Performed customer spring system home care maintenance check two units. Both 20x25x4 media filters were changed at top of January no need to change at this time. Both systems are 7 years old Checked over all operations for the main floor system, everything inside cabinet is good and clean. Noticed that blower motor was leaking oil a lot into the cabinet. There is no safety wet pan switch on system. Cleared drain line, evaporator coil was clean. Checked over outdoor units. Condenser coils are very dirty and need cleaning, outdoor capacitor is testing weak for compressor side. Recommended changing in warranty blower motor due to pull high amps, customer approved to have done today, replaced blower motor and once motor was pulled out noticed that motor has not been running with the proper size capacitor on it. Unit called for a 10mfd and was running off a 7.5 mfd. The new motor calls for a 15mfd advised customer that capacitor needed to be upgraded he approved to have correct size install

Performed standard AC maintenance today at a Duluth property. System is a 3-year-old Trane XR16, 3-ton unit. Customer reported longer run times and higher electric bills recently. Inspection revealed coils were dirty and restricting airflow. Thoroughly cleaned both evaporator and condenser coils using non-acid cleaner. Replaced standard filter with MERV 11 as customer has allergies. Checked refrigerant levels - all good. Tightened all electrical connections and lubricated fan motors. Cleaned condensate drain line which was beginning to clog. System is now cooling much more efficiently with 18° temperature differential across coil (was only 13° before service). Recommended quarterly filter changes due to customer's two large dogs. Simple maintenance will save them significantly on summer cooling costs.

Performed 1 system homecare. I cleaned the outdoor condenser coil with the homeowners permission. I changed the customer provided media filter. I flushed the drain line with water and used the mighty pump to clean the drain line. I ran the system in heat and cooling mode at the thermostat. I checked the refrigerant levels. System has flood protection. The hvac system was operating at the end of service call.

Our client reached out to us in reference to two toilets that were malfunctioning. Both toilets are Kohler toilet in which one had a bad fuel valve and the other one had a bad flush tower. Both items were replaced and tested for leaks. No leaks were found. Water pressure is stabilized at 50 psi

Home owner needed cartridge replaced in master shower and two handles both on cold side for jack and Jill needed to be corrected on position. Once the shower valve was installed it was function checked and leak checked with no leaks present. At this time water heater is 2023 build and expansion tank is good pressure registering at 71psi still under 80psi which would be considered high pressure. Thank you for choosing te certified.

Charley and his group member were really friendly and helpful. We were anxious to have our PRV changed, and they showed up as early as they could, which we really appreciate. I had a great experience with Nolan Kangas of TE Electrical. I had quite a bit of work done from upgrading the service to my home, as well as the lighting and adding a Tesla charger.
