Upon arrival, we met with the contact on site. They’ve upstairs guest toilet clogged recently. They attempted to plunge but were unable to clear. We tested, confirmed nothing else is affected. We were able to auger and clear the blockage inside the toilet. We tested and confirmed no leaks or errors at this time. The home is a new build, with Gerber toilets. I advised the owner that if they continue to have issues, it would be beneficial to install higher functioning toilets. Estimates have been provided. Perform draining clearing on toilet. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line clearing. No warranty on drain clearing.

For this call, homeowners were not getting adequate volume of water to their kitchen sink. Once we inspected the crawlspace, we saw the house was ran in galvanized which likely caused that issue. While we were down there, there was also no PRV which we installed one and set the pressure to 65 and there was also a section of cast iron drain that was cracked. We cut it out and replaced it with PVC pipe to prevent it from leaking more. Homeowners bought a sink that we put in as a courtesy to be proactive about the galvanized corrosion possibly clogging up the old one to avoid any issues in the future. Customer called us out to install a fan on her back outside sitting area

Returned to complete repairs that were quoted on Friday. Installed water safety devices and 12” bypass damper. Sealed around coil and adjusted furnace airflow.

No Cool- 2021 Weatherking Zoned system with no cooling upstairs. I found excess wiring wrapped around the damper motor no allowing it to open. Removed wiring and cycled damper open and closed multiple times. Damper worked correctly each time. Customer complained about the air noise from the vents. There is no bypass damper on the system and it is single stage. So all airflow is going to one duct at certain times. System also lacks sufficient flood protection. I presented the customer with my options and it was decided that we would add the bypass, flood protection and sign up for a HomeCare plan. I set up a project manager to come out next Tuesday to give the customer some options on their basement project. I will be returning next Monday between 2-5pm.

For this job, came out customer stated the water heater was not working. The unit was leaking and not producing hot water due to normal wear and tear. The unit needed to be replaced. Technician brought the unit up to code. T&p was ran outside. Pipes to heater were insulated. Unit was tested and system was purged of air. Will be returning tomorrow to install shower cartridge that customer ordered.

Replaced two fiberglass duct board supply air distribution boxes in the attic with new metal distribution boxes, professionally sealed and wrapped on the exterior with insulation for improved durability and efficiency. Also insulated the attic condensate drain line to help prevent condensation caused by the temperature difference between cold water in the line and the hot, humid attic environment. Completed a condensate drain line flush to verify proper drainage and ensure the flood safety system is operating as intended.

Today I came out to install and replace new evaporator for a Goodman heat pump system. Afterwards, I charge system up according to superheat. System has great temp readings and the Delta T readings are great. There are no other issues here. Customer is happy.
