Called out for a backing up shower and toilet in the master bathroom upstairs. Ran water in both sinks to test and toilet started to bubble. Pulled the toilet and ran a sewer machine through the toilet drain to clear the blockage. While running technician met several areas of resistance, but the water holding in the toilet drain eventually dropped out. Was able to hear all of the backed up water draining out of the system. Tested thoroughly running water in the sinks and shower as well as multiple flushes when putting the toilet back. The bathroom group is now draining and flowing properly. 8/28: 3188617 - DeKalb permit. MO For this job, we worked on removing old mast that was damaged by falling tree branch and replaced it with a brand new hub. connector, conduit, weather head and 4/0 service wire. We reconnected in the meter on the line side and left over 3 feet of slack hanging out of the weatherhead so power company can reconnect. We will return once inspection has passed and power reconnected to turn on all breakers inside the meter/disconnect combo and electrical panel inside of the garage.

Troubleshoot outlets in downstairs

Found Sheetrock was messed up, cut out section to inspect further. Ran everything in the bathroom above but could not get any water to leak. Inspected attic space above and saw no signs of water. Customer will have to call back when water shows up

Flood lights not working

Troubleshoot why homeowner only had hot water for a couple mins throughout the home. Determined lower element of electric water heater had gone bad. Drained 50 gallon electric heater and replaced lower element with new 4500 watt element. Ensured every fixture was getting hot water, ran master bath shower for approximately five minutes with the shower still getting hot water.

For this job, we responded to a service call to troubleshoot a two-pole 20-amp circuit breaker that was repeatedly tripping while supplying the home’s electric water heater. The electrical circuit and water heater connections were inspected to determine the cause of the recurring breaker trips. Research was performed using the manufacturer’s specification sheet for the specific water heater installed at the property. The unit’s electrical requirements were reviewed and compared with the existing circuit protection. Taking into account the 80% rule for continuous loads, it was determined that the existing two-pole 20-amp breaker was undersized for the water heater and was not providing the appropriately rated circuit protection for the equipment. The existing two-pole 20-amp breaker was removed and replaced with a properly sized two-pole 30-amp breaker. Bathtub faucet needed to be adjusted. Our client’s water heater is approaching 10 years and recommended replacing. Several estimates have been left with options. A follow upwill be conducted in a couple of days.

Tech noticed Improper size ductwork at return plenums, Zoneboard, damper and motors bad, bad transformer, lacking proper safety switches, dirty filter, indoor and outdoor coils dirty and outdoor electrical components bad… tech explained with Landlord about our system replacement vs system repairs… customer wanted to move forward with system repairs at this time… tech will order parts and get on schedule for tomorrow morning…. Got Landlord approval to make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Installed warranty defrost control board. System is currently working.
