Arrived on site and customer needed her kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and drains connected for the kitchen sink. Once kitchen faucet disposal and drain line we’re all hooked up. I went ahead and ran the water for several minutes to ensure all connections had no issues and everything is working properly.

Today we came out for the main level not cooling 2013 Lennox 3 ton ac with matching furnace. Checked complete system found barely any refrigerant in circuit due to leaking evaporator coil. Due to this leak compressor has been damaged and manufacture warranty has expired. This is a builder grade unit with an average life span of 8-12 years depending on maintenance log. On upstairs system found dirty condenser coil causing strain on compressor 2021 Lennox 4 ton ac. Basement unit has no issues other than minimal flood protection. For this call, homeowners were having an error code on their tankless that was saying locked out. This reason this occured was due to unfortunate circumstances, the home was hit by lightning and fried most of the components in the tankless that was installed. We got in contact with navien tech support to try and get it unlocked to avoid having to do any major repairs or replace and did as instructed by tech support but tankless was not able to stop error coding. Navien said in this case, it would be the best option to avoid any issues because the extent of the damage, it would be best to swap it out. Due to it being an act of God, Navien wouldn’t be able to cover the unit. Homeowners agreed for us to swap the unit out and we began work after going out to get the new unit. After removing the old unit, we installed the new one and tested everything to ensure of proper functionality and no leakages and all is working as it should at this time. Today we completed panel repairs that were discovered from home buying inspection. We did a panel restoration which includes replacing all breakers, separating neutral/ ground wires and re torquing / re applying oxide inhibiting grease to service wires.

Rerouted and install new kitchen drain line through bottom of sink cabinet. Replaced and installed hot side stop valves. All work was tested and checked for leaks

We replaced the sconce light in the back porch and installed a whole home surge protector

Install Studor vent Bottle of endure for preventative maintenance Customer called us because sink was leaking from several joints. We tested mainline for blockage but kitchen sink was only problem area. Kitchen sink drained fine until garbage diposal was turned on, Studor vent would pop off and water would spool out of drain. Removed section of pipe under sink to install new AAV. Ran several tests, drain is no longer leaking. AAV is secured to pipe. Cleanout was in good shape. Leaving estimates for future jetting for kitchen sink. Service technician scheduled for Wednesday for low water presssure.

Arrived on site to look at installing power for a battery generator set up. After discussing with the homeowner, we provided options to get this set up installed. The homeowner also discussed issues with some existing GFCI outlets throughout the home. We provided options to install point of use GFCI outlets in the bathrooms and replace some older GFCI outlets in the kitchen and garage. The homeowner also discussed issues with his power intermittently going out. He did not want us to perform a troubleshoot on today’s visit. We recommend talking the neighbors to see if they are having similar issues. We also recommend getting the power company to come out and check out their power to ensure it is working properly. If everything is good, we may need to perform a troubleshoot to resolve the issue. For today, we replaced an older GFCI outlet in the garage and kitchen. Guest Bathroom Lights Master Bedroom Receptacle

No cool on the daughter’s room and on the main level system. Both had same error code 184.07 on the thermostat (hard lock out). Reset both systems and they both works. Inspected all connections, drain lines, pressures, temperature differential and both systems are working properly. I could have been one time issue, or house lost power sometimes. Found no issue and thermostats are not showing any error. Also, daughter’s bedroom drain line is not draining totally free and recommend to install a condensate pump for this system, if drain line gets clogged or water in the drain pan. Drain line is clear but it’s draining slowly. Sent estimates for condensate pump install. No other issue, systems are working properly at this visit.

Inspection of one HVAC system. 2021/2014 Trane System Inspected indoor unit and tested heat. Changed filter and flushed drain. Inspected indoor coil and found biological inside. Outdoor inspection found the outdoor coil dirty and needing cleaned, contactor looks original and is very worn and also in need of replacing. No insulation on refrigerant lines. Refrigerant pressures good at this time. Recommended multiple options to eliminate the biological growth inside the indoor coil. Also recommended to clean outdoor unit, replace contactor add wet switch for water safety and insulate refrigerant lines.

