No cool whole home. On 2021 Lennox2-5 ton heat pump air handler Upon arrival found system to have power but nothing would run. Air handler had cover off of blower compartment and tenant has attempted to figure out what was wrong. Upon inspection found transformer had blown and system did not have low voltage fuses. Replaced transformer added fuses and began looking for cause of transformer blowing. After speaking with tenant and not being able to locate any signs of low voltage short( contactor ohms are 18, no signs of low voltage wire damage or tears in outdoor unit) it’s determined that a power outage caused transformer to blowing during the recent storms as tenant was away from home when system stopped running and all clocks had to be reset according to tenant. Finished inspecting equipment to find p trap is incorrect, system lacks adequate flood protection, drain line could use a good clean and outdoor unit is getting dirty. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Refrigerant added to system. System was physically moved to the other side of the house when the house was purchased a little over a year ago. Also advised that there may be a restriction in the system or a failed TXV. The decision was made to just add refrigerant for now. Home care plan also added. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

For this job, we returned to perform work on the previous quoted job on last week. We installed a new drain section in crawl space to fix the joints that were not glued, and replaced the piping up to the toilet flange in the guest bathroom to repair leak. We also installed a new kohler high line in the place of the old toilet. We then installed a new regulator ,aim shut off and expansion tank on the system. We tested our work, and cleaned up.
