Replace thermal expansion tank

Technician replaced tubular pipe underneath the sink along with master trap. Stud or vent was replaced as a courtesy. Sink was tested several times, no leak at this time.

The equipment has a restriction at the evaporator, preventing the coil from absorbing the heat of the home efficiently. The head pressure is high and the line is very hot to the touch. The contactor coil is chattering the condenser coil needs to be clean. Refrigerant pressures are abnormal, and the system isn’t rejecting heat efficiently. Compressor and outdoor fan motor amps are both high. The equipment is 15 years old and isn’t performing properly. Due to the age and condition of the equipment strongly recommend looking into options to replace rather than repair.

Customers basement toilet was rocking badly because of a closet bolt that had rusted out. We pulled the toilet and installed a new wax ring, closet bolts, and a new supply line. We also caulked around the base of the toilet. The basement sink was stopped up as well so we took apart the p trap and found that the p trap was clogged. There was a fernco holding the tubular together so we removed it and added a new tail piece.

No Cool - Upstairs Failed outdoor capacitor. Condenser coil and blower wheel are both dirty. System lacks wet switch flood safety. System is short on return air by 400 CFMs. Biological growth present throughout the unit.

Customer had a leak on 3 inch PVC drainage in his garage ceiling. It was at a previous repaired glue joint. Customer agreed to our quote cut out a roughly 1 foot section of pipe and installed a new section of pipe with a glue coupling and on the other end, a no hub coupling Fernco allowed to drive for 10 minutes and tested by running the bathroom groups upstairs no leaks thank you for choosing and trusting TE with your plumbing needs

Upon arrival spoke to customer about leak in the front yard. Water was off to home. Leak was coming from a busted irrigation head near the driveway. Located irrigation shut off valve and isolated irrigation system from the main water service to restore water to the home. Customer will need irrigation company to repair irrigation head.

For this job, the customer stated that their shower in the hall bathroom had began to drip. After taking a look we noticed that the water pressure in the home was over 100 and causing the issue with the shower. The expansion tank on the water heater had also failed. Today I came out due to concerns with customer noticing condensation and biological growth growing around vent bathroom vent upstairs. Upon further inspection I found all upstairs vents had water marks and biological growth forming. Customer stated this issue was already present before we changed out systems in June, but due to the hot weather this summer he noticed it more. Duct work is outdated with R 4.2 insulation. Because of the outdated insulation, the cold air traveling through the ducts is around 57 degrees and the attic can get up to 140 degrees causing ducts to sweat heavily especially around the vents. Existing duct work needs to be upgraded with new ducts having more insulation in them. There is only one 14 inch return duct. I suggested adding an extra return duct in the bedroom to help air flow. Upon arrival spoke to customer about a high water bill. Meter was spinning. Shut off valve to home and meter stopped spinning indicating the problem was in the home. Toilet in the master water level was set too high and overflowing the flush valve. Gave options. Rebuilt both toilets in the home with new fill valves and flappers. Was unable to change supply lines as the were integrated and customer declined to replace the stop valves at this time. Hung two towel bars for the customer.

Install new circuit for EV wall charger

Today I came out to a customer experiencing high humidity throughout the home. After evaluating the system, I found the ductwork is undersized and the system is approximately one ton short on supply airflow. With insufficient supply airflow, the system cannot properly circulate and condition the air, causing longer run times, poor air distribution, reduced moisture removal, and higher indoor humidity levels. The third floor is especially affected and is not cooling efficiently due to the lack of airflow. The furnace is a 2010 Goodman system that conditions the entire home and is showing its age. I observed heavily rusted burners and a dirty blower wheel, both of which reduce system performance and efficiency. After discussing my findings with the customer, they agreed to have an install supervisor come out to provide a quote for new ductwork and a properly sized replacement HVAC system with a whole-home dehumidifier to improve comfort, airflow, and humidity control. No Cool- 2020 Trane System- Main Floor Main floor system not cooling. Found indoor running but outdoor not. Found bad 45/5 capacitor. Conducted a full inspection and found minimal water safety devices, system slightly low on refrigerant and same type fiberglass ductwork as the upstairs. Presented the customer with their options and the bandaid repair was chosen. New capacitor was installed and tested. Refrigerant pressures were checked and drain line cleared.

This job I conducted leak detection service for homeowner. During my investigation, I did introduce compressed air via a temporary hose bib on the main service in front of the meter, to the main service line. I then used ground penetrating sonar to listen/trace the sound of the leak to a spot in the driveway that looks like it’s already had a repair done before. The area has been marked with a blue X and location has been discussed with homeowner.

Arrived on site and spoke with Mrs. Powell concerning her electric water heater in the garage . I arrived with both top and lower heating elements and thermostats to be replaced. I went ahead and switched the breaker off to the heater along with unplugging the recirculation pump, and attached my hose to drain the water. After draining was complete I went ahead and removed both the top and lower elements and thermostats, replacing them with the new element and thermostats. After I completed the replacements, I filled the heater back up with water, making sure unit was filled up before flipping the breaker on, and plugged in the recirculation pump. No cool- 2020 Trane System Found drain pan full of water but no water in evaporator coil safety switch. I removed 6-8 gallons of water from the system. System began to cool. At which point I noticed the blower operating very slow. It was found that the system was not wired correctly and the fan was only operating low speed. This cause the system to freeze up and allow water into the drain pan. I corrected the wiring and completed a full inspection of the system. Outdoor electrical and refrigerant pressure are on point. The filter was clean and drain was cleared. There was 2 filters in the system. One at the unit and one at a filter grille in the hallway. I discussed this with the homeowner and it was decided to remove the filter in the hallway. I inspected the ductwork above the unit for signs of biological growth. While none was present at this time I did recommend the homeowner and be proactive and replace the ductwork and add Uv protection. For today, only the wiring correction and

I did a Homecare inspection along with replacing 8 single pole breakers and 2 double pole breakers and made a tap on wires that were double tapped to a breaker.

At arrival on 07/21/26 Issue: no cool System: upstairs Finding: bad outdoor capacitor, no wet safety switch, potentially clogged up drain line, weak contactor. Recommendations: address the above findings or upgrade your system. Homeowner approved to replace the capacitor, add a hard start kit, clean the drain line, add a wet safety switch and an ss2 safety switch. Properly performed work. Tested system. System is back working properly at this time.

Pull and reset toilet with new wax ring. Replace toilet flange in master bath

Homeowner called us out to inspect running toilet after receiving a high water bill. They previously had national leak detection out to find that the master toilet was running. The fill valve failed causing excessive water loss. I removed and replaced the fill valve new. I also checked the other toilets and components of their plumbing system to ensure there are no other sources of loss at this time. All work was tested and checked for leaks

Trench new gas line from gas meter to fire pit. (65 feet). Installed two x-risers on meter side and by the fire pit. Installed shut off valves on each side as well. Install test tee for pressure test. Install 3/4 yellow Polly with tracer wire at 18” depth. Tested for leaks and proper holding pressure at 15 psi and checked gauge after an hour. All gas fixtures in the home were relit/purged as well. Customer will be getting contacted by the inspector to check said work. Once said work is inspected and passed, the trench will be backfilled.
