When showering the warm moist air is making contact with the cold metal grill causing condensation. To remedy this issue… 1. Run both fans in the bathroom before, during, and after shower to help get rid of humidity. 2. Turn off AC when showering 3. Wrap boots with more insulation 4. Add a dehumidifier Homeowner is going to have boots wrapped. This will be done next Friday along with having plenums insulated and Apco X added to three Daikin units. Mini split was inspected today and is performing like it should. Homeowner added mini split to Homecare plan, which now covers 4 units, 3 Daikin systems and a mini split.

Customer has 18 y/o Ruud heat pump system that operates for main level. System is not cooling due to failed defrost control board. Noticed that contactor is arcing. No water protection is present. And system is R22 based. Informed customer of findings. Advise customer to consider options to upgrade system. Must return to install defrost control board.

Demolition of conduit and outlet in back area of the building. Retrofit three existing fluorescent fixtures to work with LED lamps.

Replaced 19 year old water heater with new 50 gallon tall electric, included pan, expansion tank and strap, shutoff valve, all new copper pipe and fittings. Also replaced prv, original pressure to home reading 90 psi and now reading safe Psi. Major rebuild on two toilets under courtesy.

Customer had substantial static drop and his water pressure. Replaced Prv . all work was tested and documented with pictures.

Customers, Bradford White water heater control valve failed. Replaced control valve heater is working properly now all work was tested and documented with pictures.

All junction boxes and outlets are not weather rated or GFCI protected. This estimate will include replacing all junction boxes with weather rated boxes, all outlets with weather rated outlets, and installing GFCI breakers for shock protection. Replace non UL listed breakers in the electrical panel (13). Install surge protection for the barn. Retrofit 6 fixtures.

Performed 3 system homecares. Flushed drain lines. Replaced the media filters. Checked heating and cooling on both hvac systems. The master bedroom thermostat is not sitting flush with the wall due to the back plate being disfigured. The master bedroom thermostat will need to be replaced under warranty. Homeowner also wants the backplates installed behind both mainfloor thermostats. Warranty will need to return to install new diakin 1 thermostat under TE warranty for the master bedrooms and install wide back plates to cover mismatch paint around the thermostat for both mainfloor thermostats.

Responded to no ac call, found fuse popped at indoor air handler. Traced problem back to bad heat strip. Also noticed biological growth on the inside of air handler. Topped off refrigerant. Made all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.
