Javier & Alex - I’ll be honest — I had a previous experience with TE Certified on a plumbing job that left me hesitant to return. I’m glad I gave them another chance, because this time was an entirely different experience. What started as a simple bathroom exhaust fan replacement quickly evolved into a five-day project that transformed my home. Javier and Alex installed 35 slim Hue recessed lights throughout — and not a single one required a drywall patch. That alone speaks volumes about their precision and craftsmanship. From day one, they were professional, respectful of my home, and genuinely a pleasure to have around. They were always one step ahead, marking every ceiling placement before any drilling, confirming offsets and spacing with me before proceeding, and proactively identifying opportunities to protect my investment — including breaker replacements and added circuitry downstairs for surge protection. Each day I’d ask “do you think we could add this?” and without fail they’d check with dispatch and make it happen. Their flexibility and can-do attitude kept the momentum going throughout the entire project. Yes, TE Certified comes at a premium over a standard electrician. In my view it was worth every dollar — a two-man certified team, meticulous attention to detail, zero collateral damage, and results that look absolutely amazing. My one suggestion to anyone considering a larger project: think through everything you want upfront and don’t hesitate to ask about volume pricing. Javier and Alex were guests in my home for a week, and I couldn’t have asked for better. Highly recommend. (They are out of the Lawrenceville location)

I have used TE Certified for several years now. They have rewired my entire electrical system, provided the installation of my HVAC, as well as doing all my condo repairs. I use them exclusively because I have found their work, technicians and customer service of the highest standard. And the work is always done to my satisfaction. I always use TE Certified for the yearly maintenance of my HVAC unit and I just had the pleasure of their technician, Jon Mann. Jon was outstanding for his professionalism, thoroughness and courtesy. He exemplifies everything that make TE Certified a trusted source for all things electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling.

Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile

I have increasingly relied on TE Certified to provide repairs for my electrical, HVAC and plumbing needs. In the latter case, David Hobart, recently helped solve the problem of why there was no hot water coming out of the kitchen sink. He didn't stop until he discovered the the source of the problem and he didn't leave until I was satisfied with the results. This is why I use TE Certified, they are professional in their work and they stand behind it.

In general I recommend TE Certified because of their customer service and prompt attention to scheduling work. They also have never failed to provide a superior technician who is well qualified to do any repair or installation, whether electrical, plumbing or HVAC. I recently had the pleasure to have Jon Allen replace my kitchen sink and disposal in which he showed remarkable skill in problem solving and turning a difficult task into a work of art. He is an outstanding professional. I also found his assistant/trainee, Elijah Lipscomb, an extremely valuable addition to the job. Both these men I highly recommend and they are a good representative example of the personnel at TE Certified I have always encountered.

I rely on TE Certified to provide home services and again was not disappointed with the results. Jon Allan provided professional installation of a new kitchen disposal, and he offered a range of options for replacing the sink and faucet in the future. I also had him flush my water heater. He showed superior care and courtesy in his work and he was knowledgable about many general plumbing and maintenance issues that I had questions about. I recommend TE Certified in general and Jon specifically.

Liam Becker has completely upgraded all my electrical outlets, breaker box with surge protection, bathroom ceiling fan and rewired the power to my HVAC.
