What price to install new client provide a kitchen faucet, waterpressure regulator, and disposal. Client water pressure was 90 psi at left side of building. Client explained when she runs the shower in the master bathroom. She cannot turn on any other fixtures without starving the system. Tested and found when you run multiple fixtures the water virtually disappears. Client has a major volume issue as the water comes into the building. With the excessive pressure I recommend client change the water pressure regulator, which I believe may be causing the volume restriction. Installed new water pressure regulator and tested with no further issues. Installed new disposal and kitchen faucet tested with no issues. Documented all work with pictures. Client provided only the kitchen faucet.
