We needed a new sink and faucet installed which required new pipe layout under the cabinet. All the shutoff valves were also brought up to code. It was also discovered that the relief tank on our water heater had malfunctioned and was needing to be replaced. I couldnt have been happier with our plumber Emiliano. He was prompt, extremely polite, professional and really cared about the work he did. Also after completing the tasks , he left the job site cleaner than it was before he arrived. I would highly recommend Emiliano and the folks over at TE Certified for all you plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs. I will definitely be using them again. Just a silly side-note but I appreciated receiving a text prior to Emilianos arrival confirming the appointment and also introducing him to us with a picture and a small bio about himself.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the HVAC SYSTEM is not working properly on heat mode. After complete troubleshooting I found the heat cycle failed due to pressure switch is not closing and the inducer draft motor is weak. Test outdoor condenser unit is 2 ton capacity 28 years old r 22 refrigerant type which is already phased out test pressure are extremely low that’s indication of refrigerant leak plus contactor from Condenser unit is making loud noise and check condenser coil is all damaged pressures from high side are extremely high for this outdoor temperature that’s indication of possible compressor failure. Homeowner Is aware of the conditions of the system DUE TO AGED AND CONDITIONS PLUS AIRFLOW ISSUES I RECOMMEND TO UPGRADE COMPLETE SYSTEM CUSTOMER WANTS TO GET A QUOTE FOR NEW SYSTEM. Performed whole home gas pressure test set at about 15 psi and continued by spraying all connections in home at fixtures with mega bubble test. Located at two different gas whips one connection for stove and the other connection for water heater and performed minor gas leak repair as courtesy for attic right AC unit. After everything was completed, we tested again and insured. Everything was free of leaks.

Dug down about 12-16 inches in front of home to located busted water main. After completely exposing, leak seems to have been coming from pex to copper connection that was improperly installed. Cut out fitting and properly reconnected with pex to copper transition fitting. Turned water on to test and ensure proper function.

We had a leak in our gas fireplace. Was advised that it was from the keyhole gas valve and that we would need a new line last year. Scheduled a visit with TE to see how much the new line would cost. Turns out my line and valve are both functioning well - just need a new burner assembly. So thankful I called these guys. Jose arrived promptly on time and I showed him all the opportunities I had with electrical issues. He replaced the aged smoke detectors and put in a new light switch. However, the big issue was a GFIC outlet. Jose listen to my problem with the outlet and deciphered it for solutions. He did an excellent job, kept everything clean and kept me update.
