Job Locations and Reviews
No cool on a package unit due to a bad contactor. Not passing power to the unit. Replaced contactor and system works. No other issue at this visit. Recommend to sign up for maintenance plan.
Ran shower for 30 minutes; also, I sprayed water on the tile walls and glass to see if there were any issues there. Couldn’t find any water leaks and didn’t notice any leaks coming from the drain. Water pressure was 74psi. There is staining on the wood beam and upstairs window frame which could indicate a roofing issue or there can be a tile issue because the grout in a few areas is completely missing.
For this job, we returned to complete the grounding system, which was fishing it through a small cavity in the downstairs area of the split level home into the open crawlspace, which was then connected to the PRV valve. we connected it within 5 feet of entrance point and then jumped it to the other side. so if the plumber is ever to work on the PRV valve and disconnects it, the waterline is still bonded through the jumper. The cold and hot water lines on the water heater and the ground rods were complete last week, so the grounding system is 100% finished now.
On time and job done right.
Installed sinks, faucets, and drain assembly onto double vanity. Turned on water to test. No leaks detected. *informed homeowner of tubular piping in the wall that can loosen if pulled upon.
Found power turned off to the furnace. I turned the power back on. Customer had me install a new thermostat for the mainfloor. I also moved nest thermostat to the basement (replaced basement nest interface with mainfloor nest interface). The system was operating when I left. Thermostat for the mainfloor was programmed for AC/gas furnace (not heatpump). I advised the homeowner to replace the basemenr nest thermostat, before it fails (that model nest thermostat is not reliable) System was operating when I left. No inspection perfomed. Emailed estimate for new additional thermostat and flood protection.
Replaced water heater in basement. Repaired 4 gas line leaks in the basement.
Found 4 leaks on the gas system. Returning tomorrow to make the necessary gas repairs and replace the water heater.
Mr Castillo came when expected and completed the work in the time he estimated that it would take. He communicated everything perfected as did the schedulers at TE.
Customer has 8 y/o Lennox heat pump system that operates for main and basement levels. System has fluctuating pressure levels. Metering device is faulty. Bad evaporator coil. Recommend water protection upgrade. Drain line pitch is incorrect. Informed customer of all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Did a troubleshoot on washing machine drain found that the drain wasn’t completely in the washer box

We provide and replace 2 toilets Customer called us out for a potential toilet replacement in the men’s bathroom. Upon arrival customer stated the men’s toilet was giving them issues, they had removed the internal parts and decided they wanted an estimate to replace it. The existing toilet had a hole on the bottom left side and it was over 10 years old. The customer stated they also had a toilet in the women’s bathroom that was working fine and they were not experiencing any issues with it. We showed the customer some options for the toilet replacement, they agreed to replace both toilets. We provided kholer toilets for our customer. We first started by removing the old toilets and the supply lines, we removed the wax ring and inspected the flanges for any cracks and there was none. We provided new nylons bolts, china caps, and braided stainless steel supply lines. We installed the new toilets and we added caulking around the base of the toilets. We tested for any leaks around our wo
Cut Sheetrock to find leak. Found leak on 3/4 copper, cut out section and replaced.
Replace 40’ of sewer line located in backyard. Install a new clean out as close to the creek as possible.
Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Arrived cycled unit off. Performed blower wheel wash. Remove blower assembly out of furnace. Removed blower motor off of assembly. Washed blower assembly. Reinstalled blower motor onto assembly and install installed assembly into furnace. Added float switch and wet switch and tested. Performed condenser coil wash. Removed motor top and side panels. Chemically wash condenser coil. Reinstalled side panels and motor top. Remove drain line in crawlspace and added new drain line. Unit is draining to the outside.

Added 7 new cans off of 3 existing fixtures in the basement bedroom/hallway. New dimmer was installed in the 6 bedroom cans. Everything was tested and is working properly

Replace 60’ of sewer line from 40 clean out to sewer tap. Replace with new schedule 40 solid core PVC. Provide a lifetime workmanship warranty
Came in today because thermostat did not have any power. When testing system found transformer had fail this happening due to a circuit shortage, cause by wires coming from the outdoor system also defrost board had fail. Let customer know about this issues, presented options. Customer will check with original company that install system to go through warranty, but most likely he follow up with us to complete repair. This has been a great company to work with. They are responsive and reliable. They solved my problems mediate problem and explained additional work that could be done to guard against future issues. The tech was knowledgeable and explained everything.
Arrived found unit off on Aqua guard due to clogged drain line. Both drain lines connected to one in crawlspace and exit to outside of the home. Cut open drain line and flushed. Added a tablets and enzymes. Has aqua guard no in-line safety or wet switch. Dirty blower wheel. Checked outdoor unit. System now cooling and draining. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
Came in today because costumer just bought home and wanted to check system, found some electrical components at furnace failing also high humidity levels that could cause biological growth spread. System is working properly at this time, however there are some issues that need to be addressed, let costumer know and left details and option on inspection sheet attach to this email follow with quotes.
Install 2 dedicated 20 amp circuits for treadmills in workout room in the bottom/basement level of the split level . Install quad outlets on each circuit .
Replaced fan box in sons room
Performed 1 system inspection: unit was cooling. Homeowner concerned about the increase in his power bill and lights flickering when unit starts up. Also having comfortability issues in his son's bedroom. Findings: AC system is from 1999 and a 10 seer system. The furnace is from 2004. The compressor is pulling over 76 amps on startup and is on the verge of locking up and having a complete failure. The system is only a 10 seer efficiency rating which is well below the minimum efficiency rating of a modern day system. I found that the heat exchangers are rusting out and is a fire/carbon monoxide hazard. The blower wheel is impacted with dirt and is putting stress on the blower motor. The plenums are not properly insulated and are leaking air. The system needs additional duct runs added to it. The system runs on obsolete r22 refrigerant and the system overall is in very poor condition and needs to be replaced The homeowner has setup a time with an install supervisor.

Nathan came to replace a disposal in the kitchen sink. Shortly before he arrived we discovered a small leak in the P-trap. Nathan was able to diagnose the issue and handle both repairs in very short order. He left the work area cleaner than he found it. Very pleased with the quality of the work.

It was great that the tech had all his own supplies and did not need to ask me for a bucket, or rags or towels to clean up with. (I've had that experience with several other plumbers.) I also loved that he cleaned up (sprayed down with cleanser) under the sink when he was done, and that he wore shoe covers in the house. The cost "was what it was," and was not a reflection of the tech. Two suggestions: use cold water when testing, rather than hot. (I had very little hot water when he left.) Also, pls be careful about touching the doorknob with soled gloves still on, as this germifies the doorknob. Overall, great experience!
TE certified once again has been amazing. First time using the Electrician services. Marshall and Wilson were amazing. I had quite a few things I needed installed. Corey ended up coming to help so they could get the job done today. All 3 were just the nicest and most professional people. Left my house cleaner than it was before. They were fantastic!
