The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Replace thermostat, add 2 pounds of refrigerant, and unclogged drain. Upon arrival found no power on thermostat. Found drain full of water. Remove switch from water and system did not come back on. Thermostat power back up, but would not call and cool. I could make the fan come on but could not get thermostat to come on in cool. Tide red green and yellow together to get air conditioner to come on. Orange had 24 V to it already. Tested unit and unit is low on refrigerant. There are three issues that have to be dealt with right away for the system to actually work. It is low on refrigerant which means it’s actively leaking refrigerant. The drain is clogged. The thermostat is not working. Upon further inspection found some more issues as well. Contactor is buzzing very loudly outside as well as condenser coil being very dirty. The system is from 2018 and is showing a very significant lack of maintenance. Took this informatio

The customer scheduled for the $59 tube-up special. Performed a full system inspection on the whole home HVAC system. Tested heating, auxillary heating and cooling from the thermostat. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the system. Checked and replaced the 1” air filter. Reported findings to the customer.

Kyle called us out to his home because he was having issues of not receiving power and half of the basement. Him and his wife are redoing the basement and when replacing some switches and outlets wired a switch wrong. Today we switched over that connection and installed a dual function breaker.

We were able to determine that the back exterior outlet that the fountain is plugged into is on breaker #38 with the right of sink GFCI in the kitchen. We were also able to determine that the tv outlet in the family room is not on breaker #23 with the rest of the family room and isn’t on same breaker as the fountain. We tested the circuit with everything on and couldn’t get it to trip.

Installed new Rheem 50 gallon natural gas water heater. Installed new ball valve, expansion tank, water piping, gas valve, gas flex connector, sediment trap, vent piping, drip pan, and leak alarm. Removed the PVC water piping serving hot and cold hose spigots. Replaced the cold line with 1/2” pex. Reduced pipe strapping to every 24”. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Customer called us out for two clogged sinks one in the master bathroom and one in the grandmother’s bathroom and a clogged toilet in the master bathroom. I inspected both sinks and they appeared to be clogs in the p-trap. I then tested the toilet and it backed up immediately. I recommended having all three cleared. Customer only wanted to take care of the toilet today. I ran my closet auger and successfully cleared the blockage. I tested the toilet multiple times with toilet paper and had no issues.
