Job Locations and Reviews
Paul was great!! Stuck with it and finally was able to fix the problem!!!

Came in for no cool call. When arrived a notice that thermostat and unit did not had power due to a trip breaker. When I flipped the breaker got 120v to unit but board was not responding, board had completely failed, also tested blower motor and it was stuck and very hot to the touch. Found also a bad thermostat wire making the unit constantly cycle and giving me different error codes on the circuit board. Also notice biological growth coming from system and outdoor unit capacitor had also failed. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options. Costumer decided to move forward with work. Work was done and tested. System is now working properly. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Removed thermal expansion tank that was leaking through the shell. Capped line. Informed homeowner of what I was doing and that both the prv and water heaters are old, and that the best value for his dollar would be to replace everything at once as we do combo discounts. Gave estimates to replace water heaters.

Performed HomeCare maintenance on one system. System has no ss1 on drain, float switch isn’t shifting off the system, gas sediment trap isn’t up to code, insulation is poor, and disconnect is bad. Restored flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Blower motor is pulling correct amps. Blower wheel is clean. Flue pipe and gas line are up to code. cleared condensate drain. Replaced 16/25/1 filter. Condenser coil is clean. Capacitor and contactor is in manufacture specs. Pressures are good. Disconnect is working properly. Added wet switch, added ss1 to drain, added gas sediment trap to system, replaced insulation, and replaced disconnect. System is functioning properly at this moment.

For this job, I completed a three system homecare maintenance. I tested all the functions of the system to ensure that everything was working. I cleaned the flame sensor inspected the blower wheel and burners. Proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and measure all electrical components as well as pressure readings. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. The customers filter size : April aire 413 - upstairs 20 x 25 x 1 - main floor 16 x 25 x 1 - basement

Relocated piping and pump system for kitchen sink in the basement. Installed new water lines and drain lines to feed the pump. Tested the lines and pump by running water. The pump worked properly with no leaks detected.

Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: double oven is reading error message after thunderstorm LOCATION: kitchen FINDINGS: checked as far as I could at the panel. breaker, connections, voltage and inspected wiring. Everything is fine. after doing more research on the double oven error code, There is a good chance They received a surge that fried out the control board. RESOLUTION: contact appliance company

Followed up on previous repair, while letting the system run noticed the pressure were off again. Ran several tests and determined that the compressor has failed, not getting proper compression. Compressor not able to pump itself down. Replaced compressor, pressure checked and put into a vacuum. Added refrigerant and tested unit. System is now running with a 18° TD, started at 84° temperature dropped to 75° by the time I left. System is now cooling at this time.

Basement system had a dirty air filter which caused the outdoor heat pump to trip on low pressure lockout. I reset the system and it was operating at the end of service call. I Gave Homeowner additional options for preventative repairs, flood protection and indoor air quality options. The homeowner declined to have me install an ApcoX in the basement system to combat biological growth that was found in the system and to replace the contactor on the basement outdoor unit. The basement system was operating at the end of service call.

For this job, I worked on finishing dropping three cat six lines that were in the ceiling. Terminated all ends as requested. left estimate to install two new lines as well as adding an outlet by the entrance office.

Performed diagnostics on the upstairs system. I found that the upstairs system has a furnace that is over 20 years old and is poor condition. The Upstairs AC condenser is over 20 years old and has a refrigerant leak. The system runs on obsolete refrigerant (r22 refrigerant). HVAC system needs to be replaced. The AC system has failed and maybe a water hazard to the home. The homeowner has setup a time with an install supervisor to get an estimate to replace the system. Mainfloor system: the drain line is clogged and I could not clear it with compressed nitrogen. The system need a new drain line. The furnace and outdoor unit are also from 2003 and needs to be replaced or atleast have the drain line replaced and have flood protection installed so further diagnostics can be performed. Customer didn’t want repairs done due to the age of the system and the amount of money already spent on the units.

After inspection of thermostat found that it was set in program mode and not on hold to hold the temperature correctly. Checked over all operations of system furnace is 21 years old and ac and coil 7 years is both zones are opening properly. Blower wheel is starting to get dirty, drain line needs to be elevated to drain properly. Both primary and secondary drain line are tied into each other. Checked outdoor unit, capacitor tested good, refrigerant levels tested good condenser coils do need to be cleaned. Gave customer estimate to clean drain line and elevate, add Ss1 in line float switch, add wet pan switch, clean outdoor condenser coils, change pitted contactor and add Uv light to system, customer declined recommendations for repairs at this time. Recommended updating aged furnace, customer declined recommendations at this time. Recommended homecare maintenance plan, customer declin

Installed the new washer box with the appropriate drain and water lines. Secured all connections, turned on the water and pressurized the system. Removed and replaced the fill valve in the main level bathroom toilet that was slowly filling the tank. Tested all work and no leaks detected. *Lifetime warranty on workmanship
