For this job I did a water repair on the water main where it enters the home. I cut damaged section and replaced with new pvc fittings. I also replaced a cut off valve that had a leak as well. I tested and left work area clean.

Customer is continuing to have A004 error code on a 2022 Pro Terra performance, platinum hybrid water heater. After several hours of working with Rheem representatives, they said that the next best solution would be replacement. My client signed and we replaced this water heater with a like for like swap and was picked up from Home Depot today. Installed the new water heater, hooked it up to Wi-Fi and verified proper function.

The tub & shower was not getting hot water. Found that the scald guard was not set and was only slowing a small amount of hot water through. Adjusted the scald guard and the faucet now turns all the way to the hot side and is getting hot water. In the kitchen the newly installed touchless faucet is not operating. Tested the batteries that were in the unit and they were low on power. Installed two separate sets of new batteries and the unit turned off but would not turn on again. Removed the electronic control valve so the faucet can be used. It would seem that the selinoid valve or the sensor is malfunctioning in the faucet. Recommended returning/replacing the faucet with a different unit.

Found power disconnect off. Bad 3 phase Contactor. Only heat strips turning on. Split system rooftop. Did not go on rooftop as we do not service. Electric heat strips are working and running after leaving. Tried calling owner and left voicemail. Unable to go over call and problems seen.

I just started using TE for my hvac as well as plumbing. When I had an issue, I called and TE sent a tech out pretty expeditiously. Daniel Rockstroh who has experience with Carrier systems was excellent! My Carrier hvac system had an extremely hard to diagnose issue. Daniel took the time to trace the problem and get us back up and running correct. There was no "no I cant" or "its fixed" when it wasnt. Now that my system has been serviced, I have absolute confidence that our home will be cozy this winter, no worries here. Thank you TE and Daniel!

Kris was excellent! Kris explained our options and was easy to understand. He went for the part and installed it speedy quick! Kris also checked our water pressure and water heater which had been installed previously by a qualified TE technical team. I've been with another company for a few years for plumbing and our Hvac, but wasn't satisfied with their techs or prices. I was very pleased a with the install of our water heater and the latest job on our toilet so, we're going to move our Hvac maintenance to TE as well. TE is honest, fast, and doesnt gouge their customers. This has made me a loyal customer for our needs in the future. I highly recommend TE for our needs in servicing my home!
