

Replaced failing GFCI in the garage

Replaced failed expansion tank and strapped to joist. Performed leak search and found rotted compromised subfloor and a white growth all over the I floor under the toilet. Referred remediation.

Install new Navion 240 A2 tankless water heater. Installed all code compliant upgrades. Installed new pressure reducing valve. Technician re-piped, hot and cold waterlines to tankless. Homeowner had hot water when technician left. Checked and tested for leaks.

We were called out to replace an 11 year old water heater. Installed 55 gallon electric with expansion tank and set pressure to 120 degrees. The customer has a newly installed Kohler toilet this is running intermittently. It appears to have been related to the failed expansion tank. If this toilet continues to run, the fill valve and or Kohler gasket seal will require replacement. We have given/sent an estimate for this repair.

Completed parts warranty replacement of 2 Trane heat exchangers. Installed new heat exchangers with new gaskets. Tested heating operation on both systems. Adjusted gas pressures to manufacture specifications. Installed new zone damper motor for master bedroom and tested system operation. Lastly installed defrost control board on basement heat pump system. All systems are fully operational at time of service.

Troubleshoot outlets not working and install a whole house surge

Added 4 wafer lights in the kitchen on existing light switch. Changed the breaker to a dual function breaker. Added two new switches in the basement to separate the lights. All four lights were on one switch. Now they are controlled by three separately. Changed the breaker to a dual function breaker. Added two 20amp circuits in the basement for a microwave and a kitchen appliance circuit. Both circuits got new dual function breakers.

We came out to diagnose flickering lights in jack and Jill bath, upon inspection we noticed a pretty significant drop in voltage causing the flicker, all devices are backstabbed and recommended a full Redevice of circuit to go through and make correct terminations. Once completed voltage is holding steady and light flickering has been corrected. At this time we recommend that led bulbs be stalled at fixtures to help lighten the load on circuit
