Came out in the past and has a part ordered for the customers main level wide spread faucet. On today’s visit the part was installed. Removed old mixing hose and installed new one. All work was tested for leaks and functionality.

1 unit inspection special Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. The indoor evaporator coil has a refrigerant leak and will have to be replaced. The ductwork is sized for a 2 1/2 ton and the unit currently is a 3 1/2 ton . Tested in heating and cooling .

Completed diagnosis of tripping breaker

Culver’s restaurant has a Toto automatic sensor faucet that is not working. Owner has a spare faucet on site to replace the failed one. Removed old faucet and installed customer supplied Toto automatic sensor faucet. Repressurized faucet from stop valves. Faucet would not turn on. Removed inlet filter, flow restrictor and faucet strainer, cleaned and checked for debris. Reset sensor approximately 5 times. Readjusted positioning of faucet. Cleaned sensor. Faucet still won’t turn on. Faucet sensor will flash 3 times when something is moved in front of it, but no water will come through. Contacted Toto and was informed that the solenoid in the controller has failed and will need to be replaced. Owner then informed me that the faucet has been in storage since the construction of the building. Owner requested I provide a faucet. Located a faucet and approved style and function will manager. Picked up faucet and installed faucet with new stainless steel braided supply lines. Tested faucet. N

Arrived on site and customer stated that she had a leak coming from underneath the kitchen sink. I found that the leak was coming from the basket strainer/drain, and provided the customer and option to do a rebuild. I also installed a new water valve to supply the fridge once my drain was hooked up and reconnected. I ran water at the sink for about 10 minutes to ensure no issues. I then turn the water to the fridge to ensure it was operating.

Replaced 7 CH breakers

I replaced two CH breakers. One for washing machine and second for dishwasher

TE certified will replace approximately 25 feet of drain line located in the ceiling of the garage. This would include a new flange, resetting the toilet, installing the supply line. The work performed by T certified would come with a lifetime warranty.

Replace 6 Eaton br breakers and also re-deviced the room that was giving the customer a problem due to speed wire being installed

Tech was out for no cooling. Found the following no thermostat on the wall and master bedroom. Customer had taken thermostat off. Fuse in furnace cabinet is blown. No wet switch and drain pan no UV light in evaporator coil. Found failed contactor tested below rating. Both outdoor condensers are needing to be cleaned. Drain line needed to be cleared and verify there is no clogs. Spoke with customer about all repairs that are needing to be done. Customer agreed to do all options at this time. Tech did all repairs also cleaned main level system outdoor condenser as a courtesy. System is operating..

For this job, I completed a home inspection and gave estimates to fix issues found. The customer has not purchased the home yet and is in his due diligence period

Relocated upstairs nest thermostat into the hallway, I moved it from the bedroom to the hallway so that it is more central and getting a proper temperature reading of the upstairs. After install installation, I tested the system. It is operating properly at this time.

Troubleshoot why the breaker for the pool heat pump has tripped.

Customer called us out for three clogged tubs in the daughters bathroom the master bathroom and the basement bathroom.i inspected all three and recommended clearing the stopper and running a cable machine down the cleanout. Customer was also interested in getting the toilets in the daughters bathroom and sons bathrooms replaced and the basement toilet. Customer agreed to this work. I had a helper come join me. We cleaned all three tub drains and pulled the toilets. The daughters bathroom and basement bathroom were able to be set with know issues and were cleaned and tested throughly. The son’s bathrooms replaced had a broken flange that we attempted to chip out but were unsuccessful. We the. Went through the garage ceiling the next day to cut the closet bend from the bottom and had lots of water come out indicating a belly. I scheduled a sewer supervisor to come look at it they will be out 2-5 same day.

Replace burnt GFCI on back deck.

Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on both HVAC systems in the home (upstairs and downstairs). Tested heating and cooling from the thermostats. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Checked and replaced the 4” media filter with one provided by the customer. Re-wired the wet switch under warranty. Reported findings to the customer. Customer approved to clean the downstairs condenser. Took the unit apart and removed leaves and debris from inside. Rinsed off the unit with water. Soaked the unit with coil cleaner for 12 minutes. Rinsed off the unit once more. Put the unit back together and performed finishing touches. Tested operation and reported results to the customer.

Upon arrival spoke with customer about noises coming from the plumbing system. Did an evaluation on the system and was unable to pin point the noise or replicate it. Kitchen sink water lines were undersized, fridge water line connected to a tee on the half inch cold line with no hammer arrestor. Dishwasher and hot side of sink were both fed off a half inch line with no hammer arrestor for the dishwasher. Gave the customer options. Installed an ice maker box, ran new properly sized lines up from the basement area, installed 3 new service valves, added a hammer arrestor to the dishwasher, replaced the dishwasher supply line and flushed the water heater. All work was tested thoroughly for leaks and function. Advised customer that I could not guarantee this would resolve the noise but bringing the plumbing system up to code is the first step in a proper diagnosis.

Replaced old water heater with a new 10 year manufacturers warranty 50 gallon water heater. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
