Performed spring maintenance on 2 systems. Inspected filter, checked blower wheel for built up dirt/dust, cleaned flame sensor, cleared inducer port, tested hot surface igniter, took delta Ts, cleared drain line, tested safety switch, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, checked refrigerant pressures, and monitored systems operations. The drain line in main floor is not draining properly and system is 90% Dirty condenser coils Cleaned both condenser coils

On the upper back porch I removed the device and flip cover and installed a new box extension to allow a piece of conduit to penetrate down under the porch to physically protect the wire. At the same location I supplied and installed a TRWR GFCI receptacle along with a new bubble cover. This GFCI protected all wiring for the car port. I installed a new UF cable from the upper back porch GFCI to the car port utilizing liquid tight conduit. I installed straps and staples where required by code. Under the car port I installed (3) new location outlets and one new switch location. The outlets on the left side are primary for the security cameras and in the same location is the switch that controls the (2) new location flood lights. After installing I tested all equipment to ensure everything was working.

Removed reverse osmosis system from under kitchen sink and rebuilt drain for kitchen sink. Customer has aging electric water heater. Supplied quotes with multiple options for replacement. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

On today’s visit I met with the customer. The customer expressed an issue with a clogged toilet. I took a look and tested to make sure it wasn’t a mainline clog. I then put together estimates to perform work and received approval. I ran my auger into the toilet and pulled back an air freshener bottle. I removed the bottle from the toilet and gave it a flush. The toilet is now back to flushing properly. The customer is satisfied with the work completed.

Replace sediment filter

Arrived on site and customer stated he had a high water bill but could not identify the cause. I performed a troubleshoot to determine the cause of the leak by isolating the main valve to the house. I found the meter still moving even with the valve shut off, and determined there is a leak on the mainline. Waterline leak is not visible, and recommended installing a new waterline.

Replaced a customer supplied shower cartridge in the downstairs bathroom. After cartridge was replaced I tested the valve to ensure valve was working properly.

Arrived on site to replace damaged meter disconnect. We removed the old meter disconnect. We installed a new 150 amp meter disconnect. We replaced incorrect wire feeding ac unit as well as installed the correct size breaker. We installed 2 new 8’ ground rods and new #4 ground wire. We installed a new bonding bridge and connected the grounds feeding the low voltage equipment. Tested all connections and everything is working as it should.

Today I came out for quoted repairs. Upon arrival I double checked everything and found the capacitor for condenser was out of tolerance. It’s for. 70/5MFD +/- 5% and its actual reading was 37.78/4.78MFD. The contactor pitted and compressor has high LRA of 158.3 amps when system is rated for 134 amps. After talking with customer, he has agreed to add these items on today’s visit. I replaced both capacitor and contactor. I added a hard start kit to help compressor and it dropped LRA down to 90.9 amps. I cleaned condenser coils, bottom of unit, and flushed drain lines. I installed APCO-X UV light, wet switch, in-line drain switch, and replaced main level damper motor. All work has been tested and system is operational at time of departure. Arrived at home to evaluate master bathroom grouping. Sent to camera down through toilet flange that was already pulled. Found that there was standing water right away, but I was able to make it through the soft blockage to the vertical. I found out the vertigo. There was a crossover where I could not go downwards just straight across to the other bathroom grouping. I was able to restore flow to master grouping however, I did find that the pipe was back pitched from the vertical back. I recommended replacement after getting access from the garage ceiling.

Customer was experiencing a running toilet in the master bathroom, along with a toilet in the hallway that was making a whistling sound. When I checked pressure, I got a reading of 100 psi, which was the cause of the toilet issues. We replaced the Prv and set the pressure to 65 psi, and rebuild all three toilets in the house.

Replaced electric water heater and replaced recirculating pump . Standard electric water heater was replaced and installed a Extention kit 10 yr warranty. Alpha pump was also installed . Temp is set to 125 degrees

Arrived back on site with the Replacment cartridge for the upstairs shower. We turned the water off to the house and drained out the system, then replaced the cartridge. After cartridge was replaced we turned the water back on and tested the shower handle to ensure proper functioning. Dripping shower head has been resolved and is no longer dripping.

