Troubleshot loss of power to the basement circuit. Found loose connections and back stabbing in every outlet and switch. Cause of power loss was found to be loose connections in the keyless light in the basement. Circuit was Redeviced and everything’s working properly. Homeowner was advised to be careful of what is plugged in and running all at once. She has some gym equipment and space heaters in the room and it’s on a 15 amp circuit so she’s aware she needs to be mindful or the breaker may trip again

Replaced water heater, Prv, and outside hose bib by the upstairs garage.

Troubleshot disposal not turning off and a few outlets that weren’t working. Replaced 2 switches including for the disposal, and 7 outlets. Disposal and outlets and switches were tested. Neutral wires were separated at the panel and 5 new breakers were installed

Performed 1 system diagnostic. Found failed blower motor, failed run capacitor,dirty blower,dirty condenser, welded disconnect for outdoor unit, dirty evap coil, rusted evap coil, improper gas connections, improper flue pipe. No te flood protection, no drain pan. Unit is 20 years old. Recommend replacement due to age and cost of repairs. Upon arrival customer stated that heat for main floor was not working for the main floor. Furnace is 23 years old, ac unit is 8 years old. After inspection of system found that unit kept giving an error code of rollout switch open. Found the rollout under burners was activated reset switch started system and saw flames are rolling out causing the switch to activate. Performed combustion analyzer test and found unit has a failed secondary heat exchanger. Primary heat exchanger is bad shape and very rusted. There are qty 2: 20x25x5 media filters on system. They are both very clogged and had not been changed in a while per customer. The right side media filter can not be pulled out due to drain line blocking the filter door. The drain line goes in to the condensation pump in front of filter. The Uv light on system is no longer working properly. There was a lot of water holding inside the inducer draft motor. Troubleshoot Kitchen Outlets

For this job, I rendered leak detection services as a TGL for original technician Matthew Nelson I was not able to find the leak due to the major caveats of this job. The main one being is the Watermain service diminishes underneath a pond before coming back to the other side of the Property and it runs another 200 feet before going under the crawlspace. The water main service is around 680 feet long and is inch and a quarter PVC.

Arrived on site and completed multiple plumbing upgrades and replacements throughout the home. The existing six year-old 50 gallon gas water heater was removed and replaced with a new unit. All water, gas, and vent connections were properly installed and tested to ensure safe and reliable operation. During the initial evaluation, the home water pressure was measured at 85 psi, which exceeds recommended operating pressure and can contribute to premature plumbing failures. To address this, the pressure reducing valve was replaced and adjusted to bring the home water pressure back within a safe, acceptable range. In the kitchen, the existing garbage disposal was removed and replaced. A full sink waste rebuild was performed, including replacement of the kitchen sink drainer to ensure proper drainage and eliminate potential leaks. Replaced bad 1/2 hp disposal with new 3/4 disposal. Everything working and tested for leaks.

Home inspection

Performed home care visit today. Found loose ground wire. Single stage heating on a 2 zone system. Original furnace and zoning to home. AC replace in 2021. Needs 2 stage furnace for better operation and to not overheat on heating cycles. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Customer has 24 y/o Rheem system that operates for whole house. Furnace located in attic. System was not heating due to very dirty filter preventing proper airflow and causing system to short cycle. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Noticed during inspection that water protection is poor. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Inducer motor is bad. Ignitor is bad. Duct cleaning needed. Recommend thermostat replacement. Customer stated that system does not cool properly as well. System is R22 based. Informed customer is all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Customer has 4 y/o 2-zone Goodman furnace matched with 3 y/o Goodman AC that operates for whole house. Furnace control board indication light was not displaying although power was supplied to board. Reset power from door switch and indication light for furnace control board came on. Noticed some browning and bubbling on back of furnace control board. Also, noticed that zone board and furnace control board are using same transformer, which should be separate. Zone dampers were not wired correctly. Dump zone used instead of bypass damper. Water protection is poor. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Ductwork looks to be insufficient for 5-ton AC.
