Repaired a cold water line leak caused by screws puncturing it. Tested for leaks. No Warranty on repair due to high pressure at 90psi.

Came out today because the homeowner could not reset the GFCI in their garage, and an outlet in the mechanical room was not working either. We did a troubleshoot and found that the GFCI had gone bad. The homeowners said that it tripped during the last storm. Because of this I talked to them about surge protection for their panel. They decided to do surge protection at both the main and sub panel. We also replaced the GFCI.

Installed customer supplied bar sink. Installed new lavatory supply lines. Tested, No Leaks. There is a current leak by the water heater. Sending Landlord an estimate.

Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the downstairs guest bathroom. I will attempt to remove stoppage. I will verify everything is flushing and draining properly, and that there are no leaks. I was successfully able to remove stoppage. There was some feminine hygiene products caught in the drain line. Everything is draining and flushing properly at this time. I also provided the customer with our ENDURE drain maintenance product. Customer is very satisfied.

During our visit, a new water line was installed to the refrigerator. An ice maker supply box was also installed behind the fridge with minimal drywall removal. All new water stops were installed for the kitchen sink and dishwasher. The kitchen water lines were partially repiped. Each repair was tested for leaks and functionality after completion.

Installed ceiling fan in cover patio out back. Transmitter that came with fan failed so we installed new transmitter as well

We will do an inspection of the home to check to make sure everything is safe.

Only system in the house, 3 years old. Temperature wasn’t keeping low yesterday. Inspected entire system. Compressor wasn’t fully engaged and humming. Dual capacitor was weak (reading 38 on a 40 microfarad). Replaced dual capacitor, but still compressor not engaged. Added a kick start capacitor, to help compressor to start. Compressor started and ran with normal amperage. Checked pressures, filter, drain line (clear). System is working properly, with the kick start capacitor only. When I removed start kick capacitor, compressor didn’t engaged. System is 3 years old only, and customer wanted me to re install the old capacitor. She will contact the company that installed for warranty purposes. System is too new for a compressor issue. Also, outside condenser is very dirty and in needed of a chemical wash. Sent estimate for this repair.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Trench new water service from water meter to home

We arrived on site for to troubleshoot the ac not keeping up with cooling demands. They had a handful of specific points they wanted me to touch on. One had to do with sweating ductwork near the supply plenum. The also had suspicions of blower fan abstraction and some rattling during runtime. They also had a “jumper” added to get the system running and wanted me to check to confirm it wasn’t a bandaid repair that would damage the system. During our initial inspection we did notice some heavy neglect. Nothing major but the condenser coil was very dirty, the blower wheel was completely impacted and hardly able to move air and found the compressor and the condenser fan motor were running above max amps due to a dual capacitor far our of spec. They were temporarily able to get the system running with a hardstart kit (“jumper”). We spoke about all the repairs needed and they want to do a deep cleaning of the blower, thoroughly inspect the syste

We replaced a doorbell

Install two basic faucets, one kitchen and one lavatory faucet. (We will supply the basic faucets) Replace master bathroom faucet shutoff valves. Current water heater has a kinked copper gas line, improper venting leading to backdrafting, no pan or thermal expansion tank. This estimate includes bringing water heater up to code by setting existing water heater on the floor in a pan, adding a thermal expansion tank, hard pipe water piping in copper, rework gas venting and make it into double wall as per code Performed work as per estimate. Relit water and set to 120 per customer.

Installed halo 5 water filtration system. Installed new bypass system. Installed new isolation valve for spigot. Installed new spigot. Checked and tested for leaks.

