Customer called us out because he was experiencing a whole house blockage. Upon investigating, we figured out that customer is on a septic system. Customer has been living in house for six years. Septic tank has not been serviced since time of living at home. Clean out in backyard is holding water. Recommended that customer contact a septic company to come check out septic tank. Recommend to customer that if problem persists to call us back out.

Clear blockage in kitchen sink Customer called us due to slow draining sink. Ran flex shaft in kitchen line to remove blockage causing slow draining in kitchen sink. Tested other fixtures in home for mainline blockage. Kitchen sink was only fixture being affected. Was able to successfully clear blockage. Removed sink gunk and spoon from drain. Reassembled all drains and tested for leaks. Clearing successful.

For this job, I worked on providing and installing two toggle switches that were later switched to decora switches. checked voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working properly. however, customer is not satisfied with the appearance of the switches because the rest of the house has custom switches that were put in during the new build. after speaking to service manager. We are returning next week as a courtesy to install the switches she is ordering for free. She will reach out to me once they arrive.