Main floor thermostat failed after today’s visit with project manager. Homeowner was aware that the thermostat was already failing due to the display. The thermostat was replaced with approval. I verified system operation thereafter. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Today I Came Out To Address The Customers Concern Of The Upstairs Bedrooms Not Working. I Met With The Customer And He Showed Me The Bedrooms And The Electrical Panel. I Went Over The Agenda And Performed A Troubleshoot. I Determined The Switch Box In The Left Bedroom Has The Hot Feed, Switch Leg For Fan, And Outgoing Power To The Outlets. The Neutral Wire From The Outgoing Power To The Outlets Was Not Connected Properly And Was Loose From The Other Wires. During My Evaluation I Determined The Outlets In Both Bedrooms Were Speed Wired. I Went Over This With The Customer And He Was Informed On The Issue When He Replaced The Outlets In Another Part Of The Home. I Provided Options To Relieve The Situation And He Agreed To Life Time Warranty The Connections In The Switch Box And He Will Be Taking Care Of Re-Wiring The Outlets In The Bedrooms. I Terminated All The Connections In The Switch Box And Replaced The Switch As A Courtesy. I Went Over Everything With The Customer And Tested All The

Concerns of systems, not cooling adequately, even though they are reaching the temperature. Both systems aged and appear to be doing all that they can. Several components week due to the age. Heat exchanger is compromised on main floor furnace. Ductwork appears to be slightly undersized as well. System is cooling with only an 18° temperature split on a cool, rainy morning. On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed having a smell and heard a gurgle sound come from kitchen sink . I took a look ran water nothing backed up. I seen the kitchen sink had a Studor vent. I wrote estimates to perform work and received approval. I swapped out the old AAV with a new one. I snaked the kitchen drain and tested by running washing machine and running sink. The homeowner is now happy and satisfied at this time with the work completed. Replace existing AAV with new, 2 x 1/1/2" PVC Studor Vent Endure treatment Perform sink drain cleaning with cable machine. Clear sink drain only. Does not include repairs or main line cleaning. No warranty on drain cleaning.

Electrical safety home inspection.

Complete the following work: -Powder room- Install new customer supplied bath fan Check switch box and supply and install (2) new switches. Check fixture -Front of garage- Install (2) new customer supplied sconces -Master Bath- Replace bath fan in toilet area -Upstairs Bedroom- Assemble and install a new customer supplied fan. Please note that if a UL approved fan rated box is not installed one will be quoted out for installation. *Supply and install a toggle dimmer for light kit *Install dimmable lamps -Home Inspection- Complete an electrical safety inspection. Supply and install a fan rated box in the upstairs bedroom.

Technician installed client supplied delta faucet in master bathroom. Two new angle shut offs were installed and new tubular drain piping. All connections were inspected and tested to ensure no leaks.

On today’s visit I met with the tenant. The tenant was having issues with a mainline clog. I was able to successfully clear the clog I ran my cable about 45ft. I did not pull back anything on my cable. I do recommend the toilet in the office room to be replaced and upgraded. I tested all the fixtures everything is draining except for the master bathroom sink. The master bathroom sink was having issues prior to the mainline clog. The sink is clogged due to p trap being filled with sink gunk. If the sink is backed up due to the mainline I’ll come back out to address the issue. I did a super clean up as well after clearing the line. The Shut off water supply to fixture, remove all fluid from fixture, remove china caps and bolts from fixture, pull water closet from base, clean flange and inspect for damage, perform drain clearing operation using specialty drain clearing equipment specifically designed for task, set new wax gasket on flange, new bolts and new supply. Arrived back on site to complete quoted repairs to install flood protection for the upstairs or handler. We installed a float switch on the secondary drain line and added a wet switch to the pan to mitigate and shut off the system if any moisture is detected outside of the primary drain line. We tested the system, tested all safeties switches and found the systems fully operational upon departure. Call complete.

Customers, master bathroom toilet was getting replaced by their neighbor and the shut off valve would not turn off all the way everything else checked out and the customer initially agreed to just having the stop valve replaced. While in the midst of the stop valve replace, she then asked us if we could install. The customer supplied toilet and she agreed to our quote as well for that. We started by turning the water off to the house and installing a new shut off valve and then turning the water back on in priming throughout the home, everything about that checked out good no leaks after that we uninstalled the original toilet and installed the new customer supplied elevated toilet . Installed it onto the water supply and filled up and checked for leaks. No leaks within caulked in the base and expressed to the customer for them to give it about 12 hours before using the toilet.