Byers inspection on hvac system. Inspected heating and cooling mode. Checked compressor and fan motor amperage, pressures, drain line, capacitors, heat exchanger and visual inspection as well. System is little low on Freon (about 1 lb) and heat exchanger has some hot spots (no cracks). System is 15 years old and overall in good conditions.

Arrived on site and customer reported their heater recently was not producing hot enough water even after turning up the temp , and given the age , believed it was time for replacement. After discussion , the customer agreed to proceed with a full water heater replacement. The house was on a well system , as well as on propane , so we installed a 50 gallon LP unit. After the install u had customer go through the home and purge the air out of the system. Heater has been set to a temperature of 125.

During today's visit, we spoke with the homeowner regarding the temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve on a tankless water heater that is less than two years old. The homeowner reported that the T&P valve had been continuously discharging water. The homeowner advised that there had recently been two leaks on the main water service line: one near the meter that was repaired, and another near the sidewalk in front of the porch. The homeowner also reported an issue with the irrigation service line a few days ago. During that repair, a check valve was removed because a check valve had previously been installed near the meter. Following this work, the homeowner noticed a significant increase in water pressure throughout the home. We tested the water pressure and recorded a pressure reading of approximately 160 PSI, which is dangerously high and well above the recommended range for residential plumbing systems. Replace fan in master bedroom and replace box

Today we came out for the basement unit not cooling and condenser fan motor not running 2003 Goodman 2 ton ac R22 with matching furnace. Evaluated complete system found failed 35/5 duel motor starter on condenser with this part failing condenser fan motor has been damaged and could fail at anytime. This equipment uses r22 refrigerant that is obsolete and has been mandated by the federal government. Gave customer band aid repair option to get temporary cooling and scheduled install supervisor for this afternoon 11-2 to give options on updating. Installed new duel motor starter checked refrigerant levels found system low on charge and had a 22 degree coil and starting to freeze up system has refrigerant leak and compressor has been compromised. Left equipment operational although it could fail at anytime.

Tesla Charger installation

On today’s visit I met with the customer. The customer expressed an issue with a toilet that was clogged. The toilet would flush once but clog the second flush. I wrote estimates to perform work and received approval. I ran my cable and was able to successfully clear the clog. I then flushed and ran water. I also watched the flow from the outside clean out. I reset the toilet with new wax ring, supply lines and closet bolts. I also put caulk around the base of toilet and did a super clean up. The customer is now happy and satisfied with work completed. Shut off water supply to fixture, remove all fluid from fixture, remove china caps and bolts from fixture, pull water closet from base, clean flange and inspect for damage, perform drain clearing operation using specialty drain clearing equipment specifically designed for task, set new wax gasket on flange, new bolts and new supply. Fill and test, clean up work area.

Technician dug up water service near water shut off in front of the water meter. The pipe was observed and it was found that the existing tee has a stress crack on the pvc. For today the technician dug up the water line and made a temporary repair to restore water back to the home. Water pipe was left exposed to return tomorrow to complete repair. NOTE : Irrigation is missing a check valve on the system and will be added tomorrow as well. Due to this the irrigation was left unconnected until it is corrected tomorrow ( 8-18-2026 )

Replace waterline from meter to home via boring without sleeve. Replaced waterline for estimate using directional boarding equipment. Had to drill new penetration through concrete. Cemented hole when finished.

Trane thermostat was showing alert for temperature sensor (zone). Also, it was running on schedule. I was able to clear the alert code and disabled the schedule. Also, system was little low on Freon. Added one lb of Freon (410a), to bring pressures back to normal. System is well maintained and working properly at this visit. Signed up customer for home care maintenance program for both systems in the house.

Arrived on site to perform work previously quoted. For today, I installed all new weather rated GFCI outlets and standard weather rated outlets in the back yard. I reused the existing covers except in two locations. I tested all of the outlets and they are functioning like they should. The sump pump now trips the GFCI. I informed the homeowner to have a septic company out to look at it.
