Upon arrival, met with customer and was showed to the men’s bathroom at the back of the building. Customer states the urinal clogged on Saturday and they have not been using it since. Presented customer with option to clear urinal with an auger. After getting signature approval, began work. Made several passes with urinal auger and plunged urinal multiple times. The urinal is now draining correctly. Advised customer that if the urinal clogs again we will likely need to pull it off the wall to thoroughly clear the line behind it. Complete diagnostic and visual examination of main system revealed water leaking from inside the coil through the furnace. The condenser coil is clogged and requires chemical cleaning. The refrigerant charge is very low suggesting a refrigerant leak or system was not charged properly when replaced last year by another HVAC contractor which is more than likely rather than a leak. I recommend cleaning the coil and doing refrigerant as the first step in rectifying this issue. Client approved repairs and per service manager Doug Evans, we are discounting today’s cost by half due to all the recent service calls since the furnace was replaced. Cleaned condenser coil and upon adding 2# R454B refrigerant, the temperature/pressure correlation was showing signs of a restriction. Removed TXV bulb and held in hand which allowed the superheat temperature reading to decrease from 28 degrees to 10 degrees but once the bulb is reconnected to the suction line it increases back to inadequate reading of

For this job, We began by turning off the water supply and draining the old water heater. Once drained, we removed the old unit, loaded it onto the truck, and prepped the new AO Smith 50-gallon commercial-grade gas water heater for installation. We installed a new gas whip, a new shut-off valve, and an expansion tank. The unit was securely strapped to the wall structure, and a new T&P line was run to the outside. We had to cut dry wall to do so, & we also put drywall back. The installation is complete & cleaned area the best we can.

No cool whole home. Upon arrival system was off. Switched system on. Found blower motor not running with ac running. Upon inspection found 1993 BDP (carrier subsidiary) 2.5 ton ac and furnace. control board had failed causing system to not operate the blower motor. Blower wheel is very dirty and motor has play in shaft. Heat exchanger is cracked. Evap coil is very rusty and doesn’t have a metal case it is inside a duct board plenum with large amount of biological growth. Return air is short and return plenum is very very small. System lacks adequate flood protection, and proper gas sediment trap. Outdoor unit is very very rusty, fan motor is running at max rating and compressor has high amp draw as well. Dual capacitor is leaking oil and contactor is burnt. Full system could not be inspected at this time due to nature of failure. Once repairs are made system can be inspected while fully running with air flow. Advised customer of cracks in heat exchanger. Advised due to safety

I installed a customer provided Tesla wall connector and a whole home surge protector.

Arrived on site to complete quoted repairs. We came today and installed an APCO X Ultra, installed a secondary pan for the new condensate pump we installed, we replaced the whip to the outdoor unit and deep cleaned the condenser coil. We began cutting in the new dehumidifier but need electrical to run a dedicated circuit to the system. We ensured system is fully operational upon completion. We have a return visit planned for tomorrow 11-2pm to complete install after circuit is run. Payment collected for completed work. Once dehumidifier is commissioned, payment will be collected for that as well. Arrived back on site to finish install. I ran new condensate tubing through the ceiling and re ran the drain outside to PVC which is mounted and secured. I also ducted in the dehumidifier, ran wires to hvac system from dehumidifier and tested all functions of each piece of equipment. Ducts are supported, drains are all clean and functional, safeties all wires in tandem and the system is full

Came out and replaced x2 expansion tanks and pressure regulating valve that was failed, tested and checked for leaks. Customer needs drain technician out to check hub drain in hvac closet that may be backed up.

Keith called us out today because he is having a whole house dehumidifier installed. The dehumidifier requires a 20 amp circuit. I met with his wife Lori and she was explaining her frustrations with the garage door opener on with the lights in the utility room. She also mentioned how dark it is near the furnace. Today we installed a dedicated circuit for the dehumidifier and installed a new light near the furnace.

Returned to install new supply plenum and blue tube uv light. Old plenum was removed and discarded. New metal was built, insulated and then installed on the system. The connections were then sealed with duct sealant. The UV light was installed and then verified to be working.

This option is to run additional pipe in garage, to punch outside and run pipe along side of house to (2) 2 gang bell boxes, scope of work is- using interior garage gfi there is a 1900 box below, splice in 1900 box pipe up and over garage doors and down wall to punch outside, lb and run pipe along wall to a bell box 2 gang, in two gang will be wr gfi wired line side, on one gfi wire in load side to pipe up to switch and install a Casseta switch with pico. Off switch will be an outlet install up high for string lights controlled by pico remote.

Vici called us out to her home because she bought two new light fixtures and wanted us to replace them. Today we replaced two light fixtures and installed a dimmer for the dining room.

Customers hosebib broke off due to having old grey poly that was badly deteriorated. We added a new shut off to the hosebib because of the old one being hard to access. We anchored it to the brick with tapcons and added silicon around the edges of it.

For this job, we installed a customer supplied charger in the garage.

For this job, we replaced an outdoor GFCI, bubble cover and outdoor box. The wire was compromised and causing the breaker to trip.

Today we replaced a faulty gfci receptacle, a standard receptacle, and separated neutrals in the main panel.
