Hand dig approximately 5’ in deep in rear of home, dig is on an incline and in difficult to access area, unable to access with tractor in a safe manner and without causing damage to property will attempt to install cleanout at repair for future access. Customer is aware that if we have to remove or tunnel underneath stairs that additional charge may be applied INSTALLATION: TE exposed pipe that was roughly 5 feet deep and followed the pipe and found where their was a root intrusion.Cut out a section of 5 feet and installed new sch 40 pressure 4” pvc with a cleanout.Tamped and backfilled the hole.

Poor toilet in basement hall bath, scope line to determine condition of main sewer line from house to inlet side of septic tank After, scope in line did not find any issues with the main sewer from home to septic tank, would however recommend replacement of flange on basement toilet, for flange is more than an inch lower than finish flooring Would not recommend using downstairs hallway, toilet until flange is installed properly the way it’s installed. Water could escape from seal.

Customer called us out for a clog in their basement bathroom grouping. On arrival there was water all over the floor in the mechanical room and seeping from the floor boards near the bathroom. I also went and removed the lid for the septic tank and it was not over flowing. I recommended clearing the blockage using a drain machine and the customer agreed. I ran my machine down the clean out clearing the blockage. I did pull back roots.I then cleaned up and tested the line. A sewer supervisor is scheduled for Saturday 9-12.

Arrived on site and customer stated they had a possible leak in the upstairs bathroom, which caused water to leak into there master bedroom bathroom/ laundry room. Customer allowed me to cut into the ceiling to expose the area, which I found a 1/2 water line with a crack in it. I went ahead and proceeded with a spot repair ,pressurized the house and checked the area.
