Was called out today about doing some minor repairs on some cast-iron in the basement redid all toilets with new 4 inch PVC made appropriate connections to cut iron at a sink and added a shower and master bathroom redid kitchen drain work tied back into all vents Thank you for choosing TE certified

Customer did not have a refrigerator shut off on the same level as the.Refrigerator. Pressure on the house was at seventy p s I thank you so much. Customer agreed to have a shut off installed on the main level, behind the refrigerator as well as replacing the p.R v. I turned the water off at the street and drained the house down. I then replaced the pressure regulating valve. And then remove the old refrigerator hose to the refrigerator and drilled out the hole. That was already there to make it large enough to install a piece of half inch copper pipe down there, there was no putting a refrigerator shut off box. And the wall, as it was directly on top of it, a beam in the crawl space. Plumb, the rest of the pipe in and install the shut off directly behind the refrigerator. After that, I turn the water back on.Slowly at the meter and flushed, all of the air out of the lines. Checked all facets to make sure that they were not clogged. Full system install

The customer called us out because they were experiencing issues in relation to the drain lines. I pulled the hall bathroom closest to the kitchen and trace the main trunk line exiting the home. Several issues were found such as bellying, corroded, and cracking, cast-iron, separations within the drain lines. As of now, the customer chose to proceed forward with a less invasive approach to her issue until she is ready to commit to the full project.

In the master bedroom we removed the existing ceiling fan and noticed the box that was existing was not a fan rated box. We supplied and installed a new fan rated pancake at no additional cost then assembled the fan and installed the new fan and tested. On the exterior back porch we removed the existing floodlight and the exposed UF cable. I re routed the cable and installed a bell box at no additional cost and installed new conduit to physically protect the UF wire. We installed the new fixture and tested it to ensure it is working.

Upon arrival spoke with customer about a spot on her ceiling. Went upstairs and found two p traps that were missing the compression nuts. Did not believe this was the cause so a leak search was done. Cut open ceiling and found a condensate line/line set running up the outside way with water markings around it. Determined the hvac was the source of the leak. Customer will hand her personal hvac company evaluate the issue. Replaced both master traps in the master bathroom. Tested for leaks.

Run circuit for and install an EV Charger. Install a proper grounding system on the home with surge protection, replace keyless light fixture. Run a dedicated circuit for a freezer.

Today we separated grounds and neutrals in a main electrical panel

Installed dedicated 30amp circuit for EV outlet. Home can not handle more than 30A load without service upgrade.

Clear blockage in exterior cleanout Customer was experiencing a mainline blockage affecting whole home. Upon arrival I noticed the cleanout full of sewage. Customer took the cleanout cap off so the home would not backup. I ran my cable machine through the cleanout and after multiple attempts I was successful to restore proper flow. This is a reoccurring issue, we scheduled a sewer supervisor visit for 3-9 at 11am-2pm window.

Conducted a leak troubleshoot for homeowner. During my investigation, I noticed that the wall behind the water heater is wet, as is the carpet in the adjacent bedroom which has a closet that shares a wall with the water heater nook. There was no leak outside of the wall so I used my thermal imaging camera and determine the leak is inside of the wall on the hot line that goes down into the slab. The leak appears to be halfway down the wall. This job has been flipped to service technician Alan Murphy of Kennesaw location, as it is under $1000 valuation. Alan is in route now to do the repair.

Current toilet setup is with a 3 way double wye and does not allow proper flow downstream. This creates a rollercoaster effect and therefore causes accumulation of paper and such in this area which results in the reoccurring back ups. Will Pull toilet and remove flooring,concrete, and dirt channel from door frame along bathroom towards back corner of bathroom. Remove and cap existing drain for toilet. Install new flange and pvc piping from current toilet location diagonally towards center of door frame and connect with wye fitting. Test for operation and pour concrete to grade and reset toilet after concrete has cured. Customer will be responsible for flooring Installation: We removed the concrete in the blue bathroom in order to access the double wye catching the toilets. We dug down and exposed the truck line downstream of the toilet, capped off the old connection at the double wye, and then rerouted the toilet further downstream. Today I removed an existing fluorescent light in the closet and replaced it with a new wafer light. I also installed whole home surge protection on a new breaker in the main panel. I also replaced an unlisted breaker in the garage sub panel

Called out to complete sold work for a partial re-pipe of the home. This project took five days to complete. Day one consisted of setting plastic and protection in the home and cutting out all drywall in order to access pipes from the basement ceiling for the main floor. Day two consisted of shutting off the water, draining the system and beginning the re-pipe. Completed 25% of the re-pipe on day two. Day three consisted of doing the second portion of the re-pipe. Shut off water and drained the system. Completed all re-pipe work in the water heater room. Day four consisted of re-piping the entire section where drywall was cut on day one. All new stub up from the basement ceiling to the main floor were installed with new water stops. The final day consisted of insulating all hot water lines, and cleaning up the affected area. Installed escutcheon on all stub ups on main floor fixtures and swept and mopped the entire basement floor. All work was tested for leaks and functionality. No lea

Troubleshoot why the new freezer tripped the garage gfci receptacle.

Met with customer and spoke with them regarding the issue they are experiencing. Customer showed me inside and to the upstairs bathroom. Customer states toilet is filling very slowly and the lavatory sink is not draining well. I confirmed that the fill valve has failed inside the toilet causing it to fill extremely slow. The sink is draining slow and does not have a stopper or parts for the pop up assembly. I gave the customer estimates to replace the fill valve and supply line for the toilet as well as clearing the sink drain and installing a new pop up assembly. Customer did not want a new pop up at this time. Customer agreed to repairing the toilet and clearing the sink drain. After getting signature approval I began work. Shut off water to toilet and removed water from tank. Installed new braided stainless steel supply line and new pro45b fill valve. Returned water and flushed toilet several times. No leaks. For this job, I conducted lead detection services as a TGL for original technician Joshua Reyes. I discovered the leak in the flower bed just before the Watermain service penetration about 15 feet out. I am not sure of the trajectory of the the water main service once it gets over there, and I could not pinpoint the leak because it goes underneath a tree, but I could hear air and water all around the area once I put compressed air on it. The homeowner says that they want to go with a full line replacement and would like to have original technician Joshua Reyes reach out to them and discuss the estimate.

Install customer supplied kitchen sink and faucet. Reconfigured the drainage pipe and reinstalled the original garbage disposal. Tested functionality of faucet and checked for leaks of work that was performed today. Advised that the water heater is 11 years old with one year left on the warranty. Recommend replacing the water heater sometime in the future when the warranty is expired.

Two new Smoke detectors install Outside GFi replacement 4flood lights ( customer supply)

We were called out to replace a 12 year old sewage ejector pump in the basement. The customer also complained of an odor from the area where the pump was located. We replaced the sewage ejector pump, pump lid, and check valve and ball valve for the pump. We cycled the pump 10 times to test. We quoted replacing the back pitched vent for the pump, but the customer declined having the venting replaced at this time. If the odor comes back, even with the new lid and pump, replacing the back pitched venting will be necessary.
