Home care visit, upon inspection of the home noticed a couple areas needing attention. Also, went off the inspection report. Caulked all fixtures, pulled reset, shimmed and caulked, j/j toilet, replaced dishwasher tailpiece with extension tube basement kitchen, sanded and painted main gas line and meter, replaced vacuum breaker on front right hosebibb, insulated water heater. Tested fixtures, no leaks.

Today I extended the car charger circuit closer to garage door with a splice box and pvc. I installed the new customer provided Universal Tesla charger. Commissioned new Tesla charger and submitted paperwork to Tesla.

Install smoke detectors in bedrooms and replace existing ones

Panel replacement

The existing circuit that was requested can not handle the load from the lighting bed. Repairs were to convert the circuit, the receptacle, and alter the manufactured male end to a higher voltage.

Installed 240V outlet, breaker, and male end plug

Troubleshot loss of power to furnace unit. The switch for the furnace was falling apart and a was causing the loss of power. Two switches were replaced, voltages were checked and the units are now up and working.

Install new 20 amp circuit to shed off of pool panel , underground.

Replace GFCI outlets

Resecure meter to house and seal around it. While here we also replaced 2 GFCI outlets on the back porch

Yesterday- performed leak test. Found 3 leaks inside home in basement on 1 1/4” gas line in 2 different locations in basement Today- Purchased necessary materials to perform work Remove 1 1/4” tee and accompanying fittings ( tee leaking at 2of 3 threaded joints) Install new tee and extension pipes to allow a cut on the Trac piping for new Trac pipe fittings Also make second repair on opposite side of home where 1 1/4” piping connects to 3/4” hard pipe There were also 2 bushings used previously in these leak locations, they were removed and replaced with bell couplings Then pump up system again with 15 psi for 30 minutes. Gauge did not move, no more leaks in system Gas can be restored to the home. Once gas is on, system shall need to be purged of air before things will work correctly. If help is needed with this step, we can return for additional costs.

Customer reported that the gas appliances were not receiving enough gas supply. The customer contacted the gas company, and they confirmed that the gas was on at the meter but suspected the outside regular may have failed. Upon inspection today, verify that the gas meter was active and determine the homes 1 inch exterior gas regulator was no longer supplying adequate gas to the appliances. Today we replaced the home exterior gas regulator. After installation, the gas system was restored and tested. I re-lit the water heater and verified operation of all gas appliances, including the furnaces. All appliances are currently operating property and receiving adequate gas supply at this time.

Performed Gas pressure test. Found 3 leaks to be repaired Gave estimate to repair both Customer wants us ASAP. MUST GET MATERIALS FIRST!

New pressure reducing valve/new 4 gallon expansion tank new ball valve on mainline and rebuild shower and guest bathroom and repair. Two vanity sinks on second floor and rebuild toilet on first floor in full bathroom adjacent to kitchen.

Ice Maker Line Install

Replaced customer supplied lavatory faucet. Tested without leaks or failures at time of service

With this job, I came to perform a furnace inspection for the customers main floor system. I proceeded to measure all the electrical components as well as inspect the burners and the heat exchanger. I tested the unit in heat and checked its functions . While inspecting the ductwork, the first thing I noticed was that the system was short on return. This may cause the unit to not properly heat nor cool. The main thing I noticed within the furnace is that not only is it 24 years old, but the heat exchanger is completely compromised and has a small crack. I showed the pictures in my findings to the customer and stressed on how important it is to get that furnace replaced. He agreed to have an install supervisor come out next Monday to provide a free estimate for not only a furnace, but as well as ductwork modifications. I told the customer that if he purchases a new furnace through us, the 109 he spent on the inspection will be credited to the new system.

For this job we replace GFCI outlets and regular outlets in the kitchen, we also added GFCI protection at the panel for the dishwasher. We installed a Nema 14-50 outlet for car charger. On a GFCI 50 amp GFCI breaker