I was called out to Nellie’s house for a cooling issue. Nellie has rented here for 5 years so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered that the system is from 2005 making well past normal life expectancy, the system is low on the obsolete R22 refrigerant which is no longer made, the flood protection needs updating to protect the system & house, the wheel and ac need cleaned, the blower motor & condenser fan motor are both worn out, the return ductwork is undersized, the bypass for the zoning is oversized, the system is not designed to work well with zoning and adjustments to the type of system or zoning needs to be done for proper operation, the heat exchanger is rusting and may not be safe to use now or the near future, the whip to the ac is improper wire, the capacitor in the ac has failed, and the evaporator coil is badly rusted and leaking. Due to the obsolete refrigerant repairs aren’t currently possible and updating the system is the best option for

No cool on the main system due to a bad dual capacitor. Replaced capacitor and system works. Inspected entire system. Furnace is making very loud noise, coming from the blower wheel. Removed blower wheel to inspect. Wheel is out of balance and touching the sides of the blower cage. I couldn’t remove the screw that holds the motor (too tight and didn’t want to brake it), and motor is getting very hot. System is 8 years old and in good conditions, but due to the conditions of the blower motor and wheel, highly recommend replace both parts, to prevent it to fail during the hot summer. Customer will hold this repair for now. Signed up customer for home care inspection.

Customer has a broken drain underneath the sink. The dishwasher has its own trap that has broken. This estimate is to cap that drain and install dishwasher outlet tee to drain dishwasher to

16 year old Goodman gas furnace & AC - Not cooling System not cooling for due to multiple issues that all relate back to its age. The system is low on R-22 Refrigerant, the compressor start winding is bad, the system surges and tries to start up about every 90 seconds and is pulling very high amps for the split second it tried to come on, LRA. The condenser fan blades are off balance, the filter is clogged, the blower motor is seeping oil and over amping, and the blower wheel is heavily impacted with debris that is causing the motor to not move the designed amount of air across the evaporator coil. Also the hot surface igniter is weak and chalked, the evaporator coil is rusted, the gas supply is not up to code and a safety hazard, and the system is not combusting properly leading to corrosion inside the flu pipe and inducer housing. R-22 is No Longer Available, the refrigerant went through a Government Mandated Phase Out. Refrigerant and refrigerant related parts such as coils, com

We performed a whole home electrical inspections and we are returning to replace the electrical panel and bring the rest of the home up to current code

Installing a rv outlet
Excellent service!

At arrival on June 25, 2025 found main floor system not cooling. After a diagnostics found that the system was not cooling due to bad capacitor in the outdoor unit. The condenser coil was dirty. The blower wheels is also dirty. Gave option to customer to address the above issues. Customer only approved to replace the capacitor and add a super boost. Properly perform work and tested system. System is working properly at this time. No issues or concerns.

System has an active leak at evaporation coil and refrigerant system to not keep up with the demand temperature

Outdoor system wasn’t operating properly due to the fact that the condenser coil was extremely dirty, causing the capacitor to fail. After washing out condenser and replacing capacitor system is now operating properly at the moment.

Returned to replace air handler ECM Blower motor. I replaced the motor, tested the equipment in both modes, flushed the drain line with 2.5 gallons of hot water, and used my mighty pump on the drain outside. System is now cooling and operating properly. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day!

We dug and exposed the area and made our repair added courtesy valve and also added threaded ball valve so that customer can connect back to irrigation we explained to customer that we do not make connections back to the irrigation line and that she would need to get an irrigation company come back to make the connections. We back filled the hole and added courtesy box.
Excellent service
I contacted TE Certified for electrical work at our previous home and was very pleased with their services. So, when we moved to a new home, I contacted them to address plumbing issues cited in the home inspection report and, again, was very pleased. My third experience was for electrical updates I wanted and the team made sure everything was working properly and brought up to code. Lee Brown was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. He listened to what I wanted done, explained how he would get it done and made great suggestions for alternative solutions. Everything is working just as I expected it to and I am a very happy customer.
Shane has deep knowledge of the HVAC systems. Did a thorough inspection of the unit. Very polite. Works fast. Highly recommend!

I could not have asked for a better service. I will use your company all of the time and would be happy to keep the same tech. Thank ypu!
Awesome service

We bought an older home and contacted TE Certified to address issues cited on the home inspection plus replace an old water heater. Joshua and Jerry were very professional, explained what needed to be done and resolved all the issues in a single visit. Yes, I wish it cost me 1/3 less than it did but the previous owners did a lot of DIY that wasn’t up to code and I wanted knowledgeable, certified plumbers to make everything right. That is what I received and I am pleased with the results.
