Water was leaking from the bathroom exhaust fan vent. After further investigation, I saw that hornets had built a nest in the exterior vent cover with the door closed. This allowed humidity to build up and condensate. Eliminated the hornets nest and the vent is opening and closing as it should. Homeowner signed up for homecare.

Performed leak search, looked at water meter no gallons used on register, homeowner stated he hasn’t used water and has been home for couple hours, Found vent for hvac exhaust had build up condensation and leaking from ceiling in living room. Scheduled hvac appointment with home owner to access the situation. No other leaks found.

This job we went to lead detection services for homeowner on right side of yard just off the side of the home above the penetration for the Water-main service though the homeowner does have a swimming pool and is not aware if the swimming pool tease off the main line to fill or not he said he only fills it when it gets a little bit low with his water hose and he has never completely drained the poo. there Were also a lot of othernuances to contend with such as a French train that runs along the side of the house. All the power runs right along the side of the house and there is a swimming pool pump that was running. We narrowed down the location of the leak to the best of our ability at approximately 15 to 24 inches off the side of the home where the waterline penetrates the slab we marked the area with flags for the tech.

Pulled and reset toilet. Ran full length of cable of hydro jetter into bathroom toilet drain. Ran mini jetter multiple times inside toilet drain. Set toilet and tested for leaks.

The customer had explained to me they’ve been having repeat backups inside the drain lines and upon a camera inspection I was able to make it to the septic tank and also was able to identify a clog in progress. Last night the customer had a back up. I was able to identify a clump of wipes inside the drain line which I was able to somewhat push a little further down the line with the camera head and partially allowed drainage. I Explained to the customer that I would recommend to throw away the wipes instead of flushing them to prevent clogs in the future, I also recommended upgrading the toilets from builder grade toilets up to pressure assisted toilets, I also gave the customer pricing to fix an area of concern of a sharp turn and replace that with a long sweep 90, and I also gave them a price to rebuild a small section of the drain line that has a crack on a 90° Fitting. The pricing provided will be good for 30 days. also, I was able to recommend that the customer have the water heat

Took apart p-trap assembly in sink to clear slow draining hallway bathroom sink

Found leaking T&p valve. Checked pressure and found pressure to be too high, 95psi. Also, water heater is 10 yrs old Sold water heater replacement but cannot complete due to financing Replace T&p valve for now, will come back next week to replace PRV and water heater after financing situation has cleared

Assess a water leak, installed a new ball valve in order to isolate the water leak to the yard and sold the customer a new line of service via bore

Performed 1 system diagnostic on zoned system. Found main level zone damper removed, no wiring connected to main level, duct work pieced together and not sealed, armouflex torn and no insulating lineset, dirty blower, incorrect capacitor, furnace was refurbished, incorrect gas connection, no gas sediment trap, incorrect flue piping, tape on flue pipe, incorrect bypass damper, duct work not strapped up causing multiple restriction points, no te standard flood protection, duct board plenums, side of furnace taped off with a sheet of metal, duct work air leaks and openings. Due to cost of repairs and amount of repairs need to get unit operational and up to code recommended replacement and investment of new unit.

Replaced garbage disposal on kitchen sink.

Put junction box outside and use existing circuit for outside outlet for pool heater(120v 20 amp gfi)

Replaced ECM Blower for single system home. Also replaced zone damper motor that we noticed was having an issue opening. Tested fully after repairs. No failures at this time.

Pull toilet and place new wax seal and shim the toilet to stop rocking in hallway bathroom

Troubleshoot upstairs office area and master bathroom lights. Replace defective outlet in upstairs hallway.

Upon arrival, the system was frozen. Today we fully thawed the system and found that the system is leaking refrigerant from the evaporator coil in multiple different spots. Also found that both the supply and return duct is insufficient for the size of this unit. The return is short by a 10 inch duct and the supply does not have the correct sized bypass For the zoning equipment. The drain line in the attic is also not pitched well and the water safeties are not proper code functionality. Condenser fan motor is leaking around the bearings and lots of rust presents. The condenser coil is also very dirty. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Gas company tested home and said there is a leak on the homeowners side of the gas meter. Pressure tested home to find where leak is.
