Performed 1 system diagnostic for main level unit. Found failed contactor, dirty condenser, dirty blower, no te flood protection, rusted burners, crack heat exchanger, standing pilot. Furnace is 40 years old coil and condenser is 30 years old. Due to age of system or rusted burners as well as cracked heat exchanger would recommend replacement option . Customer opted for temp fix for the time being nd also get a qoute for replacement. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Customer had a running toilet upstairs in the master bathroom due to a failing fill valve, so I gave him an option to replace the fill valve ,so after replacing the fill valve the toilet did not run and I also lowered the tube coming up so if it ever do fail, it won’t overflow out of the tank itself because of the drain tube being too high, customer is happy and satisfied, we have a service tech coming out Monday between 2 to 5 to give options to fix sink handles or replace bathroom sink handles

Performed Homecare inspection. Through the inception we ended up updating multiple items. 3 new surge protectors were installed at the 3 panels, 4 new Gfci outlets were installed, 6 new dual function breakers were installed, new ground rod and ground were added and connected at the meter outside, and both panels were relabeled. I left estimates to add smoke detectors around the house, Redevice the whole house, adding bidet outlets, and installing two new smart panels.

Rebuild toilet in 1/4 bathroom on first floor

On this visit I replaced a burnt outlet in basement room and installed a dual function safety breaker. I provided a customer with options to replace main breaker panel and subpanel.

Troubleshoot switch in basement

-Single stage air conditioner (outdoor) / Single stage, constant torque furnace (indoor).  -10 year parts warranty (20 years for heat exchangers on 80% furnaces)  -10 years labor coverage when a Home Care maintenance plan is held with TE Certified. Lifetime Craftsmanship.  -Removal and disposal of existing system.   -Permit fees are included, system will be inst - alled to meet or exceed county’s codes.   -Cost includes all required material, tax, & labor. No further charges will apply.   -New drain pan, safety float switch, water safety and condensate pump (if applicable).   -New outdoor electrical disconnect, power whip and new pad for outdoor unit.   -New flexible gas line and hard pipe gas connection to furnace.  -Flush, Clean and Test Existing Line Set and Pull Vacuum to 500 Microns.   -Will recover existing refrigerant per EPA guidelines.   -Will complete leak check and system & system start up. .  -Bring existing flue pipe up to current code as needed with double wal

Demo on kitchen drain and supply lines, roughed in getting ready for the cabinets. Also, moved gas line over to specified location of homeowner, bottom portion of wall will be left open for access to the valve. Drained house, put water heater on pilot mode, turned off gas, cut out and installed drain and supply lines to specifications of the homeowner. Also, moved gas line over were homeowner specified to. Pressurized house, purged air out of lines, turned gas on, performed a leak test with the sniffer and bubble. Relight the pilot light, fired up the water heater, tested fixtures, no leaks.

Arrived on site to perform home care service. Checked in with customer and also checked thermostat for power and functionality. Started with furnace in basement garage, checked all electrical connections for tightness, check, blower wheel and motor, tested in heat and cool mode, change filter, Ford cleaner down, condensate pump. Went outside to condensing unit, check, capacitor, checked pressures, disconnect, pump, drain line to ensure no blockages. No TE flood protection on system, left note and quote.

Gas pipe repair

For this job we installed a new chime Kit and transformer for the front video doorbell. The brinks doorbell requires at least 16v. Connected the doorbell to customers phone and programmed it to ring the mechanical chime. Everything functions as it should.

replacement of outlets and switches throughout the home

For this job, we did a full horizontal install, 2 new plenums, Zoning with 5 dampers, 2 thermostats, new flue pipe, new drain to the wall, wrapped multiple dampers with insulation, ran all new wiring for zoning, media cabinet add on

Replaced straight stop on toilet that was in laundry room. Tested for leaks, no leaks were found. House pressure is at 70 psi. purged the waterlines of air, except the fixtures that homeowners told me not to open.

Arrived on site for homecare service. Checked in with customer and also checked thermostat for power and functionality. Started with furnaces, checked all electrical connections for tightness, blower motors and wheels, tested in heat and cooling modes, changed filters, and checked drain lines. When turning on cooling mode for upstairs unit on, fan come on but no refrigeration running through line set. Went outside to condenser, opened up panel and found all wires on the capacitor are off. Tested capacitor to make sure still good, re connected wires, waited for 5 min timer delay and nothing happened. Went inside to thermostat and put in call for cool, nothing happened. Went back into furnace and found no voltage on r terminal. Checked over wires and found wet switch to be wired wrong. 24 v wire off of transformer had somehow became loose and was chilling in the background. Re wired wet switch correctly and turned system on. Jumped r and y at control board.. cool came on. Jumped r and y

Performed home care on two systems. Checked all electrical and amperage. Flushed and treated drain line. Changed filter 16×25×1 and 16×20×1. Clean the flame sensors. Flushed and treated drain lines. Flushed and treated condensate pump. Cycled condensate pump to ensure proper operation. Check the evaporator coils and blower wheels. Checked outdoor units. Checked capacitors, contactor and pressures. Main floor, no in-line safety. No auxiliary drain pan. Dust buildup on evaporator coil. Bad dual capacitor. Debris on bottom of condenser coil. Second floor, no in-line safety. Blower capacitor, failing. Condenser coil, dirty, and has debris on bottom of condenser coil.

Troubleshoot existing pendant lighting that is flickering when turned on, client states they heard a loud pop once before when turning the lights on, lights have remained off since then.
