Leak on irrigation line, after shut off. Shut off valve also does not stop. Replaced shut off valve and damaged section of pipe.

Upon arrival, I ordered the lights from our local warehouse and proceeded by setting up the ladder and dismantling the first light. Upon dismantling, I found that the light does have a box but due to the pressure, washer pressure, water was able to get into the terminal connections of the light. I removed the light in old hardware and waited for parts delivery. After delivery, I was able to proceed with the install of the light. After install, I use silicone sealant to be able to make a firm waterproof seal around the box and connection. I then moved to the light of the back of the house and repeated the same process. Afterwards, I tested the lights and the lights were tested perfectly and I set the lights to the customers preferred settings. Thank you for choosing TE certified. We appreciate your business and hope that we deliver the five star experience that we try to with every customer. Please take the time and fill out the attached survey letting the office know how I’m performin

Customer called us out to a commercial property where the left urinal is clogged in the men’s restroom. I will have to snake drain and attempt to remove stoppage. I did speak with customer and inform him that if this was unsuccessful, we would have to send a service technician to remove the urinal off the wall And then snake the drain line. I was successfully able to remove stoppage and check to make sure everything was draining properly. Customer is very satisfied.

Upon arrival, the customer spoke to me about an issue of multiple breakers, tripping after they had a pressure washer service clean the house. After taking a look at the panel in the breakers and finding a direct to ground fault, I let the customer know that there would need to be some diagnostic and that we would proceed from there. The customer agreed. I started by opening the switch panel that the customer stated when the light was turned on it tripped the breaker. I found that this switch operated the floodlight for the outside. This was the same for the other tripping breaker and the floodlight switch in the garage. After using my camera to view closer, I found that the floodlight didn’t seem to have any sealant underneath of them, which most likely caused the damage to the light. During the time there, I also found multiple smoke alarms that were chirping and saw that the customer had removed two other alarms. After a discussion about price and an estimate to come back tomorrow a

Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics of the upstairs 2017 Lennox AC system. I found that the capacitor on the outdoor unit had completely failed. The outdoor unit was also impacted with dirt and the contactor was burnt and pitted. Mainfloor system: I checked the capacitor on this unit as well; near complete failure. I also found that the contactor was sparking high voltage when it would engage. The outdoor unit was also impacted with dirt. I went over the findings with the homeowner and with his approval I cleaned both outdoor units and replaced the capacitors and contactors on the outdoor units. I checked the refrigerant pressures on both systems; ok. I also inspected the upstairs furnace and air filter; ok at the time. I replaced the batteries on the upstairs thermostat (customer provided batteries). I ran both systems after the repairs were done and verified that both AC systems were operating at the end of service call. I emailed an estimate for our home care program for b
