For this job I came out to quote and complete adding a sconce outside the sunroom

Troubleshoot loss of power to ac unit. Connections were checked at the breaker, disconnect, and unit. One of the lugs in the disconnect had a loose connection which was tightened. As soon as I did that, the ac started up immediately. Surge protector was added in the main panel

For this job a rendered leak detection service for homeowner, I isolated the Watermain service between the water meter and the shut off inside the garage, and determined the leak was indeed on the water main service. Throughout my investigation I listened to the unpaved areas in the yard along the water, main service and detected no sound or signs of leak, then switched to my concrete microphone and discovered the leak is under concrete just before it disperses underneath footer of the home, no leak was detected in any unpaved areas,in the yard or any other areas inside the home.

Upon arrival, found a lot of water accumulating by meter. Dug up to assess issue and find leak. Was not able to find leak and meter was not showing any water usage. Advised that the customer calls the water department to see if issue is on county side.

Leak search. We full tank flushed the hallway bathroom toilet 10 times and no leak was found. We also ran the tub and splashed water into the overflow and ran the bathroom faucet and no leaks were found. Checked the water heater and the T&P is running. We recommend replacing the water heater and prv due to the age of the water heater and the failed T&P.

Performed 1 system home care . System is 12 years old. Has dirty filter.dirty blower wheel.also has no Te flood protection. Drain-line is outside of drain pan and recommended to convert to pump with vinyl tubing.checked electrical components. Cleaned drainline and Cleared drainline with mighty pump. Has failed thermostat which we Replaced thermostat provided by costumer.

For this job, I rendered leak detection service for Travis Hall discovered leak on his water main service outside of the water main service penetration in the flower bed underneath the window on the front of his home underneath a bush. It is a blue poly line.

Completed a through inspection of the panel and the meter. Checked voltage and amperage of main lugs and breakers. Made sure every screw was tightened. Checked dryer plug and whip for unit for any signs of hazards. Found everything to be in good shape. Check the connections for unit and found loose neutral. Tightened all connections.
