Took up and put down kitchen faucet for garage kitchen. Put faucet down in different orientation approved by homeowner. Gave estimate to perform thorough evaluation of house.

Water staining on dining room ceiling. Estimate includes cutting Sheetrock to investigate the source. We do not repair Sheetrock. Also includes installing a customer supplied widespread faucet in the main floor half bath. We cut Sheetrock in dining room ceiling and ran water in tub and shower above for 40 minutes. We also filled and drained the tub. We found no leaks and no moisture in the ceiling. We did find that master shower trim was loose and the handle was hard to turn. We replaced the master shower’s moen cartridge, and properly secured and caulked the trim plate to ensure no water could leak behind trim. We also installed a customer supplied delta widespread lavatory faucet in the half bath.

For this job, I worked on running a new Ev outlet circuit

Singed home owner for home care for 2 systems. Found tstat with a broken led screen causing it not to come on. Changed tstat replaced tstat with a new tstat ran system through test mode to make sure everything els is working good at this time. Tested both units to ensure they are both working good at this time.

Installed a Tesla wall connector in the garage next to the Eletrical Panel. Installed a whole home surge protector in the main Eletrical panel

AO Smith Confirmation number - #1005319903 Upper and lower thermostats being sent by the manufacturer under warranty. Customer will call to schedule return visit once parts have been delivered.

Water heater installed 10/16/24, 65 gallon proterra, Was never getting a full tank of hot water on Energy Sever mode. Talked with Rheem Technical Support and found that the existing recirculation pump was causing the problem. Installed new Grundfos Alpha Inline Pump with dedicated settings for hybrid electric water heaters to prevent this problem in the future. Pressurized, set, and put into service.

Client has a leaking garbage disposal in the kitchen sink coming from the bottom side of the disposal. Removed old garbage disposal and replaced it with a new mainline 10 year manufacture warranty disposal. Test the disposal for functionality and for leaks. It is working well and is now ready for use. Inspected the RO faucet client had mentioned taking it apart and put back but did not see any issues with it. It’s working as it should and no leaks are present. Advised client to keep an eye on if they do see something wrong with the faucet.

I replaced 2 breakers, the surge protector required a 50@ breaker per manufacturer specs and it was installed by contractor with a 30@. The upstairs bedroom arc fault breaker was defective.

I arrived today to perform a full system heating/cooling with three zones. Today, I observed the condition of the air handler, indoor and outdoor coils, and outside unit. I checked the temperature differential, checked the refrigerant charge, flushed the condensation drain, and checked the filter (clean). Today, I noticed multiple issues that are concerning. I discovered the duel capacitor is below acceptable limits by the manufacturer. This will make the compressor perform harder and shorten its lifespan. I noticed that the refrigerant charge is low which will cause system to operate longer on heating and cooling cycles. Also, I noticed that the condensation drain doesn’t have an in-line flood switch which is a safety device that would activate if the drain line is clogged. I provided all information and options for the homeowner. The homeowner will move forward with replacing the duel capacitor (45/10 mfd), adding refrigerant (2 pounds), and installing an inline flood switch for the

Performed diagnostic on 19yr old carrier unit, upon arrival customer stated unit stopped cooling Saturday, checked tstat, cycled to ac mode, furnace started up, inspected filter, airflow, customer stated airflow in master bedroom is not good, explained we would have to tear into her ceiling to gain access and she would be responsible for having ceiling repaired, upon going outside to ac unit, found not running, no 240v, went back inside to find ac breaker tripped, reset breaker and it tripped instantly, checked compressor, found failed, compressor already had an hard start on it, spoke with customer about r22, explained r22 is obsolete as of 1/1/2020, highly recommend install supervisor due to age and conditions of system, customer approved, customer will call in to schedule install supervisor, unit not working at time

Upon arrival I confirmed with a customer of the install and after going over the sheet rock damage as we did previously we agreed, and I continued onto starting the work. I removed the existing charger outlet that was malfunctioning from the panel and the wall. I cut the channel that would be needed to install the new wire and charger. At this time material arrived, and I confirmed with the customer about the placement of the charger. After drilling holes through the wood, I rounded the wire into the panel and to the charger. I repaired the sheet rock damage by replacing and putting on a single layer of mud. I then mounted the charger. After completing the wiring in the panel and cleaning up the area, I tested the charger with the customer. After confirming with one of our Tesla specialist due to the new generation of charger, this no longer needs to be protected by GFCI protection. I’m modified the invoice for the customer and changed out the GFCI breaker to a standard 60 amp. The cu

Cut into sheet rock and perform leak search. Was not able to find any sort of leak from plumbing. Advised that customer calls roofer/siding company to perform necessary repairs. Customer stated that issue only happens when it rains.

Replace outlet

The homeowner is still experiencing luke warm water through the house and periods when the water is at the correct temperature. On this trip isolation valves were added at the Thermostatic Mixing Valve to test the system without it being a factor, and all of the Moen Posi-Temp cartridges were replaced. The water heater, PRV, check valves, recirculation pump, kitchen faucet, and thermostatic Mixing Valve have been replaced approximately 9 months ago. Tested with the the mixing valve isolated and in service and the temperature at all of the fixtures were tested multiple times and at different length intervals. The temperature is reading consistent every time tested. Homeowner has the temperature set to 135 degrees.

Luis, and his assistant - Jose, had to followup up on a bathroom repair that could not be done on their initial visit last week because the water shutoff to my building had to have prior approval. They again were professional, courteous and completed the job in to my satisfaction. Kudos.

I have used TE Certified for several years now. They have rewired my entire electrical system, provided the installation of my HVAC, as well as doing all my condo repairs. I use them exclusively because I have found their work, technicians and customer service of the highest standard. And the work is always done to my satisfaction. I always use TE Certified for the yearly maintenance of my HVAC unit and I just had the pleasure of their technician, Jon Mann. Jon was outstanding for his professionalism, thoroughness and courtesy. He exemplifies everything that make TE Certified a trusted source for all things electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling.
Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile
I have increasingly relied on TE Certified to provide repairs for my electrical, HVAC and plumbing needs. In the latter case, David Hobart, recently helped solve the problem of why there was no hot water coming out of the kitchen sink. He didn't stop until he discovered the the source of the problem and he didn't leave until I was satisfied with the results. This is why I use TE Certified, they are professional in their work and they stand behind it.
Andrew is efficient and a great problem solver. I’m glad I have a great electrician to rely on!
In general I recommend TE Certified because of their customer service and prompt attention to scheduling work. They also have never failed to provide a superior technician who is well qualified to do any repair or installation, whether electrical, plumbing or HVAC. I recently had the pleasure to have Jon Allen replace my kitchen sink and disposal in which he showed remarkable skill in problem solving and turning a difficult task into a work of art. He is an outstanding professional. I also found his assistant/trainee, Elijah Lipscomb, an extremely valuable addition to the job. Both these men I highly recommend and they are a good representative example of the personnel at TE Certified I have always encountered.
I rely on TE Certified to provide home services and again was not disappointed with the results. Jon Allan provided professional installation of a new kitchen disposal, and he offered a range of options for replacing the sink and faucet in the future. I also had him flush my water heater. He showed superior care and courtesy in his work and he was knowledgable about many general plumbing and maintenance issues that I had questions about. I recommend TE Certified in general and Jon specifically.
