Replaced damaged meter/main disconnect. Put waterproof silicone around the meter/main disconnect. We put duct seal at the entrance of the service wire inside the disconnect and around the mounting screws. We torqued all lugs to specification. Georgia power still needs to power the house. We pulled all required permits. An electrical inspector still needs to do a final inspection on the meter. Scheduled for October 10th.

Gave customer options and they would like to get equipment back online. Installed new duel capacitor and checked operations found compressor pulling high amperage. Scheduled client with install supervisor for Saturday 2-5The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Customer called about a toilet clog in upstairs hall bathroom . We tested and the clog was isolated to the toilet. We ran the closet auger and cleared the blockage. The garbage disposal was jammed as well . We unjammed and reset the disposal it is now functioning properly. We recommended Endure for pipe maintenance.

Arrived on site and customer stated his PRV was leaking I. The basement. We checked pressure and recommended a replacement to put the house pressure back at 65 psi. Customer agreed to replace PRV and new Ball Valve main line shut off. After installing new PRV and ball valve we checked our work area , and set house pressure to 65 psi.

Customer wanted an angle stop to be replaced for a new dishwasher they recently purchased . Customer had me install a new stop and re locate the stop so they can hook up their dishwasher. After installing the stop , we turned the water back on and tested our work area.

-Main Issue- We came out today due to various things not working and primarily the master bathroom lights. The customer stated that have pest control coming out to ensure no rodents have gotten to the attic to chew up any of the wiring. We went through attic and did find some past evidence of rodents being present but the wiring we did check did not have any chew marks. The main and sub-panel are both a GE type and are located in the basement in the closet. When I opened the door to the main panel I noticed a few standard breakers were in the off position and after removing the cover I did a evaluation of the buss bars, breakers and wiring to see if anything abnormal was present and nothing was found. After the evaluation I turned the breakers back on one at a time without any faults being present and in doing so made the lights come back on and everything else. Customer stated that surf pro was on the property doing a mediation in the basement from previous water damage. When surf pro technician removed the cabinet in the bathroom he ended up breaking off the shut off valve on the cold side inside the bathroom, causing the water to be shut off at the meter and causing more water damage. We installed a new angle shut off on that cold line. We also found out the water heater that there’s multiple shark bite connections and there’s no water heater pan or alarm. We also found a screw inside the inch and a half sewer line behind the refrigerator in the basement. At this time, the customer does not want to proceed on what the other findings on the property. Servpro is responsible for payment on repair.

Customer stated flange was broken upstairs and the restroom there was no toilet to be reset so flange will just be replaced. Customer not on site this is a vacation home.

Homeowner provided two kitchen faucets to be replaced. Shut the water off and drained system down. Removed faucets and cleaned surface area. Installed new single handle faucets and secured. Replaced the main water filter with homeowner supplied filter and tested. Replaced the ice maker valve with a Cpvc angle stop and reconnected the line and tested. Turned water on and purged air from the system. Tested and everything is working properly at this time.

Install compressor previously diagnosed by another technician. Install successful. System is circulating in refrigerant again. Installed new line dryer. Pressure tested with nitrogen to 300 psi. This held for 20 minutes. Pulled deep vacuumed 700 µm. Installed factory charge. Fresh version refrigerant.

Checked system and found capacitor on the heat pump is bad, causing the compressor not to come on. Checked indoor air handler and found extreme amounts of biological growth, recommend blower cleaning and at minimum UV light and cabinet clean for the air handler. Client approved replacing capacitor. System up and running . check pressures annd Everything is good. Client will review estimates and call back later if they wish to move forward with air quality work.
