Cable interior cleanout in basement Customer was experiencing master bathroom grouping backing up and water backing up into showers when using shower/toilet. Upon arrival we tested mainline section after bathroom branch and everything was draining fine, cleanout not holding water. Customer did not run any water in bathroom branch for the last 24 hours. We safely removed cleanout cap in basement, ran flex shaft machine several times, full length cable. Brought back some soft tissue. Secured clean out cap with pipe thread sealant back to fitting. Upstairs system in house is back feeding through ground. Set an appointment for electrical to come and diagnose before doing system leak search. Diagnosed defective txv on garage system and duct board supply plenum. Customer would like next week Thursday pending parts availability.

Customer had Rheem water heater booster leaking at the water heater After further inspection, I found the water heater booster unit is leaking Customer elected to bypass the unit Cut out the water heater booster, and installed copper piping to bypass it Also informed customer that water psi is 90 and the pressure regulator valve needs to be replaced ASAP. He said he will get it done.

Replaced prv in garage to eliminate high pitched squealing noise.

For this job, I came back to replace a 4 ton evaporator coil that was leaking. I proceeded to properly remove the old damage coil and install the brand new one. I also replaced the filter dryer and installed a new one. After everything was installed, i proceeded to pressure test with nitrogen to ensure that there were no leaks. After the Nitrogen test was successful i proceeded to perform a deep vacuum to remove any moisture or contaminants in the system. Once the vacuum got below 400 microns, i proceeded to charge the unit with brand new refrigerant to manufacture specs. I Then proceeded to test the unit to ensure that everything was properly working. Upon arrival client complained of a sewer smell from time to time after installing new toilet. Found toilet is not secure to floor at base. Reset toilet and replaced broken flange. Found 3” pvc shoved inside original 4” cast iron. Explained findings to client. Informed him that the long term solution would require a major cast iron repipe inside the crawl space and possibly behind bathroom walls.

Installed 2 circuits and basement one for a dehumidifier and one for a water shut off system

Arrived for today’s appointment condensate drain line was clogged. Got the mighty pump outside and cleared the drain. Also poured two gallons of water with pan treat. This was only a visual inspection no diagnostic was done in today’s visit.

Install faceplate and correct 240volt receptacle. Attempted to troubleshoot tripping GFCI circuit, but Tony stated he figured out that the issue was a old battery charger causing the tripping.

Came in today because the system was not cooling, when inspecting system found electrical components had failed. outdoor and indoor coils were also clogged, and there was heavy biological growth spreading in the indoor system, also ductwork was packed with dust and debris Let customer know about this issues and presented options. Also let customer know that system has been overworking for a long time and there could be other repairs in the future. Customer decided to move forward with repairs, work was done and tested. Replacing outdoor GFCI

Replaced defective high pressure switch for garage unit. Preformed leak search on upstairs unit and added 3lbs of 410a.

Preformed a tankless water heater flush. I advised customer of high water pressure. He stated he did not want to resolve the pressure issue due to him moving out of state in less then 2 months
