Installed a new chandelier in the upstairs bedroom

Customer was getting vibration noises coming from the water heater room. Upon inspection, we discovered a faulty main water valve that we need to be replaced in order for the vibrating to stop. In addition, we also replaced the thermal expansion tank as it was full of water, indicating that it was no longer good. In addition, we also installed new copper above the water heater due to the condition of the old copper. Lastly, we installed a new Moen shower cartridge due to the old one, not mixing properly.

Provide and replace the existing toilet with Kohler Highline Pressure Assist Elongated toilet w/ soft close seat. Disconnect water supply from the toilet, remove water from the tank, remove tank and bowl from the floor, check drain and flange condition, install a new toilet, check proper flush and clean up the work area. Includes toilet and seat. L1 LOCATION:powder room Installation: Installed new toilet in powder room. Took Kohler toilet from powder room and replaced the master toilet with it. Placed stop and supply line in master bathroom as well. Thoroughly tested work and insured no leaks.

The customer had called out an HVAC tech due to the A/C not coming on and after his testing it said it’s an electrical issue. The home is fairly newer and should not be having any issues. I removed the panel cover and tested the breakers and they all had 120v leaving. I went into the attic and removed the switch to find a very loose wire due to quick wiring of the device. I noticed the terminal of the switch was kinda off so I supplied and installed a new toggle switch at no additional cost. Supply and install a new lifetime warranty surge protector at the main panel in the garage with a new flush mount kit and breaker. We will waive the troubleshoot fee with this option.

Completed an LED bypass rewiring for the hallway light fixture and installed four LED bulbs set at 4000k temperature.

Customer called about a clogged kitchen sink. Upon arrival the sink was holding water. We ran the cable machine through kitchen sink trap twice. We put the trap back together and tested the sink it is now draining properly. Customer has had intermittent backups over time so we did recommend endure for pipe maintenance.

We came out and removed the old Challenger panel located in the garage and supplied and installed a new QO 42 space main lug panel. We installed breakers and life safety breakers as well and once completed we were able to label the panel fully. We supplied and installed surge protection at the main panel with a new flush mount kit and breaker. We installed (2) bubble covers on the exterior of the home and made sure they were GFCI protected. We checked the kitchen and bathrooms for GFCI protection which was present and we had to install GFCI protection for the crawl space, garage, left of the stove in the kitchen and out back on the porch. We installed a new low voltage transformer above the kitchen cabinets for a new led tape lighting system. I physically protected the switch leg with conduit, installed a junction box and installed the led tape with the track and defuser. We supplied and installed a new toggle dimmer for the tape lights at no additional cost.

For this job, I completed a troubleshoot for an outlet not working in the garage. The GFCI device installed in the garage was wired incorrectly and I fixed the connections. Everything is working properly.

For this job customer stated the toilet in the master bathroom was leaking. Further inspection showed that the flange was set too low as shown in the picture. To fix the underlying issue we used a flange extension kit and reset toilet. Work was thoroughly tested and showed no signs of leaking after repair was made. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

1 system inspection Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. The entire cooling system is in very poor condition and a replacement would be recommended.The air conditioner has a bad disconnect that is in poor condition. The compressor is pulling to much amps and is overheating. The condenser motor outside is worn out and pulling to much amps . The coil outside is in very poor condition. The contactor is burnt bad on contact points and will have to be replaced. The indoor ductwork above the furnace is leaking air . There is no filter rack for unit and also coil is plugged with dirt. There is a water leak on drain fitting. There is no drain pan under unit for flood protection or safety cutoff. The vent coming off the furnace is single wall and is not up to code .

Installed customer supplied tub spout.

Replaced broken hose bib, located on the rear of the home. Access was beneath the main floor kitchen sink. All work was tested for leaks and proper functionality. Hose bib was sealed to the exterior of the home, with clear waterproof silicone. Walk through was completed with the customer and payment was successfully collected. THANK YOU for trusting T.E. Customer called about a sewer backing up on his main sewer line. The line is not clogged currently we tested with flushing the toilet and running water in the kitchen sink as they are the only fixtures. We did discover that there is a sanitary wye that is leaking where the toilet and kitchen sink line tie into each other. Customer also has full street pressure needs prv replaced. Water is old but is in the process of replacing it.
We smelled gas and contacted the Gas Co. who sent a guy out to turn things off. Next, I called TE Certified and they were able to get a technician out within a couple hours at the end of the day when everyone else was heading home. He clearly explained how he would repair the problem and went about the task professionally and efficiently. I hope I do not need their services again anytime soon but I would call them again if the need arises.

Reset gfi in hall bath

For this job I came out and installed two angle stop valves and replaced existing prv that was defective water pressure was reading at 100 psi. Need to return to install customer supplied toilet. Before arrival mitigation company had removed a toilet and upon removal it is possible that the toilet tank was damaged the damage was not visible when I arrived because toilet bolt tank was completely covered in residue build up a tank bolt was missing and not holding tank to toilet securely upon lifting toilet toilet tank shifted because it’s missing a bolt and tank lid fell and cracked. A return visit is needed to install customer supplied toilet.

The homeowner had the gas company come out and they confirmed there was a gas leak coming from the stove's gas shut-off valve. I went into the basement and performed a bubble test, which revealed that the leak was coming from a half-inch coupling. I replaced the leaking section with a new half-inch gas supply line for the stove and also replaced the gas shut-off valve. After completing the repairs, I tested the system and checked for leaks to ensure everything was functioning safely.

Mr. Ken called us out today about a leaking garbage disposal in the basement kitchen. Once we arrived we started by troubleshooting the disposal area. We first checked the breaker. Then we tested the voltage in the outlet the disposal was plugged into. Once we eliminated any peripherals we narrowed it down to the disposal its self. We talked to Ken about is home care membership and offered to go ahead and do his yearly plumbing inspection while on site. The findings were as follows: 1. 10 year old water heater with a failed thermal expansion tank. 2. Old gate valves for main shut off and water heater shutoff. 3. Loose toilet in the basement bathroom. 4. Loose faucet in primary bathroom. We discussed the options to resolve these issues and Ken wanted to start with getting the disposal replaced, and have some time to discuss the larger project with his wife. I went over the estimates and the financing options.

Installed Sconce Light

Cut out old trap arms from the existing copper drain. Used a mechanical coupling to attach a new tubular trap assembly to the existing drain. Installed 2 new customer supplied lavatory faucets. Tested for leaks and function, all good. No warranty on customer supplied fixtures. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

Upstairs master bathroom left side p trap had a slight leak. Gave precise to replace the trap. Disconnected and removed the p trap properly installed the new p trap and tested. Everything is working properly at this time.

Rebuilt flushometer for urinal. Tested for leaks and proper function.
