Replaced one leaking water stop in the master bathroom. There is staining on the ceiling below one of the bathrooms upstairs. I checked all of the fixtures and did not see an obvious cause. I provided an estimate to cut open the Sheetrock to search for a leak. The customer wants to wait and see if the stains come back after they paint.

For this job, I replaced a keyless light fixture in the basement. The customer called us out due to the light only working intermittently. I inspected the circuit as well as the fixture and tightened connections. I believe the fixture itself was faulty so I replaced it.

Performed toilet rebuild on powder room toilet. Installed new garbage disposal in kitchen. Installed customer supplied lavy faucet in basement.

Customer has a main drain stoppage. Customer does have an accessible cleanup, located on the left side of the house. I’ll attempt to remove stoppage using the snake machine. I was successfully able to remove stoppage and restore proper drainage to the home. I pulled back roots from the drain line in the presence of the customer. We have a camera technician scheduled to come tomorrow between 2 PM and 5 PM. ****Customer is aware that this is a temporary fix and that a more permanent solution will have to be taken. ***** At this time everything is draining properly and the customer is very satisfied. I also provided the customer with our ENDURE drain maintenance product.

A hole was drilled through the gas line for the dryer. I replaced the vertical section of pipe that runs from the attic to the laundry room. I installed a new gas valve and reconnected the appliance. Gas has been turned back on and tested. Pilot light for both water heaters are relit.

Performed one system home care replaced one 16 x 20x1 filter provided by the homeowner. At this time, the system is operating properly.

Installed Blue Tube UV, condenser superboost, and iWave Air Purifier, replaced contactor, cleaned blower wheel and condenser coil.

Did a troubleshoot on kitchen circuit to verify gfci protection.

Replaced drain line and air filter. Performed system inspection. Biological growth present inside air handler, blower wheel and condenser coil dirty

Replace water service line from the meter to inside of the home. Unable to find where the irrigation tied into the original main. Grand water line from meter to home and transitioned from one inch plastic to one inch soft copper and inside the home reduced down to 3/4. Cemented and tarred inside and out. Installed dual check valve, courtesy valve and shut off valve for irrigation. Pressurized and tested for leaks. Backfilled and installed sight tubes. Put wheat straw down and capped off original remaining line in the home. Thank you for trusting te with your plumbing needs.

The homeowner's outdoor hose bib was leaking due to age, so I replaced it with a new one and cut out the old section of pipe in the crawlspace. I then tested everything and checked for leaks.

Replace gas line and gas shut off valve to water heater

Water service leak outside the foundation on. Work performed: Installed a new HDPE 1” water service line. We bored underground from the meter to the foundation. We installed a new penetration through the wall and connected the new water service inside the basement. We installed a new meter union, and dual check valve at the water meter. We installed a valve box just past the meter where we installed a water shutoff valve, as well as a shutoff valve that can be used for the irrigation in the future. We did not reconnect to the irrigation. Meter is no longer turning, leak has been repaired.

Water service line leak is roughly three and a half to 4 feet down right next to the foundation of the home. There were two leaks, one near the foundation and one underneath a large slab of concrete.That I was unable to remove. Customer has agreed to move along with our water service line replacement. Waiting to hear back from the dig team for their schedule

Today I came out and did an energy audit to help the customer make sense of an expensive power bill.

System #1 – Main Floor The system is operating within manufacturer specifications. However, the blower wheel has accumulated a layer of dust buildup. If left unaddressed, this could negatively impact the system’s performance. The system also lacks biological growth prevention, which can affect air quality and contribute to sludge in the drain line. The outdoor unit has no issues at this time. System #2 – Second Floor The system is operating well overall, but the blower wheel has debris buildup that will affect performance similar to system #1 if not addressed. It also has no biological growth prevention in place, which impacts air quality and can reduce system function. The outdoor unit has no issues to note.

Homeowner initially called us out for a running toilet in the master bathroom. After further evaluation of the plumbing system, we discovered that the other toilet upstairs was also concerning. The homeowner also showed us the toilet in the powder room on the main floor was extremely unstable. We pulled, reset, and repaired the flange for the toilet on the main floor due to it being completely broken. We also installed two new Kohler Highline arc toilets in the upstairs bathrooms as well as replaced the pop-up assembly in the master bath. Replaced PRV, main shut off, and expansion tank near the water heater. The pressure was set to 60 psi and we tested and check for leaks everywhere.

We performed a thorough inspection of the garage door circuit and found a loose connection in one of the garage light boxes. We repaired the connection and also replaced both garage door outlets and the irrigation outlet due to poor installation methods.

Customer called us out for a toilet backing up into the shower in the master bathroom. I tested the toilet and it started to gurgle when shower was ran. I recommended pulling the toilet and running a cable machine down the line. Customer agreed. I pulled the toilet and rn the cable machine successfully clearing the blockage. I reset the toilet with new wax ring, closet bolts, and china caps. Cleaned up and tested toilet throughly.

Customer buying the home requested we perform a whole home electrical inspection and in our findings the only issues we found were that the dryer and stove are not gfci protected and there is no surge protection on the home.

Homeowner had us out today because their system is not cooling. We were previous because a five amp fuse was continuously blowing. We tested the system and noticed that the fuse has not blowed right away and has not blown the entire time we were here. We did notice that the blower motor was extremely dirty along with a failing capacitor. We noticed that the outdoor system was extremely dirty, causing the system to hold heat in the pressure to be extremely high. We noticed a lot of bacteria growth on the inside of the system and recommended UV. Homeowner approved to have our repairs made, and system is cooling properly at time of departure.

Tech was out for no cooling on upstairs level . Tech checked system and seen where drain pan is full of water. Continue checking system seeing that there was growth in the air handler . Drain line would need to be repaired correctly. Also main level and upstairs level is sharing a drain line. Drain line was clogged causing the water to back up to the heat pump safety switch. Cut the upstairs off and fill the drain painful of water capacitor on the outdoor unit is failing spoke with customer about UV lights. Customer went with option 3 due to plenum being extremely small and not room . Spoke with customer about just a Uv light for inside heat pump. Tech fixed drain line and added a p-trap . Cleared drain line with 2 gallons of water. Verified drain line is cleared. Installed blue tube in air handler. Replaced capacitor. Tested system at this time system is operating. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
