system inspection. Found no issues at this time. System is operating correctly with a 19.5 Delta T. Location of outdoor unit is directly underneath. The steps does not have 6 feet of clearance above it. Recommend moving unit to the side of the house to get full clearance and full accessibility to service outdoor unit. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Completed home care inspection. System is a two year-old system. Inside unit is very clean. Customer stated that they were going to change the filter themselves. Upon inspection of the outdoor unit found debris inside of the unit and on the coils. Also found a bad capacitor. One presenting options to the customer, they accepted to proceed with changing the capacitor and cleaning the outdoor coils. All work is completed, and system is working properly.

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Replaced 2 ton heat pump condenser unit for upstairs level. Tested fully and found no failures at this time.

Disposal is not draining and is not turning on. I removed the unit and replaced. Ensured all connections were properly tighten. Filled the sink with water and released while turning on the disposal. Tested with no leaks.

Ac and coil

Tested system not cooling for the upstairs. System was flat on refrigerant and conducted a nitrogen leak test. Found the system was holding 305 psi with no issues and ended up finding the Schrader valve leaking from the low side service valve. We replaced a Schrader valve, pulled a proper vacuum on the system, and filled the system up with 7 pounds of refrigerant. Tested fully after repairs made, and found no failures at this time.

3 year old water heater not heating, temperature was set too high on heater and tripped reset button on heater. Turned temp back down to set 120 and reset heater. Water warming up read at 97 degrees in 30 minutes.

Jerilynn had us out today for a system inspection. Upon arrival we noticed there is a 28 year old system that had never been inspected. We noticed that there is no flood protection on the system and the 12.5MFD capacitor is out of range. We also noticed capacitor and contactor worn out along with the outdoor fan motor

Came out customer was concerned about water pressure checked pressure pressure is 40 psi

Two leaks on main waterline. One leak in yard due to underground shark bite. Second leak under foundation wall. Removed shark bite in front yard and installed shut off valve.

Installed two antique fixtures.

Today I did a diagnosis on the women’s restroom lighting. Upon diagnosis, I discovered a bad dimmer switch. I replaced the dimmer with a regular decor, single pole switch, and also installed a box extension because the box was recessed in the wall slightly. The women’s restaurant is located second door on your right when you walk in the main entrance. Note: I sent over a quote to fix some code and safety concerns. Customer denied these repairs at this time.

Performed diagnostic and found straight AC thermostat on a heatpump. With the homeowners permission I replaced the thermostat and tested the system at the new thermostat and verified that the heat and emergency heat were operating at the end of service call. I checked the refrigerant levels and the amps on the emergency heat.

Matthew had us out today for an inspection due to both units making odd noises. Upon arrival we noticed that there are two systems in the home both from 2021. we inspected the indoor unit and noticed that there is bacterial growth on the system and there is no flood protection. We noticed on both outdoor units that the compressor starting amps are high and would recommend a hard start kit for both. We also noticed that both outdoor systems are dirty and cleaning

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Completed system observation and repairs installed a new capacitor pressure switch and flame sensor system is over 10 it would need duck cleaning blower cleaning seal the system and IAQ.
