Diagnosed tripping breaker to dryer

Homeowner called us out due to toilet running and lavatory faucet leaking from handle when in use. We replaced the flapper seal and the both cartridges in the faucet. All work was tested and checked for leaks. There wasn’t any evidence of water loss at this time

Troubleshoot on front door light. No neutral in switch by front door. Circuit extension off garage outlets to provide neutral capabilities at front door for smart switch. Dual function breaker to provide PROTECTION to circuit.

Replaced failed check valve and also replaced hammer arrestors for washing machine.

Installed two customer supplied widespread lavatory faucets and replaced all four shutoff valves for these faucets. We also repaired an American standard toilet as a courtesy during our visit by replacing the flush gasket. We tested our work thoroughly to ensure proper function. Thank you!

We installed a dedicated circuit for a bidet outlet in the master bathroom. We use the subpanel in the basement. We also replaced the light fixture in the front bedroom and install a dimmer in there. And then we replace the light fixture in the hallway.

Came to troubleshoot beeping smoke detectors. Discovered existing smoke detector units were expired and replaced them with Smoke/Carbon detectors. Units will last 10 years and battery backup will need to be changed every 6 months to a year. We recommend changing all batteries if one of them starts intermittently chirping. Upstairs System - Inspection - 2024 Goodman Heatpump/AirHandler Completed full inspection on upper level system. System was heating on arrival but having some intermittent issues. Observed that the system is over charged with refrigerant and would kick the outdoor unit off on high pressure and only run the heat strips. I balanced out the refrigerant levels and ran the system through several cycles to ensure consistent operation and heating. At this time there are no other issues with the equipment. Wiring tracing and inspection Install a new power feed to the kitchen breakfast table area.

Was called out about a leak come to find out it was a pin hole on the cold side of the master bathroom sink. So I cut out about and 18inch section and replaced it with new pipe and new coupling Tested for leak no leaks at this time Thanks for choosing te certified

Troubleshoot coffee bar outlets not working and bathroom switch not working properly. Replaced outlets and switches.

Repair pinhole leak on return line to water heater. Customer opted for the option to repair it with a ball valve which also helps any further maintenance on the water heater recirculation pump. Also provided customer with a leak alarm as a courtesy. The original issue was a pinhole leak on the hot return line to the water heater. A pin hole was created in the red pex used to pipe in the return line to the recirculation pump. This pinhole leak cause water to be sprayed continuously in the Elliot’s basement. Upon my repair no further issues or leaks were present.

Replaced venting to water heater that was undersized and incorrectly installed with tape. Replaced flex connection to stove.

We came out today and wired in a new 6/6/8 circuit for a new location Tesla Charger in the garage. We supplied and installed a new breaker for the car charger along with providing and installing a new Tesla Magic Dock. In the office room we supplied and installed new duplex receptacles along with a GFCI and one duplex in the garage. We supplied and installed a whole home surge protector with a new flush mount kit.

Customer called us out to his home today because he wanted a bath fan and his bathroom. He expressed how he did not like how the only ventilation was the window. So today we installed a new bathroom fan in the master bathroom. We also installed the vent to outside.

HVAC was here installing new units, and when they went to turn off the breaker, the breaker arced and the main breaker arced. I inspected the sub panel and found the main breaker and the furnace breaker had poor connections on the bus bar and were arcing. The bus bar is not burnt luckily. I replaced the breaker and everything is now working properly

Return trip to install the plugmold outlets and under cabinet lighting for the kitchen

Trench new water, main service from existing meter through yard to sidewalk in front of home sawcut sidewalk to gain access to foundation penetration at water main service sleeve new pipe through foundation, penetration and tie into existing plumbing system inside garage install new watts 25AUBPRV. Test system filling trench cleanup. Installation: Trenched new waterline through front yard. Removed section of sidewalk to access new penetration made inside of garage. Installed new hdpe water main, whole home shut off valve and PRV. We thoroughly tested the waterline, ensuring no leaks. Set house pressure to 65 psi. We then backfilled and cleaned up work areas.

Tech arrived on site and found that the customer had reset their thermostat to factory settings The technician reprogrammed the thermostat correctly and tested their unit ensuring proper operation Further inspection will be done on the HomeCare visit
