Troubleshoot

Replace the customer’s water heater and pressure reducing valve because of age of the water heater and the pressure being over 85 psi corrected the pressure and brought it down to a safe 65 psi

TE certified will replace the leaking angle stop under the kitchen cabinet, as well as replace the water heater, installing a thermal expansion tank, water shut off to the home, and a new pressure reducing valve

Replace 2 pole lights are 5 wall pack lights

Installed two dedicated ball valves for both right side home spigots. Also replace far back right side spigot to home, with access panel behind for access to valve. Water turned on and tested to ensure proper function.

Homeowner had a front hose bib that would not shut off all the way and was leaking from the packing nut gave homeowner repair and replacement options. Homeowner wanted to go with the repair option at this time. Explained to homeowner the repair might not be successful. after taking the hose Bibb apart and replacing the flat washer and adding packing rope to the packing nut, The leak did not stop. homeowner is a new customer. They had easy access to the pipes in the open basement so I honored the same repair price and replaced the Bibb. tested with no leaks or failures at time of service.

Dig down 10’ deep in ground at 6” clean out by driveway to repair separated sewer line with roots growing into sewer line. Put back dirt once finished and provide a lifetime workmanship warranty on repair.

Run cable in outside cleanout Customer was experiencing a mainline backup affecting the whole house. Customer was running laundry machine and it backed out of toilet from main floor hallway. Ran k750 cable in exterior cleanout. Cleared blockage in yard. Upon retrieving cable back there was some feminine hygiene products. Camera inspection follow will be scheduled to investigate further and provide permanent solution. Ran water to stress test draining system and everything is draining fine after clearing.

Troubleshoot multiple boxes not working in backyard, river side. Customer stated she had someone remove lanterns from concrete pillar. She also stated she never used the outlet on the pillar in 4 years. We were able to trace the power to the timer it originated from. The junction box by the side door had been damaged but the power still comes on. It’s my opinion that the wire is cut underground. Circuit is ran in UF wire as well as partially in Romex cable. The only way to correct this issue and be able to warranty is to run the circuit in conduit.

Install customer provided charger next to panel with new 60a circuit and new breaker. Surge protecter Dedicated 20a outdoor circuit directly under meter panel with new breaker.

Converted three handle shower valve into one handle shower valve

Outlet not working in living room, had burned connections, replaced it and redid connections.

Homeowner was experiencing a squealing noise when running water in the home. Found pressure over 100 psi. found upstairs guest bathroom toilet running. homeowner wanted the new half inch ball valve replaced. Homeowner agreed on the price to replace new three-quarter ball valve, hose Bibb, and repair upstairs toilet. Replaced pressure regulator and hose bib with new shut offs. Replace the fill valve in the upstairs toilet set pressure to 75 psi tested with no leaks or failures at time of service.

Customer only wanted me to replace her 20/25/1 filter. When I replaced the filter I also noticed the wet switch was triggered and the evaporator coil was frozen up. I let the customer know my findings and she said “no I’m not having any issues, I’ll call you if I have any issues”. I explained to her what I saw and showed her pictures. System will not function until we troubleshoot the system and reset the water safeties.

For this job, I did a leak troubleshoot for homeowner. We discovered a buried valve box approximately 24 inches off the front of the water meter main service box inside was the main shut off for the irrigation once we isolated the main valve inside the home the meter continued to spin after locating the irrigation. Master shut off. We shut that down in the meter quit spinning immediately this is an irrigation leak.

For this job, we worked on inspecting ALL emergency light fixtures and exit signs.

Customer had two showers that was slow draining upon arrival. I ran water and tested and saw that the showers was draining slow so I recommend it to snake the shower drain to remove any hair and lime scale next I removed the drain cover for the master shower and ran my drain cable down the drain to remove hair and after testing, the drain was flowing perfectly and I remove the small filter that they have to clean out every few weeks and let the customer know and they were fine with that , next I went upstairs and clean the daughters bathroom shower drain that was completely clogged with hair after running my cable I removed and tested the drain and then the shower was working perfectly
